Miinukset: "The Cancun airport provides a terrible experience for transferring between flights, especially if you need to change from the international terminal to a domestic terminal or vice-versa. There is no way to get between terminals inside security and the free shuttle is slow and overcrowded. Meanwhile, one is forced to run a gauntlet of taxi and shuttle drivers trying to get you to pay them exorbitant fees to drive you to your terminal. Once you finally arrive you discover that there is no dedicated baggage recheck for an international arrival. Just don't buy a ticket that transfers in CUN."

It has been my experience in the past that those with impaired mobility are assisted in deplaning AFTER the other passengers have deplaned. This only makes sense. Also, baggage handling was slow compared with my previous experiences. Seemed to be a hard landing."

When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."
Miinukset: "I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Miinukset: "Departure was scheduled with one hour delay. When everyone was boarded they mentioned a leaking toilet. It took them 1,5 hours to disable the toilet. In the mean time, no drinks, no snacks, nothing. So we should depart at 18:00 but it became 19:30. Our first drinks and meal was no earlier then 21:00. The crew should have anticipated better that the technical problem would at least take one hour and give everyone a drink at least."
Plussat: "Flights left on time, arrived ahead of time. Seats comfortable. Baggage arrived quickly. No charge for wine/beer, although I do not imbibe when flying long distance. Food ok for airline food."
Miinukset: "Unable to pick seats in advance,, were assigned seats that did not recline for 11 hour flight. One bathroom not functioning. Very limited movie choices for inflight entertainment. Seat belts much shorter than other airlines, so very confining, unable to loosen to relax in any position other than sitting straight in seat. In Rome had to check in & go through security at Terminal 5 then get bussed to Terminal 3. Only airport where we had to take out all electronics, including converter plugs, headphones, etc, place in a flimsy clear plastic bag ( that broke ) to go through security. Line to check bags pretty slow for number of passengers. Glad we had plenty of time."

We were boarded an hour ahead of departure from Rome for our 10+ hour flight, only to be held on the ground for a one hour delay. Barring equipment malfunction, this is a totally unacceptable way to treat people. Be assured that I will avoid Rome in the future if at all possible. I trust that Rome nor Italy need my tourist dollars and there are many lovely other places to spend them. Exceedingly disappointed, Pam Just"

Miinukset: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

We tried upgrading to business but Delta said we had to contact Air France in Detroit. When thrre, the gentleman on ground crew was actually rude when I asked about it. He could have just politely told me there was nothing available. Not looking forward to my return flight"
Plussat: "The entertainment screen was a small 4" screen. The movie selection was outdated. The screen in my seat did not work. Flight attendant said she would "call to have it reset" but it never worked. Fortunately, there was an adjacent empty seat that I moved to on my own initiative and without the flight attendant offering a seat change."

Had to then wait in the boarding tunnel as the cabin was not ready. large queue Seats were exactly the same as economy so offered no added benefits apart from the meal on board parked in a distant area of the terminal and had to shuttle bus to 2E which meant a very tight transfer"
Miinukset: "We paid for Business Class from JFK to TLV. The flight to Tel Aviv was in a small plane with 3 across seats that hardly reclined. We are most unhappy and will complain to American Express Platinum Card."

Miinukset: "The flight was a chartered flight . Air France informed us that due to cabin crew shortage they couldn't operate an air france flight and hence they hired Air Belgium. Whilst the crew were nice , the actual plane was old and creaky. It wasn't up to the standards expected of Air France. They could have done better in getting a plane up to standard. A lot of the passengers were disappointed ."

Miinukset: "Hundreds of people missed their flights. Delta had us into Paris with an hour and a half to get to connecting flight. Missed flight due to huge delay in passport approval. They seemed completely unprepared."
Miinukset: "My flight was cancelled, I was sent around to multiple desks and terminals and no one wanted to assist me, then my luggage was lost."
Plussat: "We were on a 9 hour flight which is pretty exhausting on its own. However, Air France provided you with a pillow and blanket, as well as headphones, so that you can make the best of the long trip."
Miinukset: "The chairs, for whatever reason, after just not that comfortable. Too squishy and they make noise when you adjust your position. I fidget a lot on flights so I felt like I was making a lot of noise. Also the plane didn't have cold air, do you get toasty pretty quick."
Miinukset: "I think I caught a stomach bug on one of the 3 legs of this route. More likely on last 2, i.e. Mumbai to RDU, as I fell sick almost 10-12 hrs after my last flight meal."

Miinukset: "It's an a380, stains everywhere, aisles between seats narrow even for business, caos at CDG, no clear queues, ground staff shout at passengers, food selection good but huge gap between describtion and reality, in JFK we waited for 30 minutes cause the docking spot was too narrow for the captain, sky priority? The economy got their bags before 1st and business."

Miinukset: "Unloading the baggage took over 90 minutes, and there was no explanation for the delay and nobody from Air France in sight on the ground in Boston."
Miinukset: "Bording far away, got my cabin luggage and everyone elses into the cellar because ¨it didn´t fit in the plane¨. There was plenty of room, I had breakable stuff in my luggage, didn´t get the chance to choose. No entertainment AT ALL. Confort: no leg space at all. Not an AirFrance plane, subcontracted. Lousy food."

Miinukset: "Flight was at 10:30pm. Waited at the gate from 9:00-10:40 with no news. Nobody knew what was going on or what we were waiting for. Finally at 10:40 they announced that the flight would be delayed, even though we had figured it out by then. At 11 the flight crew showed up. We finally boarded at 11:30 and we arrived an hour late to our destination. They offered drinks to the 2 people flying "business class" (they were just sitting in the front but amongst the economy class seats) at the very beginning, but then waited to serve everyone else, but as it was late, most people were already sleeping. We arrived an hour late."
Plussat: "Flew Flight 76 from CDG to LAX business 1G. Seats were ok. 2-3-2 configuration. This plan has not received the upgrades the CDG to JFK leg has. Food options were ok, the food itself was garbage. In flight entertainment was pathetic. Cabin crew was not great either. All in all, wouldn't recommend Air France to a friend or family. Too many other good options out there."

Miinukset: "2 meals only !!!!! on a 11h flight from CDG-LAX. Who on earth thinks it's ok to eat 1h after take off and 1h before leaving a 9h break between meals. It's cheap but not healthy. In the feedback form there was a question about a la carte meal but no one offered me the option to buy anything during the flight. The crew attitude is the worst I've seen. I have flown more then 300 times. I felt I disturbed their conversations which were more important. Once I waited 2 minutes in front of them before they stopped their private discussion. Lufthansa has a special team for A380 and they are super helpfull. Entertainment system is slow and the UI is much worst than on LH A380 and Emirates."

Miinukset: "After a 4 day stopover in Iceland, we could not check in online or at the automated machines for some reason. When we checked in with an agent, we were told that this was because our information wasn't in Iceland air computers. This made no sense, as we had flown two legs of icelandair to europe, and were now boarding the 4 leg of iceland air flights in a 2 week period. We had also both flown iceland air before. Our friends had checked in at the automated machines and saw that there were many seats open. When we asked to see our seats, we were told that they were aisle seats across from each other. In fact, my wife had a middle seat. She is pregnant and really wanted easy access to the restrooms, and I am tall with a back injury. By the time we were up in the air and the seatbelt lights were off, everyone scrambled to the seats WE COULD HAVE HAD (in some cases to lay across 3 seats), and left us with no better options. My wife was extremely upset to have been lied to by the agent checking us in. She was disturbed for the entirety of the flight."

I will avoid flying through this airport if I can in the future. And Iceland air charges for food on the plane--and this is an overseas flight. Not good."
Miinukset: "Time for connecting flights was short and lines through customs at Reykjavik was long. Stressful for everyone, even though we were told flights will wait."
Plussat: "Iceland transfer - confident they wait for all flights from Europe-USA before taking off. Provided great and free wheelchair assistance for my 88 year old mother."
Miinukset: "Outdoor bus transports to and from planes. Limited and ordinary food choices - now days they are like the other airlines, except they still have the Icelandic yogurt."
Plussat: "Sat in an exit row with extra room for stretching legs. Decent choice of in flight films."
Miinukset: "Wasn't aware that Economy provides no food even on international flights. Don't know of many airlines with that practice. Flight was delayed by 45 minutes and not one single gate announcement was made informing us of the delay or the reasons for it."

Miinukset: "This flight was delayed. (As was every other flight with this airline.) Also the airport in Reykjavik isn't designed to handle as many people has they need to manage. Prepared to stand a long time or sit on the floor...waiting for that delayed flight."
Plussat: "Icelandair does a good job or providing free entertainment on their flights."
Miinukset: "Though the free entertainment is welcome, it doesn't make up for the myriad of issues we had with Icelandair during our trip. First, both flights smelled like the bathroom toilet puck (the ones they put in urinals) was used to clean the airplane. Icelandair provides no food for free during international flights, which is an oddity (usually there's something during a six hour flight). I could maybe look past the smell and lack of food, but my wife and I were seated in different rows and sides of the airplane, even though we booked our flight together! Overall, I would recommend another airline. Lufthansa, KLM, or Condor if you're in Europe or traveling around that area. They all have small setbacks but are still far superior to Icelandair."

Miinukset: "This was a +10 hour trans Atlantic flight. We walked on and immediately noticed there were no TV screens. I expected that the crew would be handing out portable screens instead which would have been ok but pretty inconvenient. This was not the case. We asked the crew and were told that to have entertainment for the flight we would have to download the Air Canada flight into our OWN devices and connect to the airplane wifi. They also explained that you can't download the app while connected to the airplane wifi so anyone who wanted entertainment had to scramble to download the app while we were still on the ground and Use cellular data! at this point 300 people were either panicking because they didn't have a personal device with them, didn't have a charger for their device and so would have power issues or were forced to use up roaming data because they had non Canadian phone plans!!! At the very least staff should have told passengers about this setup while they were waiting at the gate, so that people would have time to download the app with airport wifi! add to all this the fact that the app was extremely low quality and the options for movies/show were disappointingly dated and limited. This was not officially a cheap low cost flight for my family but the service we got certainly would categorize it as such. Very disappointed."

Miinukset: "weather grounded non stop flight... required my finding a hotel for overnight... loss of MSP hotel, and two days rental car, too... costly and not reimbursable because "act of nature"... earliest way to MSP they said was via Nashville w/long layover... then connecting to Delta upon arrival in MSP, checked bag didn't arrive... it was filled w/medical equipment and AC couldn't tell us where it was... Delta bent over backwards to assist... AC was non-commital and not helpful at all... waited for incoming flights at the airport MSP for 8 hours... no bag... finally, Delta gave us vouchers for dinner and put us in a hotel... when it as really Air Canada's fault... etc, etc..."
Plussat: "Had a great experience on Air Canada. Would not hesitate to use again."

Miinukset: "Entertainment system was quite outdated and not user friendly, but it was nice to have it offered."

Plussat: "We flew premium economy, and it was so much better than regular economy. Seating just two across made my wife's and my journey much easier. The crew was attentive when they needed to be, and the food was quite good. I managed to sleep several hours, which is about as good as it gets on a long haul flight."
Miinukset: "I was surprised at the selections available for movies and TV; not much that was appealing. Took a Singapore air flight a few days later and felt like the selections were better. But we brought an iPad and had downloaded House of Cards, so we were OK. Besides, I got to sleep."

Weather started the problem but human error meant an incredibly stressful rebooking, requiring three agents at ticketing plus the IT help desk just to figure out what the agent I had reached over the phone had done. In Quebec City not nearly enough agents to check bags; huge lines, people being shunted to the front so they wouldn't miss their flights."
Miinukset: "I wish Air Canada sent check-in emails for flights in as well as out. I didn't get a reminder check-in email when I was flying out and that worried me a bit that there may be something wrong with my reservation. It also irritated me that because I had booked my flight through Kayak and not Air Canada directly I was not able to make any changes to the reservation online - I had to call their reservation phone number (from another country) and be put on hold for 20 minutes (so needless to say it was an expensive phone call)."
Miinukset: "The boarding lady on lines 3-5 was rude with several people."
Plussat: "Staff was really friendly, the flight attendant was even wearing a little witch hat for Halloween, which I really liked. Due to an underbooked flight, we had free choice of seat, because I originally was booked on an aisle seat, I could change to a window seat, that was nice. Since it was a small machine from Toronto to Minneapolis (a little more than 1,5h flight), there was no entertainment system, besides the nice view out of the window. And who likes to start a movie during such a short flight, to not be able to finish it? They also ask you to hand in your carry-on before you enter the plane, because there is not enough space for it inside, which I liked, no wiggeling along the aisle with a little trolley, I just fetched it outside the plane after we landed."
Miinukset: "Unfortunately, Air Canada didn't serve gluten-free snacks on any of my flights yet (I had good gluten free food though). This is not meant as a negative review, because as an allergic you're usually prepared. It's more a suggestion for gluten-free snacks, peanuts or m&m's work as well as most gummy bears or chocolates :)"

Miinukset: "When boarding the plane in Rome, there was not rhyme or reason. Seats towards the back should have been urged to use the back stairs. Two way traffic down the aisle of a plane does not work with suitcases, backpacks, etc, in tow."

Miinukset: "Coming home late. Going thru customs took too long. No one to help with directions at Toronto Airport"

Miinukset: "The gate facility at the Toronto airport was worse than a bus terminal. It was over-crowded and chaotic. Again, we boarded through the tarmac and not through a walkway."

Miinukset: "The boarding process at the gate. There were 8 or 9 gates crammed into a small section of the airport. Literally packed in like cattle and getting to the gate for departure was a nightmare, people had to shove and push through the crowd. Not a good experience!"
Miinukset: "Though not in your control, we had a two hour late start. The gate area was crowded with too little seating. It was so far from the main airport area that refreshments were hard to get. The airline did give some snacks but nothing very substantial. Our 8:30 something flight didn't get off until after 10."

Miinukset: "The flight was over an hour delayed and everything else since boarding was a mess. It was hard for the fly hostess to keep her calm and we knew she was stressed, as much as many passengers who lost their connection or who had really tied ones. I noticed also that it wasn't the only flight delayed so I am not sure if this is usual with Air Canada."
Miinukset: "Overly crowded in the are awaiting for flight. It was not organized well and you could tell staff was getting on edge from customers asking about boarding. The departure times should be spread out to avoid this."
Plussat: "Nothing at all actually"
Miinukset: "Old tiny plane, delayed two hours because of what seemed like sheer stupidity. I mean we had to wait an extra 30 mins on top of the regular delay time because they loaded the bags wrong. I had already been traveling over 24 hours due to the time zone differences and this last flight was just intolerable. Certainly it could have been worse, but this was just terrible already."
Plussat: "Food was actually pretty good and the staff did reasonably well even though most of the customers were clearly unhappy."
Miinukset: "A majority of flights run by Air Canada to the US were delayed. If this had been due to weather, fine, but at least our delay was caused by mechanical malfunction. Our flight was delayed for 5 hours due to multiple different mechanical issues including that the bathroom would not function during the entire flight, the wing flap had issues and the door would not seal correctly. The flight immediately preceding ours to Minneapolis was also delayed by over 4 hours. Surprisingly the flight before that also had a bathroom malfunction that prevented customers from using the bathroom. If this was the exception we could understand, but looking at the history of our flight, it's only on time 23% of the time. The poor customer service people must hate their lives. Something needs to change."

Miinukset: "Customer service at the airport needs to improve tremendously!"
Plussat: "Nothing. The experience was a headache."
Miinukset: "Layover that was booked through KAYAK was already 9 hours long. I was fine and willing to accept that for the lower cost. Flight then gets delayed from 8:00 to 9:00 PM, okay, that's fine. Then flight gets delayed from 9:00 to 12:00. This forces me to miss my hotel reservation in LAX, This was one of the worst flying experiences I've ever dealt with. Then the airline doesn't even have the decency to give me a pillow because I was sitting in coach. If this is what airlines are becoming, i can't wait for the hyperloop one to force them into bankruptcy. The lack of respect for their paying customers is asinine."
Plussat: "The food was very good and hot for being served last. We got blankets and pillows that was a plus."
Miinukset: "I was disappoint that we were not informed that we had to have wifi to use the entertainment system or rent iPads for $10.00. That is not right and your app. sucks to use. Please redo or get a new web person. So overall it was long a trip for people with children because they also had nothing for them to do. Fix this problem soon."
Plussat: "I liked the fact that the flight ended."
Miinukset: "The "ping" concert. Since some designer genius (thanks, Boeing!) put all the controls in the armrest, exactly where any normal human being will rest his/her elbows, the controls keep activating every time you lay your elbow in the armrest. That means, your games will cancel and restart a thousand times, your volume will keep shifting from deafening to mute, and the button calling for help from the crew keeps going "ping" all over the plane. The crew ignored the calls, surely since they know what goes on with the plane, but I wonder what would happen if somebody really needed help. In addition to that, the seats are incredibly uncomfortable, narrower than ever and hard as brick. Every time I board a new plane I wonder what can they do to make it even worse, and plane designers never cease to amaze me with new medieval tortures."

I kept turning back thinking that I had wandered into a staff hallway. The gate area was very crowded and lackluster. I assumed that the area was a temporary space during construction, but the staff said it was permanent. Very uninviting."
Miinukset: "This was the first time I've flown on Air Canada. In the four flights - 1) the flight staff was rude and abrupt (they should look for jobs in IT Service -they'd fit right in). 2) the food was horrible 3) One flight was absolutely freezing - when I asked for a blanket, I was told they had none. 4) Couldn't check in to any of the flights via mobile app and had to call the 800 number for assistance 5) Website was absolutely horrible to navigate"
