Something must have been wrong with the headphones because the volume was on max when i tried to watch the move but barely could hear anything. Czech Air (booking owner) should hold Belavia (operating aircraft) accountable for this poor performance ... not the weather delay, but how they handled (or didn’t handle) passengers and communications."

Miinukset: "They charge you for every little thing you can think of. Very cheap company they don’t even give you water on the plane!"
Miinukset: "1) messy boarding process 2) outdated airplane 3) zero entertainment system 4) poor food service"
Plussat: "The flight attendants were nice."
Miinukset: "There is not business class even though you pay business class fares. Their seats are not comfortable. The food was okay. The clincher for me was that they charge by the kilo for excess baggage. I had just gotten married and we were moving my wife to Asia to live with me. We had 1 extra bag and they would not even listen to our situation. They charged me $600 for an extra bag. I will never fly Norwegian Airways again. No consideration for their passengers. The bottom line - do not fly Norwegian Airlines..."
Plussat: "The crew from the gate/customer service desks to the flight crew were very nice, Norwegian is very lucky."
Miinukset: "My flight was delayed by almost 6 hours. For days I received alerts about it being my last chance to upgrade my flights. Many hours before my flight they knew the flights were delayed yet I did not receive one text or e-mail to let me know. I was at the airport for 9 hours. 9. Worst part is that I'm not even the only one."
Miinukset: "I missed my flight waiting at the wrong gate( there was another flight to Stockholm, my connecting city, being conducted by another airline) I did not notice until it was too late. The airline neglected to offload my checked luggage, refused to do accommodate me with a change fee and now has lost my bag and has no idea where it is."
Plussat: "Comfortable planes and great prices"
Miinukset: "Having to pay for drinks, even water!!"
Miinukset: "We were diverted to Dulles because of weather, which is no one' fault, of course. We were assured on the flight that there would be buses ready to take us to New York or accommodation for us if the roads were too dangerous. We went through immigration and were greeted by a resounding silence on the part of Norwegian. No representative, no message, no announcement, no luggage, which we STILL have not received a week later. All efforts to get in touch with Norwegian were fruitless. Never, never, never will I give them my business again."
Miinukset: "No food and drink was included on an 8.5 hr international flight"
Plussat: "Crew was extremely helpful. The flight was delayed and it was cutting it close with my connecting flight. One of the crew members had the bus take me to my terminal and I made the flight."
Miinukset: "I never got informed, neither by the airline company or booking company that I had to order my meal 3 days prior to the flight if I wanted to be served a meal. Paying for tea or coffee is just outrageous. Crew does a minimum requirement and isn't even nice when you are just asking for a glass of water once throughout the entire flight."
Plussat: "Left on time or earlier. Crew very attentive. Very nice plane Excellent price. I was fed, others were not, not sure why?"
Miinukset: "No headphones or inflight food provided. Everything is for sale"
Miinukset: "I got to the airport at 8:45 for a 10:25 flight with carry on only. Carry on I have used with Norwegian in the past, and was actually packed minimally as this trip is only 4 days. The person at the kiosks who did the weighing of luggage was barely understandable. No one was helpful, instead it was like some game t weigh the bag and tell someone it was a kilo over. After I stood in line for 45 min, the bag weighed in at 8.6 kilos!! Clearly under the requirement, but as I was told to stand in line I was forced to check that bag and pay $65 (and to pay you had to move to a separate line that took another 30 min). As you can imagine 40% of the plane was in the same spot and then even with the flight boarding, no Norwegian staff assisted all of these passengers to get through security. Miserable!"
Miinukset: "Wheelchair was not boardedit first and was not brought to the gate on landing. We were not assigned seats near front until I complained North hot food available on flight Seats cramped"
Plussat: "Good staff. Clean aircraft."

Miinukset: "Did not know that I would need to have my own headphones. Purchased rather poor sound experience headphones. Could not make my meal request change as vegetarian. Did not see that even when I booked the flight. Passengers should take their own light snacks and drinks after security."
Plussat: "The whole process from Departure to Arrival was one phenomenal experience. Crew was super attentive and very client focused. Norwegian has proven to be a top class service provider and is evidence that low costs and good client service does not have to be mutually exclusive."
Plussat: "The plane was nice and cool, and the music was a nice touch."
Miinukset: "The seats were very crowded, little to no leg room available, and the movies kept crashing every time I tried to watch them."
Miinukset: "On Monday September 11th I flew from Stockholm Arlanda to JFK on Norwegian flight DY7005. I was seated in 3J in the premium cabin. The couple in front of me began drinking excessively as soon as the aircraft reached cruising altitude. They were served by a flight attendant (who I then found out was the crew supervisor) called Vinnie, who served them doubles of vodka, cognac and bailey's, smiling and laughing with the passengers and giving them high fives. About 4 hours into the flight, the passenger in seat 2J turned around in his seat and began to harrass me. He claimed that we had friends in common and worked in the same industry and that we should work together. I remained polite and indicated that now was probably not the best time but that we should discuss it at a later date. Please note that I had never seen this man before in my life. I was working on my computer and put my headphones back on. He then began to shout and swear at me, saying that I disrespected him, I assume by not engaging him in conversation. He threatened me and at one point tried to swing at me from his seat. His partner then tried to calm him down. A flight attendant that was passing at the time (middle aged black woman) said something to the effect of "I don't know if YOU GUYS are from New York but you all need to calm down", somehow assuming that I was in collusion with this other passenger. I said to the lady "miss I don't know this man" but she ignored me and kept on walking. After this initial incident and seeing that the in flight staff were not interested in addressing this man's behavior, I put on my headphones and sunglasses and pretended to sleep. I could hear him issuing threats and swearing loudly. This went on for about 30 to 45 minutes (I was listening to a podcast and could hear him over the commentary) and then he again turned around in his seat and tried to touch me. At this point I panicked and grabbed my items and headed for the galley. I noticed that the lady in the seat next to me had vacated her seat and was having a concerned conversation with one of the flight attendants. I asked for the purser and a younger black fight attendant told me that "he was resting". I told her to get him and she turned to her counterpart and said "he's pissed off" as if I was over reacting to some sort of minor situation. The purser (Vinnie, who had been serving up doubles and high fives) arrived and told me that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin and there was nothing that he could do about that, and that they had cut him off after he started antagonizing me. I asked why it was that he would knowingly supply a passenger with over ten drinks, jeopardizing the wellbeing of other passengers, and he again responded that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin. The younger female flight attendant then told me that the cops would be waiting for the passenger on arrival - when in fact, the port police department was never notified, nor was the Norwegian"
Plussat: "The engine purred like a kitten. Seats, free videos, easy access to order drinks & food w tap of your finger. Friendly, courteous greets you w a warm smile. Spacious airplane."
Miinukset: "Norwegian airlines needs to tell their customers that their luggage was left behind in Stockholm. We are exhausted from the long travels & are even more pissed off when multiple customers kept waiting for their luggage. I felt even more horrible to the family that was taking a cruise the next day. Can you believe Norwegian airlines are closed on Sunday. Couldn't talk to customer service until Monday when they opened. Bad customer satisfaction;("
Miinukset: "I had a terrible stomach ache & they would not let me use the restroom!!!"
Plussat: "Seats not good option of games very poor. No drinks no wifi. No phone service at all from entering the plain. Was on the ground before take off for 2 hours with no phone service no internet service . I will never use or recumbent this airlines"
Miinukset: "My 2 year old having to sleep on the seats in the JFK airport. While we wait to see if anyone will help us. Paid for a ticket to Madris Spain, had to connect from PHX, they were having issues so i called in to NWA asking what my options were hours before the flight. The rep told me to call back the next day. I called back once stranded at JFK and the next representative says, because i didnt call prior to 30 minutes before my check in time she statez the pre ious representative notated she advised me. I assure you if she did I would have simply rescheduled for the next flight. The rep goes on to tell me, no, they will not put us on stand by and (her monotone and bluntness and lack of empathy for me flooding money and being stranded was appalling. I am on limited funds with a baby, they dont care that i will be out of thousands of non refundable charges. They don't care that my return flight home is booked from Spain. Not JFK. We are completely screwed here."
Miinukset: "My young daughter was denied a ticketed seat on an 11:30 Norwegian air flight to Oslo, being told that her 10:33 arrival at the gate -- due to multiple protracted delays on earlier connecting flights to get her to the gate -- made her "too late" and the computers would not permit the gate agent to get her on board no matter how much extra she was willing to pay. She was simply told to get the next flight 24 hours later, killing 15% of her vacation. The gate agent said to my hysterical child that she was so sorry for the hours lost in prior connecting flight delays and recognized the plane my daughter was to be on was still one hour from pushback from the gate, but she couldn't overcome the computers having closed out the flight at precisely 60 minutes before scheduled departure so there was nothing a human could do. This is the epitome of machines gone crazy!!"
Plussat: "The Dreamliner was lovely, seats comfortable with enough space The entertainment system was good, easy to use but USA biased of course"
Miinukset: "My expectations were high! So maybe that's why I am so disappointed. Should have been warned as the app is terrible, hardly ever works. OK we were delayed an hour, it happens. The food and drink service was awful. So very average hot meal 2 hours into the flight. Hardly "nice and tasty". If you're going to do the talk you got to deliver. Then nothing for 7 hours! Even trying to get water was not easy. I paid £50 for a bag and this terrible service. We get to Oakland and there's nowhere to dock! We wait 40 mi ms just to get out. More problems at Immigration There's no other flights but it takes over 2 hours go get through. This plane does this flight 4 times a week. Get it sorted. Could have been great. Couldn't recommend this service"
Miinukset: "I asked for a glass of water between drink services and was initially refused by the crew. Apparently Norwegian has a policy of requiring passengers to pay for water. Appalling."
Plussat: "Boarding was more than an hour late!!!! Worst thing that on the flight board it says "on time", Terminal was almost impossible to find, stuck in the middle of nowhere, we all went on the plane together- no organization whatsoever! Right before landing the crew was messi g up with each other in the back and the passangers asked them to keep it down cause it was very disturbing! Very unorganized! I hope that the operation of the safty system wasnt the same, but I wouldn't wanna test it for the next time..."

Plussat: "Loved everything about my flight. It left and arrived on time, crew were very polite, food selection looked great( I didn't purchase anything), and my check in & arrival process was smooth."
