Plussat: Staff was so friendly and very efficient, amazing view from our spavious suite we were upgraded to. Perfect location for us, as we have had an event in arena that's 5 min of a walk.

Plussat: Exceptional beds, pillows and wonderful breakfast. The pool and sauna are a treat after a long walk in the city and the hotel is wonderfully located to sleep after a concert in the Altice Arena

Miinukset: Juopunut suuri polttariseurue söi muiden asukkaiden viihtyvyyttä päivin ja öin. Uima-allas katolla ei ollut lämmitetty.

Plussat: Aamiainen oli runsas mutta "eteläeurooppalainen" eli paljon leivonnaisia ja sokerisia tuotteita. Palvelu aamiaisella toimi hyvin vaikka hotellissa oli paljon asukkaita. Muutoinkin hotellin palvelu toimi hyvin. Todella siistiä. Toivoimme hiljaista huonetta ja saimme sellaisen. Metroasema hyvin lähellä, mutta lähin metro-aseman sisäänkäynti ei ollut aina avoinna. Säikähdimme ensin, että metro ei kulje sunnuntaina ollenkaan kun sisäänkäynti oli suljettu. Ilmeisesti kyseessä oli "sivusisäänkäynti" joka avoinna vain ruuhka-aikaan. Pieni kauppa tien toisella puolen. Ostoskeskus Campo Pequeno metroaseman yhteydessä vähän piilossa maan alla.

Miinukset: Kylpylä toimi eritavoin kuin Suomessa ollaan totuttu. Kylpylä oli maksullinen myös hotellin asiakkaille, mutta siitä oli informoitu hyvin. Kylpylässä itsessään ei ole pukuhuonetta ja peseytymishuonetta. Kylpylään mennään siis uimapuku valmiiksi päällä ja kylpytakissa, mikä löytyy hotellihuoneesta. Saunat ja suihku ovat uima-allastilassa. Tavallinen sauna ihan ok, mutta vesiastia oli ruuvattu lauteeseen kiinni. Lisävettä ei siis voinut hakea. Höyrysauna ihan mukava. Yksi iso uima-allas, missä poretoiminto ja muutamia suihkuja, joilla voi hieroa hartioita ja selkää. Hiustenpesulle piti sitten mennä omaan huoneeseen..

Plussat: Very clean and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is awesome with lots of variety. Comfortable bed. Easy access to Metro and bus.

Plussat: Siisteys oli hyvin kohdillaan. Henkilökunta mukavaa ja muutenkin oikein tasokkaan oloinen paikka.

Plussat: Great hotel, free upgrade to a superior room, breakfast was fantastic, fresh with lots of choice. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location was slightly too far out but only €8 in a taxi to Barro Ailto. Aflama was exceptional, really quirky with lots of different architecture and tiny streets. Great little independent bars.

Miinukset: Drinks prices were slightly high, €9 for a single gin and tonic.

Plussat: Huone oli tilava, sänky hyvä, aamiainen oikein hyvä ja kattoterassi mukava lisä. Vaikka hotelli onkin keskustasta lähes neljän kilometrin päässä, oven edessä on metropysäkki ja 100 m. päästä menee bussi keskustaan 10-15 min välein.

Miinukset: Kattoterassilla ja ala-aulan oleskelutiloissa jumputti tauotta diskotyylinen musiikki, joka oli häiritsevää.

Miinukset: Huoneessa oli liian vähän vaateripustimia eikä oikein ripustustilaa pitkille vaatteille. Huoneen lämpötila vähän heitteli, välillä viileää, välillä turhan lämmintä.

Plussat: Perfect location just steps from the Metro and many restaurants. A nice, relatively quiet neighborhood a bit out of the touristy zones, which are easily accessible via Metro or bus. Minutes from the airport. The room was spacious and bright. The bathroom luxuriously large. Breakfast was lovely. All the staff very friendly and helpful.

Miinukset: We had no complaints about this hotel. I would gladly stay here again.

Plussat: Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was decorated well and our room was very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was reliable and had decent options, although it did have the same things every day.

Plussat: It a relaxing oasis and very calming atmosphere the staff are very attentive and asked for extra towels which we got within minutes. There is only a bfast area and no real restaurant or bar so it’s nice and quiet. You get water and fresh fruit in room which is a lovely added touch. Second time in this hotel and it’s an ideal city break.

Miinukset: Maybe could do with a bit more maintenance as some marks in shower area and drainage in shower not that great. Light shines through bathroom door so if your a light sleeper and someone uses bathroom through the night it’s very bright.

Plussat: The location. The staff.

Plussat: The furniture is (or looks) brand new. I quite liked the innovative “do not disturb” system, which can be set from inside the room. I also appreciated having a big closet and a desk where I could work.

Miinukset: Just that the bathroom door wouldn’t close and it was also a very thin, so not ideal If you’re sharing the room with someone else and you’re looking for some privacy.

Plussat: Very stylish room. Very comfortable bed.

Plussat: Good breakfast, straight above the metro station (city Center is approx 15 mins away with a change of a station; direct line to the airport), comfortable bed. If you are travelling with the car, it’s better to ask hotel for paid parking (Eur 15 per night), which is across the street

Plussat: Staffs are nice and warm, the metro station is downstairs, so it’s very convenient to get to downtown, And breakfast is good.

Miinukset: It’s on third floor without elevator, a bit trouble for luggage. And of course 3 layers bed make you feel a bit uncomfortable but its cost is worth.

Plussat: The location is best. Staff is too much cooperative. Very clean with lot of comfort. Specially allow to take tea or coffee at any time.

Miinukset: No lift and it is on 2nd floor.

Plussat: The location was right in the center of town an near the metro. Very easy access to the important parts of Lisbon

Miinukset: The place was difficult to find. It would be nice if they had a sign at the bottom of the building so that it's easier to locate.

Plussat: The position is very good, you are close to the metro and close there you will any kind of amenities you need. The B&B is comfortable and the area in common with the guests looks nice. Ana and Rute where always kind and helpful.

Plussat: From the moment we arrived Ana was the most gracious host, we absolutely loved our stay! We had one of the rooms with a bathroom, but would definitely book one of the rooms with a shared bathroom. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the location was an easy subway ride to the heart of Lisbon. I read a lot of the reviews, so we knew exactly what to expect. Breakfast was a nice start to the day and sitting around the common area or on the balcony was wonderful. Beforehand I had questions and they were answered very promptly and accurately. Thank you!!!

Plussat: Location. The owner is very helpful and ready to support regress of the inconvenience it may cause her.

Plussat: The Bed and Breakfast is one floor of a block of flats. There are multiple private bedrooms and a shared living space, kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The decor is beautiful and clean, and very cosy. Breakfast included bread, ham, cheese, croissants, fruit, coffee, juice, teas and cereal. The location is great if you buy a metro ticket for around £6 every day, you can access most parts of Lisboa. The location is safe and near to shops. This accommodation is fantastic value for money.

Miinukset: Finding the apartments could have been a little easier, maybe a bigger sign outside and a more detailed description that the apartments take up only one section of the building. Other than this the stay was perfect,.

Miinukset: Varsinaiset kauppapaikat eivät vieressä, mutta metroilla pääsee todella hyvin keskeisille paikoilla.

Plussat: Aamiainen oli kohtuullinen ja riittävä.Yläkerran ravintolasta oli hienot näköalat ja metro asema oli hotellin vieressä.

Miinukset: Huoneissa haisi homeelta samoin käytävissä. Monessa paikassa oltiin tekemässä remonttia. Aamiaishuone oli todella karu.

Plussat: Etsimme majoitusta läheltä lentoasemaa, aikainen lento.Tivoli Oriente löytyi kohtuuhinnalla. Saimme huoneen etuajassa. Hyvät sängyt ja reissun paras suihku. Testasin saunat (pienet, mutta hyvät) sekä uima-altaan (lämmitetty). Ehdin nautiskella aurinkotuolissa. Huoneesta näkymä junaradalle ja kaupunkiin, illan pimentyessä jopa hieno. Hyvä sijainti: Orienten alueella on kauppoja, ravintoloita, maisemia, monenlaisia käyntikohteita...Ja sinne lentoasemalle sai aikaisin aamulla taksin muutamassa minuutissa.

Plussat: Toiveet huoneen osalta otettiin huomioon. Hotellin sijainti hyvä, toimivat kulkuyhteydet lentokentälle ja keskustaan. Näkymät huoneesta. Vastaanotossa henkilökunnan palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä ja ammattitaitoista.

Miinukset: Huoneessa on tupakoitu joskus ja siitä jäänyt havaittavissa oleva hajujälki. Ikkunat likaiset ulkoapäin, autotalli ahdas, jonkin verran melua käynnissä olevan remontin vuoksi.

Plussat: Lähellä lentokenttää. Helppo liikkua metrolla keskustaan. Sisä parkkipaikka. Monipuolinen aamiainen. Tejo joelle hyvät näkymät.

Miinukset: Pinttynyt tupakanhaju huoneessa. Kokolattiamatto.

Miinukset: We felt for the money breakfast should of been included and the food and drink at the hotel was a little overpriced, these were the only negatives.

Plussat: Breakfast was lovely and the location was excellent, right opposite the metro and railway station and the concert venue.

Plussat: Hinta-laatusuhde on kaupungin hintatasoon nähden todella hyvä. Sijainti on kaukana keskustasta mutta lähellä lentokenttää, Olimme viikonloppulomalla ja päivisin menomatka keskustaan metrolla kestää sen 15-20 minuuttia, taksi takaisin on max 10 euroa joten molemmat suunnat taksilla ei myöskään ole huono diili. Taksi kentältä hotellille oli 7 euroa. Vieressä iso ostari jossa on muutama läävä ravintola mutta rannan puolella on hyviä ravintoloita ja Lissabonin casino. Mikäli tykkäät Casinoista niin suosittelen ehdottomasti ottamaan taksin estorilin casinolle, se on euroopan suurin casino. Me otettiin taksi juuri ruuhka-aikaan ja matka kesti reilu tunnin mutta maksoi 40euroa. Portugalissa taksit maksavat kilometriperusteella niin takaisin tulo kesti 25 min ja se maksoi 36e. Uhkapelaajille ehdoton suositus tehdä tuo matka taksilla.

Plussat: Siisti ja kaunis huone, hyvät säilytystilat.

Miinukset: Kylpyhuoneen modernit kalusteet eivät olleet ihan toimivia, vesihanat jumittivat. Huone oli melko ahdas.

Plussat: Location is very close to airport that takes you 11 minutes walk only so even you don’t take their shuttle bus is still ok. Shuttle bus start at 4am and breakfast at 5am meet most people taking earliest flight need,

Miinukset: The room is warm that the air conditioner can’t help. I finally had to open the window to cool off!

Plussat: Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä, koska oli aikainen lento, oli lyhyt matka lentokentälle! Huone oli siisti ja saimme huoneen kolmannesta kerroksesta, toiveemme mukaan.

Miinukset: Saimme mukaan aamiaispaketin, koska oli aikainen lento. Aamiaispaketti oli laadultaan huono, kaksi paahtoleipää vastakkain ja jotain välissä, jäi syömättä! Paketissa oli myös mehu, vesi, keksejä ja omena. Hotellin hintaan nähden aamiaispaketin laatuun voisi satsata enemmän!

Plussat: Good breakfast, good location.

Miinukset: Water was always overflowing from the shower booth. The staff just opened the door twice, immediately after knocking even though I was inside. Bad manner.

Plussat: Jouduimme lähtemään niin aikaisin, että saimme lunch boxit, joilla pärjäsi mainiosti yli 4 tuntia kestäneen lennon ajan. Huoneen ikkunan sai auki.

Miinukset: Huone oli liian lämmin saapuessamme, eikä viilennys tuntunut toimivan. Pitämällä ikkunaa auki monta tuntia viilennys kuitenkin onnistui, mutta samalla kuuluivat tietysti liikenteen äänet ja tuntui vetoa.

Plussat: Very close to the airport. Perfect location after a long delayed flight. Place was clean and the staff were lovely. Nicely decorated for the holidays too.

Plussat: Hyvä sijainti lentokentän kannalta: Hotellilta käveli lentoasemalle alle 5 minuutissa tavaroidenkin kanssa (300m). Myös Shuttle-kuljetus oli saatavilla. Muuten välittömässä läheisyydessä ei ollut oikein mitään, mutta bussilla tai metrolla pääsi 2,5-3km päähän ranta-alueelle kätevästi, jossa oli tarjolla ravintoloita ja muuta tekemistä. Aamiainen alkoi 4:00, joka oli aikaisen lennon kannalta oikein mukava asia.

Plussat: The hotel is clean, efficient and only a short walk to the airport and, importantly, the Metro. The bar is nice and the dining room nicely appointed and well serviced with an adequate menu selection of good, if not great food.

Miinukset: I like this hotel for brief business travel, except that it just seems cold and impersonable. One gets the feeling of just being a number passing through an efficient electronic turnstile. The facility is clean, the bed comfortable. But the rooms are « cold » in their efficient design. There is very little need for human interaction throughout. This is not a hotel to relax in or bring a family for vacation. It is simply an efficient room to stay enroute to someplace else.

Miinukset: Majoitus paikan nimeä ei ollut kadulla lainkaan. Rakennuksen seinässä epämääräinen kyltti joka ei suoranaisesti kertonut että majoituspaikan vastaanotto olisi tässä. Majoitupaikan antama osoite vie navikoimalla väärään rakennukseen.

Plussat: The woman who worked there was very kind Located very close to Report for easy access for an early morning flight the next day Lots of restaurants around so it was easy to walk to grab something to eat

Miinukset: -it was pretty noisy. We were lucky that the other two or three rooms that were occupied had very respectful people staying in them but if even one of the rooms makes a lot of noise it could be pretty hard to get to sleep The shared bathroom was a little bit run down

Plussat: The apartment is clean and the staff is very nice. Ready to help 24/7. I felt very comfortable. Also having a coffee machine in the kitchen was a big plus for me. :) The airport is very near so this is also an advantage for short stays.

Miinukset: The room where I stayed was small but comfortable. It was located on the third floor without an elevator which could be a problem with bigger luggage.

And if you don't have a phone to call on arrival, you will be stuck on the sidewalk for a while as the place is not identified in a large bulding. Just press on every door bell and you might get the door to open!

Plussat: Lovely clean comfortable and modern room breakfast lovely cannot fault the place and would go back.

Miinukset: Adequate airport hotel, but room ventilation was lousy. Too hot in room and no ac in winter ( which is like summer for swedes). The 4 Euro charge for airport shuttle seemed unneccecary and driver let us off att the wrong terminal.

Plussat: Very convenient being nearby the airport. Neat, clean, quiet. Very good breakfast.

Miinukset: Staff was not very welcoming or caring. A sense of gloom upon arrival. A/C did not work in room; i attempted to have staff fix but they were not responsive.

Plussat: Very good for who need stay overnight near by the airport!

Plussat: Bedroom very comfortable, everything was perfect in room ,could not falter anything.

Plussat: Perfect spot for that overnight layover stay. Clean, appropriate, practical

Plussat: Great hotel for the airport and we could park the car whilst on holiday. Have stayed here a few times.

Plussat: Ultra convenient for quick access to Lisbon airport and very good price. The room for a solo traveller was spacious enough, had a nice alcove with table and chairs, storage space. The apartment has two bathrooms both with shower which is helpful when there are other guests. The building is right next to a green park.

Miinukset: Not too many places to eat nearby, but then I didn’t have much time to explore as it was a Sunday evening in the rain

Plussat: good location, 15-20 min walk to airport( but google map guided me the wrong way, so I cost about 35 min). And clean room and well-equipped kitchen.

Miinukset: Sound insulation is very bad, can hear the next room clearly. I was forced to wake up four times because of new guests’ check-in and bath. Room key is hard to use.

Plussat: Big room, comfy bed. Perfect location for someone with a morning flight - so close to airport.

Miinukset: Flat looks a little fatigued, but it wasn't something disgusting or uncomfortable.

Plussat: It is near the airport

Plussat: Comfy bed, punctual transfer and clean and tidy room.

Plussat: Very affordable and Good location. 7 mins drive from Lisbon airport. The staff who handed over the keys was very friendly. Forgot to ask his name though.

Miinukset: Would have been better if at least 1 bottle of water was provided instead of the snacks in the kitchen area.

Plussat: The staff goes the extra mile to help out.

Plussat: The stuff are quite responsive

Miinukset: Hard to find the place, there is no sign or label over the street. The place is quite cold, there is no working heating system. One of the bed and wall is almost wet. Hard to get a continuous sleep because of the noisy conditions (the upper neighbor did a lot of noise after midnight, people staying in the same facility did a lot door opening/closing which was too noisy)

Plussat: Nothing beats it for the price. It is very near the airport, with a shuttle, comfortable and clean bed. Although the bathroom/toilet is shared, it is clean, there are two available on the floor, and I did not see anyone else using it during my stay although I know there are other guests on the floor. The honesty store with drinks and snacks is a nice and useful addition to the amenities.

Plussat: Good location for exploring Lisbon, and while the area has a reputation of being unsafe at night we had no dramas at all.

Miinukset: Smells very cigarette-smokey in the hallways.

Plussat: Hinta-laatusuhde hyvä. Yhden yön majoituksena oikein hyvä. Avaimen luovutus ja majoitukseen liittyvät asiat ja taxin tilaus onnistui ja palvelu erinomaisesti samalta henkilöltä.

Miinukset: Asiakkaat eivät osanneet avata ja sulkea ovia, siitä tuli turhaa kolinaa ja melua. Pientä lisäopastusta ovien avaamiseen majoittujille.

Miinukset: No soap in bathroom.

Plussat: Fast check in.

Miinukset: My towels were torn. Some guests arrives at midnight and were noisy...also left the entrance door fully open until i discovered it in the morning...

Plussat: Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällinen, palvelun taso 10. Siisti ja viihtyisä huone. Plussaa perusjuomat keittiössä, josta sai ottaa ja maksaa purkkiin (vaikka en itse palvelua tarvinnutkaan). Näppärä ja edullinen majoitus lentoa odotellessa. Staff very friendly, service level 10. Clean and comfortable room. Nice self service bar in the kitchen. Convenient and inexpensive accommodation near airport.

Plussat: it is an excellent location for access to the airport

Miinukset: ate in a local 'taverna' and it was the first bad meal i have had in Portugal.

Plussat: Great place to stay arriving or departing from Lisbon airport. One could walk the distance, but we had a rental car and it was really easy to get there (5 minutes max). Super staff speak English and French in addition to Portuguese. The kitchen came in really handy because nearby restaurants were all closed (Sunday evening). There's a tuck shop, small grocery store, about 200 metres away. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great Place to stay!
