Staff is excellent. Friendly and helpful. Food was quite good. Boarding process is smooth and quick, and our flight was timely.
Long drawn out boarding process with multiple delays and unnecessary security checks. No priority for business class passengers. Poor food for business class my remote stopped working mid flight and the attendant suggested I deal with it for the remainder of the flight even though they’re were multiple empty seats in the cabin. Flight crew barely spoke English which shouldn’t happen on a international flight. Overall mediocre for the money I spent. I will stick to Qatar Airways from now on for my travel needs.

I was kept waiting many times without explanation. The carpet in the plane was soaking wet...when you step on it you could feel liquid splash up on your feet. the airplane was quite warm. The seat would not stay upright. The children behind me kicked my seat the entire 11.5 hour flight. The monitor to watch TV also would not stay upright. The solitaire game would never load. The airport crew had conflicting instructions. My checked bags were damaged and bungee cords were missing. I was not alerted before boarding that my computer, tablet and camera would be confiscated until my ATL destination and therefore they were not properly padded for flight. A long time to disembark the plane...The attendant had to call and ask where the connector was to let us leave."

So we were forced to check them in because it was only 8kg allow per passenger on carry on. So our luggage end up full of big dents, and scratches. We reported to the airlines and it was hard to justify what we were complaining about it. As a consumer were are very unsatisfied and unhappy. One of the worst experience in hospitality I have ever experience."

Miinukset: "Our flight was 9 hours late. We were given no notice of this until we arrived at the gate. it took an hour if holding before we could reach customer service. Customer service at our arrival gate was extremely slow. Baggage claim closed before my daughter’s luggage was released and it was lost until the next day. Our connecting flight was booked incorrectly do we had to spend the night in Frankfurt. Our 13 hour flight took 29 hours. The food was awful."

As I gave up, I was also informed there was no more room in the overhead bins, so not only did I end up sitting in the middle (which I loathe), but also with my carry-on under my feet. I’ve always been a fan of Lufthansa, but I’m a little disappointed this time around."

My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Miinukset: "Entertainment was dated and poor in function. Our bags were 99 dollars each and we’re both lost and didn’t arrive. I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."
Plussat: "Flight was on time and quick and comfortable"
Miinukset: "Flight way delayed 3 hours. Staff gave no information and wouldn't help rebook us onto other flights. They gave us food vouchers 2 minutes before we finally boarded, so we couldn't use them. The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again."
Efficiency of the crew. The planes are small and outdated.
This was a short flight of about one and a half hours in economy. Everything was as expected as a short flight in economy class.
NEVER book through Kayak. First they booked us on a flight that didn’t exist and after they fixed the problem, we had to leave a day later then expected. Then because we were booked under SAS, but outsourced to a United flight for our first connection (because SAS doesn’t fly to Cincinnati), we were told our bag couldn’t be routed to our final destination so when we arrived in Newark, we’d have to get our bag from baggage claim, re-check it, and get our new tickets for the rest of our flight. Of course this caused us to miss the connecting flight to Copenhagen, and once rebooked, we lost another 2 days of our trip and added an additional country/ stop to the journey. And finally on our flight from Belgium to Venice, my baggage was lost, causing us to cancel the remaining few days of our trip (we were supposed to be hiking and all of our gear was lost in that bag). Since we booked under Kayak, we were punted around from Kayak to SAS to United customer service reps, everyone passing the blame off on the next company. Kayak claims no responsibility and the airlines refer you back to Kayak. Probably would have had as much satisfaction by setting a pile of $5,000 on fire. What a honeymoon.
Efficient boarding, good communication, reasonable coffee. Would have liked to know ahead of time about customizing dining options.
I never flew with SAS before and got to fly all the way from the US and I loved it !!
The staff between IAD and Copenhagen was not friendly

Plussat: "The total experience from check-in to disembark was extraordinary. The crew were beyond eager to please and extremely responsive. The food was hot and very tasted. The beverage selection was finominal. The cleanliness of the plane and restrooms, although the handle for one of the restrooms fell off the door."

I ended up paying 140 additional Euros for two bags. It appears that SAS's pricing is gaming the system when searching for flights or that Kayak is not being up-front about the type of fare they are advertising."

The booking never made it clear that I was not allowed to check my suitcase and I had to pay € 70 extra both coming and going and thereby paid 1 1/2 times more for my suitcase than for my ticket. I am very disappointed to be 'tricked' in this way and consider it a very dishonest business practice."
