The problem is that it was a delay and we lost connection in Milan Bergamo. But the really problem was not ryanair but Kiwi.com and kayak that sell this kind of connection that are very risky and kiwi guarantee option doesn’t work. They say that they will find you another flight but after some days where flight is. They gave us money back after 3 months and we pay for other connection more.
Fast, good loads in and out, totally worth of price.

Miinukset: "The seat was very very small for an average size human and the seat belt was on max.. No social distancing between seats"

Miinukset: "Leaving from Reus Airport even though we had paid extra for priority boarding as we went through the boarding gate then asked to stop outside the Airport building waiting to be directed to the plane, All passengers where directed through the gate and where mixed with the priority paying passengers."
Miinukset: "Loud men in lifeguard uniforms were allowed to blow whistles, yell, run around, and make everyone miserable by attendants. When I commented she said ,"oh well, that's the kind of flight it is,". junior high school lunchroom Nightmare!!"
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed and we got into EDI very late."
Miinukset: "I did not take the flight. I could not get my money back."
Miinukset: "The seat space was cramped, I paid extra to reserve my seat but it doesn't do you any favours. The aeroplane was old and needed modernisation. It was lacking in basics like netting/storage on the back of the seat Infront. Budget airline is a budget airline I guess."

Plussat: "Flight on time."
Miinukset: "Better way of boarding as priority boarding still involved a long wait and it was far from clear which line to stand in."
Plussat: "No Frills Flying at Very Competitive Prices"
Miinukset: "Cost of Hand/On Board luggage can be the same price as the flight!"
Plussat: "Seat was fine considering the cost."
Miinukset: "Ok but i accidentally started queuing in the priority queue and was told that i needed to be in the other queue, even though i was there very early on. I think i should have been allowed to join the other queue at the same spot but went to the back of the other queue. Apart from that it was fine"
Plussat: "Crew was attentive."
Miinukset: "seats don’t recline, no seat pocket..not even a bungee to hold anything."
Miinukset: "Huge delay as usual"
Plussat: "I like the staff - they were kind and helpful"
Miinukset: "I didn’t like how you had to pay for food and there was not a comfortable position in the seats"
Miinukset: "We were delayed by an hour. There was no where to sit and there was no information about what was happening. Onboarding was chaotic. The luggage masters where not by the plane when passengers where ready to board so people just went up without handing in their luggage."
Miinukset: "The plane left very late and we landed 12.30 am"
Plussat: "The plane started, landed and took me where I wanted to go. That's the good news."
Miinukset: "The pricing structure is highly opaque and they nickel and dime you in every possible way. If you don't print out your boarding card, if you don't check in online… you can't make it up they charge you when you have a hiccup. It's disgraceful and shameless. You discover these extra fees along the way because they don't mention this up front and in bold letters—for a good reason."
Miinukset: "Missed my 9 euro flight by mere moments and was forced to pay 100 euros to change my flight just to get back home."
Plussat: "Easy online check in with no need to visit a desk anyway, unlike Jet2 who enforce an online check in only for you to have to do it all again in person."
Miinukset: "Unnecessarily held at the gate for 45 minutes as the departures boards showed the flight as boarding - no way to get out of this area so stuck. Flight left late and then had to queue up to get access to a drop off area so missed my onward train connection. Paid for food in pounds but given change in Euros - disgraceful - don't offer to take payment in a currency you can't provide change for. Overall a poor experience, will not be flying with RyanAir again."
Miinukset: "Customer service"
Plussat: "First off, my airfare was less than the train fare from the airport into the city. THAT is unreal! And my flight wasn't cancelled (bonus!). Checked in online and was a bit worried that I only had my boarding pass on my phone rather than printed - turned out NOT a problem. Full flight, but boarding was a breeze. I had two carry on bags (not a problem) and no check in bags (recommended, but cannot comment on baggage handling). Crew was friendly and professional. Passengers all seemed content. It was a short flight, so I didn't bother with any of the in-flight service, which they charge for. All-in-all, no complaints whatsoever."
Miinukset: "What's not to like?"
Plussat: "Flight on time, very polite crew and the average experience you expect from Ryanair."
Miinukset: "The whole luggage handling is a nightmare. If you fly with just one luggage, be prepared to have to take everything you care from it and hold it close to your chest, as Ryanair will probably try to check your luggage."
Plussat: "Friendly service."
Miinukset: "If RyanAir reads these reviews can I make a small suggestion that would make a big difference? The plastic cups provided with drinks are tall and narrow making them unstable inflight.Simply changing to a more squat shape would increase passenger comfort."
Plussat: "A lot of people seem to hate flying Ryanair and yes the airline has its list of cons. But I really like their Cabin crew. They help out inside the aircraft with luggage space etc. and are generally very good with customers I haven't seen this level of service even with non-budget airlines."
Miinukset: "the cold outside and the doors left open."
Plussat: "This was our first Ryann air experience and we are very satisfied with the service. The airplane leaved at time and arrived ten minutes earlier. The ratio between what you paid and what you get is much better than the one from American airlines."
Miinukset: "No food, the seats were old, but it was ok,"

Plussat: "Good price, adequate seats, space for our carry-on bags. No surprises!"
Miinukset: "Boarding involved a long wait standing in the tarmac in the sun."
Plussat: "I arrived safely without a scratch. The entire crew were very nice. Things were clean. There were no screens for the addicted. I got some sleep before the announcements and sales kicked in on the short flight."
Miinukset: "Gate was changed after initial assignment. I wouldn't have known if I hadn't sat almost in front of the counter and overheard a customer there saying my flight. I asked someone even closer to the counter if that's the gate, and was told no. There aren't even display boards at the counter so you really have to check. The right gate ended up on the opposite end of the airport, so I wasted a trip and a half, in a way. The previous flight was late, so we boarded half an hour late. We were warned to wait another half an hour on the tarmac but luckily got out in less than half that time. There was no liquid soap in the toilet. I unscrewed the bottle (they really save money and the environment there), put in hot water, and was able to get the soap I needed."
Miinukset: "Crew was clueless on the return flight! Food service was exceptionally slow and we waited for some food for the kids for an hour. There is no control over alcohol that people can buy and one group became very noisy and disruptive."
Plussat: "Even the departure was delay we arrive on time"
Miinukset: "Dirty seat and table. Crew member in charge treated passengers as foolish cattle."
Plussat: "Free magazines, easy to bring luggage on board"
Miinukset: "It was so hot, we were sick. They kept trying to sell perfume! We all had headaches!"
Miinukset: "The entire experience with Ryanair was bad. Once I checked in for my flights, I was never given an opportunity to print out my boarding passes which created myself and 5 friends to pay 18 euros to print the boarding passes out at the airport. The "boarding pass" button didn't even work. The gate agent was not friendly at all and wasn't helpful. I tried calling Ryanair to dispute the boarding pass charge and their customer service was even worse. I will NEVER take Ryanair again."
Miinukset: "Check in process at airport was sheer chaos. Only one check-in agent, with several standing around doing nothing."
Plussat: "Cheap..ish, reasonable experience."
Miinukset: "The priority boarding line needs to be separated from the regular boarding. There is a rush toward the gate when it ipens"
Plussat: "1 star given for food & entertainment only because no N/A rating option, first time to use Ryanair, better experience than expected, will not hesitate to use again, thank you"
Miinukset: "Cramped seats did not recline; all drinks, including water, had to be paid for; plane did not have a jet bridge and passengers had to walk up and down stairs to embark and disembark. This airline takes No Frills to an entirely new level."
Plussat: "Very good for a low cost."
Plussat: "I hated everything"
Miinukset: "I will never fly with Ryanair again. They ripped off all my money. If I would have booked 2 tickets with British airways would have been much better and cheaper."
Miinukset: "This bullshit airline cost me an extra $1000. I never even made it to Porto because of this airline. I had to buy another fight to Lisbon so I wouldn't miss those hotel reservations also."
Miinukset: "Very poor customer service. Did not have clear guidelines on check in process and was obliged to pay at airport."
