Plussat: "This is how my trip started that day. Missed my checkin window by 10 mins do to waiting in traffic for 45 mins, because of wreck. Got to the ticket counter at 8:35 and my flight my was set to take of at 9:30. There wear others in the same boat as me, we where all flying with American. I will Never ever fly with American again! The Lady was so rude then she said we were disgrutle when we ask to speak to a manger about trying to board even though or flight didnt leave until 9:30. Not Military Friendly at all. So I ran down to Lufthansa and talk with a guy at the ticket counter that was understanding of the sistuation, he told me what to do once a Book my trip through Kayak he checked me in and got me right to the front and on the plane for the next flight that left 2 hours after my missed flight. I book my trip and got through Tsa all before my flight with american even took off. When I boared the plane the cabin crew was very helpful and laughing and joking with the passagners their smiles brighten my day and made me feel at easy. I was stressed out about missing my flight with American Airlines and that lady at the ticket counter that when on got my flight with Lufthanse I felt like they were my friends and that I have been flying with them before. I will always use Lufthansa when fliying back home back to the states! Thank you to flight crew and men and women at the ticket counters!!"

Miinukset: "There was not enough room for all the people’s cabin size luggage. They allowed people to get on board with big coats once they’re in the plain they take off the coats and place them up. Those coats take the same space as a small suitcase. I asked the fly attendants for assistance and they didn’t even pretend to care about the situation. I had to put my luggage under the seat for the entire flight, which ended up reducing the very reduced legroom. What this airline is trying to do is; to charge passengers twice for cabin size luggage. This has been my worst experiences with airlines. Lufthansa is definitely an airline to avoid."

Miinukset: "The flight left 19 minutes early, stranding 7 people who were connecting from New Orleans. We ran across the entire airport and made it to the gate before departure time. The employee at Lufthansa Senator lounge was nice enough to tell us that the crew must have felt like leaving early. She was very nonchalant about the whole issue. She also refused to assist us, and told us we needed to exit the airport and reenter through the ticketing counter. I upheld my end of the deal by reaching the gate in time. This situation needs to be rectified."
Plussat: "The food and drink were the only two enjoyable moments of this flight."
Miinukset: "The crew in Cluj airport could not care less about getting the plane boarded and departed on time. For 20 minutes crew stood around in the airport talking to each other and using their cellphones. Finally the transport bus was loaded only to have the bus driver get out, and talk to another employee while simultaneously using his phone. No information was given for the delay and the plane was boarded at time of departure. This careless and unbothered attitude resulted in a missed connecting flight for my partner and I. We were completely unassisted by crew on the plane and ended up having to wait 24hours for our next flight home. Absolutely disgusted by the service provided from Cluj to Munich. I would seriously consider another airline before booking again with Lufthansa for this route."
Plussat: "The ground staff in Heathrow was helpful. They happily swapped me onto an earlier flight to Munich after I spotted delays out of Munich, allowing me ample time to connect in Munich airport"
Miinukset: "Lufthansa's narrowbodies have one of the most uncomfortable seats in the sky. These slimline seats are built with a central beam running vertically along the midline of the seat, making it very uncomfortable with your spine."

Miinukset: "I was called the night before saying our flight was overbooked will you change flights for 300.00 dollars each. We needed to get home so we turned their offer down. The day of the flight our connection flight was delayed we were told someone would escort several of the passengers from Lufthansa to the connection with United no one was there. Several of us ran to where the flight gate was but the plane already left. It turns out other people were also called and turned down United’s offer. So the question is since our flight was purposely overbooked did United take advantage of our situation and just leave and cause all of us great pain and duress with no compensation for all of our inconvenience."

I wanted to check in online but I had to no reservation or ticket number is provided so I had to go to my old reservations to find it. .Next I wanted to pay for my luggage online but there was no link given. It says you can do it cheaper on Lufthansa.com but I could not find where you can actually do that. All in all spend 30 minutes with no result. Had to pay at check in $44 instead of $27. And it was just one of many other problems and inconveniences with their website."

The food choices were so unappetizing that I opted not to eat. I usually fly SAS business class, and based on this experience with United, I will go straight back to SAS. They offer better service, better menu choices, and first class seating for the same price. Easy decision."

Frequent offers of beverages and water throughout the flight from Munich to EWR, hot towels. Nice! I was not able to choose my seats until check-in, 24 hours before flight time. Of course if I wanted to pay extra (would have amounted to $60 for two flights for each passenger) I could have. Representatives at check in in Athens, were indifferent and not very pleasant."

Miinukset: "The flight was late boarding and late arriving in Munich. I had a connecting flight to make and that was a harrowing experience. I had no precedence offers the other passengers in deplaning. I was given no help in making my connecting flight. I had to queue up for border control. I had to go up and down numerous escalators. I was stopped by a policeman asking for papers which I had already given to border control. I had to take a train and change terminals. My connecting flight was departing from the farthest gate possible in the terminal. I was running the entire time, and I barely made it. Had I not been running, I would have missed my connection."
Plussat: "Interesting the bathroom downstairs...then asking people to not form lines on the stairs makes the process a little more complicated...if a person has mobility problems, which restroom should they use?"
Miinukset: "The boarding process was confusing. Lack of clear signs and announcements didn't help to form lines. People just went to the gates after families, handicapped, vets, etc..passed the gates, business and first. Improving that process by forming ordered lines would help. Entertainment presented movies that are old and have been dysplayed on flights for years. Entertainment in general is poor. Seating not as expected! I chose my seat online and once on the plane I found out the organization of the seats was different than the one displlayed online. I chose an aisle sea on a 3 seat row and I ended up on a 4 seat row and squeezed in between two other passengers. The seats are "growing" smaller and smaller, and the shape and mobility of the chairs makes them uncomfortable. On my row there were 3 screens installed on the ahead seats, and my screen was by 3/4 in front of the passenger on my right. That made difficult controlling the screen function with me stretching my harm over the other passenger's face. I payed $2,000 for that flight in economy. $2,000 for an economy class is not cheap! And you don't offer a great experience. Either lower the price or improve the overall experience."

Miinukset: "the flight was delayed by 50 min reason was because the flight crew was stuck in a traffic jam from kiev city centre to airport by 1h. the flight crew stayed overnight in Kiev city centre which is 30-40 min drive away from city centre and had time to own accord to have a walk around the city centre in the morning. So I wonder why the crew cannot travel earlier to airport taking into account potential traffic jams. Knowingly I trvaelled to the airport about 2.5h before departure and made it perfectly on time to the airport, even though working in the morning, whereas the crew couldnt make it. maybe Lufthansa should change their crew hotel policy in particular for towns with notorious traffic jams like Kiev.."
Plussat: "Online check in is efficient, staff both at the airport and on board are friendly and helpful. Seats (economy) are OK. Onboard entertainment is good (good choice of films, TV shows and games)"
Miinukset: "Food - as usual airline food is mostly inedible and unappealing. I usually eat at the airport before the flight and skip the meal onboard."
Plussat: "Lufthansa has us on a short connection in Munich. But instead of bumping us like Air Canada, which does not care about customers, Lufthansa got a little van for our family of 5, took us through expedited passport control and helped us reach our flight. They have done a superb job and it is great to see an airline that has a very capable ground crew as well as air crew. Lufthansa made us feel like they cared about us and trust me traveling with three kids under 6 we very much appreciated it and they will have our return business!!"
Plussat: "the magazine selection prior to flight, bottle of water in front of each seat and crew were great, the pilot's landing was amazing! The seat in front of me had weird legs that made the room under the seat smaller than other seats around me. So you couldn't fit in the carryon fully under it as you could under the seat diagonally from me, however, this ended up being a huge plus since I could use the legs of this chair in front of me as stepping places to place my feet during flight. Since airline does not provide foot rest, it was great to have this to elevate the feet for a long flight. More considerations should be give to provide footrest or at least these kind of foot elevations."
Miinukset: "The dinner and breakfast were a bit disappointing, but not bad and not a deal breaker at all since the rest of the flight was wonderful. I noted comfort as ok, but that's applies to all airlines - the seats in economy and no footrest is very uncomfortable, but that's on all economy flights, so no deduction of points there. I do want to note that I needed a boarding pass at the gate and stood in line for quite a while (I was first in line) before I was even acknowledged by a lady who ended up helping me eventually. But she was so cranky! (there were 2 ladies - one busy helping the crew and putting around barrier - she was fine, the other with a head covering (putting this hear just to distinguish the ladies as one was doing a great job)- not sure what she was doing, but she plainly ignored me standing at the desk in front of her, I didn't say anything, just patiently waited until she acknowledged me, and then she printed the boarding pass for me, but she was way to cranky to be in the job that she is in - no need for that kind of attitude."
Plussat: "On time and highly efficient as you would expect from the Germans. Airplane was clean and nice. Airport and boarding was very good too."
Miinukset: "Food left much to be desired but not horrible. They said they were short on crew staff (weird - first time I've heard of it) so service was a little slower than usual but not bad. Seats continue to get smaller and thinner which means less comfort for such a long haul flight. The seating arrangement is probably worst at this airline. I booked our seats and paid extra ahead of time, come to find out they changed the seat configuration and our seats sucked so we paid extra for nothing. Lufthansa really needs to fix the seat selection situation."
Plussat: "Great food and entertainment options."
Miinukset: "Very slow boarding process. A lot of the boarding crew just standing around waiting instead of moving the passengers thru to board. A half hour delay ensured due to the slow boarding process. Seemed to have no clue how to board efficiently. Seats a little cramped in economy. Passenger who was disabled - could not stand on his own - was seated in an aisle seat and passengers had to climb over him to get in and out the entire flight. Should have been seated in a different seat since he never stood up."

American was fine. Iberia connection delayed for 4 hours without any updates. We did not know if we d be continuing or not.

Oli kylmä. Aika moni aivasteli tai niiskutti 12 tunnin lennon päättyessä.

Koneeseen pakkautumista voisi järkevöittää, esim. rivi tai muutama kerrallaan, jottei syntyisi ryntäylyä ja hässäkkää.

Tuntui kuin lentokenttävirkailijat olisi olleet TET-harjoittelussa. Ongelma ei tietty ole Finnairin henkilökunnassa vaan Münchenin kentän virkailijoissa. Oli kuin kaikki olisivat ensimmäistä päivää töissä. Todella heikkoa toimintaa.

Aikataulun pitäminen

Food could have been better and second meal pretty bad.

Check in Pariisissa oli vanhanaikasta. Jos on matkatavara menossa rumaan, tai haluaa boardingpassi paperiversiona joutuu odottamaan että check in avautuu.

Henkilökunta oli ihan ystävällistä. Koneeseennousu oli hidas. Tarjottavat ovat nolla-arvoisia, vain lasi vettä ilmaiseksi, ei ole toimiva konsepti ollenkaan.

Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin

Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Käsittämätöntä, tieto ylibuukkauksesta oli varmasti tiedossa paljon aikaisemmin. Kari ja Marja Alatyppö

Palvelu oli erinomaista, kone oli siisti ja aikataulut pitivät hyvin. Ihan pieni suma syntyi koneeseen noustessa kun eri boarding-ryhmät sumppuuntuivat putkeen. Pieni tauko boarding-ryhmien välissä olisi tehnyt siirtymästä vielä asteen sujuvamman.

Finnairilla hyvä henkilökunta, kaikki sujui tosi hienosti lennolla.

lentoemännät hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin. Koneen ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa, tuli vilu.

Lento 3h myöhässä. Informaation kulku hidasta ja sekavaa.

Lähtöselvityksessä oli vain yksi henkilö, mikä ei vastannut lainkaan tarvetta, koska hän oli ERITTÄIN HIDAS - ja hieman tyly (?). Passeja hän pyöritteli todella kauan ja tavasi hitaasti kirjain kirjaimelta nimemme niistä ja vertaili kuvia meihin. Tuntui todella oudolta. Lisäksi tarranauhat taisivat loppua kesken ja hän joutui hakemaan niitä muualta. Meillä (kolmen hlön perhe) oli ainoastaan yksi laukku menossa ruumaan, mutta virkailija yllätti meidät vaatimalla myös käsimatkatavaramme ruumaan, koska tilaa olisi kuulemma liian vähän. Luonnollisesti olimme pakanneet kaiken säännösten mukaan ja tässä hässäkässä ruumaan joutui myös elektroniikka, jotka olimme jättäneet käsimatkatavaroihin. Virkailija ei huomannut kysyä asiasta, emmekä me kiireessä muistaneet sitä. Lisäksi jouduin todella vaatimalla vaatimaan, että sain yhden laukun käsimatkatavaroihin, koska sairastan diabetesta ja astmaa ja olin pakannut matkalla mahdollisesti tarvitsemani lääkkeet ko. laukkuun. Ehdin jo hieman hätääntyä asiasta, kunnes virkailija "armollisesti" tuli sen verran vastaan, että antoi minun valita yhden kolmesta laukustamme matkustamoon. Ymmärrän tilantarpeen, mutta olisi ollut todella järkevää kertoa jonossa odottaville etukäteen, että tällaista vaaditaan, jotta muutenkin todella tiukalla ollut ollut aika ei olisi kulunut turhaan säätämiseen turhautuneitten jonottajien odottaessa selän takana. Asian olisi mielestäni voinut myös hoitaa hieman kohteliaammin. Lisäksi huomasin koneessa, että hyvin harvan kohdalla oli vaadittu jättämään matkustamoon tarkoitettuja laukkuja ruumaan - ainakin lähes kaikilla oli yksi laukku/hlö mukana. Hämmentävää. Yllättävää kyllä kone pääsi kuitenkin lähtemään matkustajien puolesta ajallaan, vaikka jonottavat pitivät sitä mahdottomana. Lento sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi jalkatilat olivat todella surkeat verrattuna menomatkamme koneeseen.

Vähän myöhässä muuten kaikki sujui loistavasti

Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.

Lento oli tunnin myöhässä.

Tarjoilu

Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.

Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.

Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.

Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.

The crew was rude and lazy. Ran out of food and water. One crew member did not follow mask protocols.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Kaikki ok.

Check-in jonoa oli aamulennolla, mikä on pienellä lennolla ymmärrettävää. Kaikki muu toimi mainiosti.

Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!

Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!

Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.

Myöhässä taas.

Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.

Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä
