The views were pretty nice. The room was comfortable, except for the constant racket of music, construction and traffic, not to mention the binging from the elevator Super noisy. Disorganized. Staff not very helpful Somewhat snobby clientele.

The room was fantastic. Room service for breakfast was probably the driest most uninspired meal I've seen. It was a total contrast to the hotel.
Really nice hotel with good location and amenities. Got a great deal. Some areas of the hotel are looking old and may need to be revamped.

Location. Fitness center. Room was dark plus the vanity lights in the bathroom stopped working while we were there.
Terrible service of front desk staff and mechanician to fix the equipment and receive customer who had phisycally difficulty in bad atmosphere of the room
I stayed here only night for my first time but I am sure to make this my go to hotel in Miami. The staff is very welcoming and nice. They were able to work with me with having an evening flight. From the phone call I made prior to booking to checking totally professional! Also working in a luxury hotel I got exactly what I expected at the Conrad Miami!! The wait for food. I ordered breakfast through In Room dining and was quoted 30 minutes of less. It took closer to 45-50 minutes for eggs and potatoes. I then later on went to the pool bar and ordered the avocado fries and that took roughly an hour. I understand things happen and high volume of meals being ordered.
The view from the bar (25th floor) was stunning, the rooms are well kept, and the hotel overall was very clean The bellhop left our luggage pieces on the cart at the entrance and never brought them up (we went down and got them), it costs $30/day to self-park (no in-and-out privileges, so more if you leave/come back), while the map shows it close to the water the closest beach is a 15 minute car ride away, and the rooms and bathrooms felt a little dated/worn
Close proximity to metro station, restaurants and grocery store. Hotel has parking at rates cheaper than public garages...self serve (if available) and valet.
Great location that is close to everything. Chic hotel They made us wait 30 minutes in the lobby for a room even when we arrived after the checkout time. And they probably put us in the worst room of the hotel after all that trouble.
