The tea served by Moustafa was the only bright point

aircon was broken - bad maintenece of room hotel. dusk on the floors etc etc in all a shame for the price they charge

Location is good

The receptionists were ok but they don’t allow guests . No water , slippers , and tea bar provided by the hotel. The same breakfast everyday . i was forced to go to the market to buy water. Next time if i go to Marrakech i will not stay there.

The location

The state of the room, everything is old and in bad state. The wardrobe, the dresser, the table, the drawers, the bathroom door are all in bad state. And even the bathroom door handle was broken. I can provide pictures. The hotel looks nice from outside, especially the swimingpool, the restaurant and the breakfast. They are all very good !!! The decoration of the hotel is beautiful. But as I said inside the room everything is in a bad state.

The location is very nice and the service at the hotel is excellent

The room not as clean as I expected I found hair all around the bathroom, this definitely not 5 stars hotel, maximum 3.5 starts

Outdated ex Grand Hotel. Facilities old, Restaurant below average: lukewarm buffet with little choice in the evenings, breakfast small choice too
