Very close to train and tram station The beds are small
location Pool The rooms are a bit small bad smell in room
the resturant was ok the size of the rooms to small with that kind of prices almost 900swis franc for two night
Liked the ambiance and the staff was outstanding There was nothing not to like at this hotel
The view of the dining-room and the lobby. The staff. I bought un spacious double bedroom and they wanted to impose a "garret"- room.
As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by efficiency, friendliness and helpfulness. The single room had a three quarters size single bed. Everything was clean and worked well, i.e. bathroom had a large size shower which was very efficient. Complimentary water and high quality mini choc box. I had to pay extra for breakfast, but it was well worth it as there was a great choice, and everything was so fresh and of a high standard. I can't believe I'm saying this, but no!
well situated, convenient, clean, comfortable I can't believe I'm saying this, but no!
Room was clean, comfortable, and had quite modern furnishings. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast included with room. Room was not air conditioned. Had to use a small flight of stairs to get to our room, which was cumbersome with luggage.
the location of the hotel the bed - too small - and we had to order the tv
I liked the opportunity to use the bar in the sister Hotel Euler - a very nice glass of Furstenburg Wheat Beer!
The room was comfortable and decorated nicely. Yes! The non-smoking floor is above the smoking floor so all of the smoke from the floor below comes up through the bathroom on the the 3rd floor. All of the towels smelled like smoke. It was really disgusting.
The staff was professional, curteous, multi-lingual, and the front desk was always staffed. The hotel was amazingly generous with coffee, wine and snacks available throughout the day and evening. I also had free access to a computer and internet and a quiet place to settle in and work near the coffee, wine and snacks. A variety of international newspapers and magazines were available as well. Within just a few hundred yards I found the Marketplace, filled with shops, restaurants, and an art museum with an impressive collection of impressionist paintings (my favorite) was also just a 10 minute walk away. Did I mention there was free coffee, wine and snacks?
it was clean and well positioned for both the town centre and the train station.
