Flight left Berlin with ca. 20 min delay, but arrived to Vienna in time
A very pleasant experience. No further comment necessary.
Rude customer service, then lost my bags and my moms bags. She is ill and I'm stuck with out her meds or anything

Miinukset: "My Swiss flight from Stuttgar via Zurich to JFK was cancelled before 24 hours without explaining the reason. They should explain the reason at least. I had to take an another flight and arrived at JFK after 6 hours from the original flight. My trip was totally messed up, so I was not happy at all."

Miinukset: "2.5 hrs late departure with little information meantime, almost missed our connection. our luggage did not arrive with us. Poor food, almost no service during flight."

Miinukset: "Austrian Air has really slipped in its food-product.. Lufthansa put out snacks (cookies etc; even small sandwiches to 'help yourself from' going from Atlanta to Frankfort which was nice). But not the case with Austrian The serving of it was fine. Restroom options are less than adequate too."
Plussat: "The food was excellent and the business class layout was perfect."
Miinukset: "On the arrival at Toronto, there was no one at the gate to roll out the gangway bridge. So we waited on the plane 10 minutes. We were flying on to LAX on Air Canada. It took 1 3/4 hours for our luggage to clear the US Customs pre check. Unsatisfactory."
Miinukset: "The crew members on the flight from Washington to Vienna were absolutely rude and unhelpful."
Miinukset: "Predictably, why I was expected to meet the tight schedule between planes squeezed by the 1st flight leaving one hour later than planned, my checked-in baggage apparently wasn't. So for me 35 minutes was more than enough to go through yet another passport checkpoint, security checkpoint, run like a headless chicken then travel by bus to the plane; for AU it wasn't enough to transfer my bag to the connecting flight."

Miinukset: "I was very disappointed with Austrian airlines. I was not able to pick my own seat even after I checked in and the actual seats on the plane were extremely small and uncomfortable. This made it impossible for me to enjoy mi flight. A 5'6' person should not have any issues but my knees were touching the seat in front of me. The seat was very narrow - it felt cramped and as if they turned a space designed for 2-4-2 into a 3-4-3. When I called the customer service before the flight to get a seat next to my husband who had a separate reservation, it took about 4 calls before anyone even mentioned that out reservations could be linked together. will not fly Austrian airlines again."

Plussat: "The flight was on time (actually arrived early). Everything was great, except for the seats and knee space, which was just ok - in line with every other company; that doesn't make it good. The entertainment unit was great, many options plus a charging USB port. Food was good; coffee was bad (instant) - is it that difficult to make good coffee on the plane? Crew was professional and efficient. Happy(ish) overall. Thanks."
Plussat: "The flight was quick, food good, crew friendly. we landet earlier than expected."
Miinukset: "This was an older plane and even I paid for economy plus, there was no outlet, no on ddemand movies and the seat was not as comfortable as in a newer plane. Very little space in the overhead departments, even for carry on luggage."

To board in Manchester at the airport they treated us very badly, we did not like the airport. During the flight they allowed drunk people to board and spent the entire trip violating safety regulations, yelling and bothering the rest of the passengers. They gave them more alcohol inside the plane and in the end one of them fell down the stairs when getting off the plane causing serious injuries with a lot of blood. A very unpleasant trip
The plane was filthy again
Ryanair wouldn’t let me check in online. Got their less than two hours before flight and they charged me GBP50 to check in in person even though I told them I hadn’t worked online.
Fast, good loads in and out, totally worth of price.
It was late… the seat was so worn out I could feel the seat frame.
Plussat: "The check-in process is a joke! They do everything by paper, couldn’t find my booking, and so made me pay an exorbitant fee, and then wrote by boarding pass with a pen and paper! Unbelievable!"
Plussat: "Nothing, only good thing was that the girl at the check-in was very nice and felt bad for the situation, then inside the plane after we landed, the manager was very attentive and nice to me, she heard my complaints and made sure I spoke my part."
Miinukset: "- They charged me 55 GBP for missing the check-in - They didn't let me facture the suitcase even tho I paid for the priority entrance. I had to throw away my liquid bottles. - While boarding one of the flight attendants told me to walk faster because they were late, even though I had two heavy bags in both of my hands. Then he insulted me in Italian and after I asked him 8 times to tell me what he said to me he told me to shut up and sit down. I sat down for 2 hours in a very bad mood trying to control myself from starting a fight. After the flight I waited and spoke with the manager about it, If I'm not wrong the name of the attendant was Luca and the manager heard my complaints. This was the worse flight of my entire life, I have never been treated so disrespectfully in a plane, I felt humiliated. I will never touch a Ryanair plane ever again. I definitely should be getting a refund for this."
Miinukset: "Ryanair website did not work properly for check in and I was charge 110euro extra upon arrival at Athens airport - myself and my fiancé are very disappointed. We arrived at the airport 2 hours before our flight and we were told we could not complete our check in process as it was only available online. The flight had delayed 1 hour and we still payed 110 euro. The crew had very rude attitude. This was the first time flying with Ryanair and it was a complete disaster. I believe it is unacceptable to pay for something that it was not my mistake and I except to receive a response from you soon."

Miinukset: "The check in process is absurd. I did not have a chance to check in on my phone beforehand, so I waited in line to check in at the desk. At my turn, the woman behind the desk was annoyed with me for not checking in and told me I had to go speak with another office (though she did not clarify why) and then come back to her. The airport was small, so lines for check in, security, this other office, and those seeking food were all merged into one large group. This second office didn’t open for another 40 minutes so I was thankful I’d arrived early. Standing in line, those around me all figured out why we were there: this was the line to pay extra fees. Apparently if one doesn’t check in beforehand, there is a fee. Ok, I had a few euros left. Nope, it was €68.20 to check in at the airport desk. I took my receipt and went back to the first line, she printed me a boarding pass and I was able to get through security. The fee to check in at airport was more than the cost of my ticket."
Miinukset: "Missed this flight because a connecting flight was delayed. Tried to rebook 12+ hours in advance but the site/customer service chat and phone all failed."
Miinukset: "The person at the gate during the boarding was rude and unethical. I was asked to place the suitcase in the special cage to measure it and despite the fact that it fit the lady asked me to send it as cargo and pay. I had to call a supervisor to show him it fits. Even so the lady argued about. I have taken a picture and threaten to sue the company for harassment and unfair business practice. Jack Dauber"

Miinukset: "Everything about this experience was terrible. They charge you for bags that will clearly fit in the overhead bin and under your seat. None of the boarding crew communicated with each other, so even though two members approved the size of my bag, the woman checking boarding passes didn't believe them, so she kicked me out of line and I had to pay anyway. They even sell scratch tickets to passengers on the plane, how cheap and sleezy can an airline get??"
Plussat: "I was warned by my son to read all of the fine print, so I had no problems. For someone who doesn't know to do this, I could see where there could be questions and confusion."

Miinukset: "Our flight ended up almost 3 hours late which caused us to miss our flight home. When we asked for assistance and explained our situation they simply said there was nothing they could do. She even jokingly shared advice on a place to eat since we were probably not going to make it home that day. This delay cost us another night in a hotel and a couple thousand for tickets on another flight the following day. When we complained to the service desk at the airport they offered no help, we actually had to go to airport information to find out how to file a complaint. I highly recommend you choose another airline."

Miinukset: "When we got to the airport no one was willing to help me which ended up costing me an extra £100. I was so upset and no one even showed the slightest care. Im never flying ryanair again."

Miinukset: "We had to pay for the three of us to sit near each other (not even next to each other, just to avoid one of us sitting in the back of the plane and the other two in the front). The check-in and boarding process is total chaos, but the flight was fine once we were boarded."

Miinukset: "Drunken rowdies from Ireland going to Amsterdam took over the cabin with obnoxious, vulgar behavior...fueled by the cabin staff selling the drunken crowd even more alcohol! One poor passenger had a seizure on the way to the runway and was subjected to their reticule! They should have been removed!"

Miinukset: "We had a 9:15 am flight, we had bought one 15kg luggage for check in beforehand and we each had our own carry on (group of us 3) given that we had an early flight and it took us over an hour to get to our airport we had very limited time to get through check in and security to board our plane. Upon access to our boarding gate they would not let us in due to the size of 2 of our carry on. We understand it is policy for them to fit into the carry on fitment test in order for it to be free so we were then directed to pay extra for our carry on and have them checked in. By this time it was 8:40am, the person in charge for checking in luggage said it was closed and to let the boarding agents know that we can get through. Although we told them this (lots of going back and forth wasting more time) the boarding agent said it didn't matter and we needed some sort of proof that they said it was ok. We had no idea what to do then since they wouldn't let us check in our carry on nor get through the boarding gate & pretty much getting brushed off whenever we tried to ask if there were any other options. Finally by 8:50 we decided to take out some items and carried them. Through the security line we see a lady with a carry on almost twice the size of ours! Very frustrated with how things were dealt with considering they knew our plane was about to depart, our experience was a complete nightmare & will most likely not be flying with Ryanair again"

Miinukset: "There was a charge to check in - which I attempted to avoid by checking in online but I didn't have access to a printer so there was a charge to print my boarding pass. A charge to check bags (since they wouldn't let us carry on - additional $70) there was no food (it was a 55 min flight so that makes since.) The seats were cramped and hard. And for whatever reason the landing was very hard/abrupt that people screamed. If I had the choice I wouldn't fly this airline again."

Miinukset: "I was told I could not use my pillow for take-off, landing and the majority of the in flight. I broke my neck years ago and I need the pillow for neck support especially for takeoff and landings which are always the most painful part. ( Didn't help that the pilot had rough decent and a violent touchdow on landing). I just truly am baffled as to why I was not allowed to use a pillow? We are not talking about some large bed pillow we are talking about a small pillow that takes up no room and is specifically made for flying. I tried using my water bottle as neck support but it was no luck. Flying is already painful enough and to not be allowed to use a pillow which helps to support the neck is truly agregious. I really don't know what to say on why this wasn't allowed but I hope this issue is solved with upper management so the next person with such a problem will Never have to go through this. As for I, I will never use Ryanair again. Truly disappointing."

Miinukset: "It's not really a comfortable way of travel; it's like taking the bus instead of a train. But this we knew up front, of course. I was a little surprised by the total price, because everything costs extra."
