Miinukset: "They had no on-line check-in and I was assigned a middle seat and couldn't get it changed. For premium economy pricing, you would expect better."

Miinukset: "3 different delays totalling over 2 hours then sat on the plan waiting to take off for another 30+ min with no regard to connecting flights, passenger confort, etc"
Plussat: "The flight was short"
Miinukset: "Upon arriving at the check in desk we were told that a member of our party had been removed from the flight. While trying to work out a solution with the attendants they were incredibly unhelpful, knew very little about the situation, and at times mocked us. Lisa at the AMS location was particularly rude to the members of our party."
Plussat: "British Airways provides complimentary amenities in coach not found on US carriers: A hot meal, snacks, beverages other than water or coffee/tea. Their media selection is superb. They seem to work hard to make a nine-hour flight over The Pond as tolerable as possible."
Miinukset: "My comfort was better on the return leg because I had the extra leg room that comes with being seated on the emergency exit row. However, regular coach seating is at best tolerable. You are packed like sardines and the seats are firm, to put it mildly."
Plussat: "When I was unwell the flight attendants were very helpful and kind"
Plussat: "Seat 7k best of privacy, window and isle access. Backwards facing is fine."

Plussat: "Not much - the entertainment choices were good and the flight was safe and smooth. Plus my bag turned up from Helsinki, Heathrow, Singapore, sydney"
Miinukset: "The biz class seats on BA are just horrible. The biz class service - BA aren’t even trying to match other airlines. A stingy snenities kit and a blanket doesn’t come close to qantas or emerites. The food is an embarrassment - microwave dinners over heated is a a generous description. Crew do as little as possible (they don’t want to be they’ve either)"

Miinukset: "hard to check in to BA in Helsinki. signage could be better as this was a code share."
Miinukset: "There are no wheel chairs for BA in London. We were made to walk long distances in absence of wheel chairs. No coordination in BA ground staff."
Plussat: "The cabin crew member working in the area where I sat, Marc, went above and beyond his duties to make the family sitting next to me feel comfortable. Two of the children had special needs, and Marc brought the family chocolate, joking with the kids, and was available when they needed help. Well done."
Miinukset: "The entertainment would sometimes pause, and the screen would go black for a moment. This was very minor though."
Plussat: "We were given a snack & drinks. You checked my 2nd bag free which was FABULOUS so I didn't have to deal with gate checking when you asked for us to do that."
Miinukset: "Was seated in bulkhead & the media screen wouldn't stay facing me. What a pain. Ended up unable to watch it without holding it in place. Seat cushion was very flat & uncomfortable; head rest of poor design did not allow sleep."
Miinukset: "The woman who worked the British Airways desk in Helsinki and checked our bags is not suited for a customer service position. The screens on the British Airways long haul planes are tiny and difficult to operate. A 2,5 h flight where you can't even get water complimentary is appalling. Honestly all of your competitors offer a snack and beverages complimentary even if the flight is only 45 min. The boarding for London to Dallas flight was very confusing and could have been made easier with grouping the boarding instead of tons of people piling up to rush in at once."
Plussat: "The pilot was were courteous, and kept us update every step of the way..the crew was phenomenal."

Miinukset: "There was no entertainment on this flight. I did not see any plugs to charge my phone and I don't think I had wifi."

Miinukset: "The check in process from Prague to London to Dallas was inefficient. Too few agents, minimal direction from the representative guiding the line. Also, there were no food/beverage option unless you paid for them! No coffee etc on a 650a flight unless it was purchased. Ridiculous"
Plussat: "It was a short flight, so didn't need much."
Miinukset: "Charged for food, even water. Boarding pass had one gate, but flight actually boarded from a different gate. No one there to tell us, no announcement. Good thing I checked board. No entertainment system."
Plussat: "Crew was wonderful good customer service"
Miinukset: "Boarding was terrible, entertainment services on flight was poor, poor movies selection, tv consoles terrible"
Miinukset: "Very bed I will never use this service iny more"
Miinukset: "we're professional musicians who fly all the time with fragile equipment. the airline applied an overweight baggage fee (fair enough, normally) but their payment system was down. rather than waive the fee, we were made to wait an hour to pay 150 euros. after scrambling through security we narrowly missed our flight. rebooking took hours and involved going back through security all over again, having our equipment searched for the second time. when it came time to gate-check our guitars, the airline lost them. we wound up boarding our connection to JFK with no idea where they were. finally they turned up on the baggage belt. we would never and have never agreed to send these delicate items through general baggage. One guitar (50 year old gintage guitar) was broken in the process and another of our hard cases was damaged and needs to be replaced. Completely unacceptable from start to finish."

Miinukset: "Forced to check carry-on bag at the gate at which point they apparently gave me a baggage claim ticket with someone else's name on it. Because of all the uncertainty when they decided to do this, it was not caught until the bags did not show up at my final destination. They were however very pleasant while incorrectly marking our bags."
Miinukset: "Flight was cancelled . And BA didn't manage it well for me . I am flying business . And have gold frequent flyer . And they offered cheap hotel by airport . Without even a shuttle to go to. I managed to go by myself . You have to stand on a line for an hour to get answers and another line with another 45 minutes to find solution. It's really bad ."
Plussat: "It was a very smooth flight. There was a short delay and it took a long while to get our luggage at LAX, but the actual flight was very good."
Miinukset: "Everything felt and smelled dirty."
Plussat: "The stewards and stewardesses treated everyone as the were sitting in the First Class section."
Miinukset: "The area near the top edge of wall in front of me needs cleaning."
Miinukset: "Sat in an airport for 8 hours before flight was cancelled. Rebooked flight was not in the exit row I had. At 6'8", this 10 hour flight was near unbearable. BA did nothing to help except say sorry."
