Spend 10HOURS on the phone to get on scheduled plane. BA made wrong date and was send in circles. 11houts before flight I bought different tickets to get back on time to LAX. No help from Finnair, British Airways and Kayak. Had so much stress and insanity from representatives about my flight. Kayak MUST have 24 hours live person. Was calling from Vilnius and getting machine from noon until 6pm, Vilnius time. Does Kayak knows calling rates!!! This was WORST experience ever!!!

I paid for a seat and was asked to move for an older couple that needed more leg room. I’m frustrated that I paid for a specific seat and lucked out that I didn’t have anyone in my row for an 11 hour flight and was asked to move to the row directly in front of the restrooms and had a full row of people. I would like my money refunded for that seat purchase.
I loved the FinnAir blueberry juice
Flight was delayed and they didn’t have any vegetarian meal options. You had to reserve online for a vegetarian meal. On other airlines you don’t have to reserve your meal restrictions. I was left starving the whole flight because they only had one meal option which was meat.
The seats in the Airbus flight from JFK to HEL were a bit uncomfortable. The layover in Helsinki airport was boring because there were no stores open in the terminal and there was almost nothing to do for 3 hours.
Miinukset: "I booked flight for my parents from Kayak for the first time. The confirmation number was: KAYAK Booking Reference KE40651 British Airways Record Locator 3IMN38 Booking Date Jan 24, 2021 So British airways cancelled the flight may days before the flight date and they notified Kayak but Kayak sent me no notification. At the time of check in we found that the flight was cancelled. It was such a hassle. I called kayak to rebook frantically since it was very important to travel right away. Your customer service was pathetic. I was told to cancel my british airways reservation and then I have to wait 24 hours for another department to call me to talk to me about rebooking choices. There was no concern from your customer service that since u are at fault so make correction for it right away by rebooking it. You guys didnt inform us for cancellation of the flight that happened days before the flight. I didnt like what Kayak rep was telling me and called British airways again to see if they would do something. They then were able to rebook me the following day with 2 stops instead of one stop which I had booked. So my parents took the flight with one day delay with extra stops. I had such a horrible experience with Kayak. I will never rebook from Kayak again."
Miinukset: "Not force checking luggage. Not loosing tsa pre details between different parts of ticket. Allowing checking to both legs online, not just the first."

Miinukset: "The food was the worst I have had on a flight. We were crammed into the seats....especially when the seat in front reclines back."
Plussat: "There is o option to say food not applicable hence 1 star the menu to buy looked ok but didnt use it seat was standard and fine"
Plussat: "City airport is very convenient from East London. Flight is only 40 minutes"

Miinukset: "Flight kept being delayed and BA staff at BA Lounge would not help with getting updates on flights. They would only refer frequent flyer or business/first class passengers to view flight screen which was outdated. Food was removed 15 minutes prior to the time that food service is done. Most of us were not prepared for the very delayed flight and most restaurants had closed in the airport and flight crew waited too long to announce cancellation of flight. There was no organization on how the cancellation was planned and no special attention for business or emerald customers. Very disappointing and unorganized."
Plussat: "Easy trip to Helsinki."
Miinukset: "Food & drink sales by M&S was unusual. Even water at a price"
Plussat: "Good flight. Friendly crew members. We checked our carry on because the flight was full and the attendants said that they wouldn’t have room for all the bags. Checking the bags was very easy and we got to board the plane first."

Miinukset: "I am sorry to say but everything on the flight tonight was poor - from the bad food to warm drink and no entertainment and also the personnel. They looked liked working for cheap hotel. Very poorly managed."
Plussat: "Took 2 hrs from the W to get to the airport via metro for Some reason. Had just over an hour to check in. Fast security and great service from the bar crew onboard. Thank you"

Miinukset: "On the flight from Barcelona to Boston we almost missed a connecting flight because of many steps to get from one plane to another an long lines at every One has to allow at least 3 hours to transfer from one flight to another"
Plussat: "I liked the plane layout, 2/3/2 across. The stewards were fine given what they have to deal with. I made it back without incident."
Miinukset: "Seating and service on planes has become so awful that I worry about my safety as an older person. If something happens on a flight like this, where there is no room, stressed stewards and disgruntled passengers, what would happen? If you are tall, there is no room for your legs. Seat my not go back."
Plussat: "I loved the friendly crew who seem to work tirelessly to take care of everyone's needs and have the role of flight attendant, server, and bartender. I personally loved the meals, drinks, and snacks on the flight from London to Las Vegas. It's nice to break up the long hours. Lots of great movies and shows to choose from especially "classics" like Friends and The Truman Show."
Miinukset: "If there is any way you could please consider taking out a row or two of seats to give everyone just a little more room to breathe and stretch our legs, it would be so appreciated! This makes such a huge difference on our overall mood and feelings of health and well being. We were all so crammed in our seats I could barely move to even reach a book from my bag let alone stretch my legs. Luckily I was sitting next to a very friendly passenger, so it was bareable. But it was a 10 hour flight; that's a long time to sit with moving. There are also tiny corners to stand and stretch our legs but we seemed to be in the airline attendants' way- although they never said anything."

Miinukset: "My bag was not delivered. What bothered me the most was that the representative told me the bag would be delivered to my house the next day. Then they say they want to know what is in the luggage. Why? Does it matter? The two reps were clueless."

Plussat: "Timely departure; early arrival. Customer service oriented crew. Due to an oversight on the crews' part (turbulence during distribution of meals), my neighbor and I were not provided meals. When they eventually discovered their oversight and our choice of meal was no longer available, they provided us with meals from first class. Applaud owning a mistake and fixing it."
Miinukset: "Chair configuration is appalling. Paid extra to sit in exit row of standard economy, seat 30J (middle seat). Leg room was ample, seat width was adequate (for someone of small stature) but separation from neighboring seats was non-existent. My neighbors on either side were both plus-sized. I had nowhere to place my arms and effectively had to sit with my arms folded from SJC to LHR. Room for improvement."
Plussat: "The flight was just OK."
Miinukset: "We were cold throughout the flight and the crew never came by to ask if we were comfortable."
Miinukset: "Drinks service with no snacks, limited films just very much a cattle class experience like any of the big American airlines. Before, if given a chance and the prices being more or less equal I would pick BA over other competitors. Interior of the plane was slightly tired and needed better cleaning."

Miinukset: "The old aircraft that looked like it had seen better days. The old entertainment system that was jittery and crashed."
