The flight itself felt like an older 737-800 while it had power there were only two and the two others in my row snagged them. I was in Delta Comfort and have to say the extra leg room isn’t a lot."

Miinukset: "Flight delays cause cascade of irritable passengers. Flight out of Phoenix delayed due to late departure from previous location. We were told mechanical reasons was the cause of the delay. This caused many passengers to miss their connecting flight in Atlanta. When we arrived after midnight, one gate person was attempting to help 50 people with morning connecting flights and room accommodations. The airline knew 3 hours prior that they would have tired, hungry, frustrated passengers. To then have to wait more than an hour in a line to get a bed and or a meal was too much for most people. There were other smaller examples of how Delta's staff or procedures were not customer centric. I will avoid Delta for travel in the future, and I am getting out of their stock."
Miinukset: "Our flight was originally scheduled for departure at 7:45 PM. We got an alert stating that the flight was going to be delayed but we were already almost to the airport when I received the first message on my smartphone. We received three additional alerts making our total wait time at the airport 5½ hours before we could approach the gate and board the aircraft. Seating in immediate gate area was not comfortable. Boarding was chaotic at best with very little control and guidance provided by Delta staff. The audio over the PA system was difficult to decipher much of the time. The only other available boarding status information was presented on the screens stationed near the gate and indicated PREMIUM the entire time during our boarding process and was never updated. We literally had to scramble through the crowd to get to the gate desk and get our boarding passes validated so we could board our flight with our group of passengers. Our seating on board the aircraft was thankfully good which is why I rated Comfort as Okay. We were saddled with one more delay after the flight left the gate and taxied briefly down the runway and then sat there for almost an hour. My suggestions to improve customer satisfaction based on my experience would include the following 1. Provide extended alerts for passengers travelling especially if the anticipated delay is known to the airline more than 2 hours before scheduled flight time. 2. Improve seating in the waiting areas near all Delta gates. 3. Re-orient all staff in proper boarding process and utilizing all available resources properly to provide clear and intelligible (not speeding) overhead audio messaging and current boarding status prompts on displays. 4. Maintain or replace audio equipment if necessary to help improve quality of audio messaging in all boarding areas."
Miinukset: "My email read check into Aeromexico I could not check in the Aeromexico using my phone I was dropped off at the Aeromexico terminal after standing in line for half an hour I find I was in the wrong terminal I needed to be in a different terminal with Delta because Aeromexico even on my reservation read that does not fly to Tampa. I had to find a shuttle to another terminal the shuttlesare not marked it was very confusing"

My little girl got the Delta wings pin (including a second one when she lost the first one), and was able to visit the flight deck. Extra kudos for my daughter being able to see a female pilot! :-)"

Miinukset: "For some reason when I booked my flight, for this leg of it, I had "get seat assignment at gate". Once I got my seat assignment I thought I had a window seat: however, when I boarded the plane, I realized that I was in the very last seat of the plane in the window position, but no window. I was crammed in next to a wall and claustrophobic the whole way as I couldn't see anything, couldn't recline at all because behind me was the bathroom, and the engine roared at times in my ears to where I couldn't hear the passenger next to me when we tried to have conversation as the engine was right outside my "wall". We joked, when we could hear each other, that we must've pissed someone at Delta off the last time we flew them. I have no idea why I had to get my seat assignment at the gate for this particular flight, or why I was put in the 'flying coffin' seat, but it made for a very unpleasant experience. Why even have that seat in the plane? Everyone pays a lot of money to fly these days and deserves better than that seat when doing so. just take those two seats out and give everyone else a little more leg room = much better passenger experience for everyone...my suggestion if Delta really cares about the quality of passenger experience."

Miinukset: "Boarding is always a nightmare. First class, and the high flyers are called first. Then premium economy, then economy. A mad rush of people scramble down 2 flights of stairs, then are crammed on a tandem bus that drives out to the plane. You then cross the Tarmac in all types of weather to board. This flight boarded from front and back. Making finding your seat a nightmare as people were traveling in both directions in the aisles. You would think you were in a third world country."

Plussat: "I like the Tampa airport MUCH better than Miami or Orlando that are chaotic and offer less assistance to the traveler. I hope you continue to offer flights to and from Tampa from Frankfurt."
Miinukset: "I would like for long flights if the staff would remind and encourage all travelers that there is time for rest and quiet. Some people are loud by nature or because they come from a certain area and talk all 9 hours of flight, very annoying, disturbing the flight of others with unnecessary continuous conversation."
Plussat: "Flight was on schedule. Was lucky to get a empty seat next to me so plenty of room. Glad they provided the requested specialty meal."
Miinukset: "Boarding occurred an mass. No order what so ever so long lines getting to the plane and in the plane. The head phone jack was for a two prong headphone so it forced you to use the headphone they provided or only hear from one ear."
Plussat: "Flight was operated by United Airlines. Easy boarding, friendly crew. Pillows, blankets, and headphones provided plus free house wine and beer as well as the usual coffee, tea, soda. Seatback video did not work for me, but I had no plans to use it as I needed to sleep on the flight. Excellent vegetarian dinner of vegetable korma, chickpeas and rice. Heated snack was not meatless, though, so as a Catholic flying on Friday had to pass."
Miinukset: "Vegetarian option (or meatless Friday option) for snacks as well as meals would be nice. They are in the process of changing to personal device entertainment, so seatback screen issue will not be a problem in the future."

Miinukset: "I arrived at airport with my connecting flight at 9pm, there was no way to check my luggage until 4am. I could not go to transit hall until someone took my luggage so I was able to board but no place to leave luggage like other airlines, that was not fun since the transit halls had the sleep pods I could have used"

Miinukset: "Frankfort ground crew service- confusion delays in boarding. Too far to walk from arr. gate to departure gate. Too many stairs to climb to reach the bus. again more stairs to climb making it a torture for seniors like us. No assistance unless booked as wheelchair assistance. We have travelled all over the world including developing countries and have seen better airports than Frankfort terminal that we used on multiple trips. we really need to reevaluate if we want to take Luftansa again! Miinukset: "Frankfurt airport was a nightmare. Gate agent randomly picked people and made them check hand luggage. Batteries were in mine but he didn't care. He did ask if I was on a first class ticket, so I guess FC doesn't have to adhere to baggage size. Others with larger bags were allowed on board. My other flights with Lufthansa had no problem with the same bag. We were transported by bus from the gate to the plane!?!? In the rain. And this was an international flight!?!? Attendants took 10 minutes to answer call button and then asked if it was a mistake. I asked for water to take meds as I was overlooked by beverage service. Another attendant walked up and said he had bypassed me as I was asleep. I showed him the snack package he had handed me and asked how had he given me snacks if I was asleep? He snapped back that he was sorry. I almost asked if he was sorry he was caught lying or sorry he was on board?"
Plussat: "Boarding on time was great. But then not leaving for 4 hours was terrible. Plus being on that plane was horrible as it added additional time to actual flight of 11 hours. I wish that delayed time could have been spent at the gate."

Miinukset: "The food was poor, ventilation system in the cabin terrible. Smell from bathrooms during the whole flight, both ways. SAS lost our luggage and nobody seams to care about it. They know that there is a problem with luggage transfer on connecting flight, but don't bother to do anything about it. Customer service representative is not able to provide any information, doesn't even understand English well. Nobody answers the phone... At this point, we're still waiting for our bags"
Plussat: "Fairly new plane."
Miinukset: "Only airline that made us check in our luggage; and charged us an exorbitant amount (+/- $90 per luggage) in doing so. No customer service at all. 1st attendant wouldn’t let us check-in at the counter, and 2nd attendant made us check in our carry-on despite it only being 2kg over. We could’ve moved some items around. When we boarded the plane, we saw multiple people whose carry-on looked suspiciously over the weight limit. We felt singled out. It was obvious that this airline only cares about profit and does not care about the customer. Attendants were rude and not helpful. Needless to say I will nit fly with this airline again."
Plussat: "Crew was considerate, friendly and accommodating . Meals were quite nice as flight fare goes. And the variety of films to watch were great. Two thumbs up, SAS !"

Miinukset: "My husband was unable to check in on line. SAS when contacted by phone which was difficult to do because it is hard to locate their number had no explanation other than maybe due to security. We missed a tour due to the time spent (unsuccessfully) trying to solve this problem."
Miinukset: "I ordered vegetarian from their transfer office at the Copenhagen airport. Days before the return flight yet to chicago they had no record of my vegetarian meal The same transfer desk told me there were no morning flights to amsterdam the next day so they booked me 930pm next day, I found hour later a flight on Dad leaving 6am next morning, had to buy own toclet"
Plussat: "Really appreciated how helpful everyone was, from check-in at Newark to arrival. The entertainment system worked well, too. Aside from the two issues I describe below, SAS seems to be extremely efficient and well-run."
Miinukset: "There was some mix-up - not sure where - but I did requested a vegetarian meal and it wasn't in the system. I'd also requested an aisle seat due to a hip issue and was told I'd have one - but when I went to check in, I'd been put in a center seat in a bulkhead. I was able to change but it was the last row of the plane. We the gate they were able to move me up at the last minute - but this all could've been much easier."
Miinukset: "Not enough characters to express my disappointment."
Plussat: "Everything about the flight was fine. Boarding, flying and retrieving luggage were all standard and went smoothly."
Miinukset: "I was upset that neither Kayak nor SAS provided any information about our ticket being a basic, basic ticket, by which I mean, did not include any checked luggage allowance in the price of the flight. I ended up paying 140 additional Euros for two bags. It appears that SAS's pricing is gaming the system when searching for flights or that Kayak is not being up-front about the type of fare they are advertising."

Consequently this meant that every parent on the plane with two-year-olds decided that the best place to let them stretch their little legs was back by me. I work with small children so I understand that when they reach that age all they want to do is kick and punch, but I didn't want to end my vacation by having half a dozen two-year-olds punch my leg or try to crawl under my chair as they wandered nearby. I still have bruises."

Not just over one or even ten gates but fro gate D51 to gate D1. In the Miami Airport that is at least a 1 mile walk. At the time they switched gates there was no notification that the flight was also delayed by nearly or should I say over an hour. This causing people to scramble, run and drag children to make sure they weren't late for boarding then when everyone arrives to the new gate, they flight is delayed by 30! Minutes. That alone pisses people off but then after waiting that time, it's delayed again at least another 30 minutes. Just not well managed!!!"

I have been flighting TAP for many years now and it used to be one of my favorite airlines. No longer is the case. Over the years there has been a decline on service."

Miinukset: "It was not a business class at all. I was put in the same big bus together with econom class passengers. There was not supposed to be any business class in this airplane, since chairs are all the same and not comfortable. No entertainment of any kind at all. It's a waste of money."

Plussat: "First off I'd never heard of this airline but that was ok because we (group travel) were originally booked on another aiine I'd never heard if before either called Nirwegian. Well less than 24 hrs before we were scheduled to fly out, the exact same day, they cancel our flight! After a lot of phone calls and wait times we were booked onto TAP AIR PORTUGAL. Easy check in, my carry on was great, entertainment was on point, food was good (first European trip), crew was nice, plane was huge; just a good experience overall. I will definitely fly with them again."
Miinukset: "They gave someone else seats I had reserved for 6 months and that I had paid extra for. I will take that up with the company forewidth"

Miinukset: "I booked these tickets for my friends Jamal Wiggins and Anthony Maxwell and they are still Lisbon. They are still in Lisbon! Their flight, 1306, had been delayed for almost 6 hours. The gate keeps changing and they've been getting ther run around all day. No food vouchers. This is horrendous. I am here at Prague airport. We only have a few days here and now one day is gone. They should be reimbursed! We are paying 400 euros for hotel rooms that aren't even being used because of this delay."

In fact, she was already asleep when they changed her flight, so she was already at the airport when she found out about the change. To do this to a 70-year old woman is reprehensible. Worse, after 2-hours with customer service, nobody there made any real attempt to remedy the situation or offer any compensation. Worst airline experience EVER."
Miinukset: "TAP says they're partners with Jet Blue until something goes awry. didn't work as a team to troubleshoot on how to get me to Rome on time or even on the same day. missed a day of my trip. didn't compensate, didn't troubleshoot until too late. didn't work to make it right as a team. wouldn't recmmend"

Miinukset: "It's always fun to go into the bathroom and find a sink ful of puke in there. It had been there for some time by the stench and they way it had slopped all over. I told the flight attendant and they were like oh well. It was gross. Add that on top of I am a DISABLED person and I could not carry my case up the steps and was told someone would bring it up. They did not. It went under the plane with no tag and then when I arrived in Lisbon it was somehow my fault. The flight crew there trying to "assist" were horrendous. I was actually told I should not be flying internationally if I can't carry my bag. Isn't there rules about bags flying unattended? Even internationally. How was my LAPTOP case supposed to get to EWR without a tag? Shouldn't it have been checked? Shouldn't the crew have noticed this and said something to flight attendants? The club and plane both were filthy. The first seat I sat in in the club smelled so strongly of pee I had to go stand (as it was so crowded) I am a million mile flyer and I will never fly TAP again."
Plussat: "I had a flight from Madrid --> Lisbon airport with a final connection from Lisbon --> NYC JFK and we were delayed in Madrid therefore arriving at boarding time of our other flight in Lisbon. The crew was so professional and prepared that when we landed in Lisbon there was a bus that brought about 25 of us who were connecting with final destination to JFK to the closest door to go through passport control and board onto our flight to JFK that they held for a good 30-45 minutes until all of us made our connection. Very professional and organized. Much appreciated that I didn't miss my final connection! Love flying TAP and will continue to do so!"
Miinukset: "Flight was overbooked by over 20 people and even though we got the airport 2 hrs early to check in we were bumped from the flight. Next flight available was not for over 8 hrs later that day. Rude and not helpful employees. No gate announcement when flight was then delayed. Most American size carry one do not fit in overbooked head and was forced to gate check."
Plussat: "The plane had a helpful crew, the plane was modern in that they had a usb charger and plugs for both US and European voltages and there was plenty of space to relax in during my flight."

The food was inedible, and when I asked for a snack (I hadn't eaten for hours upon hours and was starting to feel a little ill) I was told it wasn't snack time and I would have to wait! Disgusting bathrooms were not checked on or cleaned even once during the flight and had streams of urine on the floor. Incredibly tiny overhead space could barely hold a weekend duffel bag. Will never fly with them again."

Flight numbers were not changed so i guess they just combined 2 flights together to save or something, so we ended up missing hotel breakfest and ended up waiting in the airport for more than 2 hours because of bad communication."
