Shelves for baggage are small - it is not enough room for all passenger bags. Entertainment can be better. Food... It could be SIGNIFICANTLY better! Or just do not serve it et al. If I could I would not buy it."

Miinukset: "The head flight attendant was very brusque with clients/passengers - demanding we hand back trays in a certain way, demanding people do not get up and stand during a 3 hour flight. At one point she rushed along the aisle to the front of the plain, bumping and hurting my shoulder, but did not bother to apologize. In front of me, was a mother with a child with special needs. The mother had to stand up for some time to have the child curl up and lie in a comfortable position - the attendant rudely commanded her to sit down and strap the child to the seat, instead of finding out how they could help. She could have achieved it with a better attitude and choice of words. The crew did not bother beyond the bare minimum - it was painful to observe."

Upon arrival a Luft employee was at the gate to escort 11 of us to our connecting flight to Moscow. She took us to a special window for passport check, then our own train car to the other terminal. Bravo! Other airlines leave one to navigate alone. Thankyou Lufthansa. Food was decent on both flights in this day of many 'No food' local flights."

Miinukset: "We were given seats directly behind their Premium Economy or whatever they called it on the return flight. We had purchased an upgrade. I have evidence of cc charges. While our seats (located directly behind the Plus section) gave us extra leg room (I don't know why) we did not have the wider seats, food service style and menu as given to those directly in front of us. There was actuallly a barrier between them and us which hit me in the head every time I stood up! On a long flight from Munich to LAX we felt and were cheated."

Miinukset: "My reservation was cancelled - I found it at DME.. An email, which Lufthansa Moscow promised to send me, had never come. My carry on, while weighted 7 kg, and was, I believe of standard size was not approved. Again, there was an unnecessary on my mind, second TSA-like check at FRA. Lufthansa could just bring me by bus to the departure gates. I believe that police officers with openly carried machine guns INSIDE of TSA secured zone at FRA is too much (though I am not a law enforcement person)."

Miinukset: "The airline went on strike the day I was supposed to fly, so at 4:30 in the morning I arrived to the airport and learned that my flight got cancelled. The evening before there were no info about cancellation on internet. But a representative re-booked my trip on the same day with 2 different companies from the other airport and provided a free taxi. So I arrived to my final destination only 3h late. So my ratings will go only to "overall" as OK. On the other flights with Lufthansa the "Entertainment" and "Food" are usually Excellent"

Miinukset: "I had a short transit time in Munich (40 minutes). Munich website promises that this is possible and that gates are close to each other and if the first flight is late, then someone will help you to your next flight. My first flight was about 10 mins late. Although assistance was provided to people connecting to some of the other flights, no-one helped me with my connection. I asked two ground staff and was just told to make my own way to the next gate, which was not close. It was in a different terminal! After literally running through two terminals, I did not make it to the gate in time and had to wait for the following flight which got me home over three hours late. Lufthansa did give me a five euro meal voucher though (which doesn't buy very much in an airport cafe)."
Miinukset: "It was a problem with one passenger, she came from another row and take two seats close to me and my daughter, she wanted to fly with comfort, so I told her it is not nice, this is not her seats and I have a kid with me and she should share wirh another people too, butshe was freeked out because I did a comment, than she asked me what country I'm from and I told: Russia. So she told me she could see why I so unclever...all Russian the same and laughing on me. I didn't expect so racist behavior and I stopped any conversation and complained to flight attendant. And I was double surprise! She went to her talked with her and than tell me that she could take any place she wants and she never told me any racist words, and maybe I'm a lier. I was so upset and I told a passenger that I can go to court when get back to US, she was really scared now and start sorry! But it was to late to sorry! When I asked flight attendant to sorry, she told she do not sorry!!! The flight was Monday October 3rd 2016 Lufthansa 459 San Francisco -Munich, name of flight attendant Eva-Katherine Pfaffel, the passenger seat 44 Diana or E I think, they didn't provide me information about name or her seat. The flight attendant told me it is not big dealing, maybe for Germany it is ok, but in US it is really rude, original I'm from Russia, my daughter too, additionally she is black, it will be really good if I never feel this again, I was in really helpless situation. It is really unpleasant when you spend money and get neglect."

For international flight, especially long ones the seats should be able to go back further and not feel like a board, the seats were uncomfortable and small. The area between first class and the back of the plane had air issues, and I was sweating and so hot it woke me up, so on a 10 hour flight I got 1 hour of sleep. Ruined my first day of vacation."

My husband changed his seat to accommodate a lady who was flying with her daughter, and was acknowledged by the crew and was offered a few extra snacks. Nice touch."

Passenger who was disabled - could not stand on his own - was seated in an aisle seat and passengers had to climb over him to get in and out the entire flight. Should have been seated in a different seat since he never stood up."

Luckily I spoke with a lovely lady at Lufthansa, explained the situation and she re-instated return flights for an admin fee. Will never ever use Swiss Airlines again."

Miinukset: "Original flight cancelled so rebooked ojba floght five hours later - then with one hour to go until that second flight, that was cancelled as well. Totally unhelpful ground staff, who were oblivious to the fact that I had a work commitment the next day so couldn’t overnight in some random hotel at an airport to suit Austrian’s policies. Eventually routed via Lisbon which meant literally flying all night to arrive at 0600. Lufthansa and Austrian have some serious faults to correct."

Miinukset: "Flight was overbooked, so a few delays (as they were asking if anyone would layover to release a seat) and they were being very strict on the one bag per traveller, but that’s fair enough considering it was busy."

KLM offer a superior flight experience - it is a shame their terrestrial customer servic does not match it!"

Plussat: "The staff at the front desk for the check-in were extremely helpful. I had a complicated issue with my luggage and they helped me to sort it out in the best possible way. Amazing service! Furthermore, the entertainment on board is great! Nice movies, nice food, friendly flight attendants, etc. They even offered me a second sandwich =)! I truly loved my experience with KLM."

I am a fussy eater and don't really like airplane food but the food was actually really nice. We was given plenty of snacks and drinks in between meals as well. There was plenty of programmes to choose from to keep me entertained."

Miinukset: "Aeroflot and Finnair systems are not talking to each other good enough. Aeroflot system was not able to see my status and perks with AA, member of the same Oneworld alliance as Finnair. So, it took extra time at the check in to explain, convince and get my extra luggage free perk."

Miinukset: "Plane was placed far away in the airfield. Buses were taking people and were waiting to be filled. Doors of busses were open, it was cold outside. Priority and non-priority were waiting in the buses outside. Long ride through the field , letting taking off plane to go first. Bus by bus was bringing new portions of passengers. Plane departed late."

Miinukset: "Boarding process was not well-organized. Specifically, there was no announcement of the boarding starting or continuing. You just had to know when it's supposed to start and show up at the gate. Boarding is general, without any division by rows or groups, which means people in row 6 and in row 20 board at the same time, creating a long line. This slows down the boarding process and causes frustration in less patient people."

They got everybody onto the bus with no air conditioning and made us wait standing for 20+ minutes until the very last passenger got on the bus packed like sardines in a can. Than we rode on that bus all the way around the landing strip to the other side of the field. Seats on the plane could use a little more padding for backbone support. Crew could be a little more inviting and smile once in a while."

Miinukset: "Holy hell, they are late. On a clear day, the board was littered with delays, gate changes, and cancellations. We were three hours late both outbound and inbound. Moscow airport leaves much to be desired as well. Not my first choice of a place to spend six to ten hours."

Miinukset: "SVO (Moscow) airport was dysfunctional. Two Aeroflot employees told me to stay in terminal E for my flight. I waited in line for one hour (they only had three people checking bags!!!). I get to the counter and I'm told it's from terminal D. Thankfully, my checked bag made it. In sum: ask and confirm with more than two people since Aeroflot employees speak no good Angleski."

Miinukset: "The bus from the gate to the plane did not leave for 25 min after filling up with people, and we were just standing there tired and hot. It is a wonder no one fainted. When we finally made it to the plane, the doors did not open for what felt like an eternity (another 5-7 min), then the drive announced "the plane is not ready and we are going back to the airport." I thought he was joking.. The bus took off again and after 10 min or so ended up pulling up to the plane. Once on board, the pilot was apologetic. But I almost missed my connecting flight."

Plussat: "We upgraded our super basic seats for 4500 rubles ($80 in April 2017) for exit row seats, which made a world of difference for a 9 hour flight. Entertainment, food, staff were all great. Toilets were clean and not smelly."
Miinukset: "One of our checked bags arrived in NYC safely, the other (checked in at the same time!) did not make it. While the delivery service was prompt and easy (we got it by 3pm the next day w/ a call ahead from the driver), it was nerve racking and inconvenient and inexplicable"

Miinukset: "My flight home was not as comfortable as was my flight to Russia. The seat felt well used but I made the best of it with short walks. I know this is not Aeroflot's fault but my seat mate was very large. Although he was a nice person he had an unpleasant odor. I would have liked to change my seat but the it was a full flight. Maybe next time I will try an upgrade on my flight."

Miinukset: "overall my experience with this company as bad! the crew was not nice at all and were angry, without knowing any proper English (the flight attendant asked me in Russian what i want to eat so i answered her English please and she rolled her eyes and threw the meal she hold to my tray. Once we landed Moscow for our connecting flight we had 3 hours at the airport, on my boarding ticket the gate was 26, i came for the boarding to gate 26 but no one was there!!!! so i startes to asked people around where is the gate and since they dond know any English they are lying!!! some told me gate 33 some told me 28 and some told me a different terminal! this airport is huge! the the people that work there are not nice, very rood and angry and English it's not a language they will understand. Therfore, i missed my flight, running around trying to search my gate they changed on the last minute, in the end someone told me it was on gate 22! but they slready took off. SO i went to the operation office to get a new ticket- I met the most repulsive man which should provide a good customer service. He told me that was my mistake for not taking care to check why no one was at the gate/// WHAT?! Just mentioned it wasnt just me missing the flight, they were another 5 people with me and another 5 from other flights! the next flight was 13 hours later. he said maybe he can get free ticket for me, but he's not sure. I laughed and said not only I'm not supposed to pay for the flight, you should compensate me! So he took the ticket he gave me, smiling, and said "if you don't want it, it's OK' don't take it, bye bye" I WAS FURIOUS!!! I took the damn ticket, waited 13 hours to my next flight (which BTW the gate was also changed) and came home. I was alone traveller, came from Thailand after 10 hours flight, and went all this nightmare ALONE (i'm a women)! WILL NEVER FLY WITH AEROFLOT, will never do a connecting fight in Moscow and most probably will never visit this country full with cold and angry people!!!! FYI- will post this in every flight web!"
