Plussat: Hotelli paikkana hyvä. Helppo mennä kaupungille eri puolille. Siisteys hyvä.

Plussat: Kykpyhuone oli remontoitu ja siisti. Aamiainen oli riittävä, hedelmiä oli paljon tarjolla, netti toimi moitteetta.

Miinukset: Vähän tai siis paljon kasaritunnelma.

Plussat: Good quality/ price ratio. Position and free public parking. Attention to health safety (Covid19) at restaurant.

Miinukset: Engine noise on night in the room (not detected).

Plussat: The hotel was in a great location next to walled town of Evora, short walk to all the sights. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Free parking right in front of hotel. Private balcony off room for relaxing

Miinukset: COVID-19 is not a reason to refund planed stay. Sad.

Plussat: On initial arrival it looks a bit out of the way by a disused piece of waste land. But in fact the wasteland is a large car park. Lovely hotel, friendly staff and close to the town centre. I would come back again.

Miinukset: Shame I had a North facing (pool) room. Always cold despite the temp outside. The south facing (pool) rooms get the sun all day whereas my balcony was in constant shade.

Plussat: Comfort and convenience excellent value and helpful staff

Miinukset: Some areas are a bit dated but still excellent value for money.

Plussat: We found the hotel really e xcellent above our expectations, the staff were really friendly and helpful the rooms were clean and tidy and room service ie cleaning and fresh towels excellent. The buffet lunch and dinner were of a very high quality and well worth the €11.90 for as many courses as many times as you wished, that price did not include drinks but drinks were at normal Portuguese prices to be found anywhere.

Miinukset: My only criticism is that the lift would not accom@cate my wife’s wheel chair without the foot rests being folded back, it is only a transit wheelchair with small wheels

Miinukset: The rooms are very small and poorly designed. There is only room for one chair and it blocks access to the far side of the bed and to the balcony door. The lighting is terrible!

Plussat: We spent two nights here while exploring Evora. It is a bit of a walk into the main tourist area of town, but only about 20 minutes. Breakfast was very good! We also took advantage of the spa and each booked a relaxing massage.

Plussat: Designer hotel celebrating local surroundings Beautiful hotel and nice bar and very nice rooms . Offering free local liquor upon arrival which is a nice touch

Miinukset: No tea and coffee facilities inside the room, staff who is not aware of the milk alternatives and very noisy aircon from which we could hear people having showers from floor above. Very noisy.

Plussat: Very nice hotel with entertainment program for the guests. Nice choice of cocktails in the bar on the roof. Nice restaurant on the first floor (you need to make a reservation if the hotel is full). There is a parking for the cars. Hotel is outside of the city walls, but still in a walking distance.

Plussat: The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly.

Miinukset: Unfortunately the pool was overcrowded and someone took my flip-flops. When asked at the pool entrance for something to replace them (disposable flip-flops), they didn't have any. Had to go all the way to my room with my boyfriend's flip-flops to get disposable ones.

Plussat: The staff was friendly and professional. Location was excellent- very quiet but only 2 km from the city centre. Great to wake up and hear birds instead of traffic. Great breakfast with several hot items. Room and bathroom were both clean. Plenty of parking and free.

Miinukset: It just needs to be refurbished with newer furniture. It feels dated, but it was still comfortable. Although, because of its age it is more of a 3-star hotel than a 4-star. The pillows were too soft for my taste. Instead of two soft ones, they could have a soft and a harder one. TV was tiny for today’s standards.

Plussat: The breakfast was excellent. We had dinner there and it was one of the best meals we have had in a long time. The waitress was also so friendly.

Miinukset: The sauna was not working and the turkish bath was out of order

Plussat: Beautiful hotel and very nice decor. Bungalows very spacious and very private. Pool super pretty. Friendly staff and very tasty food.

Miinukset: A bit far from town. Had to pay for orange juice during breakfast. Had to pay for a swimming cap to use the internal pool. Check in is odd, no reception, just a desk.

Plussat: The setting is nice and the staff very friendly. Nice breakfast.

Miinukset: House keeping did not tidy up the room. Cot had a hole in it so the baby could pass through so he had to sleep in our bed. Was expecting a country view but only managed to look at the neighbors house side wall. The interior pool is nice but the whole logistics of having to use lockerooms as there is no direct connection from the lodges to the main house makes it very unpractical when it is supposed to be family friendly.

Plussat: Location great. Room very nice. Staff over the top helpful and friendly.

Miinukset: A few loud noises at night made sleeping a little hard for one of us. The steps are a challenge...but location is worth it.

Plussat: The location was excellent. Close to all amenities and tourist attractions. The space was large enough for our family to sleep and my kids to play during downtime. The breakfast (extra) was excellent and convenient as well as the anytime coffee, tea and port wine. The staff were lovely, accommodating and helpful. This place really looked after the little things which was greatly appreciated.

Miinukset: No parking at the hotel but we were directed to free parking nearby.

Plussat: The location is fantastic, very conveniently located. The staff members are all very helpful who did their best to help look for information and make restaurant reservations.

Miinukset: There was leakage on the pipe connecting the water tank and toilet bowl resulting in water spilled on the bathroom floor. This was most disappointing. I wish the room to be brighter. Having light from the ceiling is preferred. I understand it is due design, hence, dimmer lighting in the room. Due to being environmentally friendly, the water comes out like water jet but this will cause splashing water around. The heat from the air conditioner is not too strong. Maybe this is due to malfunctioning of the flap.

However, when I arrived, I was offered the option to have breakfast with 5 euros per day. They offered a great collection of breakfast items. Considering the limited options in the city, I would strongly recommend this.

Miinukset: The room was not very quiet because it's facing a street where there are bars and restaurants, but that will not stop me from going here again.

Miinukset: This is an amazing place . Owner have great vibes , she is really nice and helpfull. We got amazing room at the top of the bulding which you can see the all cityscape. You got a hot tub at balcony and its really nice and if you got full moon like we have its just wow. Hot water and sopstiched decoration for the room make it top choise for your money.

Plussat: We booked this hotel on a whim after deciding to leave Faro a day early. It was perfect. Easy to find, the front desk attendant was really helpful, the room was simple and clean. All in all a great value for the money.

Plussat: This hotel is the perfect choice in Evora. Great location near the main square, super clean and modern. As a boutique hotel, rooms are small, but quite fine. The beds are ridiculously comfortable. Ample garage parking for 5 euros per day.

Plussat: Beautiful, peacefull, reconstructed with feeling for details and comfort of guests. Historic building, space all over the hotel, many possibilities to relax.

Miinukset: Not one thing was negative during our stay. Maybe only if you prefer to have opened windows ask for rooms onthe 1st floor.

Miinukset: It’s a shame that it’s not being maintained to the 5 star standard. There are lots of scratched/scruffy furniture and floor areas. Also lots of damp issue all over the hotel.

Miinukset: Èvoran kaupunki sinänsä ei ole mikään erikoinen nähtävyys.

Plussat: The location of this hotel is ideal, especially for a short stay. We only had one night, and it was ideal. Rooms were really comfortable, and the breakfast options are extensive. Would definitely book again.

Plussat: Clean room.

Miinukset: Very difficult to get to. We had quite a bit of luggage and we did drive up to the door, but the paid parking is on the street up to two blocks away. We never moved the car because you may not get parking again even though you have paid for the parking. The elevator is not working and has not worked since sometime in December! Now that is horrible! Not sure that they are doing anything to fix it. Also the name of the hotel has changed to Stay Hotel and we booked it under the old name and we were not notified of the name change!

Plussat: Excellent location

Miinukset: If you make an itinerary to the hotel location using a GPS app, you will have a hard time to find the place *and* will end away from the parking spaces. Parking spaces are on the main street.

Miinukset: I would replace carpets in the room for wood, carpets even when its very clean ( and the hotel is absolutely clean) End up accumulating some humidity or mould.

Miinukset: I would have given 7/8 of 10 but unfortunately there was consistent noise during the night from d neighbor house dogs barking all night and difficult to sleep.

Plussat: Good position for travellers requiring easy access from main road routes. Easy to get to city via car.

Miinukset: No restaurant or bar facilities. These provided by sister hotel in the city over 3 km away. Simply being used as a dormatory with basic breakfast only served in the morning. Rooms were tired and needed refurbishment and as a result appeared dirty.

Plussat: Beautiful setting and historical building, just in the center of Évora. Very polite, friendly and smiling employees! The room was clean and fresh; there were two welcome glasses of liqueur (poejo liqueur) and homemade butter biscuits - a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious. Bar was nice and cozy (congratulations to the bar tender - my gin was magnificient). Check-in and check-out straightforward.

Miinukset: The room (the old cell of a monk, as the hotel is built on what used to be a convent) was rather small, but functional. Room door had very little insonorization. No magnifying mirror. No lift (although there's only one flight of stairs and an employee helped us with our luggage when we checked-in). The two dinner experiences we had were disappointing (the service was nice, but the dishes lacked the quality and creativity of what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel); the wine card was not bad. Parking space is very small, but we left our car key to the reception and they took good care of it. Bar could benefit from a larger selection of cocktails.

Miinukset: It's Pestana,did not realize it was. They only pay minimum wages,so you get minimum service. Vodka and coke 22.50 euro,a bit heavy

Miinukset: In our room was noisy from some machine (?) next to our room. Shower head was old and didn'y sprayed wide.

Plussat: Siisti ja hyväkuntoinen hotelli. Paljon pysäköintitilaa. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Monipuolinen aamiainen ja kaunis näkymä puutarhaan aamiaishuoneesta. Uima-allas. Hotellin pihalla olevista hedelmäpuista sai maistella. Netti toimi hyvin, jopa ulkona. Hotellilla ja ympäristössä paljon eläimiä (lampaita, hevonen, koiria, kissa jne), joita pääsi katsomaan/silittämään.

Miinukset: Pesuhuoneen ilmastointi ei toiminut, jatkuvasti kostea ilma. Hotelli kaupungin laidalla, vaatii oman auton käyttöä. Lähellä ei ole palveluja.

Plussat: The breakfast was really delicious and it had lots of different yummy foods. Also the house was really spacious and there was lots of beds to sleep on. There was a really big driveway and I liked the orange trees and the green plants outside the house.

Miinukset: The only thing is that there wasn’t a hairdryer.Also it was a little bit cold.
