The extra lock on our room. The cleaning crew. The hand sanitizers around the hotel!
The terrible customer service. No eye contact, so rude! Expected us to know everything prior to checking in! Smelled so terrible, and so many homeless people! Might as well stay at a motel 6 for like a quarter of the price! TERRIBLE!! They said free breakfast during check in, and then ended up not having the next day since they were closed. The parking valet is $75?!?!? Damn rip off !!!!!

Even though the website says the have a dinner and lunch restaurant, it was permanently closed. The coffee shop doesn’t brew their own coffee. It comes from a machine

Bar and restaurant were closed in the evening.

Clean
Paid for a view but had to stand at the end of the window to actually see the water. Advised them ahead of time we were celebrating an anniversary yet no mention of it at check in or any other time. Disappointing.
