And your plane crew was extremely rude, this one flight attendant frowned at my wife's face and starting sanitizing her hand after my wife gave her ticket."

SO WHEN WE ARRIVE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ABOUT A HOTEL OR FOOD THEY HAND US THIS PAPER AND TOLD US TO GO TO THE HOTEL THAT IS IN THE AIRPORT IT WOULD BE FOR FREE ALONG WITH THE FOOD. WHEN WE GET THERE THEY TOLD US NO, IT IS ONLY FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS AND WHEN WE EXPLAIN THAT PASSPORT CONTROL SENT US HERE WITH THIS PAPER THEY RESPONDED NO, WE NEED A HOTEL VOUCHER AND WE NEED TO GO BACK. WHEN WE ASK HER TO CALL PASSPORT CONTROL (BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONES WHO SENT US TO THEM) TO SPEAK TO THEM YOURSELF, SHE SAYS "IT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM" WHICH THEN MADE ME SNAP AT HER AND TELL HER WTF DO YOU MEAN ITS NOT YOUR PROBLEM? YOU WORK HERE!!" SO WHEN I ASK FOR THE MANAGERS NUMBER FOR COMPLAINT SHE GIVES ME A 5 DIGIT NUMBER THAT LOOKS MORE LIKE A ZIP CODE THEN A PHONE NUMBER. THEN WE GO BACK TO PASSPORT CONTROL WHO TOLD US THAT WE WOULD HAVE A FREE HOTEL AND FOOD THEY CHANGED THERE STORY AND DIRECTED US TO PAY FOR A VISA AND PAY FOR A HOTEL OUTSIDE. SO IN THE END THEY GAVE US A BULLSHIT STORY SO THEY CAN GET RID OF US AND HAVE US RUN AROUND WHERE IN THE END WE GAVE UP AND SLEPT IN THE AIRPORT TILL WE GOT HOME. THIS IS WHEN I WAS COMING BACK WITH TURKISH AIRLINES. GOING TO MY PLACE OF DESTINATION THE FLIGHT WAS LATE 4 HOURS AND LUCKILY FOR US WE HAD A LONG LAYOVER THAT WE DIDNT MISS MY FLIGHT GOING TO MY PLACE OF DESTINATION. SO GOING AND RETURNING FLIGHT WAS LATE! WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!! I WOULD NEVER FLY WITH TURKISH AIRLINES! AND WHILE I WAS THERE FINALLY GETTING READY TO GO HOME A MAN SAT BEHIND ME AND ASKED ME IF I WAS GOING ON THE SAME FLIGHT AS HIM AND I TOLD HIM NO WHICH THEN HE STRIKES UP THE CONVERSATION AS TO HOW TURKISH AIRLINES MADE HIM MISS HIS FIGHT AND GAVE HIM HELL! SO I WAS NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS PROBLEM! IN THE END HE SAID TO ME TURKISH AIRLINES IS GARBAGE! AND I DONT BLAME HIM!! STAFF WAS THE WORST THING TO DEAL WITH AT TURKISH AIRLINES!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!"

Miinukset: "It is just crazy the extra cost that a person needs to pay for each extra Kg he/she needs to have onboard along with their "free baggage." I had to pay 23 extra US Dollars for every Kg, summing up to $160 for 7 Kgs!! Those additional belongings were crucial and important to carry, it very well understood that a certain capacity is only allowed onboard, yet being considerate and understanding in terms of customers' needs and priorities is as equally critical and important. I think the way the airline approaches the "Extra Weight" issue needs to be revisited, keeping in mind both sides' interests and concerns."

Plussat: "Slippers provided, many passengers used these (which is much preferable to feet out on the plane). Enternainment included a good number of recent releases, and food consistently exceeded expectations. Staff was pleasant and accommodating."

Tgere was no announcement of any kind (found out later, Turkish sir doesn't do announcement at the Istanbul airport. No clue as to why). Thought, tgere was another delay and by the time I asked, it was too late to catch my flight and that's when I got a full dose of every single person w Turkish air trying to stiff me with the most outrageous penalty for changing Nguyen my ticket. Started out at $1114 on a $758 ticket, then went down to $925 and if I stay over night, down to $750. Seriously? Rude, talking down at me and telling me that if I don't pay the penalty, my return ticket will be cancelled. I keep getting bounced from one person to another being told to wait here and wait there then I finally got so sick of all of it, bought a new connecting flight online, spending the night in Istanbul and will see what will happen w my return flight to the US. I call this 'theft' as, if i buy an entire new ticket from Istanbul to Cairo then back to the US online, it will cost me less than the penalty they're trying to get me to pay. Shame on you Turkish airline!! You'd think w all the issues they're having w tourism in their country these days they'd care about not doing this kind of mistreatment of their clients."

This caused massive confusion and I ended up running around the airport to get to my gate. Also there should not have been a second flight listed on the boards because there was no second flight. Very frustrating..."

Miinukset: "We found out when we arrived at the airport that our itinerary was moved to British Airways. At first, they weren't going to accept our three checked bags since BA only allows 1 pp while TA allows 2. The worst part was that we had picked out window seats for the long cross-atlantic journey, but due to the shuffle just a few hours before takeoff, we were left with some of the worst seats on the new flight. Not much sleep and very uncomfortable. I can't believe that TA would just change our itinerary like this without any warning, then be so inhospitable."

Plussat: "FROM THE TURKISH DELIGHTS to the amazing choice of food and drinks all the movies to watch flying with turkish airlines was amazing!!! considering the prices for the tickets beat every airline out there and it was like a week before departure!! incredible just incredible no complaints at all!!"

Waiting for long time in a crowded bus to NORAD the plane then rushing out of the bus to Nita the plane with no lines and having to wait for the crowds outside the lane in a freezing temperature. Furthermore, there was no entertainment on the plane and the food was horrible. Add to this the very cramped seat space and no carry ons in the plane (unless you speak German)"

Plussat: "Overall, the main leg to Frankfurt was fine for entertainment and boarding; the staff was pleasant; but, the seats on all legs were ridiculously tight, and the planes were packed like sardines. I was stuck on window seats on 2 of 3 legs, despite requesting window seats, and the comfort on all legs was terrible. In future, I will take advantage of an upgrade offer from the Airline."

Miinukset: "We had to walk from gate z all the way to gate B carrying all the bags which was painful, the plane was very tight and old that I had to put all my carry on bags in the floor. I personally had to help the crew members to pick up the food trays because they were very limited and no entertainment at all which was really boring."

Miinukset: "The seats in the economy class are too small. Not once did I have someone sitting next to me who could actually fit in his seat. They weren't particularly large people, just average men but their arms were in my space all the time. Also if I drop something, I cannot pick it up, there's no room. For transatlantic flights the seats should be bigger."

Miinukset: "Dear sir or Madam, I’m writing this complaint as I feel so mistreated and so disrespected, I had a ticket# 2208688265549 with a confirmation# WP6DHB travelling from Tulsa , OK, USA to Cairo, Egypt. Everything was great as expected and recommended by my uncle who travels with your respected company at least twice a month till I got to Frankfort airport to take flight# 0582 from Frankfort to Cairo. I was stopped while heading to the plan by the flight manager as he called himself later, and told me that I have to only have one item on the plan, I already had one carry on and my hand bag that has my laptop and the charger, I told him that I was told by Lufthansa customer service the night before traveling to confirm the luggage weight and size that I’m allowed one carry on plus personal item like a hand bag or lap top bag and they have to meet specific dimensions. I even offered to call the customer service number for verification, he replied ‘’I don’t care, I’m the flight manager and you will do what I say’’. His words were really hurting, I showed him the tag on my carry on that I got from the previous flight it said (approved carry on) don’t remember exactly what it said, he reached to my carry on and tare that tag, I didn’t think that was appropriate even if the tag had no value he doesn’t have any right to touch my luggage without my approval, then he tried to grab my ticket from my hand saying I will get you off the flight, I got really upset and told him don’t touch my belongs. There was a moment of silence because I think I raised my voice (my apology to him and to the company for that), I realized that the conversation is not going any where so I decided to file a complaint (not because he wanted to me to only have one item but mostly because of his attitude) so I asked him for his employment ID number he walked away without saying anything, waited till he walked close enough that I can ask him again this time he refused to give me his employment ID number, asked him for his name he said it so softly, I asked him to spell because I didn’t hear it right he said it so softly he refused, then I had to look for his badge and the name on the badge I believe his first name started with P and last name started with T. I waited a few days till I got to talk to my uncle and told him what happened as he is the one who recommended Lufthansa and he has a lot of experience with your services he said that they might need to do that because the flight was complete and they want to offer luggage place for everybody, but what I surprising is there was many empty seats on the plan my seat was 032C and the 2 seats beside me (032A and 032B) were empty also there was a lot of carry-ons room everywhere. So I don’t know why he was this way with me, I’m really disappointed specially that is only my first flight with Lufthansa since 2015, that flight manager made me have an extremely rough experience. one more thing when I told him I’m going to compla"

Miinukset: "One of the crew members at the airport said I had to check my bag but a woman with a bigger bag went on the flight with out having to check her bag. The people flying to Cairo are horrible. Rude, disgusting, disorganized. Took forever to board and disembark the aircraft. If I didn't have to fly to Cairo for work I would never take this flight again in my life. Not much you can do as an airliner though, maybe just warn the tourists about the flight."

Plussat: "A very nice flight overall. Plane left 40 minutes late to wait for other connecting flights but caused me to miss my connection later that day. Was compensated with hotel room and dinner."

Miinukset: "Airport,business lounge, boarding process-they didn't know what was going on, business class seats we're nobody size seats, awful food-was supposed to be a hot breakfast but it was dinner instead, no entertainment, no tv screens, said they had wifi but they didn't. Nothing good about the flight. Crew was more concerned about keeping their curtain pulled than anything else."

It's not like Lufthansa is a budget airline. It's a full-fledged major carrier charging full-fledged prices. Seriously, I was expecting more."

Miinukset: "The A321 aircraft was not interiorly designed for decent Business Class seating, as was our reservation. This contrasted dramatically with the Aircraft from Toronto to Frankfurt, which was truly Business Class Journey. One might call it Premium Economy but certainly NOT Business Class seats. The Ground crew before Boarding were a mess, no proper announcement, not keen to organise passengers, and just filling up the Bus as if filling a can with sardines! One Washroom, excessive long wait to get there, if at all, and despite the crew's help."

I got an email that the gate changed TWICE. the airline employee did not get that memo at all. So we were raced to the wrong gate even AFTER, I mentioned the gate change. A real frustrating experience all together."

We have no doubt that there was some profiling going on; he's Latino. That sat with us the whole ride and now will probably never ride with Aegean Airlines again."

Miinukset: "They told us that we could only bring 8kilos on our carry on luggage in attempt to get us to check in another bag which costs 35euro. Also, we had to wait in line to watch our checked bags to go through security and wait again to do it for our checked baggage. Overall is was very unorganized and I feel ripped off because 8kilos is hardly any weight."

Miinukset: "Bad decision to land in very high cross winds! Swerved severely back and forth upon landing. Almost left the runway. Good recovery by the pilot, but easily the worst landing I have ever experienced. This is the type of event that makes the news stories."

Miinukset: "Kayak sent me an email at 5:16am for an 8:15 am flight titled, "Austrian Airlines flight #704 from PRG on time". It was in fact cancelled. Unfortunately we missed the connection for the flight to Newark, which we were expressly told would be held for us... they shut the door 30 seconds before we arrived, with the plane still at the gate. Had to then go to the only counter in the terminal to see if we could get on standby. Finally got on a flight to JFK instead at 5:15pm."

Miinukset: "When our plane arrived late, many on board had missed connections. We received no help/guidance at gate, other than to be told to go up one floor. One floor up we had to go thru security to reach customer service. 100 people lined up for customer service from 3 Austrian airline reps. After 2 hours of standing, there were still 27 people ahead of me. The woman behind me gave me the local phone number for Austrian airlines and I was able to get on a flight to US leaving in 30 minutes. I managed to make it, and would not have had I waited another hour in line. Why no surge of staff to help? All 3 help numbers on my Lufthansa e-mail receipt could not help. Horrible experience."

Miinukset: "As I was flying from London Heathrow back to Vienna, I had a carry-on that was allowed on my flight with Austrian from Vienna to London. My carry-on weighed 8 kg, like is required by the rules. While boarding my flight, the woman at the counter told me my bag had to be checked because there were too many carry-ons on the flight. I asked her that I keep my bag because I had medication in there, and she didn't listen to me at all. She just kept repeating that i have to check my bag, and then took my bag from me and gave it to the baggage crew there. I didn't want to make a huge scene because the flight is only 2 hours and I hoped i Could deal without my medication during that time, but I found it incredibly, incredibly rude and awful to not listen to a passenger."

The touch screen flight-entertainment system on the back of the headrest was also nice and easy to use. Free wine with dinner and a little Bailey's afterward was much appreciated."
Miinukset: "We didn't know when we booked the flights to and from Vienna that they didn't come with seat reservations. Adding $140 to the flight cost for 4 seat reservations was a shock. Something to keep in mind for future flights."

Other flight-related information was difficult to find online. Economy-class boarding in Vienna went well except for the anxiety prducing mini-chaos at the screening dias from passengers over-crowding. Still gate staff were helpful, and maintained decorum and humuor."

The agent was anything but friendly and said she was not able to send my carry-on directly to Bilbao (she gave me no reason) and that I would have to re-check my bags, go through customs and security in Prague. She knew I had 1.5 hrs between flights, and the risk of losing my flight was pretty high. He agent could only said “sorry” and she would not offer me a solution. The agent next to her could care less about my situation. I asked her who should I contact if lose my flight (i.e. Aeroflot, Czech Airlines, etc) she kept saying “I don’t know, I’m sorry). I asked for my carry-on, but she would not return it. I called Aeroflot customer service, but they were not helpful and a bit rude. To make things worst, the agent placed me in the very last seat in the airplane, so I had to wait a good 20min to de board- time that I didn’t have. I paid so much for his flight and this was not the service that I expected. The only reason I made it to my second flight (Prague-Bilbao) was because the flight was delayed."

First, for international transfer, a big crowd had to squeezed into a small space and wait for security check. Secondly, there are too many shops in the waiting areas, and the passengers had to compete for space and sit on stairs, while the internal air quality was quite poor which became more severe in summer. Thirdly, the toilets need a complete re-vamp. It was not a pleasant experience to use toilet."

They did not check me in and more over they canceled my flight on the way back because "I did not use ticket for the part of the trip" I had to pay one more time (!) my previously paid round trip Moscow -Saratov-Moscow. After flight from Saratov I discover that my suitcase was badly cracked, so I will have to by a new one."

Miinukset: "The food was terrible and the flight attendants not very friendly. Not many beverage options and I didn't feel like I could ask for more. Wine was only served during the first meal, and no drink options with the meal if you had already drank your beverage when it came. The menu makes the food sound appealing but it's like fast food, you get your meal and it's nothing like what you expected and a huge letdown. Only one meal option was left when they got to me and I was in the middle of the plane."

Miinukset: "This was a Finnair flight operated by Aeroflot, which was delayed by at least 3 hours and caused me to miss my next flight."

Miinukset: "On the plane from Moscow to Japan (and back) had tiny room for legs between the chairs, if the person in-front of you lowers the chair then it's even worse. By the time the trolley arrived to our sits the food options were no longer available to chose from. The head of the flight attendants arrived to supposedly apologize for the inconvenience, but the attitude and feel was like she was looking for a fight and not at all to find a solution or to please us."

Miinukset: "Water dripping from ceiling. I told one of cabin crew. He just told me what can he do and then left. After complaining to two more cabin crew. Finally, they arranged me to another seat."

Plussat: "The leg room was sufficient (I'm 183 cm), plenty of room overhead for the luggage and the food was quite good."

Plussat: "Food and drinks were completely free (red and white wine was the only alcoholic beverage unfortunately). They had a surprisingly good selection of movies (new and old), which update frequently. Gets the job done perfectly well and at a fraction of the cost. Will fly again."
Miinukset: "Seat size/spacing was tight; rather uncomfortable if you're 6 ft 2 in or taller. I imagine this is always true for economy class on any 12+ hour flight. English on intercom for in-flight announcements was passable to poor at times, but attendants were extremely nice."

Plussat: "Almost all the flight attendants were exceptionally nice and anxious to please. It reminded me what US airlines used to be like many years ago. The food was a little different, but very good. There was a great selection of movies and the plane was very clean."

I especially enjoyed watching subtitled Russian movies to get a taste of the culture."

Tried to make my trip economical but it was not worth the dog food or warm coke they served."
