Reaching the gate for the Lufthansa flight was greeted with my name shout from a distance, and my apologise for being late were met with shrugs! Not only that, but my 3 checked bags are still in at IAD, I didn’t receive in CAI!"

There was a disgusting stench of sewerage for the complete flight from Amsterdam to Johannesburg. This was in all likelihood due to the broken toilet on the left side."

Miinukset: "Flight was delayed 4 hours. was not able to make connecting flight in Amsterdam. No flights from Amsterdam to final destination in the US. Lost one full day. Had to stay overnight. What a cluster mess. Will never fly with KLM airlines and would not recommend. Will spend a little extra money and fly on other airlines......very poor, disorganized, and horrendous flight experience. Buyer beware."

Miinukset: "It was Delayed and no one was notified. I was rushing through the endless mess that is London Heathrow only to find a delayed flight - which worked out for me. I just wish I had known. The flight itself was more than 2 hours and not even a complimentary soda? You have to pay for a coke? I've taken 45 minute flights to vegas that offered complimentary drinks and snacks. Pretty odd."

Miinukset: "The biz class seats on BA are just horrible. The biz class service - BA aren’t even trying to match other airlines. A stingy snenities kit and a blanket doesn’t come close to qantas or emerites. The food is an embarrassment - microwave dinners over heated is a a generous description. Crew do as little as possible (they don’t want to be they’ve either)"

Plussat: "The staff was friendly and professional, boarding was orderly which was a welcome relief in this day and age. The only saving grace for this flight was the entire crew."

The airplane interior was ancient and would be better served with Allegiant aircraft and not something that should be on a so called premium route by a once premium company. I would honestly recommend anyone fly Thomas Cook or TUI or even Norwegian before flying British Airways 777s as they are ancient wrecks with no value proposition. I would recommend going by boat before flying British Airways 772. The only time I would recommend flying any of the 772s from British Airways was if walking was your only other choice and even then a nice pair of trainers would probably be more comfortable."

Miinukset: "I had two flights on British Airways on the same day separated by 4 hrs. The " system " would not allow my baggage to be sent to the final destination forcing me through the long arrivals line and then back through the lines for screening a second time for the day. That is not at all customer oriented !"

Plussat: "We liked the airline we just had huge problems with our tickets. We were not booked correctly going or coming."
Miinukset: "When we checked in our tickets had been canceled and when we returned they change airports on us causing us to miss our flight"

Miinukset: "The woman who worked the British Airways desk in Helsinki and checked our bags is not suited for a customer service position. The screens on the British Airways long haul planes are tiny and difficult to operate. A 2,5 h flight where you can't even get water complimentary is appalling. Honestly all of your competitors offer a snack and beverages complimentary even if the flight is only 45 min. The boarding for London to Dallas flight was very confusing and could have been made easier with grouping the boarding instead of tons of people piling up to rush in at once."

Plussat: "Fast boarding and very efficient and welcoming crew members."
Miinukset: "Nothing to note about the flight. One downside was parking at arrival on Heathrow outside the terminal and having to get a bus."

Miinukset: "Check in Crew and service Unqualified personnel is running the operation I suggest they get some training g from Turkish airlines"

Miinukset: "We were loaded onto a shuttle bus and then stood there (some sat, I could only stand...) for 10+ minutes until the last passenger arrived. Not sure what the airline could do differently there unless it's run a "late person shuttle," and from other passengers' remarks, this was unusual for this transfer."

Miinukset: "The lady at check in was the most rude customer service I have ever had. There was confusion with flights and I was trying to check in well before time and she said no it's too late and walked off. I then saw her later at 8:50 (my flight was at 9:25) I said excuse me that was my flight and she goes I'm busy trying to fuel and stormed off. The ladies at the airport tried to help me. So now I have to wait over night at the aiport for 17 hours because the check out lady wouldn't give me 1 minute to speak to her well before check in would've been closed because she was too busy in a hurry and extremely rude!"

Plussat: "The staff are friendly and cheerful. No food or entertainment for the short donestic flight (as would be expected anywhere for a 50 min flight)"
Miinukset: "Boarding badly organised ... signs telling you where to queue are double sided and depending which side you see first direct you into the wrong lane... Left a bit late but arrived pretty much on time. Baggage didn't arrive after a 2 hour transfer and this is the third time in four times over the past few years. I strongly do not recommend BA as a domestic UK connection after an international arrival."

"After a mechanical issue caused a change of plans, we were boarded on the new plane before it had been refueled causing an extra delay. In these situations, since the fueling situation is easily predicted, boarding could’ve been delayed a little bit so passengers can enjoy the comfort of the terminal rather than being “sardined” in the plane for a longer period than was necessary."

Miinukset: "Had to run to gate after two buses to reach correct terminal. Saw info that flight was closing. Held up at gate due to confusion with my boarding pass. Limited leg room on flight. End of flight huge queues at Dallas airport for security. After a long flight a passenger does not need to be corralled through excessively long winding lines."

Plussat: "Just about everything was wonderful. Flight crew was great, infotainment centers are always a plus, and the seats are better than I remember (don’t get excited, slightly)."
Miinukset: "This was considered an international flight, as we discovered when we were directed to the international terminal. It was also a 6 hour flight so... where was the food?! We could pay upwards of $10 for 3-4 options, none of which were 100% kid friendly. What’s up with that?"

Miinukset: "The only problem that I had with my flight is that my luggage did not arrive on the same flight. Possibly due to my connecting flight from DCA to JFK. Both American Airlines and British Airways reassured me that it would be at Gatwick Airport when I arrived. Unfortunately, it did not. It took approximately four days to get my luggage. This was definitely a lessons learned."

There was no entertainment!!!! Also, no plug to charge my phone that I had to wait to charge my phone after getting my bags to contact a taxi driver (Lyft)."

Miinukset: "Very small niggle but it could be very frustrating for people. I watched the Hobbit trilogy on the flight. The films appear in the menu alphabetically. Viewing them this way leads to a 1,3,2 order.... There is no indication (that I saw) for the order they should be viewed."

Plussat: "The crew were excellent and very professional. It was not a full flight and boarding was quick and easy. We landed almost an hour early. When we made the reservation we were told it was an 8 hour and 50 minute flight but we got there in 7 hours and 45 minutes, more than 1 hour early. It would be good to know the real timing so that meetings could be planned in a timely way."
Miinukset: "This is a code share with American Airlines and an American Airlines plane and crew and it is an out of date plane. There were no individual screens only 1 screen hanging down every five or six seats. The seats are very, very narrow. The cleanliness of the tray tables were gooey and full of crusted dirt as were the seat areas in front of the tray tables. I was told that they fly an even older plane from Europe to NY, which is an old one aisle plane. Not sure why AA continues to use such out of date planes but if they use planes from the 1980's it seems to me that they should charge 1980 prices!"

Plussat: "The overall performance and teamwork of Air Canada from check-in to landing was the best experience ever with Air Canada. AC has always been my first carrier choice for travelling, and this was the best service in flying the sky with AC."

There were or apology or announcement about the reason of my flight delay (2 hrs). I was told by a customer rep on the phone a few days before ny flight that I didn't need eTA to transit, but I needed it! I had to obtain it at the airport counter on the day of my flight.. I was very close to miss my flight.... Due to the delay, many customers missed connection flights, but there was no clear guidance to where to take care of the matter... I was ery disappointed.."

Plussat: "You fly a beautiful plane, the Boeing 787. Excellent entertainment, more comfortable seats, and just about everything on this plain was upgraded. It is a case study of how to do things right. The most impactful for me was air humidity. It was refreshing to fly and not feel like I've been in the Sahara desert at high noon. So, your starting point is really high, but you really need to look at your service."
Miinukset: "our flight was 40 minutes late in departing TLV. My connection in Toronto then was changed to a later flight, which was then delayed too by 50 minutes. all in all a 14 hour flight with connection ended up being close to 18 hours. My biggest two complaints about the flight itself is the food & the toilets. Your meals are the worst I've had in a major airline, and you should not serve customer frozen of close to frozen bread or sandwiches. If you are serving rolls, sandwiches or pitas, or bagels heat them up first. El-Al has been doing it for decades, go look at how they do it. But besides the bread/sandwiches issue, your meals are a really bad version of frozen supermarket meals. Just terrible all round. The other complaint is the bathroom. It was not cleaned frequently enough."

Miinukset: "I called customer service to ask questions about the meal options, and for both flights (14.5 hrs) they signed me up for the wrong meals! The staff on the first flight was extremely rude and unhelpful, and refused to let me eat any of the extra meals. Making matters worse, I had asked customer service when I called if they sell food on the flight, which I was told yes. This turned out to be untrue. I had to survive the 14.5 hour flight by only eating 3 tiny bags of pretzels. I sent an email to customer service to complain about this (can't do this over the phone), and didn't hear back for more than a month. On my return international flight, I was AGAIN signed up for the wrong meal (vegan) even though I specifically went over my dietary preference (vegetarian, eats eggs and dairy). Then my luggage was left in Vancouver while I made my way to Sydney, so I had to wear the same clothes for over 72 hrs while the airline "apologized" with giving me only $50. I finally got someone to respond to my complaints when I tweeted them, and their response was that I selected the vegan food option...NOPE, and that's not an apology. I will not fly them again. (PS: they don't give eye masks or toothbrush/toothpaste on international flights even though other airlines do, and their selection of movies/TV shows is about half of other airlines)"

Miinukset: "Entertainment sucks.. You sit in a chair for however long and can't do anything. The planes for rouge are so old!"

Miinukset: "The manager named Jennifer at Palm beach airport was extremely rude. When her attitude was pointed out, she threatened to remove us (including a toddler) from the flight. She basically said "I'm the manager I can do what I want". Extremely unprofessional and a very unpleasant situation."

Miinukset: "Entertainment options very poor considering it is a 5 hr flight. Hadn't realized that they actually made planes without a seat back screen these days! Too many people allowed to bring too much hand luggage on board. Significantly delayed the process of getting people seated. Also, anxiety levels of passengers increases when they start to realize they will have nowhere to put their luggage. Not the perfect start to any flight."

Miinukset: "There was a yappy dog on the flight which the owner kept outside of the kennel for much of the flight. This is a serious security and health safety breach. One of the flight attendants said "I have a dog so I understand" and let he continue to kee the dog outside the kennel. Flight from hell."

Plussat: "On time flight best customer service"

Plussat: "Flight crew was friendly. They were dealing with a lot of crabby people due to a 4 hour weather delay. They handled it, some better than others."
Miinukset: "I checked my bag. It got soaked. I am talking drenched like dumped in a lake and left there for the 4 hours we were delayed in Toronto. When we contacted air canada the luggage complaint rep told us to complete an online claim. We haven't heard a peep out of Air Canada in a week. Unacceptable Air Canada. You must would at least acknowledge that something was done wrong by a baggage crew even if they aren't on your payroll and on an airports."

Plussat: "Once I actually got on the rebooked flight, everything went great."
Miinukset: "I get it, weather happens, but airlines should have figured out by now how to make any issues that come from that as painless as possible. Air Canada did not have it together. There was little communication and coordination. People had to wait multiple times in ungodly long lines while agents spent way too much time with each customer. There was misinformation and lack of information given by agents and at times no one to help at all. When there's weather it should be all hands on deck until the effected customers get to where they need to be. Otherwise it's an aggravating and nearly intolerable experience. Commercial airlines have been around for 60+ years - figure it out already."

Plussat: "Seat, pillow and blanket were clean. Flight arrived on time, luggage was intact and there were no issues boarding or de-boarding."
Miinukset: "Booked 4 months in advance - flew solo. Only window seat left was at the very back, near where the crew prepared everything. The entire flight was spent listening to them prepare meals, discuss their trip itinerary, shifts and how Air Canada treats them, as employees, so poorly. The crew were very short with most passengers and it seemed over staffed."

Miinukset: "Although entertainment choices were very good but there was only one hindi movie. I was expecting better bollywood choices for a flight starting in Delhi."

Miinukset: "Being bumped off of our connecting flight home after a long international flight due to overbooking (even though we had checked in all the way through from our departure city). We got split up going home and the $800 voucher that we were promised was decreeased to $400. They also lost our bag due to the changes. The reason we didnt get priority for seats on our connection is because our first flight landed at the last minute and by the time we got to the gate, all but 1 seat were claimed on a furst come first served basis. All staff treated the entire thing as an "oh well tough luck". No empathy because they suck so bad, they're used to seeing angry customers."
