wifi online live tv was bad and need to be improved
They transfer passengers by bus in dubai don't put the plane on gate, thats not good very hectic and so many security checks. I Prefer direct flight to usa in future. Checking in crew in india need training. Send us separate email, clerarly mentioning about carry on changes when traveling from india to usa. Or It shd be same as going from usa to india.

Better communications when flight changes
Flight didn’t land in Dubai and we missed connection . Ground Emirates offices at the airport are not adequately staffed leading to a 4 hour wait for next rebook ticket for connection.

For the people reading this review who might think my kid would have been messy or cranky on the flight so we were treated this way, that was not the case, she not even cried once or made a mess. Same as my previous flight with crew, Crew were so late in responses, my wife actually walked to their place 2 times to get milk for the baby. Also she was not served food at all when they served breakfast. We requested Hindu meal and I was served hindu meal and she was missed and when they served lunch she was told she has not requested prior to the flight and can only be served a regular meal, which she gladly accepted. Kid was not served any food again, so we gave her solid from our meal. When we requested some food for the baby she was given a banana baby food(Kid did not even eat it). Taste of the food was edible(Not great). Overall do not fly emirates with a kid"

I won't EVER go through Boston AGAIN. I won't ever chose Emirates for that long flight again, if I can help it. The WORST!!"

Indian food / Vegetarian meal / Asian vegetarian Meal options are varied and can be filtered to basic but classic food options that can make not just me but there are lot of people like me have a good experience with food. even the fruit platter ordered was not appealing."

Everything was just perfect, extremely polite staff, excellent service, food was great and best of all flights and connections were on time.

The flight didn’t take off on time and was late an hour. Upon landing at our destination we had to wait on board for another half hour. With two small children in tow, a huge inconvenience and totally not worth the extra money paid for a direct flight.
The flight didn’t even happen.
The flight and the staff were really nice but not what I expected.

Miinukset: "The check in process was terrible. I specifically requested seating together with 2 small children and an injured daughter. The check in process was the most chaotic I've seen in recent times. No clear order, no clear counters. We bounced back and forth before we checked in our luggage. At the gate, another long chaotic line of multiple questioning and bag/body search before we boarded buses to our plane. When we boarded we found out we were split at 2 or 1 seat arrangements (out of 5 travelers). After complaining, there were able to seat at least 3 (with one lap child) together and 1 separate. The plane was uncomfortably hot all flight long despite notifying the flight attendants. The one restroom ran out of soap in the first hour of the 11 hour flight. They quickly ran out of a choice for lunch option and snacks. I fly Turkish Airlines frequently and I usually am satisfied, but this was exceptionally bad experience."

The Turkish Airline staff informed us that we would have to wait 24 hours, purchase a hotel at our own expense, and acquire a Turkish visa, also at our own expense. When my husband asked to speak to a manager, it took 45 minutes before a staff member offered us another flight that arrived only a few hours later. All other staff members were on their personal cell phones and would not answer our questions. By the time our boarding passes we’re printed (an hour later)we had to run to our gate in order to make our flight. This left us no time to contact our driver who was picking us up and let him know when our next flight was arriving. We’re extremely disappointed in the customer service and appalled at the lack of professionalism."

Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"

Miinukset: "They give you very little leg room. The seat in front of you touches your knees. After 8 hours in the same position it feels like you are stuck in a coffin or a primatial medieval torture device. The seat begins to hurt your back. You can't get in a comfortable position. You can't turn left or right. There's a little foot rest that gives you 10 minutes of relief but then that gets uncomfortable. If one of the people seated in with the inner row needs to use the restroom then the whole row needs to get up. It's cruel and unusual punishment. The airline just needs to expand the rows by 6 inches. Before you go bring a neck pillow and a butt cushion. Or better yet, pick a seat located in a front section that gives you more leg room. If you have the option then this should be a higher priority over a window seat. You will thank me for this advice."

Flight was delayed for takeoff, that wasn't the airline's fault (air traffic) so that didn't factor in my review. Although the food is generally tasty, the dessert could be upgraded. I flew on 4 Turkish Airline flights this year and have never finished a dessert as I've not liked any of them. The bathrooms should be cleaned mid-flight for a 13 hour flight. It started out great but towards the middle of the flight, the bathrooms got really disgusting."

I was feeling ill and asked a crew member for water she told me she would run and get it and I saw her walking around for 45 minutes before I asked her again and it took her another 30 minutes. In that time I watched her fulfill requests for headphones and other unecessary items. We were sat directly behind a screaming baby and directly in front of 3 wildly misbehaving children for the entire 10 hr flight. The crew allowed the family behind us to sit 5 people to the 4-person row, including a 7-year old sitting on the mom's lap who kicked seats and pulled my hair over the top of the seat. I recognize that misbehaved children are not the fault of the airline but it seems like in the future grouping families with children together might be a resolution. We went 10 hours without sleep because the kids kept kicking our seats and sticking their feet through our armrests. The airline also offered zero vegetarian food options for this flight (unlike others which offered pasta). We went 10 hrs having eaten a single bread roll and a bowl of pudding. After these two flights I'll likely never fly Turkish again."

We were kept sitting on the plane at the terminal for about 30 minutes before it was explained to us why, and the speakers are a bit crackly, so between that and the captains accent it was sometimes difficult to understand what was being said. The cabin crew were friendly, and our flight out was great, there was just a bit of a communication problem on the way

With that kind of money, I could have flown a much better airline, with working AC, complimentary WATER, and a plane that at least doesn't smell like stale, sweaty nastiness. Pegasus is a joke and will never see a penny from me again. Not to mention that you have to take a bus to the airports from the plane!!! All in all, you will get treated like a very low class citizen on this airline."
