The location is great if you plan to attend Broadway shows. Most restaurants will doordash here.
The housekeeping changed the towels when they refreshed the room. They did not change the sheets proven by the spots on my daughter's bed. The elevators are small and didn't appeared to be cleaned often.

Location
I was moved to another room due to the unit blowing heat. The 2nd room was similar...hot, I was told that it was fixed but I just slept with the window open which wasn't the best due to noise. The staff was friendly in the situation

Everything. The hotel has a funny smell. It was non-smoking yet our room smelt like smoke. The sheets and bed just felt cheap like a college dorm room bed. There was a bug on the bed so who knows. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed etc.

Location was great, staff was friendly
Had billing issues we currently have over $600 pending in our bank account due to billing errors by the front staff. The room could have been cleaned and maintained better lots of stains and chips on furniture
