There should be more phone charging options specially in the seating setups in the waiting hall.

Plussat: "The crew at the airport were clued up and took action when they knew the flight was going to be delayed. They ensured everyone was checked in for the flight and boardring passes checked before gathering everyone in the correct groups so we could board quickly. Pilot got us there ahead of schedule!"

Miinukset: "Departure was 62 minutes late that we had to wait already sitting in the plane. Boarding took hours and part of the crew looked totally inexperienced handling any issue that came up including announcements."

Miinukset: "Flight was delayed for 35 minutes after already boarding late. Had to sit in very uncomfortable seats while waiting. Bizarre that soft drinks aren’t included on the flight, but available for 2€. You get what you pay for."
Miinukset: "The guy at the boarding did not know the procedures for a non EU passport and kept me waiting for so long because he had not sure if my visa was real. He did not even check my passport if I had a visa. I paid for priority and ended as a lat person in the queue. Then a woman came and checked my passport and saw the visa and could not see any problem with it. I want to know why did a pay for priority services if the person at the boarding does not even know anything. Is the company going to reimburse the company for the time waiting and bring the last one?"
Plussat: "The flight was fine"
Miinukset: "Check-in on Stansted airport was completely messed up. Nothing was convenient. We almost missed the plane. They charge for everything. No good procedure in place"
Plussat: "Crew was nice"
Miinukset: "Boarding delayed 30 minutes without a heads up. Crew allowed kid to run the aisles and listen to loud show without headphones. Had to walk to a different terminal to pick up our bags."
Miinukset: "We are senior travelers and were unable to check in early due to tecnology issues. So we we went to the airport early. We arrived a half hour before the check in deadline ended. There were not enough agents at the booth and we waited and waited. By the time we finally got service we were past the two hour deadline, and we were charged an additional 220 euros. This was not due to an error on our part. We want afull refund. If we donnot receive some sort of satisfaction, rest assured we will never fly your airline again. Nor will we recommend it."
Plussat: "With Ryanair, you can only really like the price and the people. To be fair though, m the toilet was clean.."
Miinukset: "Our flight was scheduled to depart at 7.30 am, but was still refueling after an earlier flight at that time. In a way it was lucky that it was late; if it had been in time, we would have been queueing on the Stansted tarmac in the rain. As it was, the rain had just stopped while we waited at the foot of the aircraft stairs. We actually took off 45 mins late. The new, additional-cost priority boarding is a joke: almost everyone was a "priority". Several passengers didn't understand the long "priority" queue, so joined it only to be turned away at check-in."

Plussat: "Boarding was ridiculous from both ends of plane with people from back end squeezing past people from front end to find their seats. They list my checked backpack on a flight from Amsterdam to Spain. It took 5 days to get it back. Crazy!"

Plussat: "Efficient takeoff procedure and left and arrived right on time"
Miinukset: "I understand this is a budget airline; however, they trap you with non-stated fees. I received an email letting me know that if I did not check in online in advance, we would have to pay €50 each to check in at the airport. So I checked in online for my entire group in advance and when we arrived, we were told we had to pay €18.60 each to print our boarding passes because the airport wifi was not strong enough to refresh and pull up our online passes. I wouldn't even be able to change the outcome in the future because there was no printer available at our rental house and apparently only one printer for the airline. This is just completely outrageous, especially for a 30 minute flight. Avoid this airline at all costs."
Miinukset: "Boarding is the worst. They claimed to start boarding at 2005. Not true. It started past 2030. Not really boarding, because no one was allowed on board at that time. Completely misleading info, unnecessary crowd, good start for the really bad travel experience"
Plussat: "Absolutely nothing"
Miinukset: "Every moment of us flying with Ryanair was a disaster as well as the part of us missing the flight even though we were at the airport. When you get to the airport you can't even change anything , all they let you do is check your bag in for a pre determined kg purchase. Who has a scale with them when right before they fly ? How are we supposed to know how many kilos our bags are after one or two weeks on a euro trip? If you want to pay at the airport , you have to pay ten euro or more per kilo and only up to 20 kilo (which is less than the standard 50 pounds ). This is in addition to your "low fare" ticket and FORTY EURO luggage price. Also, you can't even purchase at the place of leaving your bags, you have to walk to the office in the airport and pay. Also, they close the gates extremely early and don't tell you that you have thirty seconds to make your flight or you miss it altogether. The worst part is that you MUST check in online previously to coming to the airport and print out a boarding pass , all things that are impossible to do when you're traveling constantly and have no access to Internet or printer. If you didn't come prepared to the airport they can't even print it for you. It's awful. They are the devil. The workers are awful. They don't care about you and don't help you at all."
Plussat: "The attention when checking in in the counter was great. Also at the gate. The gate had no services other than bathrooms. The plane was confortable and the flight was uneventful. they offered food in the plane but I fall sleep and could not buy it on time."
Miinukset: "you can not buy food or drinks close to the gate and you do not know that when is your first flight with them. We had to walk a lot when we checked in and when we arrived. You have to be prepared for than and not carry heavy stuff."
Plussat: "I felt comfortable even though seats were a bare minimum. Worth the lower price."
Miinukset: "i didn't know that I could have carry-ons if they fit in little airport blue box. This is a key incentive to choose Ryanair over a competitor."
Plussat: "No help. From crew regarding fees for one kilo overage. I will never use this airline again"
Plussat: "We knew what was coming and planned accordingly. We checked in online, make sure to print out your boarding pass, we arrived early expecting challenges and made sure we weighed or luggage ahead of time. After clearing customs we bought food and drink for the flight. The flighted loaded rather quickly and we backed out on schedule and arrived 10 minutes early. The flight attendants cam by constantly selling food, drinks, scratch off tickets and a bunch of other stuff but were never pushy."
Miinukset: "The seats didnt recline and no seat back pockets for my stuff. Very little room, but adequate."
Plussat: "On the way to Athens I seemed to have more legroom than usual. I could stretch my legs straight."
Miinukset: "On the way back, I seemed to have less legroom, though it seemed the same plane 737-800. I knew that there would be no food or entertainment ."
Miinukset: "Flight delayed by 7 hours"
Plussat: "Excellent crew, much better than what I have seen in n other carriers, very competent and friendly. Otherwise, Ryanair locations, terminals, check-in, boarding are just a big chaotic pain"

Miinukset: "I don't like the factory-"get em out, get em in" mentality. We were lined up and put outside before the plane was even de-boarded from its last flight. We watched (in the freezing cold) while the plane de-boarded and I'm thinking.....aren't they even going to clean the plane? I'm sure they go around and pick up trash but there is no way they would have time to clean the trays. Then we were whipped into the plane. The seats were the smallest I have EVER sat in. It was almost impossible to keep your arms off the arm-rests. I hate that you are penalized if you don't have a printed boarding-pass. We almost didn't as the web-site was down the day before we flew and we ALMOST couldn't get our boarding passes printed - due to no fault of ours. When we called to say the web site was down, there was NO HELP or understanding. Not sure I want to fly with Ryanair again."
Plussat: "The price is the main reason to fly. It was on time and efficient. Would definitely ride this airline again."
Miinukset: "Restrictions on baggage made me have to rearrange. Nothing major, just a slight inconvenience."
