Plussat: Turkish Airlines can really teach other airlines about hospitality and customer service. They really go above and beyond to make you feel super comfortable.

Miinukset: My above head storage was occupied with airline stuff. They boarded a little late and there were no separate lines for front and back of the plane.

Plussat: Everything was excelent

Plussat: The seats were surprising and comfortable and reclined quite a bit. The food was excellent and the people serving it was so nice

Plussat: Pilots were good, they provided a smooth ride.

Miinukset: Nothing better than other competitors (Qatar Airlines). Turkish Airport had poor washrooms and seatings (not expected from a European country). Flight from Turkey to Pakistan was without earphones, you had to beg for it. Less professional airline crew.

Plussat: Fortunately I was in an exit row, so I had legroom. Other seats were not very spacious.

Miinukset: Arrived SF almost an hour late, then took an hour for luggage to arrive so we missed our next flight.

Miinukset: New Istanbul airport requires kilometres to walk and then take a super crowded bus. Insane

Plussat: The crew was friendly and helpful.

Miinukset: The leg room was smaller than most other flights and the war phonejack didn't work and the video constantly paused every 30 seconds. Also the 1 8kilo bad allowance in the cabin is a bit unreasonable but I see why they need to because the overhead storage and under the sit storage was less than normal too.

Plussat: The crew were super patient there was a traveller was so irritating kept complaining about everything and ,moving from one seat to another even insulting the crew but they never lost their cool I thought that was wonderful .i learnt something.

Miinukset: If a tooth paste and brush was provided in the little pack it would have made life better.

Miinukset: Seats continue to get more narrow and rows are moved closer and closer. However, the Turkish Air seats are among the most comfortable, relatively speaking.

Miinukset: The door from the US plane was closed in front of our nose and the staff was extremely rude.In Boston the Turkish Airlines representative from the luggage transfers didn't have a clue what he's doing. It was a complete disaster. So, the 1:10hrs between Cluj and Istambul is not enough for an US flight. You guys must schedule more time so people can get to the US plane on time. The Airline is amazing, good food, good crew, great sits, but please work on this schedule because it's so exhausting to stay an additional 11 hours on the road.

Plussat: We were unable to fly EBL IST TUN IST due to TK cancelled their flights from EBL IST. No flights from EBL. I am requesting a refund for unused portions of my tickets please advise. Thank you for your assistance

Miinukset: We wrote to TK on face book, messenger, customer care and called them. No assistance has been provided. They kept referring us to you. We were stranded in Erbil without any assurance for reprotection. Finally they assisted us back to JFK on QR but our segments to TUN is unused and I am requesting a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.

Plussat: Flights out of Kabul are generally filled with less-experienced travelers, so Turkish Airlines did the best they could with a planeful of new flyers. Entertainment system had some pretty good choices.

Miinukset: There's a coronavirus outbreak going on. Just slow down, everyone. Take it easy. Slow down boarding. Slow down disembarking. Enable social distancing. Just slow down. We were packed into economy class, touched by every person walking past, bumped by every bag over every shoulder. Just take it easy. Let passengers try, even a little, to maintain a little social distance in economy class.

Plussat: The food is delicious, for a short 3 hour flight, unlike other airlines which they only give u snacks like cheeze it or crackers

Miinukset: Honestly never buy a ticket from a vayama or kayak worst companies to buy ticket from I wanted to extended my ticket and they were charging me $1200 for extending my ticket from Lahore to New York ... instead I just missed my flight and got new ticket for $500

Miinukset: New Istambul airport requires walking 20-25 minutes when arriving and the same amount when departing. Even if huge you need to take a bus a walk under the rain. Bad planning
