Lack of information about traveling between EU countries through London Stansted and lack of transfer at that airport. I was travelling from a EU country to a EU country with food (chese) and just becouse swithing flights was at Stansted I was stopped by border agents in Poland and had to pay a fine for bringing food from outside the EU. It was Spanish food bought in Spain. I guess walking through Stansted made it British. Because my ignorance and law flaws my trip suddenly become much more expensive.
The plane was filthy again
The almost 2 hours delay was announced at the last moment at the airport. Final gate shown 20 later than announced (40 mins to new boarding time). The staff and crew of Wizzair were professional and treated us well in these circumstances.
Due to the mediated service, it was not possible to check in online. It only works if you buy the ticket at Ryanair.
Fast, good loads in and out, totally worth of price.
No queue at Arrecife check in.

Plussat: "This flight issues were so plentiful they provided me with knowledge on how not to run an airline."
Miinukset: "5 X delays, Incompetent pilot, No organisation of ground crew 2.5hr late"
Plussat: "Despite stating on the website a printed boarding pass is required I arrived at the airport with only the boarding pass on my phone and all was good."
Miinukset: "They put my daughter (under 16) on an exit seat only to tell later she can’t sit there! They randomly selected the seat for her in the first place!!!"

Miinukset: "Delayed Limited information/explanation provided Ground staff rude"

Miinukset: "They managed to mangle the queuing in the terminal, getting everybody on theit feet and I need the queue 20 minutes before boarding started and then have us standing in a queue on the stairs for ten minutes. The flight was delayed an hour or so, and pass Nebraska then asked to take their seats quickly as if they had caused the delay. The crew were tired but polite. Standard Ryanair fight, really, run for the airline’s convenience rather than the passengers’ comfort."
Miinukset: "Delayed, unable to buy a cup of tea, rude staff. Will never fly with such a shambolic, greedy airline again."

Miinukset: "When check in took place we were kept in a dark,cold,wet & windy covered area for about 10/15 minutes before being allowed to board the plane. This is really unacceptable in this day & age."
Miinukset: "Delayed take off 20 minutes late from Cork, now at STN, we stuck on the plane because the ladder and stairs to get off the plane are not ready?????? Do we blame Ryanair???? Second time I have had this excuse while flying with them!!!! Maybe this is what you get when you fly with an airline who cut corners and costs?????"
Miinukset: "I was trying to check in in the past 24 hours. The system wouldn’t allow me and I ended up paying 50 Euros extra only to check in what I had already paid for in full in the first plCe. Then, just to top off the wonderful morning - I got an agent whose attitude was extremely rude and poor to inform me correctly what was the next steps and procedure. Finally, both my hand bags carry on get checked in and now I am stuck at the airport waiting for two little bags that could’ve easily got on top of my compartment where I was."

Miinukset: "Ground staff made final boarding call too soon. Had to rush from the lounge only to find no passengers had left the terminal steps to walk to the plane to board."

Miinukset: "Never got a heads up for boarding pass and baggage. I now know to pay $100.00 more when dealing with your competitors."
Miinukset: "Re-routed us to Naples due to a storm. Did not keep us informed on when the buses were coming, if they were coming or anything for 3-4 hours. Then we all crammed into buses to Rome for a 3 hour drive. Then did not compensate for the lost time or lost money due to being 6-7 hours LATE to Rome! Horrid!"
Miinukset: "As we landed at las palmas the passengers were screaming as we had turbulence, no one from the crew tried to ease their fear."
Plussat: "The food options were pretty good."
Miinukset: "The seats didn't move back at all!!!"
Miinukset: "An obnoxious hen party disrupted our enjoyment of the flight. Cabin crew didn't try to control them"
Miinukset: "3 hour delay! Walked out of barcrlona airport ar 3am!"
Plussat: "Nothing, flying with this airline is a total NIGHTMARE!!!"
Miinukset: "The people at the counter is very rude and inflexible, they do not help you in anyway and they just want to charge you all the fees they can in a very disrespectful way! As customers we should not pay super high extra fees for checking in at the airport. When we are traveling, we don't always have wi fi access, specially in London, so we were unable to check in online, causing us to have to pay 50 pounds per person plus 35 per bag. I would never recommend this airline to anybody, not even to my worst enemy. This is a thief company, robbing you the money you try to save by flying with them!!!!"

Miinukset: "Standsted security not opening the door to the terminal when we arrived by bus from the plane."
Miinukset: "The flight attendant was very rude and the way she stared at me because I told her the free spot was for my bag... It hurt me. The flight attendant they should be with a smile on their face and try to help the passengers, not treat them like rubbish."

Miinukset: "Extortionate prices for water!! Water of all things should be complimentary on flights in my opinion! Air-conditioning on flights can make you dry and when you have to pay for it at this price it makes it hard to fathom how they get away with this kind of pricing!!"
Plussat: "Absolutely nothing you should maybe bring up your prices and stop killing people on there bags!"
Miinukset: "Very upset about what size the bags are defendant and I witness that Italians were being put a tag on it gone through but myself who I am in American and two other different couples of Asian we were charged and I try to say something to your workers and I thought they were very Rood and I just think that I would personally never fly Ryan air again"
Miinukset: "I tried to check in on line but because of their website was unable to. So we were charged 45 euro each for a boarding pass. That is unacceptable. I would not recommend this airline."
