Miinukset: "I didn't like the fact that nobody told me that Ataturk Airport in Istanbul is so big that you can not make to connect flight on time for an hour.Especially if you flight has been late to depart like mine from Belgrade due to the rain. I thought I will make it to the connect flight to LA but the gate was already closed. I was instructed to do multiple errands, to get Turkish visa, etc all on my expense to be able to exit the transit as an American citizen and be able to take Turkish airlines bus to the hotel.The hotel was fine and the meals. The problem was that they calculate bus traveling time wrong in the hotel and put people on the bus next day too late, so due to the traffic jam, we barely made it to the airport, and then we had to stress the officials to put us on the fast passport control lane due to boarding time."

Therefore delaying my flight and I don't have an international phone plan, so I either had to pay for Wifi to let my family know my flight was delayed or not contact them at all. I wished they would have given us complimentary wifi due to their delay."

Plussat: "I used the prime lounge in Istanbul and when it was time to go, I was able to practically walk on the plane without any wait. The seats were comfy and didn't have a ton of legroom but it wasn't bad. The staff we're friendly and helpful. The in-flight entertainment had a pretty impressive selection and had one of the best-designed interfaces I've seen so far (and I've ridden a variety of airlines). Last and most important, the food was hands down the BEST I've had on a plane. Turkish is killing it, they're my new go-to airline!"

Miinukset: "My seat didn't lay back, which made it was difficult to sleep. The seats are too close and generally uncomfortable. I just wish we could have toured Istanbul since we had a long lay-over. Took forever to find out where the tour was only to find out we needed Visas. The airport staff was not helpful. The bus tour is promoted on their website, and it sounded like it was easily accessed as soon as we were off our flight from Johannesburg. Not so."

Miinukset: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Plussat: "I bought the Airport tickets for my Russian friend. However customs would not allow her to board the plane unfortunately. That's not Kayaks fault. I would definitely book with Kayak again. Many thanks."

Miinukset: "Our two hour connection in Paris became 30 minutes because Air France was late in leaving Washington. So our luggage didn't make to to KLM to Amsterdam. My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Miinukset: "Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Plussat: "The staff at the front desk for the check-in were extremely helpful. I had a complicated issue with my luggage and they helped me to sort it out in the best possible way. Amazing service! Furthermore, the entertainment on board is great! Nice movies, nice food, friendly flight attendants, etc. They even offered me a second sandwich =)! I truly loved my experience with KLM."

Miinukset: "Amsterdam customs is the most disorganized I have ever seen. With the number of tourists entering the country you would think they would have done something about it. There were only 2 customs agents!! One for all passports and 1 for all passports. We were in the customs hall longer than we were in flight!"

Plussat: "The crew were really helpful since I am a short person in putting my luggage away in the overhead compartment and attentive to everyone's needs. I am a fussy eater and don't really like airplane food but the food was actually really nice. We was given plenty of snacks and drinks in between meals as well. There was plenty of programmes to choose from to keep me entertained."

Miinukset: "At Washington Dulles airport the whole staff was really rude and unprofessional. I had only one hand carry and it was 9 kg. I requested them that I can buy a bag and can divide the stuff in two bags. But supervisor who seemed Indian was really racist and he kept insisting that we are flying in 5 minutes. Either you have to pay penalty for this hand carry or you can cancel your flight. I have never ever seen this kind of behavior from anyone specially from a supervisor. I ended up paying $300 extra for only 2 kg extra weight in my hand carry. I would recommend my whole family and friends not to choose this airline anymore."

Plussat: "It was such a relief to leave India. Abu Dhabi was a clean and modern airport and it was clear that Etihad had a major role in this. The gate was busy, but everything was smooth and accommodating. Boarded my flight and slept in the clouds for an easy 9 hr flight."
Miinukset: "I am unable to eat meat or bread(gluten). There was a meatless option, but it was all bread. It would be nice to have some mixed nuts and an extra piece of fruit. Dates would've been great!"

Miinukset: "Not all my boarding passes were issued when I left my final location. I was told I wound get my final boarding pass at boarding. I then had to wait in a lone line at my final flight and nearly missed my flight."

They were short in their responses, forgot requests multiple times, and didn't make the little bit of extra effort to provide translators in Arabic, ensure an elderly lady next to me had the meal she needed, and secure the food options that we asked for. Our row was told us there were no more chicken meals for example, when we saw an attendant on the other side of the plane offer consistent chicken meals for multiple rows to come. They were just being lazy and didn't even want to ask."

Miinukset: "They changed the departure time of my flight 3 times for no apparent reason. Upon calling them to inquire and confirm departure time, I received "confirmed" times from three different employee's that were all different. I spent a total of 88 minutes on the phone with them incurring long distance calling fees. Then, once settled, my layover went from 2.5 hours to 7 hours. They offered NOTHING to remedy this fault. Oy, first and LAST time I fly Etihad."

Plussat: "One of the crew member was really rude, she made a mistake went off on me and didn’t even apologize, she act like nothing happened, I tried reaching out to the airline and they never got back to me"

Plussat: "Quick boarding, friendly staff. We took off on time and arrived before scheduled time. Good value for money!"
Miinukset: "Would be good if seats could be leaned back a bit."

Miinukset: "Kayak sucks. I chose to buy ticket w kayak and took me to vayama (another horrible site). The ticket they sold me, which was not cheap, didn’t let me check in online and didn’t say that I was gonna have to pay 200 euros at airport to check in 2 bags!!!! A disaster everything."

Plussat: "Staff was friendly and happy."

Miinukset: "When did vueling stop offering a free snack and drink. Not even a glass of water for your passengers is just plain inhospitable."

Miinukset: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours so I missed my coach from Barcelona to valencia and had to pay €34.50 for another ticket can you please try to refund me this money."

Miinukset: "Website for vueling down which prevented me from requesting refund. Now what?"

Plussat: "Crew good"
Miinukset: "Booked extra legroom didn't get it."

Plussat: "The flight was on time. The ground crew was pleasant and helpful, especially in meeting the needs of handicapped passengers."
Miinukset: "You have to pay for anything you consume in the way of food and drink... even a glass of water to take a pill. My wife and I fly frequently and this will be our last time to fly Veuling. Other than the lack of any free beverages, the legroom is minimal, there is no TV and no electronic recharging at the seats."

Plussat: "We actually made it to Stuttgart."
Miinukset: "Delayed in the terminal many hours only to board the aircraft and delay again. My entire delay in Barcelona was longer than my scheduled travel for the day. Also, Vueling seats are too close together compared to all airlines I have flown on. My knees were against the seat ahead of me."

Plussat: "Our flight was slated for 3:35pm departure. But hours before the flight, the guessing game started as to how delayed and for what reason the flight was delayed. We ended up leaving 4 hours later and with one feeble apology from the captain..."
Miinukset: "Absolutely nothing. A meager €8 voucher that didn't even cover a meal and a poorly informed gate agent that couldn't provide any information because the head office wouldn't provide any information. To top it all off, the lie as to why the flight was delayed was not maintained by either ground staff nor the crew. Unbelievable"

Plussat: "Seems they dont care others customers who do not speak Spanish...!!!!"
Miinukset: "Poor serrvices and attitutes towards other race/ Asian American"

Plussat: "Nothing"
Miinukset: "Delayed by almost 4 hours with no communication. By the time we found out we could get a meal voucher it was too late"

Plussat: "Nothing"
Miinukset: "Flight delayed, no gate information till 18:40 - when flight was supposed to take off at 14:40 - then gate overcrowded by passengers from 3 different flights all to the same place. Crew members didnt know how to handle the situation and over 200 did not board the plane. However once taken to the plane lucky passengers had to wait outside on runway for approximately 40 mins as cabin crew also did not know how to handle the situation. Those with assigned seats did not get them and those with luggage to go in the cabin were informed there was no more space and luggage had to be put in the hold. We finally boarded the plane at approximately 8:40 but could not take off for another 2 hours where we were stuck on a small cramped space on a plane full to capacity not having eaten anything for hours with no idea of the progress of the situation. In conclusion I expect every passenger should receive a refund for not only the extrodinary 8 hour delay but for the mismanagement of the entire situation."

Plussat: "It arrived at its destination in one piece and not on fire"
Miinukset: "Tiny seats, plastic seats, late as usual."

Miinukset: "Was late, without any notification"

Plussat: "nothing"
Miinukset: "arrived at airport to find flight cancelled - I needed to get to exhibition that day - and, after long queue, discovered we had alternative flight late that night. Today I hear my saturday late flight has been re-scheduled for tomorrow - with no intervening email saying the saturday re-scheduled flight was re-scheduled itself....if you get me. On a good note, it looks like I'm going to get a full refund. If they had arranged for me and my son to get there by another means - business class?, another airline?? - then I'd be impressed"

Plussat: "On time departure"
Miinukset: "Checking line with no information, rude customer services, cabin crew very rude and discriminatory system, the flight attendant in charge of the cabin crew made us moved our Carry on three row far from our seats, despite the fact that we paid more for those seats and that we were among the first to board the plane. He made a racist facial expression toward us."

Plussat: "Delay... I did not like anything aBout this experience!!!?"
Miinukset: "Why would you close boarding with paying customers trying to board when you emailed us with a 53 minutes delay!! What a rip off!! NEVER FLY VUELING!!!"

Miinukset: "No leg room"

Plussat: "The seats were very cramped"

Plussat: "Price Allocated more leg room On time departure"

Plussat: "Staff were friendly"
Miinukset: "Boarding too slow and unreasonably delayed flight beyond scheduled departure time. Baggage handling at LHR was dreadfully slow, some 25+ minutes waiting at the carousel for bags to appear after the first few came through."

Plussat: "We boarded and left on time, there was room for my luggage in the overhead. This is a budget airline so I wasn't expecting any thrills and thats exactly what I got - a functional, almost comfortable experience."
Miinukset: "You can't help but stress slightly not knowing if you're going to find a spot in the overhead."

Miinukset: "It was so uncomfortably cramped on the back row that my knees were numb by the end of the flight. I am tall but not ridiculously so. I think there should be minimum standards for legroom that exceed what was available on this flight."

Miinukset: "The check in line was too long with too few attendants checking people in."

Miinukset: "An hour late to take off, then the captain didn't turn off the seat belt sign for another 45 minutes in clear skies. My friend had to use the restroom but the flight attendants locked them and yelled at her everytime she tried. Very rude."

Plussat: "Efficient, great value"

Plussat: "No tv or entertainment system which makes more sitting space. I like this."

Plussat: "Everything , we loved !! The crew was amazing, always eager to serve and help, the food was good and the timing was perfect!!! :)"

Miinukset: "Lazy steward talking and the toilet were he was standing next to had all water"

Miinukset: "Apparently Vueling, Iberia's cheap cousin, saves a middle seat in row 1 and charges more. A lot more! I was pressured in Helsinki into letting Swissair, the contracted boarding agent it seems, fill that seat, 1/2 of which is what you get for paying 'business' in a plane that has all economy seating. There was no logic or ability to board before economy and indeed my boarding pass stated economy. The woman that was added to the oversold seat got intoxicated and was half in my seat. I will never fly this again and it's not worth the stress to fight for some refund but I was taken advantage of with charging me a 300+ euro seat for this joke of a flight in a "better" level of service."

Miinukset: "I was forced to check in my carryon bag because it was over 3 kg. So I checked in my baggage two full hours before departure and the layover was three and half hours. There should be no reason why my bag didn't make it on the plane and yet it did not make it on."

Plussat: "The flight was quiet, the staff were freindly, the flight itself was up to the standard I would hope for from Brittish Airways and Vueling."
Miinukset: "Re wait time for both the check in and security were both nearly an hour. I arrived with more than enough time time for these things and eat and shop, but i barely made my flight."

Miinukset: "Staying in airport for six hours"

Miinukset: "The window seat had no shade and it leaked all over my new jacket . Very disappointed ."

Plussat: "Brand new plane. Very clean"
