Food for a five hour flight had to be ordered ahead-not ideal for customer especially the choices on menu! I appreciated the seating for handicapped individuals!
Inflight entertainment kept switching off or unable to join
Both legs were delayed despite receiving emails the same day that the flight was going to be on time. No food. Uncomfortable trip overall.
first class seats were dramatically less comfortable than competing airlines. we also had to wait 40 minutes to find a gate which is unnaceptable.
The only real complaint I have was the device website did not work for getting back to the homepage “404 not found error” and need more choices in movies, more current titles for guys. Action section was very small.

While people who had 2 bags per person with the carry on roller bags bigger than ours was allowed to carry the bags inside."

I had to make new arrangements myself and the only option was to fly out earlier in the day and lose a day of sightseeing and time with family that I made the trip for in the first place. I had to race to the airport to get there in time. It ruined our trip."

Miinukset: "If there was a less than one star that is what they deserve. SFO flight was late. They gave away my seat on my connection to Kalispell. They basically blamed me for being late and not being there on time. Two others from my flight were allowed to make the connection but told me that they gave my seat away because I was late. We all showed up at the same time from the late flight. I talked to 3 people including customer service and did not get a single “I’m Sorry”. Do they not communicate with each other when a flight is late and they have passengers for connections running late? They told me they don’t talk. The best they can do is put me standby for 9:30 flight and if I cannot get on that flight I have to wait until morning. My daughter is in a competition tomorrow morning and thanks to Alaska Airlines I’m going to miss it. I’m sitting here writing this review, paying for a dinner I should not be paying for and probably searching out a hotel room until morning when I can catch a flight. Unbelievable the lack of empathy."

Miinukset: "Three delays. From takeoff time of 9:50 to 10:40 to 11:23 to 12:05. The ostensible delay was the incoming plane, which landed before 10 PM but - lo and behold, it was an international flight, surely something we didnt know when it took off - it went to gate 94 and had to be cleared blah blah blah. Each delay was predictable and JetBlue could easily have simply informed the passengers that we would be delayed 90-120 minutes rather than stringing us along with bite sized delays with insipid explanations. If there was really anything to JetBlues "award winning customer service" I would imagine they would have not insulted everyone's intelligence and been honest about the delays - which pushed arrival time to 2 am. I travel a good bit - three or four times a month - but cant remember the last time I flew JetBlue. JetBlue will certainly be right there with Frontier and Allegiant on airlines I'll seek to avoid. I dont know if it was just base level incompetence or if they dialed it up for the occasion, but it was on full display for the holidays."

Plussat: "Despite being a smaller airline I must say I’m completely floored by how much I enjoyed my flight with JetBlue! The free WiFi is a game changer compared to the greedier airlines that charge through the roof for it and the staff has been incredibly kind. Also, the flight attendants were really sweet. I watched them diffuse a few situations that most people would have ended up making worse. Not to mention this is the only airline that actually OFFERED to assist me getting on the plane. I sometimes request assistance, but I really needed it last night and they offered without a second thought. I had only come up to the desk to ask about reprinting my ticket. As soon as I went up to the desk to ask about reprinting my ticket, they immediately asked if I was ready to preboard. The man who helped wheel me out of the plane at JFK was very considerate as well and asked if I wanted to go to the restroom before going out to the gate. He wheeled me all the way to the car where my husband was waiting. Every member of the Jet Blue staff I met this weekend was exemplary. If I can help it I will always fly Jet Blue when I fly nationally."

I was unable to deplane from the back because they seated most people before me despite checking in early and my bag had to be put in the middle of the plane. My grandpa is in the ICU and I nearly missed visiting hours because of having to wait to deplane in the front."

When my kid asked to go to restroom, it seemed that we’re troulesome. My mom missed the water when they gave out drinks, but they did not come back for us. The crew was late, there was no food, customer service had quite an inappropriate attitude, and tvs on the plane barely worked,"

Miinukset: "My flight got delayed an hour, once air borne we had to land due to an engine over heating. They weren’t able to help me find another flight that day. I had to call 3 times to jet blue’s customer service to get a flight the following day, I missed an important family event. I also lost money in multiple ways, not going to work and playing for uneeded dog care for my dogs."

Miinukset: "There was not enough food on the plane. If you are offering a range of food to passengers, then there should be preparation and adequate supply to fulfill those orders. I follow a vegetarian diet, and I asked for the salad option, sold out. Okay fine, I asked for the cheese platter, sold out. If you are offering food, there should be enough for the whole plane, plain and simple."

Miinukset: "Families with kids should go second on the plane, not almost last. The air conditioning system was broken. The seats were hard on my bottom which made for a rough red eye flight. Hit tons of turbulence with no warning. I know you can see that ahead of time so just give us a heads up. They couldn’t get the bridge way to the plane so we sat for half an hour in the no ac plane instead of getting us a stair or other gate."

I would recommend that they first see if there is an earlier initial flight that the customer could make, then look at finding later connecting flights. We found out about delay 8 hours prior, so we had plenty of time to get to the airport earlier. Total delay required me to take additional day off of work."

When my 1st flight was delayed I asked to be rebooked then and the delta employee insisted that I would make my connection. I didn't make it. This is not all. I could have gotten to a near city several hours after but on the same day, but the mediocrecy of this employes did not allow me to get there until the next day at 7 am. Happy new year to me. This two women (or one of them) on the phone, lied to me. There was an option to get me here and one of them failed to do their job right AND LIED TO MY FACE ON THE PHONE. Just unacceptable. I will sue them, I had an under age waiting for me in Cancun and a pet with me!. With no food or access to do its necessities. AND THERE WAS AN OPTION THAT "they missed" on porpuse."

Prior to boarding, on line check-in was available up to the point where customer is forced to pay $12 for seat assignment, once that is paid, continuation is unavailable--a ruse and a theft. I was informed by check in counter of the $40 bag fee, whether it is carried on or checked. When I asked for clarification, he replied I should have been aware of it prior to speaking to him. I paid the $40 and checked my bag, my only item. On the plane, I see other customers with backpacks, some large backpacks and with personal totes. I wonder what they paid. We all waited 45 minutes for baggage to begin appearing in claim area."

Miinukset: "2 hour delay then 15th in line to take off and at the landing gate the bridge driver was 10 minutes late."
Plussat: "The plane is a decent size, first plane had decent sized seats and headrests that were adjustable, second plane had smaller seats and no headrest, crew was friendly and like that it was a direct flight. Over all a decent flight."
Miinukset: "My duffle bag was damaged, when I arrived to Minneapolis one of the handles had been ripped off"
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed 2 and 1/2 hours. The plane was a mess. One of the seats was broken causing more delays. To top it off my golf clubs never arrived. The final straw was listening to the customer service recording tell me for 30 minutes how seriously they take luggage issues. I guess you get what you pay for."

Miinukset: "The plane crew were great but the check-in crew were not professional. The plane was late and they didn't provide an ETA...on both flights. When the plane was delayed going out of SFO, they didn't say anything until 30 mins after we were supposed to fly out. As passengers, I know we are not in charge of when the plane will arrive and when we can board...that's obvious. BUT the check-in crew should have that information and should be able to communicate (approximate) wait times to us. That's all... :)"

Plussat: "Unlike the horror stories from the news, everyone at Sun Country was extremely friendly and helpful. This was true from the person on the phone, through the check-in and boarding process. They were very efficient and left on time. It was a redeye so no food or drink service or entertainment as far as could tell, which was fine."
Miinukset: "The issues that had, I would probably have with any airline: The seats are small, uncomfortable, crammed together and completely booked. It was a red-eye, I was exhausted, brought my own pillow and I still had a difficult time sleeping. I have been flying for over 30 years and the situation has only gotten worse."

Miinukset: "The flight was an hour-and-a-half delayed, which meant a 12:30 a.m. arrival into Minneapolis, the seats are uncomfortable (even the $25-extra exit row seat I paid for), and they don't even serve peanuts or any kind of minimal snack, not even when they're an hour and a half late!"
Miinukset: "Changed our seat assignments w/o notifying us. Brought it to their attention and the desk clerk changed them for us; however , when they reassigned seats,once again screwed up. Seats she said were available weren't. My wife is tall,has long legs and needs the extra leg room , particularly on a trip of several houers."

Miinukset: "Other than salad (a very good salad) the bbq dinner was horrible. The beef was dry, tough and tasteless! The green beans mushy and overcooked. I asked the attendant for the cheeseburger instead, 10 minutes later she hands me a very hot burger that's still in the bag, no plate, tray or napkins. Sun Country promotes the burger as having Lions Tap seasoning. For the Lions Tap people- you're not doing your business any favors being associated with one of the worst microwave burgers on the planet!! I would be willing to bet the youngest flight attendant on the crew was in her early 60s, not that I have a problem with a senior crew but they were less than eager to please and they seem to have this take it or leave it attitude. I guess when I'm looking at the retirement finish line I'll probably be coasting too. Problem is it makes for a poor customer experience, in this case mine"

Miinukset: "Snack was not provided Requested for a blanket as I forgot my jacket, was told that I could buy one if I needed it Boarding from Minneapolis was a bit messy as they boarded middle rows last and when I got in there was a scramble to find a spot for my cabin luggage as the cabin above my seat was already full. Not a big deal - created a little bit of delay when getting off the plane. Had to wait for 10 minutes to get to my cabin luggage which was all the way at the back."
Plussat: "Nice to get a drink especially coke products."
Miinukset: "A little snack would be nice like some peanuts or pretzels. I can't believe that can be much of an expense."

Miinukset: "I really don't understand how such a renowned airlines company can leave without even waiting for the customers who have booked ticket. I got delayed by 1 min and I was not given a seat in the flight and told that my seat was given to someone else. It's pathetic and was really disturbing. I was made to wait 6 hours in airport to catch the next flight. I'm highly dissatisfied and would never prefer the airlines again."
Plussat: "There was a male flight attendant (not sure of his name) that was wonderful. He was funny and personable"
Miinukset: "My boyfriend and I purchased our seats separately and we asked if there was a way that we could be seated together. The man that was checking in our bags said no and that the plane was full. We were fine with it, but after awhile he said that he found a couple seats together in the emergency exit aisle. It was great! We got on the plane and there were tons of extra seats, the plane was not full and I believe that he was too lazy to look for seats together upon our first request."

Plussat: "The ticket agent was efficient and welcoming. The pilot spend time personally in the cabin to welcome and inform us of the flight time. It was a quiet and uneventful, restful flight."
Plussat: "This plane was what it was, the crew was nice and didn't have turbulence, they offered food for purchase and entertainment. Only 70% full"
Miinukset: "Seats aren't great for a 6'3" guy, it was hard to put my head back because of the seat shape, the plane was old, it even had ash trays in the arm rests. leg room in a normal isle was cramped."
Plussat: "Not turbulence, but over correction. Worried we had a junior pilot. Pilot should have come on speaker after take off incident, many afraid passengers."

Miinukset: "My seat's headrest was broken and kept rocking forward into my head the entire flight. My seat also did not recline as far as my seat mate's. For first class, this was the least comfortable flight and almost would have taken a coach class just for more comfort. Disappointed!"

Miinukset: "Crew member opened champagne bottle as passengers were getting on the flight and it spilled on the person in front of me and on myself and I had to ask for napkins from him instead of him apologizing and giving them to me himself. No free food, not even chips or anything. No TVs. I was on a 5 hour flight with no in-flight entertainment."

Miinukset: "The flight was delayed for hours, and I am still trying to get to lax. All due to the pilots being too tired to fly, and due to maintenance. I would of appreciated checking into a hotel room a lot earlier than I did due to vague communication. I’m exhausted with only 2.5 hours of sleep."

Miinukset: "We sat on the tarmac for an hour after boarding because there was some minor mechanical issue on the plane. Also, my video screen didn’t work so I had no way to access the in flight entertainment."
Miinukset: "Instead of flying MIA-EWR I was sent to ORD and then to EWR arriving at 11:00pm"
Miinukset: "I could not pre-check or request different seats on the CP website. I think that this was because of issues with the website, apparently due to IT system communication between American Airlines and Cathay Pacific.......on all six flights. On the transfer in San Francisco, Customs was closed when we arrived in San Francisco and we had to haul all of our baggage from one terminal to the other. There was no direction on how to handle this issue of Customs being closed while on the flight to San Francisco. I had to explain the issue of to the CP customer service crew in SF. The CP desk and they had never heard of it. American Airlines was equally poorly trained. I will also say that while at the CP customer service, there were three young adult males that we're not busy at the time and the watched us unload the baggage carts onto the scales and conveyor and then reloaded on to the carts to push to the AA terminal. We handled the bags two additional times because the CP staff did not know what to do and how to handle it. Other passengers were confused as well."
Plussat: "One cabin crew went the extra mile for me...rescued a partial dental plate which I had inadvertently tossed in the trash."

Miinukset: "The flight had no pilot assigned to the flight yet the attendants still boarded us. Then we waited on the plane for an hour before exiting the plane. The attendants gave us little information on flight alternatives and when the flight was finally allowed to board again, they did not announce it and so had I not been waiting close by, I would have missed my flight. It was extremely disappointing but not shocking with all the scandals that have occurred this year with American Airlines. I do not recommend flying with them."
Plussat: "This was a completely hassle free trip. No aggressive, angry flight attendants. The usual United Airlines features that I have become numb to were entirely a absent. The 2 hour delay did not happen!"

Miinukset: "My tickets ultimately were booked through Kayak/webjet. I will never book through webjet again. You can't directly speak with an agent. They never sent me my e-tickets. I couldn't download my tickets prior to arriving at the airport. It was super confusing because I couldn't figure out whether I was flying on British Airways or American Airlines. I didn't know what terminal to go to. I finally checked in with American even after they told me to go to British Airways. Next, American said that my booking was messed up such that they couldn't check my bag through. So at Chicago I had to exit the Secure area, pick up my bag from baggage check, check it back in and go back through security. I still didn't have my ticket for the chicago-barcelona leg of the trip. At American, they told be I had to exit the airport again to go to British Airways for the Chicago- Barcelona leg of the trip. Luckily, i asked another agent and she confirmed my flight was though American. It was the most confusing flight experience, I have ever had."
Miinukset: "I was supposed to be in stand by and the screen continue showing I could go to the counter and get a seat and I have to wait till the end so that I was going to be given a middle seat. I said forget about it, to pay 75 dlls for a change of ticket and you make me wait till the end to give me seat u want, forget it, I know this is stand by ticket but I dont like the attitude of the people, they dont help you at all really bad service you should learn from other airlines giving at least if you are delayed an apology and sometimes miles reward, not just food... Thanks for the SERVICE (i dont flight with you no more, even though cheap flights, but cheap things are expensive)"

Miinukset: "Holy moly. You know if you stopped charging extra money for checked baggage you wouldn't have a ridiculously annoying amount of customers with too many bags for overhead storage. Then you wouldn't have to threaten your customers to store their small bags under the seat. Then I would have room for my feet under the seat. When I would have been comfortable. I also wouldn't have to annoy my neighbor with trying to move and get comfortable. But instead the exact opposite happened and I'm offended you guys have America anywhere near your name."
