Lissabon hotellit Alcantara

Plussat: Ystävällinen, avulias ja rento henkilökunta. Upea sijainti ja näköalat, loistava keittiö, siistit ja viihtyisät tilat.

Miinukset: Suuri osa vieraista ei noudattanut uima-altaan käytöstä annettuja ohjeita (suihku ennen uintia, ei sukelluksua altaan reunalta). Henkilökunta ei puuttunut ohjeiden lauminlyönteihin.

Plussat: Loistava aamiainen, sijainti hyvä, kivat näkymät...Uima - allas ja saunatilat toimivat meidän perheelle hienosti!

Miinukset: Hinta oli kalliimpi kuin moni muu

Plussat: The staff member in the bar (older with grey hair) who was on his own serving all people worked so hard and was doing more than the best he could. The interior of the room. The promotions.

Miinukset: Situation of the room, no nice view. No toiletries There is no atmosphere in the bar, no music and quiet apart from the opera. Not enough choice of restaurants. The staff not outstanding at reception.

Plussat: Great size room for a family of 4 and some great views of the bridge.

Miinukset: A bit noisy.

Plussat: Clean and well equipped Friendly staff Location near Belem, close to tram

Miinukset: Rooms facing the overpass can be noisy

Plussat: Everybody was very kind, i liked the food too.

Plussat: Good location for my purposes - close to Lisbon Congress Center, relatively far from touristic center of the Lisbon city. Good gym&bath facility. Tasty breakfast (except coffee)

Miinukset: The Wi-fi internet connection was bad in my room (6th floor). It's was constantly varied from strong to weak until completely off and not every time was able to reconnect itself without my actions. So I was missed important Whats'up call when I was asleep. The coffee at the breakfast was poor. No coffee machine, just some metal bowls with already made coffee - it was definitely not the level of this fine Hotel in my sight.

Miinukset: The evening meal in the restaurant was dreadful and extremely poorly prepared. Both the vegetables and chips were cold and had to be sent back.

Miinukset: There was not enough electrical outlet, wifi was really bad, you can hear everything from room next to yours and all the hotel have some bad smell. Totally bad!
