Flight delayed. Missed connection. Bags lost. One of which has been lost for 11 days
More food and drink services for a 12 hour flight.
If you are over 6’ get the emergency seats on the plane… more leg room..otherwise there will be pain
I flew round trip on “Iberia”. 4 flights and I never took an Iberia plane. They put us on a budget airline transatlantic.
Queue at LHR is ridiculous.

British Airways cancelled my flight just a few hours before my departure. Very upsetting.

Miinukset: "We we’re delayed 3 1/2 hours causing us to miss our flight to San Sebastian. That, in turn, caused us to miss our check in for our hotel that we had already paid for so we ended up spending $300 on nothing."

Miinukset: "No so friendly staff but OK, I've noticed other major airlines trying a little harder. but it was OK. It was difficult changing seat assignments and checking in online,"

Miinukset: "They charged us for two aisle seats, and then reassigned one of us to a middle seat with no notice. With advance notice, they were unable to provide a meal that would not contain bell peppers, to which I am allergic. On the plane, both meal options contained bell peppers. Surprisingly, the ingredient lists were not available to flight attendants or passengers, and we were only aware of their presence because of seeing them, or having my allergic reaction (which I did) after avoiding the visible ones. The passenger in front of me put his seat in full recline for the entire 10 hour flight, including about 30 minutes when the seat was unoccupied. This put his seat about six inches in front of my chin and made it impossible for me to view the entertainment screen. It also made it difficult to get into and out of my seat. Several of the toilets had clear fluid covering the floor. I did not want to know is this was water or something else. Although our connecting flight in Miami went from gate E21 to gate E30, it took two hours (and 3,000 steps per FitBit) to get there because of being required to claim our luggage, leave security, recheck the bags, and then re-enter security. Our tickets did not provide for TSA-PRE despite having provided our known traveler number in advance. Many notices and directions were only available in Spanish. As they are based in a Spanish speaking country, this is perfectly reasonable, but their services are marketed to English speaking countries and it was a problem for me as a predominantly English-only speaker."
Miinukset: "No legroom, plane too warm, movies were unedited, but most of all we missed our connection and there wasn't even an apology, or any compensation. We missed the main event of our trip and were very disappointed. There was only 45 minutes scheduled between the two flights--in which you had to traverse the huge Madrid airport (train), and go through customs and security again. We were 5 minutes late to the gate--after being told in Miami they would hold the plane for us."

Miinukset: "Missed my flight while waiting on a wheelchair. The lady was rude and yelling at customers because she didn't have what she needed to do her job."
Miinukset: "Rarely served drinks, 1h 30 min delayed flight, therefore missed connecting flight, mo assistance at all from crew regarding alternative connections, I will never fly with Iberia again"

Miinukset: "Flight delayed for 3 hours. No apologies. Nothing. Interesting thing: NYC to Madrid, 3 hours late, missed connection, no apologies., nothing One week later: Madrid to NYC: 3 hours late, no apologies, nothing. IBERIA AIRLINES: Never again!"
Miinukset: "The line at the checking counter in Rome was moving very slowly. The person at the counter was a nice person, though. I think they need more people there."

Miinukset: "My flight was cancelled and I had to wait in the Madrid airport for seven hours before getting a new flight and retrieving my luggage (five for the new booking, 2 for luggage). It's understandable that flights get cancelled due to weather, but the handling of re-accomodations should be much faster. Iberia did not have enough people to handle it and made no effort to bring in more help. Instead, workers were continually leaving. By the end, there were only two people helping the line of dozens of stranded travelers. I was very disappointed."

Plussat: "I flew business class: the crew and comfort was great; the food was pretty good."
Miinukset: "Boarding was horrendous: they have the whole flight stand and wait to board! In Madrid, they called to initiate boarding and we stood for 15-20 min before anyone moved at all; business class was then called, and we ended up standing another 15-20 min in the jetway before being ushered into the plane! Even in business class, the entertainment system was poor it's difficult to use and my system froze entirely on the way to Madrid. It worked on the way back, but the selection was relatively limited and poor."
Plussat: "Air hostess were pleasant. Take off and landing were super smooth. Plane was new and very spacious."
Miinukset: "Boarding process was confusing and disorganized. There were no vegetarian food options available for the dinner."
Plussat: "I am of average height -6 feet- and my knees were touching the seat in front of me. Not comfortable but not too bad either."
Miinukset: "Boarding was extremely chaotic."
Miinukset: "There were no vegetarian/pescatarian meals available so I literally ate bread rolls for dinner & the tv audio was broken. I paid $40 for 45 MB of WIFI so that I could work and the internet lasted about 10 minutes. i couldn't even send an email within that time. The tv screen itself kept flipping back down to the aisle. Finally, the temperature was freezing & the bathrooms were disgusting."
Plussat: "Everything was great including staff, entertainment (movie/show options) and luckily an extremely smooth flight."
Miinukset: "1 hour delay upon arrival die to no available gates"
Plussat: "The food was good"
Miinukset: "The plane was supper cold & the service was poor."
Miinukset: "We paid $30 each way for extra legroom, but our seats did not provide it, and there were no empty seats available in the appropriate rows to correct the error. As happened before the airline pleaded a "change of aircraft" with no extra legroom seats. We were somewhat accommodated by being re-seated in the middle section with an empty seat between us, but this was not what we preferred or needed."

Miinukset: "Part of the crew was a little rude. Didn't prepare the front row well for landing and take off (back packs on the floor, screens open)"
Plussat: "Not a full flight so I had to seats to speak out. Flight attendants were friendly and it didn't seem like a 10+ hour flight."
Miinukset: "I wish there was a quicker flight between LAX - Europe."
Plussat: "I liked their service and warm nature of the staff."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed one hour and 23 minutes so that affected my connection from LA to SFO. My bag couldn't reach back to SFO and I had to run to catch my flight in LA after a 12 hour flight."
Plussat: "Seats were surprisingly good, even though we could only get two center seats. There were no available business class seats, but now I'm glad I saved the expense as the economy seating was quite comfortable. They took good care of us with food and comfort, and the time passes with plenty of movies to watch."
Miinukset: "Can't help it, but Heathrow is just so big, and requires extensive walking, bussing from one terminal to another, then underground trains, and waiting at the C gates which don't offer the range of restaurants that the main terminal does. But we had 2 1/2 hours to make the connection and there was plenty of time with baggage checked through."

Miinukset: "Checking was a mess : Could only check in for the first flight, checkin for the second time was available 24h before the second flight, and when I finally was able to check in, it failed. so I had to check in at the desk in Paris. I also was not sure if I had to checkin at the AA desk or Iberia desk : ended up being AA, but you all should be clear about this and say it on your confirmation email for multi company flights. My ticket said Iberia but the flight was handled by AA. Food was awful and no personal screen in the plane, but that's not your fault."
