Plussat: Very nice location. we had a view in a little picturesque square. we were delighted!

Miinukset: Everything was fine!

Plussat: Location was excellent, staff friendly

Miinukset: No elevator. So, if you dont have luggage, its fine. Breakfast was ok, not more.

Plussat: Spacious, all the extras such as coffee, toiletries, the breakfast basket was lovely, great and fresh.

Miinukset: Echoey building, meant was quite noisy from fellow stayers at the guest house and street outside, could hear everything even with windows closed. Also requested 2 single beds but got 1 double and staying with my dad resulted in sleeping on the sofa.

Plussat: Very good position to visit Lisbon. Staff was great and kind. Rooms are very spacy. Breakfast idea (baskets at the door) is nice, although they are delivered quite late if you are there for business (or they will deliver them at night, but stuff will not be that fresh).

Miinukset: Rooms noise isolation is not very great, you can hear a lot others (water, walking, talking, coffee machine). So if this is an issue for you (not much for me) you should be aware of it.

Plussat: The staff at this hotel were extremely kind and friendly. The room was nice, warm and bright. The hotel is located in a quiet part of town. Breakfast is interesting, served in baskets and very nice, varied

Miinukset: During my stay there were rainy days so the sewage in the bathroom was very smelly. The Wi-fee in my room was bad, the connection was often broken.

Plussat: Friendly staff, very cozy studio.

Plussat: The warm welcome from the reception staff (the staff was very knowledgeable about the area around the hotel and willing to recommend restaurants to go to/ sightseeing). The breakfast delivered directly to your room at the desired time was excellent. The beds were very comfortable.

Miinukset: The bathroom could have been cleaner. There were finger prints on the mirror, and rests of a an old bar of soap in the soap holder in the shower.

Plussat: Viihtyisä, individuelli majoituspaikka, ystävällinen ja huomaavainen henkilökunta

Plussat: Viihtyisä ja rauhallinen asunto. Aamiaisjärjästely toimiva! Seutu viihtyisä.

Plussat: Kaunis huoneisto vähän syrjemmässä, mutta silti kauniilla alueella, jossa kahviloita ja ravintoloita. Ihana henkilökunta!

Miinukset: Suihkukaappi hieman ahdas ja matala pidemmälle ihmiselle.

Plussat: Aamiainen oli loistava. Joka aamu ovelle tuotiin aamiaiskori, jossa oli leipää, hilloa, herkkuja, hedelmiä maitoa ja mehua. Hotelli sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla ja lähellä on kivoja ravintoloita vaikka kuinka paljon. Huoneen saa hiljaiseksi ja ikkunat pimeiksi, lisäksi sängyssä oli hyvä nukkua. Henkilökunta oli myös ystävällistä. Eli saatiin kaikki mitä hotellilta toivottiin.

Plussat: The breakfast was excellent. Served in comfortable surrounds with a very good range of food and good service.

Miinukset: The room we were allotted was a little small but relatively comfortable.In this regard we are completely ignoring the bathroom. The bath was blocked and we requested that this be un-blocked and cleaned 3 times. My wife then discovered dried blood spattered on the bathroom floor. As it was a marble floor the blood was difficult to see, but rubbing with a tissue soon exposed the problem. It was quite obvious that the floor had not been washed and cleaned thoroughly. After a bitter complaint to the service desk on our last night we were given another room. The Manager was not available to talk to us as it was the weekend!!

Miinukset: I don't understand why they don't use on the paper, spanish. They translate on 4 different languages but not spanish.

Plussat: Excellent base to tour Lisbon, quiet away from the hustle and bustle but near enough to walk everywhere. We never vaught the metro but it was less than 200m away. The staff were super friendly and the lobby area was an excellent meeting place.

Miinukset: Nothing really

Plussat: The staff were super friendly, accommodating and helpful. The location was great with easy access to the Metro .The rooms were very modern with top rate comforts from bed to bathrooms .Nice restaurant and spa on site..

Plussat: Classy suite.

Miinukset: Construction site above my room. Annoying noise from 10am till 17pm.

Miinukset: Hearing the showers from the neighbors was really loud. Not enough plugin opportunity

Miinukset: Low cleaning standards, it's not a 5* hotel...

Plussat: Erittäin hyvä ja ystävällinen palvelu. Sijainti mitä mainioin. Hyvä ja monipuolinen aamiainen

Plussat: Vastaanotto :Christina upea innostava kaunis, antoi hymyn näkyä. Kahvila Pizasso lähellä tosi ihana- ruoka- henkilökunta

Miinukset: ehkä olisi voinut olla bussi tai metro lähempänä... jaksoimme silti

Plussat: Excellent location, just 15/20 minute walk from Winter Wonderland. Lovely first floor Piano Bar very nice pool area Spa Sauna etc. Excellent Hotel, catered for my party of x 10 Rooms and was great when I asked for Champagne, they even sent me a Free Birthday Cake when entertaining in my suite (50th Tut!!!) Lovely staff and very nice atmosphere.

Miinukset: Found the price for the breakfast rather expensive at €35.00 per day for x 2 pax. Ours was included in the suite but our guests who had Doubles had the option to pay. There is a perfectly good Cafè 100 yards away that did breakfasts/Pastries/goodies from €3.00 !!! Also sorry to be negative, I ordered a transfer one way from airport to hotel through the hotel which was €70.00 - and when we went back after our long weekend it was €12 in an Uber, so slightly stung. But Hey Ho, there was a Chauffeur with a nice laptop at the waiting point when we arrived off the plane. They also do a FREE shuttle if you are lucky enough to use it, sadly we were in the wrong place or wrong time, so just missed it etc, but not a big deal, nice that they offer it to be fair.

Plussat: Great Location and hotel,friendly staffs. Very clean hotel,good amenities,good selection of food. Free shuttle service and good value for money!I like the junior suite upgrade.

Miinukset: Booked a superior room with courtyard view, got a small bed and not view to speak of Other hotels we stayed in Paris or Warsaw offer complimentary water, here it’s only one time on arrival and they don’t advertise it unless you ask

Plussat: Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä samoin hotellin sijainti . Henkilökunta oli palvelualtista ja ruoka hotellin ravintolassa hyvää.

Miinukset: Höyrysauna oli joko liian kuuma tai "kylmä".

Plussat: Henkilökunta todella mukavia, hotelli sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla.

Miinukset: Premium huonetta ei kannata ottaa, ei ole hintansa väärti. Palvelut joita kuuluu, esim. vain 1 drinkki klo 19-21 baarissa. Kahvia kyllä sain business loungessa, mutta kuka siellä nyt haluaa istua illalla ennen illallista.

Plussat: Perfect location, a few minutes from the main avenue and metro station, plenty of good restaurants around, nice neighbourhood. Super friendly and professional staff. Room was very good, super clean and comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay in the apartment. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. Unfortunately due to the bad weather we couldn't enjoy the rooftop but it looks like it has a fantastic view!

Plussat: Excellent location for City Centre, Tapas, bars etc. Next door to sister hotel with Spa facilities and roof top bar. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Thoroughly recommend

Plussat: Very very location...hop on hop off bus tours run near by, metro stations and bus services. Landmarks within walking distance. Hotel was nice, breakfast simple but filling, staff very friendly and helpful. Got a deal on the breakfast which saved €40..for our stay. The room was very spacious and clean...big comfy bed...tv was a bit tempramental...but not a issue. Big shower area nice bathroom layout. Room lighting and operaring of lighting a bit strange but again not s major issue.

Plussat: Room was spacious, the bathroom too. And the service at the reception was perfect. The spa was great! Just don’t forget to bring your own flipflops. You get sandals there but you can’t use them to enter de sauna or steambath.

Miinukset: It would be nicer if you didn’t had to go outside for the spa. It’s only a 2 minute walk but I thought it was inside the hotel. And if you to the hotel with public transport do not follow google maps, walk down av liberdade until banco novo and then walk upwards.

Plussat: The staff was so nice and always helpful. The room so nice and comfortable.

Plussat: Pleasant, helpful front desk service. When we had trouble with the coffee maker, they offered us complimentary coffees delivered to our room while the problem was being handled. Check in was prompt and courteous. Upon arrival, a very nice upgrade was given, as our room was still being prepared.

Miinukset: Nothing to note.

Plussat: Lots of space in a double bedroom apartment. Huge closet space. Had to call twice to fix the air conditioning and were very helpful. Room with kitchen.

Miinukset: No much toiletries in bathroom. Just body wash that served as shampoo also. Bed is not much comfortable. No milk or cream for coffee. There is a kitchen to cook but no freezer, just a refrigerator.

Plussat: The location is optimal, the lobby is very nicely furnished, good vibe, warm style

Miinukset: Rooms are small and a bit claustrofobic

Miinukset: Ensimmäisen huoneen ilmastointi piti kovaa "ropotus"-ääntä, pyysimme respasta jotakuta katsomaan huonetta, koska ajattelimme ettemme saa nukutuksi koko viikonloppuna äänen vuoksi. Huoltomies hän kävi katsomassa. Meille ei annettu mitään lopputulemaa ja odotimme huoneessa turhaan, tuhlaten viikonloppumatkaamme luullen, että joku hoitaa asiaamme. Menimme sitten aikamme odotettuamme uudelleen respaan. Meille sanottiin, että ääni on normaali (!) ja asia kunnossa. Olimme ihmeissämme. Koska respasta ei suostuttu tulemaan kuuntelemaan ääntä olin tällä kertaa äänittänyt puhelimella tuota melua. Saimme vaihtaa huonetta, koska viereinen huone vapautui. Palvelu respassa oli kuitenkin nyreää ja siitä jäi tyhmä oli koko matkaksi, vaikka siivoojat sen sijaan olivat ystävällisiä ja palveluhenkisiä, kaikki muu hotellissa toimi erinomaisesti ja toinen huone oli äänetön ja ok. Aamupala oli hyvä, sijainti loistava ja hotelli siisti. Katolla on kiva terassibaari.

Plussat: Nothing to complain about the hotel. Excellent location, and easy access by public transport. Staff was very helpful.

Miinukset: The room I stayed faces a main street and was a bit noisy during night.

Plussat: Traditional Portuguese tarts available at breakfast -yum, and overall a huge selection.

Miinukset: The bed was a little hard but was at least nice and flat, not lumpy like some other hotels we have stayed in

Plussat: Breakfast was good very attentive staff at breakfast. Would have liked tea making facilities in our room although we could make coffee. Location was fantastic and staff knowledgeable about good things to do or places to eat. We would stay here again! Apart from the rain we would go back just before Christmas again!

Miinukset: Hotter water for tea at breakfast and cafetière of coffee instead of machine. Couldn’t use stairs only a lift!
