Great location. Excellent restaurant in hotel where we ate dinner twice. Good value. Quite clean.
Had booked a suite for 3 nights. The suite was clostrophobic, i.e. tiny windows on the top of the walls with no view. Also ceiling was slanted (arched). All suites on the 4th floor were similar. On the second night, after much effort moved to suite on the 3rd floor which was much better. Still have not gotten a final bill from hotel. We were charged for room service we never had. Also on first night did not stay in that suite...moved to a standard room.

The location in Place Wilson is very central and is excellent for being close to so many shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel staff were very helpful in granting my request for a room overlooking Place Wilson. Thank you! The room was very comfortable and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toulouse.

One of the receptionists wasn't very helpful. The shower could be dangerous especially for older people
