Plussat: "From checkin, to boarding, to the fly, to luggage collection - the staff were all friendly and helpful and the whole experience was without issue. The flight was comfortable, leaving a touch late and arriving 10 minutes early. I have no complaints at all and would be happy to fly Iberia Express again."
Miinukset: "If I had to find one thing that wasn't so good - it was the time it took for everyone to put their carry-on luggage in the overhead lockers although this is not the airline's issue but became their issue because it meant the boarding process took a while. As mentioned - only a minor issue."

The replacement flights I again missed because American couldn't find anyone to give the travel voucher to an airport an hour away for the replacement flight they booked. I've never seen a more consistently incompetent company."

After landing in Paris every one in the plane had to get on a bus which was packed and every Covid protocol was violated. There was no social distancing. It was disappointing. There was an empty bus right behind us. A few passengers asked to get on it to keep some distance between people but the driver refused. Probably you do not care.

The state police told all of the passengers that we were considered stranded and that we had to figure it out ourselves and then seek reimbursement from AirEuropa. I had to take a greyhound bus in the middle of the night to get to NYC. It's as terrible as it sounds. I am filing a complaint with AirEuropa"

Free food or entertainment should work
The crew managed the covid guidelines very well in a friendly way. Wearing a mouthmask does not feell ok in a 2 hours flight. As long s people are sitting still, I would consider periods of taking it off all together, (keep it on up to departure and then again before landing. People moving shoud wear a mask.

I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!"

Plussat: "The flight crew was accommodating and genuinely worked to meet passenger needs during the boarding process and also while I'm flight. The flight entertainment included a good, and varied set of options."
Miinukset: "1. There is a security check just prior to boarding at the gate in Brussels that is not known about in advance. The process is not organized, nor did I (along with other passengers) understand why another checkpoint was being unexpectedly required.. 2. The food onboard (main meal - beef and snack - calzone) were not good; although they were served hot, they were bland and unappetizing. Contrary to popular belief, not all airplane food is "bad". 3. And finally, the restrooms were not kept clean during the flight - I had never seen that on any of the nternational airlines I've taken over several years."

One flight attendent got upset or acted a little nasty because I asked her for another custom border slip. She said was going to bring one but I guess she forgot and an atleast 30 minutes to an hour went by till I asked her again and she got nasty. The same lady along with the other flight attendants snatched trash out peoples hands like they were diseased...and they had gloves on. When it came to entertainment they didnt have much variety. Unless the price for the flight is dirt cheap or below average I would choose to fly with them again other than that I'll go to another"

Plussat: "They changed our flights so that we landed in Brussels but scheduled us to leave out of a different airport in Belgium. We had a flight the next day out of Malaga, so we could not take that flight. Because of this changed we had to buy new tickets and not use these tickets."

When the info was available, it said the gate was closing in 10 minutes. You have to pay for everything. I ordered a meal, but there must have been a language barrier because the stewardess sold me a meal and extra sandwich, when I only wanted one. The seats don’t recline."

Miinukset: "Worst experience I've ever had. I've been traveling for years but never experienced an airlines this unprofessional. I have received 4 emails which all said my flight had a 3 hour delay but did not notify me it will be on time until 20 minutes before departure from Barcelona. Of course, I Went to the information desk to see if they can still board me on the flight but they said no although it still didn't leave. They charged me 115 Euros a ticket but ONLY accepted cash. I was not flying alone and it didn't carry hundreds of euros with me. I had to wait hours just for the exchange to open. The crew at the information thought this was hilarious by the way, particularly the supervisor who had an extremely cheap red hair dye who refused to give me her name then put a scarf over her name tag to hide it. Miinukset: "Our flight was delayed by over 3 hours but we were never properly informed as to when the flight was actually leaving. Therefore instead of being able to sit in a restaurant comfortably waiting. We had to sit at the gate."

Miinukset: "We sat on the aircraft on the tarmac for two hours, no explanation. Food and drink were served 20 mins before landing, some people didn’t get a chance to have a drink. Staff were disorganised confused and rude. My debit card was handed to another passenger because the steward had no idea what he was doing. Beyond awful!"
Plussat: "Crew was nice, responsive and professional. They tried to make the best of a bad situation and were helpful in that regard. Pilot explained the reason for the delay. Also helpful"

Miinukset: "Flight was 2 hours late. Incredibly messy boarding procedure. Then they kept everyone in the plane for more than one hour with no air conditioning. Crew had to open the aircraft doors to let some air into the cabin."

Miinukset: "Apparently Vueling, Iberia's cheap cousin, saves a middle seat in row 1 and charges more. A lot more! I was pressured in Helsinki into letting Swissair, the contracted boarding agent it seems, fill that seat, 1/2 of which is what you get for paying 'business' in a plane that has all economy seating. There was no logic or ability to board before economy and indeed my boarding pass stated economy. The woman that was added to the oversold seat got intoxicated and was half in my seat. I will never fly this again and it's not worth the stress to fight for some refund but I was taken advantage of with charging me a 300+ euro seat for this joke of a flight in a "better" level of service."
Plussat: "Once we got on after an hour delay we had friendly crew and had a row to ourselves in the 2nd row. Comfortable seats and didnt pay luggage fees as many others have. We took on our backpacks that were larger and enjoyed our trip."
Miinukset: "Our flight was an hour late as seems to be usual for Vueling and some discount airlines. Also had to pay for any refreshments of water, coffee or snack. Seems to be normal for some discount airlines."
Miinukset: "Plane never left. Bused us to Bilbao, missed our flight to Porto. Have to wait in Barcelona for hours. Flying us to Vigo, Spain then ground transportation to Porto., 11 hours later."

Miinukset: "Booked online for British Airways. Wasn't clear that it was operated by Vueling a budget airline. I payed extra for British Airways specifically to avoid the budget carriers. Vueling charged for everything (nickel and dimed) as expected, line through ticketing was extremely long, and of course there wasn't any entertainment for the flight. I wish kayak would have been very clear that it was not a British Airways flight. Paid extra for nothing."
Crew was good- helpful and. Ice. It was smooth all. Even when asking for people to check bags or place under the seats… the nice way to do it.
Fast, good loads in and out, totally worth of price.

Miinukset: "The plane arrived 12 minutes after we were supposed to have left. While a delayed flight isn't uncommon these days, there's usually at least an attempt at communicating that to the passengers. No such luck this time - we were all simply waiting and wondering."

Plussat: "two days before a bank holiday to Ibiza, this was significantly cheaper than other airlines. Departed on time"
Miinukset: "Waiting for check in look about 50 minutes. When I got to the front I was 1kg over the allowed 20kg and had to leave to pay £11 at another counter and come back to check in. Note the allowance on other airlines are 23kg. Security screened my hand luggage twice. The reason was that the chargers for the camera, laptop, phone, etc was 'too dense in the bag' and had to be done seperately. This took about 25minutes. I am glad I arrived at the airport two hours before take off because by the time I checked in and passed security, there was just enough time to buy food and walk to the boarding gate. The flight itself was noisy. People played music and danced in the aisle, the cabin crew just left it and did not serve the middle of the plane. But the party goers brought their own drink on board and kept going."

Packed transit tram to plane: priority peopleeaitedin the idling tram while everyone for the flight came down. Never again! Price or not!"
Plussat: "All boarded easily and managed to take off a little early from PIK which also meant landed early in IBZ. No probs on the flight."
Miinukset: "Had to dust off seats of spilled Pringles from previous flight. And floor was covered and hadn’t been hoovered or even a dustpan. No biggie but wasn’t as clean as it could have been."
Miinukset: "I booked a flight using Kayak and did not receive a confirmation email with boarding pass. When I arrived to the airport they said that because I didn't have a boarding pass they need to print it and charged me 50 euro. I felt that this was a scam for Ryanair to make money off their customers. They said it was Kayak's fault that I did not receive a confirmation email. Then after my flight left, an email came. I want a refund of 50 euro."

Miinukset: "You have to be very careful with this airline. Although the price is really inexpensive, if you do NOT follow any of their rules to the letter they charge exorbitant fees that could double your price. Also, the boarding on the tarmac and waiting fior a long time in the sun was miserable. They are constantly trying to sell you things during the flight which is annoying. And not being able to sit together unless you pay more is just plain rude. The many steps up and down to get to the plane with hand carry is hard. I kept thinking if anyone tripped or fell there could be many people badly injured."

Miinukset: "My daughter had to pay $20 dollars to bring her boarding pass and then thy told her the card was declined. I called credit company at 1 am my time in Hong Kong and they said card was never submitted so could not have been declined. This caused us time, worry and money for long distance phone calls."
Plussat: "Chose Priority Boarding. It was easy getting on and off. I was a little worried about my over rstuffed carryons but wasn't hassled. Just had to rearrange some stuff to fit in overhead."

There were hen & possibly stag parties on board who had obviously had a lot to drink , were very noisy including when the safety procedures were being announced & the crew had to constantly deal with passengers who would not obey instructions."

Miinukset: "They try to nickel and dime you for everything so be sure to read the fine print first. 50 euro for checking on at the airport, 50 if they force you to check your carry on bag at the gate."

Miinukset: "The price for the flight is affordable but if you don't read the fine print on luggage you end up paying almost $200. Therefore the whole flight ends up costing you standard price and you're not saving. Nothing is complementary on the flight. You get to pay for your own cup of coffee."
Miinukset: "Specially, the attention during the flight was horrible. I asked simple things but they were unable to satisfy it. Also, I lost something small but significant in the airplane, and when I asked to baggage services, they answered me in a very bad way, without any intention to help me. Definitely, this was my first and last time flying in Ryanair."
Plussat: "My flight was about and hour and half delayed. Stood in line for almost 1 hour. It was awful."

Plussat: "Ryanair has the no nonsense way of doing things and I noticed for example the lack of the seat pockets in front that usually hold magazines.. and passengers rubbish... I recon whats not there doesn't have to be inspected preflight. I love these things. The app works just fine for boarding. Loved the priority boarding too. I'm always happy to get on a 737. And tired of seeing companies get the airbusses."
Miinukset: "On the return a 45 odd minutes delay, caused by? The weather maybe? I had to guess but... Not really a big deal tho.. oh and 2 gate changes... gate 10 to 15 and then 10 again... again not something isn't out of the ordinary when you fly any airline out of a busy airport... security que took ages too ;)"
Plussat: "The flight boarded over 30 min late, then there was the fact the the airport police had to come talk to one of the passengers so we ended up leaving an hour late. I fell asleep for most of the flight. But woke up with the super harsh landing."
Miinukset: "At least a water bottle should be given to passengers free of cost"
Miinukset: "You have to pay for absolutely everything on this airline, so beware when you book it! You'd be better booking another airline and paying a few more dollars for basic amenities. Checking in on RyanAir is an absolute nightmare!"
