My events in L.A. were cancelled due to the coronavirus. I was able to receive either a refund or a credit for all other reservations (flight, etc.), except for Tuck Hotel, who 1) refused to issue ANY refund or credit and 2) is now screening my calls and emails. I understand that it is their right, as I had pre-paid for the nearly $1000 bill, and they are a small business, but it seems unreasonable and unprofessional to not even issue a partial refund, much less to screen calls during this unprecedented time of crisis. My sister who lives in L.A. tried to visit to speak to the manager. They don't have a normal lobby -- the front door is locked and you have to leave a message with a machine before someone opens it for you. If you want to talk to someone, same thing -- you have to call and leave a message. I will edit this review if they get back to me with some credit/refund, but until then, I have to agree with all the negative reviews.
