Plussat: Yes, Staff was very friendly and helpful
Miinukset: Long lines at pick up. It took us more than 50 min to pick up our vehicle at Alamo counter.

Plussat: The car was very nice for the price...staff helpful and friendly. Even though we did not speak French the staff made the transaction very easy.
Miinukset: Drop off was confusing...even though car drop off is marked on the signs...Alamo did not have a big sign like the other companies...we drove around looking for their drop off....however it is in the same spot as the others....once you drive down into the lot there is a small Alamo sign.

Offered the wrong car category - and the car was never received/ready
Plussat: Nothing
Miinukset: Every thing. They offer The wrong /lower car category with the same amount. Car was never ready or available even after 1 hour waiting. Charge the full amount plus plus and amount not yet refund though the promise to do it immediately.

Plussat: The staff was able to get us into another car when we arrived later than we had originally planned.
Miinukset: The website showed that the car could handle 7 people and 5 bags, but this was and either or. There was no trunk space if you didn't have the back 2 seats down.

You can drop off the car at either the terminal 1 or terminal 2 lot
Plussat: The experience was very smooth and just like renting stateside. The staff was very attentive and helpful. What they don't tell you is that you can drop off the car at either CDG location at Terminals 1 or 2. If you're dropping at Terminal 2, look for the Enterprise or National signs because Alamo wasn't well listed on the road signs.

Miinukset: When we arrived, our large family car was not ready even though we had mentioned our flight details. Very disappointing from Alamo, especially since we needed a large car fo the family and luggage. They offered a smaller car and still wanted to charge us extra! Normally, I am a happy customer of Alamo, but ;avoid the Paris Charles de Gaulle location. Very poor service and not up to Alamo's international standards.
