Poor boarding. Missed connecting flight. Had to stay in airport for 7 extra hours. Meal was provided but no accommodation provided and no lay flat seats. Would have been satisfied if a place to stay were provided for
They told us our family of five couldn’t fly because our Covid tests weren’t at the correct time. After it was elevated to the fourth level, someone actually did the math like we did, and they realized we were right and let us on the flight. This made the experience extremely stressful and frustrating. The employees and especially the flight crew were nice, but not having their info straight tainted the trip. I know these are very challenging times for airlines as they navigate all the different restrictions from different countries, but something as simple as the test cutoff time for a 48 or 72 hour lead time for a scheduled flight ought to be easy to have ready beforehand. After all that drama, there was no “Sorry about that” or perk of any kind. Good lesson for us to make sure we have our facts straight before torpedoing somebody.

Once we finally made it on the flight, when requesting a beverage the only option given is water or orange juice and if you have any dietary restrictions (even when providing said information to the airline) you will remain without food on the shorter flights."

To start with. They said that they have to charge me a $615 penalty on top of the $750 i had payed for the ticket for cancellation. They mentioned that ill be refunded my $750 from qatar as they got a waiver for me. I received $250 from qatar airways and nothing yet. Airfare's customer service staff is highly uncooperative and v rude"

TA should enforce carry-on restrictions - MANY passengers brought significantly oversized bags, causing delays and difficulty finding space in overhead bins. IST is very inefficient with security checks. We went through THREE security checks and had our passports checked SIX times before finally being able to board. There is also a significant lack of vendors offering food, newspapers, and such in the gate sections. One of our worst airport experiences in 40 years of air travel. TA does serve very good food, so thanks for that. Comfort-wise, padding in seats needs to be improved, as does leg room. If you are six feet tall or more, you will be aching after 5 or 6 hours, let alone 11.5 hours.

The flight was 5 hours delayed for no reason. I missed my connecting flight to San Francisco. Very poor job done
Boarding was long and drawn out multiple security checks long lines no priority for business class. Seats were hard and food was mediocre at best. Remote controller was not working and attendant suggested that I deal with it instead of moving me to one of several seats empty in the cabin. Attendants barely spoke English as well which is not acceptable for international flights. Will stick to Qatar Airways from now on.

I had an hour between flights, and the first flight landed just five minutes late. The gate for the second flight had already closed by the time I cleared the first security checkpoint. It would have been completely impossible to make it to the gate on time. Turkish put me up in a hotel, etc., for the night, and there were dozens of people in similar situations. But the airline shouldn't offer connections that are totally impossible."

Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"

Gate agent Mr Ravi Krishna is a racist , arrogant & unfriendly airline employee I have ever encountered . I was told to “ get back to the line and wait 5 minutes “ without any explanation and to be Humiliated in front of my wife , kid and other passengers is a BIG NO . He didn’t stop there . He talked to his co-worker while laughing and looking at me. This is absolutely unacceptable !Due to this, I confronted him and got his name and wrote this complaint / concern. Hopefully, no one will ever encounter this.

I almost had to get out my skype phone records to prove I had tried to order the meal. One flight attendant said he would order it for the next leg of my flight, but when i got on that flight it showed he had not ordered it. I had tried to order this meal 5 times via the etihad website and it did not work. I also added my frequent flyer number which showed as going through, but it did not register (a fact i only found out after the flight). Also felt uncomfortable with the fact the safety video was only half translated into English. Arab speakers had a travel prayer said, English speakers did not get the prayer."

Understanding of English is not that good. 2.Had problems checking the luggage all through despite connection was through star alliance. 3.Had to wait in airport in transit to get boarding passes. Did not understand why it was despite having booked seats early. 4.Seats provided were not good. 5.Also head phones didn't work. I told staff three times and still no response. Finally gave up i had booked because ratings were good. But service was not even close to expectations. Dissapointed."

Veg options are a must for flights originating from India as there are several passengers who prefer veg meals. However, this was not well attended to in the flight."
Miinukset: "Etihad doesn't have a consistent baggage policy. The line manager at the checkin did not stand by the company. Not ready to give a written statement of what they told me at the check-in counter. Customers are held hostage with the inconsistent policies and what ever they relay to you, you do not have any option but abide by that or cancel the trip."

I used two Flights both of them suffered from a delay of 90 minutes . I the second segment we waited 99 minutes in lthe queue and even water was not offered . The crew provided disinformation in both flights and finally no entertainment was suggested

The price is great, but not even getting one check-in bag allowance is terrible, especially at over $50 per checked bag when purchased online ahead of time. The flight was late, and any food or drink you must pay for. Again, the price is great, but you get what you pay. I also feel that every Pegasus landing is so hard and fast that the pilot is trying to see how hard and far he can pound the plane into the runway!

Plussat: "The crew at the airport was incompetant. The service was appalling. I had to wait for over 30 minutes for bag drop off . I was very dissapointed. Also boarding was quite late and pushy"
Miinukset: "At check in staff did not know that I had 20 kg baggage allowance"
Plussat: "This was a domestic flight, only hour and 30 min. Same aircraft as from London to Istanbul, nice and comfortable seats with plenty of leg room."
Miinukset: "The flight was only hour and 30 min, so I have no criticism for this flight"
Plussat: "This is a budget airlines, compare to Ryanair seats Pegasus Airlines seats has more leg room, especially I have long legs I need more leg room."
Miinukset: "I know this is a Turkish airline, but the cabin crew could do with a bit more understanding of English"

Miinukset: "Flights are overcrowded, chairs won't recline, even a glass of water will cost you, transit via buses"
Plussat: "They canceled the flight 1 earlier than its time, and refused to refund. Instead asked the passengers to come tomorrow next time. What about the connections? All lost, or canceled other flights."
Plussat: "Flight was on time and luggage arrived. No problems!"
Plussat: "Comfortable seats and very clean."
Plussat: "generally the boarding and crew were acceptable."
Miinukset: "A week before my flight, the flight changed and I was emailed. It had me arriving in Istanbul 2 hours later. They essentially changed my flight to another flight. And then Pegasus Plus frequent flyer never recognizes my PNR number when I try to get credit for my flights. I have flown 6 segments with them and none of the flights are recognized. When I try to do live chat, it only accept Turkish language. I am very disappointed in this airline's pre and post flight services."
Miinukset: "All they wanted was money. It was a scam. What is 8kg for a canyon? They would have charged me $75 for 5 kg! The only reason they didn't is because their system was down. They tried my credit cards and when that didn't work, they asked for cash. I never carry more than $5. There was no order in the airport and it was absolute mayhem. I went from line to line. I will never use this airline aha in! TWO hours to get my boarding pass? Anthony Gallo"
Plussat: "Seating is comfortable enough with sufficient leg space."
Miinukset: "As there is no entertainment nor food served on board the grade has to be the minimum score. Precisely that there is no entertainment system."
Miinukset: "I was stopped at both airports for not having my ticket in the system although I checked-in in advance and paid extra for seating; it was very stressful and uncomfortable"
Plussat: "Was first to check-in and received exit-row seat with its extra leg-room."
Miinukset: "Exit row seats do not recline .. so could not lie-back on this overnight flight."
Plussat: "They got me to my destination... eventually"
Miinukset: "Oh, boy. First, this flight was super late and they wouldn't admit it. I went to the gate at boarding time, and the staff rudely pushed me away, saying I misunderstood the gate number. I double checked, and no, that was indeed the right gate. This lasted until the airport announced the final boarding call for my flight, and people started lining up.Then the staff had to admit that this was the right gate and the plane was just late. We didn't start boarding until way after the announced time (which they didn't bother to update on the screen until it passed. Extraordinarily disorganized. Second, the flight crew was loud and kept the lights turned way up on an overnight flight. Everyone around me was trying to sleep, and they were woken up by the crew yelling "DO YOU WANT COFFEE?" 5 rows away. Even when they finally dimmed the lights 3 hours into the flight, they kept the Tv's on, so the flashing advertisements prevented me from sleeping restfully. Third, you have to pay for coffee and tea. Who does this? They also begin their flight with loud, obnoxious music that jolts everyone awake (see above for this being an overnight flight). Overall, only choose this airline if you're okay with being kept forcibly awake and you don't mind the flight being late. Oh, and you have 2 euros to pay for simple tea."
Plussat: "Plane is ok, clean, good condition"
Miinukset: "Almost no service. Cheak in took 2 hours!"
Miinukset: "Not even refreshments or a glass of water, almost all flights were delayed, no entertainment, lousy experience..."
Plussat: "I was lucky enough to have the seat next to me free, so I was comfortable during the flight itself"
Miinukset: "The ground service was really bad and even insulting. I was a little overweight and the girl at the counter was very rude, and eventually made me through away snacks I was keeping for the flight. Also, the weight limit is ridiculous if you're travelling for more than a weekend (I went on a 3 weeks trip with camping). On the flight itself there's nothing provided, even when I asked for water they charged me for it (no option for just a glass of water)."
Miinukset: "Ticket agent was short with us and was bothered hat she had to check us in and questioned our flight. We had a cursing drunk guy in the boarding line for 20 minutes with no staff anywhere to help the passengers he was harassing. we left the airport late and heard horror stories from many other passengers about the lack of customer service."
