Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.
Kaikki toimii suunnitellusti, ruokaa tai viihettä en käyttänyt.
Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.
Friendly and professional crew
Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.
Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.
Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Traveling these days can be a little strange and at times more difficult than normal due to this pandemic. Finnair did an amazing job and all areas of the trip! I would absolutely fly with finnair again and will recommend the airline to friends and family.
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..

Plussat: "Having requested assistance due to breaking my leg, the service at Heathrow, Charlotte and JFK with American Airlines was excellent."
Plussat: "The crew was amazing, friendly and on-top of it. the filght was great. I was next too a large, smelly man and that affected my flight, but that was out of the airline crew's control made the flight a bit uncomfortable."
Miinukset: "Not to be seated next to a large man and a child behind me kicking my seat. Again, items out of your control. There is one item, and that is, I forgot to request a vegan food option and it would have been nice to have one last minute even though I did not request it."

The food was tasty and on time, the beverages were widely presented from juices to red and white wine or beer...so The time passed quickly"

The airline neglected to offload my checked luggage, refused to do accommodate me with a change fee and now has lost my bag and has no idea where it is."
Miinukset: "I have traveled with different airlines such as Delta, France and America airline to near and far places and they have all given something to eat but this one NOTHING, not even water, you had to pay for it. This airline was the worst, first they wanted to charge me for my suitcase that I was bringing in which 50 pounds were free. Another reason was because I asked an airy one if it was possible for me to change to another seat since there were manyyyy empties seats in whixh she said/meant no; but the worst thing is that i still have one more flight with this airline. Miinukset: "On Tuesday, November 1st, 2017, a girlfriend and I flew from Newark, NJ to Barcelona, Spain on an Economy flight. I have flown both internationally and economy before, but I have never been on a flight, especially a 7 hour international flight, where I wasn't even offered water! The crew didn't even make eye contact if you didn't purchase an upgraded flight. I didn't expect a meal flying overnight, but I've received pretzels and a soft drink on 45 minute flights! How is that we received meals and drinks, and the proper hospitality on the return flight, also without purchasing the upgrade? Maybe it was because the return flight was operated by Hi Fly. Norwegian needs a lesson from Hi Fly on how to treat their customers! I will never fly with Norwegian again, and will share my experience with anyone contemplating flying with this carrier. Shame on you, Norwegian!!!"
Plussat: "I felt this Airlines was very accommodating, efficient and easy to travel with. The flight crew that we had both coming and goin were very good. AND of course, it felt like getting to Europe was finally manageable in the time needed to get there. Now west coast travelers can almost go as easily as our east coast counterparts!! Second they only allow 20kg per bag and not willing to combine the kg between carry on and checking.. and the answer for the manager "go to hudson news and buy a new bag and pay for it or you can just travel" then i found out that they dont bring no even water.. just imagine to be on airplane for 8 hr without even drinking water because they want you to pay for everything.. i would surprise me for them to ask me for money to use the bathroom. We all know what airlines bring for food and i dont think it was worth to pay $50 dollar for that food.. i have travel to barcelona and all euro plenty time and use tap portugal, kml, delta, airfrance, and so far this is the worst airline you will ever pick.. third seats are very unconfortible and have not enough space for such a long trip. Every time you call customer service to even ask a question they are they dont care.. i would love my money back.. i usually dont write review about thing but i said to myself i have to let people know so they aware of what they will be getting into.. so litteraly i end up paying 600 plus everything else i use on this airline.. what this people do is an abuse.. i asked for water and theh told my ticket didnt include water and i had to pay for it.. no even a glass.. i would understand if it was a short flight for few hrs.. but imagine 8 hr when at the airport dont allow you to bring any liquid.."
Plussat: "The 787 is a great plane to be on for long trips. It is comfortable and high tech. Checkin kiosks are easy to use and the app makes checking the details easy."
Miinukset: "The seat area was dirty with broken biscuit crumbs - both seat and floor. The pocket in front of the seat (back of previous seat) was filthy with what looked like yogurt and chewing gum. Very unpleasant!"

They knew from the start how long they would have to serve drinks/snacks but didn’t care and definitely did not go out of their way to ensure everyone would be served. The worst service or total lack of that I’ve ever had."

Miinukset: "Flight delayed, no gate information till 18:40 - when flight was supposed to take off at 14:40 - then gate overcrowded by passengers from 3 different flights all to the same place. Crew members didnt know how to handle the situation and over 200 did not board the plane. However once taken to the plane lucky passengers had to wait outside on runway for approximately 40 mins as cabin crew also did not know how to handle the situation. Those with assigned seats did not get them and those with luggage to go in the cabin were informed there was no more space and luggage had to be put in the hold. We finally boarded the plane at approximately 8:40 but could not take off for another 2 hours where we were stuck on a small cramped space on a plane full to capacity not having eaten anything for hours with no idea of the progress of the situation. In conclusion I expect every passenger should receive a refund for not only the extrodinary 8 hour delay but for the mismanagement of the entire situation."

Miinukset: "On board the plane I was told you have to pay for all the food drinks quite abruptly maybe because I had shorts on and a tee shirt the lady in question thought I did not have much money.....Never go by how somebody is dressed that's my advice to your airline staff...."
Miinukset: "On arriving two hours early to my flight I was told that I was being put on standby because the flight was full. Not sure how I got bumped from a flight that I bought a ticket for 3 weeks ago? Upon waiting at the gate I came to realise that 17 other people had also been bumped. How does an airline overbook a flight that much? We were led to the baggage claim and told to pick up our bags to be rechecked- then the flight attendants disappeared, giving us no further direction as to where to go or what to do. My bags did not arrive on the carousel, either did anyone else’s that had been bumped. We walked up to the check in desk only to be told to consult the baggage service desk downstairs. Upon doing that we were told to go back to the check in desk. After going to the check in desk again we were told to go to the customer service desk. After doing that and waiting another half hour, we were given new tickets and told that our baggage had left on our original flight and would be waiting for us in Barcelona once we got there. Our compensation for all of this hassle was only a free meal from the restaurant. When we went to the restaurant we were told that we were only allowed one of the cold sandwiches and a small drink. Absolutely appalling as we were starving and exhausted. All of the flights were also delayed, however all the boards continued to say they were ‘on time’. The board for the flight we eventually took said we were ‘on time’ despite the fact we were still standing at the gate at the time we were supposed to depart. After arriving on a flight 5 hours later than we should have arrived, We were then told by the baggage desk that the luggage had not arrived in Barcelona and were instead back in Paris. So the staff in Paris blatantly lied just to get us to leave them alone. No apology was offered at any point of this whole ordeal, no compensation other than a sandwich and a bottle of water, and i’m now left with absolutely nothing but the clothes on my back. Not even a complimentary toothbrush which has been given to me along with toiletries and a t-shirt the last time my bags were delayed. Absolutely appalling from all aspects of this whole company. I am sorry to say I’ve already booked my return flight, however after that flight I am never flying Vuelig again!"

The 15 Minutes of silence and not knowing what was going on, or whether we were or weren’t going to eventually be landing in Barcelona or diverted elsewhere, after the aircraft had suddenly climbed very steeply away from Barcelona as we were almost about to land on the first approach to BCN."

No apology or explanation on board either. Flight got us from A to Be but with zero grace or service. As a first experience this was bad."

Miinukset: "We were charged an additional $70 per person to have our boarding passes printed at the airport. After waiting 40 minutes in line to check in, we were made to go to another office to get boarding passes. Even though we arrived 3 hours before the flight, we barely made it. Ryanair tries to put as many obstacles and charges in your way before you fly. You have no recourse as you would miss your flight if you don’t pay the extra charges. During the flight, the whole purpose of the crew is to sell duty free goods. This airline is the worst! I’d pay more to another airline, just to avoid Ryanair."

Miinukset: "Said on time until we arrived at airport gate- then said delay with no reason given and no one to speak to. Estimated time kept getting pushed back. If had known if long delay would have stayed in Santander and enjoyed day. Poor customer service and frustrating delays."
Miinukset: "Boarding commenced after the given departure time with no sign of a delay on the departure boards. There was no clear guidance for queuing, so the speedy boarding we paid extra for was close to useless, staff then scanned boarding passes without a care for passports. Once on the plane the flight was delayed for 2 hours and only after 45 mins of sitting around waiting for an explanation were we given one by the captain."

Miinukset: "I checked in online. Didn’t realize I had to save a mobile download of the check in. The woman at the front desk yelled at us and told us to get out of line. We pulled it up on our mobile and got back in line. She then told very rudely agreed to help us. My husband thanked her for her kindness and I giggled and walked away (because she wasn’t kind at all). she then began to scream at us from 20 feet away “YOU ARE VERY RUDE AMERICANS!” I’ve never experienced something that odd. Then, the flight was 4 hours late for some unknown reason. I tried to get a wine on the flight and the credit card machine wasn’t working. Instead of doing whatever normal company would do and graciously give us a wine for the terrible service, very late flight and no working way to pay, the flight attendant grabbed the wine back and continued serving other people. The whole day was a disaster. Now it’s 2 am and I have another flight to be up for in 4 hours."

Miinukset: "Things that went wrong; 1- gate switched at the last minute. 2- the flight departed 30 minutes later. 3. At boarding, as Americans, we were singled out and had to pay €50!! For our carry on. This was the third airline we in our European vacation. No one else was being asked and had bigger bags then we did. I told them that they had to be consistent with everyone that was going by to make sure that they also paid. But they didn't even bother to check People with European passports. We will never ever flight with this airline agin. We don't recommend it. The airplane was old. The seats were torn. And the landing was horrible."

Miinukset: "Priority on-boarding was fine to start with, until the later passengers started bringing on too much hand luggage and long coats stuffed with clothes, and stuff. Cabin Staff just wanted to get away as fast as and gave up preventing these degenerate snowflake freeloaders from stuffing their bits and pieces in several storage cabins along the cabin. Of course these people went to all of the lockers in turn and rifled through them as their stuff was spread across several lockers. Luckily my bag, with it’s many padlocks, was completely locked down, and it survived an attempt to open it. My partner was not so lucky, however. Clearly the cabin staff are under pressure to get moving and keep the passengers happy. But it is obvious to m that these ‘later’ passengers are working a scam to steal from other passengers. RyanAir need to make these argumentative over packers, put their stuff in the hold, without question or get off. Off-boarding was also a joke, the priority boarders at the front of the plane that Paid the most, had to get on a bus to the terminal that was the last to move...so forcing a lengthy queue at passport control, it took over an hour to get into the terminal. As the less exoerienced traveller faffled about with their documents, multiple children, and no queueing system. It was chaos on the Spanish side. RyanAir would avoid the delays by having better trained assertive staff, and a little better administration on the ground to ensure that priority boarders get what they paid for. Otherwise I might as well fly SwissAir, or Lufthansa, which are only a 15% price point away. [after seat booking and other RyanAir add on costs.] Passenger===Disappointed [and literally was robbed in flight.]"

Miinukset: "Since the moment of the Check in at the Counter. The attendant was extremely UNPOLITE. Insisting that I must have brought a printed boardng pass. I had to explain several times, that I tried to do it on line and even bought a few more things for my ticket, but I could not get a Ticket to print because the system kept on telling me that as the passport was not european I had to go to a Counter. The attendant was not happy with my answer and kept askng for it. I then told him that as a customer of Ryanair I can not manage your system. And he even replied by saying. Qoute " I have nothing to do with Ryanair. Then at the moment of boarding. Once we were let through BP control, then The crew kept us waiting in different stages All in All around 45 mins, which of course lead to delay in flight. Then on board, the crew was having difficulties with the service even to the point that they could not take our payment with an International Credit Card"

Miinukset: "We had to pay the normal check in fee (50 euros per person), this one was on me, since I didn't pay enough attention, I don't get why it has to be 50 per person though. We also got to pay 100 euros for our luggage (two carry on bags that had no issue in other airlines). To our surprise, the bags didn't fit in the metal cage they use to size baggage. We ended up paying since we had to fly but then when we were boarding we saw other passengers with the same bag size as ours, so this was really upsetting."

Miinukset: "Worse experience I ever had with an airline in over 45 years of flying. They charge you if you don't check in online but it took me numerous attempts over a couple of days to check in. The website is horrible. I checked a bag online but when I got to the check in they had no record of it and I had to pay extra. If you are not an EU citizen you have to present a printed boarding pass. If you are traveling this can be difficult. That flight was over a half hour late and no explanation was given. It was an almost one hour wait for bags. I will never use this airline again."
