Miinukset: "Boarding and take off was very delayed for a flurry ,this delayed my connection and made my total trip awful.i was traveling with a kid but still given last seat .Food was okay and crew was helpful. After having travelled to US lot of time I felt this trip was very tiring and frustrating."

Miinukset: "The seats in the economy class are too small. Not once did I have someone sitting next to me who could actually fit in his seat. They weren't particularly large people, just average men but their arms were in my space all the time. Also if I drop something, I cannot pick it up, there's no room. For transatlantic flights the seats should be bigger."

Miinukset: "Boarding was delayed for some reason. It seemed like every baby in the world was on the plane, and they all cried at the same time. Of course, Lufthansa can't help that. The on-flight entertainment system was painfully slow."

Miinukset: "Seating for tall passengers very cramped. Crew didn't make slightest attempt to help. Other airlines have noticed and helped regarding this. *Some* crew members were abrupt and perfunctory when they could have been pleasant. Nothing special was being demanded of them. Automated check in luggage machines are frustrating to use for many. many passengers."

Miinukset: "The seat pitch is inhumane. I could barely fit into the seat without hitting my knees on the seat in front. And that was before the person ahead of me reclined. It's not like Lufthansa is a budget airline. It's a full-fledged major carrier charging full-fledged prices. Seriously, I was expecting more."

Plussat: "Crew worked hard to make the journey pleasant, including the second crew for my connection to New York JFK, a much longer flight. Even some of the food was edible."
Miinukset: "My son Adam is in Mekele Ethiopia having flown most of his journey with Lufthansa. For two days now, his luggage with his nebulizer and asthma medications has gone missing and not ONE person at Lufthansa is willing to help on their end. Since his last leg was with Ethiopian Airlines, Lufthansa is unwilling to help in any fashion or form in helping to track the luggage that flew with them over two flights. They DENY they have any responsibility to help because it's not their "policy." They wouldn't even look into their computers to see where the luggage was last seen. I am so angry that "policy" is more important to Lufthansa than actual human caring about their passengers."
Plussat: "Lufthansa was a great experience we got to SFO check in was a breeze it took about 15 minutes, security was also a breeze."

I could not go to transit hall until someone took my luggage so I was able to board but no place to leave luggage like other airlines, that was not fun since the transit halls had the sleep pods I could have used"

Plussat: "The flight attendants were amazing. I bought the extra legroom seats and they were so worth it! I couldn't even tough the seat in front of me. Free wine. And the movies on your personal screen were all really good. Probably the best flight I have ever been on."
