Miinukset: "Firstly, our daughter's personal TV monitor stopped working about an hour into the flight. We asked for the TV monitor to be fixed on three different occasions and nothing was done about it so we had to share our monitor for the remainder of the 10 hour flight. Secondly, we were the last to be served even we though we were seated in the middle of the plane. When they finally got to us they didn't have anymore of the selection that we wanted so we had to settle for what was left. When we finally got our food it was ice cold! We had to ask for another plate. By this point we were starving and very upset. Overall, our experience wasn't the most ideal."

Okay, I'm six foot one, but really, we were so close that when the person in front of me reclined ... which he did for almost the whole flight ... I could barely focus on the TV screen a few inches from my face."

(Un-)fortunaltely there was no movie I really wanted to watch, or classical music for my taste (recitals, chamber music). Anyway, this is not a major problem, just a tiny glitch. The random boarding went surprisingly well, although I'd prefer the more structured version. Until there is bread, butter and cheese, I am fine with the bland food."

They said after I stow my carry ons to corn to the back and get a drink and use the bathroom to cool down as we were just about to take off to taxi to the runway. The crew was absolutely great and the I. Flight entertainment and food was great. We just wish our luggage had made it back too. We are still waiting to see where our luggage is - if in Europe still or Dallas."
Miinukset: "I would say that other passengers had their kids behind us and they kept screaming and kicking our chairs. We told the woman to tell her kids to stop but all she said was “they are a child” when all they needed to do was just tell their kid to stop. Flight attendants saw and knew but I don’t know what they could do to help when they can’t help with bad parenting. I wish there was a clear way to upgrade to first class on a trip as it was difficult to find out how."

Miinukset: "The seats in the economy class are too small. Not once did I have someone sitting next to me who could actually fit in his seat. They weren't particularly large people, just average men but their arms were in my space all the time. Also if I drop something, I cannot pick it up, there's no room. For transatlantic flights the seats should be bigger."
Miinukset: "A flight attendant from Bucharest to Frankfurt kept bumping her behind in my shoulder. Before this she was not helpful when I asked her where to put my bag. She shoukd not work with people if she does not like them. Otherwise, everything was great: food, space, movies."

Miinukset: "temperature in the Premium Economy sections was freezing. Me and the person next to me wore 3 blankets each and were still shivering from the cold. The windows had ice on them (on the outside of course). Several people got up and wore their jackets and sweaters in addition to the blankets. In the Economy section the temperature was just fine (my husband sat there) and we had to alternate seats so that I don't freeze. He paid extra for me to have a more comfortable arrangement, but it ended up being way too cold. That did not happen on the way to Europe..."

My only trouble with the crew was that announcements were sometimes too quiet to hear at all, which I hardly cared about anyway (seat belts, please). The movie selection was unexpectedly good, as was the music section. Books were meh."
Miinukset: "I was not comfortable after about four hours, my biggest problem being I had already been riding in an airplane for a total of six hours that day. Food was fine, but came with salt, which was nice. I don't expect a four course meal on an airplane, but I didn't eat with gusto. The headphones provided were lousy, but I just plugged in my own set."

Later, it was changed and LH charged me additionally for baggage! My opinion is that LH had software error in this process, because it was a new tariff. Anyhow I have documents which support my statement and I will make a complaint and require my money back."

Plussat: "The seats were very nice, and I found it very pleasing that everything was colour coordinated. (the small details in red and the rest in gray). The flight attendants were so happy and upbeat, it lifted your mood as well! I believe that we left a few minutes early, as boarding was completed early. And thefood? Mind-blowing for airplane food. I really enjoyed this flight."
Miinukset: "There wasn’t much I didn’t like about the flight. Sometimes the announcements were very slightly difficult to hear (accents and whatnot,) but you could still tell what they were saying."

Miinukset: "My parents were traveling, they dont speak english and I verified with Austrian airlines that they would be assisted at the gates and that they had the correct visas for each airport they had a layover in. I was assured there would be no problems. Upon boarding they were not able to get on their flight. I have never had so many communication issues and frustrations in the middle of the night with an airline. disappointed."
Plussat: "The Swiss Air staff provided water and nice sandwiches for us while we stood in line for hours and put us up in a very nice hotel for the night."
Miinukset: "My first flight with Austrain Airlines was 2 hours late in leaving, partly because they mixed our baggage up and had to have each of us leave the airplane to identify our baggage before getting back on again. Because of this, I missed my connecting flight in Zurich. Apparently hundreds of other passengers were in a similar situation, because I spent the next 6.5 hours standing in line to getting my new itinerary and hotel vouchers."
Plussat: "It was a total nightmare all Austrian flights they put us on were canceled !!! We did not leave Vienna for another 7 h a total nightmare all planes had technically difuculties !! Austrian airlines had total chaos !!!"
Plussat: "Plane was very clean and drink service was frequent."
Miinukset: "The gate was older, not well appointed and far from shops and better dining. We lined up only to be taken on a very long shuttle ride to the plane. I have had this experience before but in this case the planes location was virtually on the other side of the terminal. By the time all were boarded, the plane was late by about 15 minutes to takeoff, and we experienced more delay after that so that on arrival we were an hour delayed. Many missed connections in Vienna as a result. Crew seemed tense and on edge."

Miinukset: "This was not business service. The seats were uncomfortable, virtually no leg room."
Miinukset: "We ended up needing to check a bag. It cost 40 Euros which seemed high. We were sent to another line to pay then back to check in. Then our flight was 45 minutes delayed leaving. Fortunately the pilot got us in to Zurich only 20 Mon late. Just typical "never know what's gonna happen"."

Miinukset: "My Swiss flight from Stuttgar via Zurich to JFK was cancelled before 24 hours without explaining the reason. They should explain the reason at least. I had to take an another flight and arrived at JFK after 6 hours from the original flight. My trip was totally messed up, so I was not happy at all."

Miinukset: "First I lost my United Airlines flight because of security reasons. I checked in Guatemala but I was delayed at the Airport's security too long, it was beyond my control. Consequently I got to the boarding gate right when they were closing. Consequently I lost all my connections from then on. The United Airlines was very empathizing with me and my situation and they issued me other boarding passes at no cost. United Airlines suggested me to tell the Austrian Airlines about what happened and they were sure the Austrian Airlines would understand but they were wrong; no understanding on behalf of the Austrian Airlines."

Miinukset: "Waited longer to start boarding the plane than the flight took. There are 2 gates in Lugano "airport" and no plane or flight at the other gate. Shouldn't be this difficult. The inflight crew was nice and attentive for the little time we saw them but the ground crew never ev n bothered to make an announcement. Just had us sitting there like a heard of cattle."
Plussat: "Snacks in board included in the price. Super nice crew team. Unlike British airways where prices are higher, on longer flights there is no free refreshments and crew staff were unpleasant."
Miinukset: "Very small and old plane. Uncomfortable seats. Hand luggage bigger than small backpack not permitted on the board."

Miinukset: "€40 for a single 12 kg checked bag--that could have been gate checked? Seems excessive to this traveler."

Miinukset: "We were advised to arrive at the gate 45 minutes before departure. We waited an hour and a half more until we boarded. The plane was late on arrival but there were no announcements. No one knew what was going on or when we would board. There was no food served whatsoever. Just beverages. There was no entertainment."
Miinukset: "Although AU blamed late arrival of the plane from Russia, fact is that the plane was at least one hour at the dock before boarding and the AU team was just extremely slow to get boarding done. We were all invited 45 minutes before boarding to board, when apologies were already offered for the slight delay, which turned into 1.5 hour overall. Worst is the lack of communication during the 45 minute wait, for which I have little understanding seeing many older people clearly suffering."

Where are the movie screens for such a long flight???? 6 1/2 hours of a screaming baby makes for a very uncomfortable journey - also TURN OFF the lights sooner; when people are leaving at 1am; they aren't worried about seeing inside the cabin; they want to be sleeping!!!!"

Plussat: "Very pleased with KLM - efficiency all round and especially the baggage handling at Schipol swhere I had 20 minutes to transfer and my baggage came back with me to the UK which is no mean feat given the hustle and bustle of such a large airport"

Miinukset: "I paid €60 extra to sit in the emergency door seat to get more leg room but once.i was in the plane learned for more leg room I accepted a smaller seat next to a bathroom and no entertainment. I could not store my belongings near me. No power outlet to charge my devices for my own entertainment on a 7 hour flight. Dealing with constant traffic for the bathroom. I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

First bag arrived a day late, second after I had left Billund and it was six days before the bag with my clothes reached me. I was told I will have 100 euro credit for clothing, but in the winter and for 6 days, this was not even close to the amount I needed for clothing and necessities, to have my time here."
Plussat: "had problems checking in , in that I was charged for a suitcase! I have since checked my paper work and found thad that I had paid for a case! I will follow this up when I return to the UK"

Miinukset: "Our flight was canceled from Amsterdam to Bordeaux and did not receive any direction and had to find alternate flights for ourselves with the personal expense of using our own cell phones. Then our luggage lost for 3 days. Not happy!"
Plussat: "The staff were friendly and all smiles. Seats were comfortable and we had a quick, smooth flight from Edinburgh to Amsterdam. The breakfast supplied was an egg and mayonnaise sandwich plus a drink, which seemed about right and very Dutch in character."
Miinukset: "It was rainy and necessary to walk outside to access the plane; the staff should give their customers a heads-up so that jackets can be donned. Additionally, the check-in queue seemed rather sluggish."

There were plent of seats on this flight that had extended legroom. A bit of a mystery, why Westjet elected to put usin the last seats on the plane?"
Miinukset: "Because of slow boarding process flight was delayed by 15 minutes. I had short connection in Amsterdam."
Plussat: "There's almost no padding to them and they're very narrow. I know it's nothing new but I'll keep complaining until something changes, if ever."
Miinukset: "The crew was wonderful, the food was extremely good for economy cabin standards."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed for more then an hour and there was a last minute gate change to the other side of the terminal."
Miinukset: "Why is there no rating for on-time delivery? After my super-late departure from PDX to AMS (computer outage), I essentially had the same problem on my return flight. KLM's Birmingham to Amsterdam flight departed so late that I again missed my Amsterdam connection."
Plussat: "The delightful crew members on KLM flights always make the experience the best. From the crew at check desks, to those greeting you as you board and throughout the flight, they are the reason I continue to fly with them. I love how they have bassinets for those traveling with babies. the adventure packs for children and the never ending smiles and treats for the rest of us."
Miinukset: "This time I was turned away as a Sky Priority Member, and told there are too many categories at boarding and told my Silver Status (after this flight was bumped to Gold). Not sure what has changed in the last 2 weeks."

Miinukset: "Handling of delay: - Massive delays and time wasted with individual case handling at the transfer centre in CPH when a more efficient group/bulk handling of passengers on the same flight with similar cases would make more sense. Handling of baggage during the delay. Un-necessary additional delays with baggage handling due to poor management."

Miinukset: "My husband was unable to check in on line. SAS when contacted by phone which was difficult to do because it is hard to locate their number had no explanation other than maybe due to security. We missed a tour due to the time spent (unsuccessfully) trying to solve this problem."

Plussat: "Everything about the flight was fine. Boarding, flying and retrieving luggage were all standard and went smoothly."
Miinukset: "I was upset that neither Kayak nor SAS provided any information about our ticket being a basic, basic ticket, by which I mean, did not include any checked luggage allowance in the price of the flight. I ended up paying 140 additional Euros for two bags. It appears that SAS's pricing is gaming the system when searching for flights or that Kayak is not being up-front about the type of fare they are advertising."

Plussat: "Because of bad weather at the Faroe Islands, the aircraft made a missed approach (go-around) on the first attempt to land. The weather had improved sufficiently to make it in on the second attempt. The pilot and the cabin crew were excellent in keeping everyone informed, and telling us the status of the weather and the likelihood of getting in. The pilot was outstanding in his communication with the passengers and the cabin crew were great in re-assuring passengers after the missed approach. The flight crew handled the difficult weather conditions very well."
Miinukset: "The agent at the gate misled me into thinking there would be no fee associated with a checked bag. When it turned out there was, I was told it was too late."

Miinukset: "Out of all the staff on board they did not give me and a few others those blue customs form, so we made a huge line and when we got to the agent he told us we had to go all the way around fill one out and then come back. The attendants new that those were necessary why so many yet not one made sure we got them lousy service. I wish we got a crew that wasnt so insecure and cared more about providing a good service instead of caring so much over their appearance. I rather have good efficient staff what they look like doesnt matter to me."
