Plussat: "We were coming back from treking in Nortwest Viet Nam. JAL upgraded us to business class (ie, sleeper bed) for the Ha Noi to Tokyo, and gave us good seats on to HNL. FOOD was the best. Next time we'll try HNL-SAI entry to Nam. The Boeing 787 was a great ride to/from Ha Noi, particularly with JAL service."

Miinukset: "Aside from having to take the red-eye, the seats for our return flight were the most cramped I've ever been. My 6' husband's knees were touching the seat in front of him, and the seats were super narrow. I can't remember being so cramped in my entire life. That's really my biggest complaint, but when the flight is 6 1/2 hours, being cramped gets old really quick."

Miinukset: "The food for our return flight from haneda to Honolulu was definitely subpar compared to the food we had on our first jal Honolulu to Hong Kong flight (layover in narita). Also the plane was not as big and older so we didn't have the touch screen. We were quite impressed on our Honolulu to Hong Kong flight, then were a little let down on our haneda to Honolulu flight."

Plussat: "Flying with JAL blew my mind. From checking in at the counter to leaving the aircraft at our destination, the customer service was the best I've ever experienced flying. They were friendly and quick in the check in process, the line moved in a timely matter. One of the best perks that I really enjoyed was the free check in luggage and free movies while flying. Not to mention the yummy food they provide. The Flight Attendants were so sweet and made you feel welcomed. I slept about the entire flight and when I awoke the Flight Attendant stopped by and let me know I missed the meal service, but they saved my tray if I would like to eat it before we land."

Miinukset: "Last leg of the flight as usual we had some plane on it’s last legs with entertainment equipment from the 90’s and that’s being generous. My iPhone 7Plus is only a little smaller than the screen they would have you watch for five hours. Also the plane was old and noisy and seats were not really comfortable. But this is par for the course flying to Hawaii for some reason, no matter the carrier. Hawaiian Airlines is usually better but that’s to be expected."

Plussat: "On my last 4 trips in 6 mos I've flown United, Delta, and Hawaiian, to Cancun Mexico on United Aug 2015' , to Puerto Vallarta on Delta December 2015, Hawaiian to Honolulu December 2015, and Again on Delta to Honolulu Feb 2015. Hands down Delta IS THE BEST, there nothing better then having Free movies to pass the time, from TV to HBO and SHOWTIME and Current Movies in the theaters TODAY music, games, etc even free headsets any eye cover to rest ALL FOR FREE Delta isn't so worried about charging for eveything, a happy traveler is a repeat traveler, that is DELTAS GOAL Happy repeat travelers I voiced my displeasure with Hawaiian after finding out on my Day flight over I get charged $10 for blanket n pillow and free ( bad ) meal. Then on red eye home it's free blanket and no food, I can bring my own better food, and blanket which I do, but to charge for entertainment is the worst thing ever, AND EVEN FOR SIMPLE MUSIC WAS A CHARGE, SUCH POOR SERVICE Delta hands down IS CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED PERIOD DELTA DELTA DELTA I'M FOREVER YOUR HAPPY TRAVELER,"

We boarded slowly, partially because people STILL refuse to check bags that are not carry on bags. We left late. Why have zones at all? Why have carrying rules that you don't enforce? Why did we pay $25 a bag if you don't enforce this? Food choices are funny, especially the "tapas". Whoever thinks THOSE are tapas should Google the word tapas. Delta reportedly earned 746 million in the first quarter and you charge for everything and still can't come up with decent food for us to BUY?"

Miinukset: "The flight was delayed. There was a terrible backlog in Security at Frankfurt Airport. This is not Lufthansa's fault but considering how important Frankfurt is, you would think the airlines would say something. The flight was late. There were no proper queues for boarding. Everone was mixed up, business, gold card, economy, and only one person doing the chekcing of boarding passes. It was not the best process."

Miinukset: "Luggage was held up at baggage claim over 45 minutes, therefore we missed our connecting flight. Had to argue with desk to get rebooked the following morning. Overall took about 2 hours from the time we received our luggage til we got to hotel !! After a 9 hour flight, we were done!!!!!!!!"
Miinukset: "Small seats, no leg room, seat in front of me reclined till it almost hit my chin. Narrow narrow narrow aisles: so bad your little carts used by rushing, bashing, crashing cabin attendants left my arm (on the aisle) bruised and black & blue. The person in the seat next to mine had an INOPERABLE ENTERTAINMENT SCREEN FOR THE ENTIRE FLIGHT. The crew was constantly racing back & forth up and down the aisles bashing into chairs, people, what ever... because the aisles were SO TINY."

Miinukset: "As I checked in for the flight around 10 am on Saturday my ck in was "finished" because our pass ports were due to expire in April. We were not allowed to board our flight and the passport office is closed until Tuesday. As a result we lost $700 dollars to the hotel booked and Lufthansa may not reimburse us for the flights which were over $2000. Absolutely horrible service, no help. Negligent in informing us rapier when i chose seats for the flight. The flight was also delayed 2 and a half hours. We now have no vacation for which we paid $3000."

Plussat: "The Lufthansa crew in Munich was very helpful when my boarding pass would not go through - I was not told I needed a new pass for that flight (as the first one had been cancelled and rebooked: 2 Air Berlin flights). No one was of help until this point, and the Lufthansa crew even offered to check on my baggage for us only to notice it never left Berlin; we didn't get it for 3 days. This did not surprise me because last time I flew Air Berlin for an 8 day cycling & camping trip, I didn't see my bike for 5 days (you can imagine this sort of ruins the entire point of the trip). After reading a lot of complaints with Air Berlin and never hearing back from their customer service (ever) after numerous forms filled out, I knew checking our bags with Air Berlin from the start would mean we wouldn't see them in New York. I even said to the Air Berlin employee at check in that I refused to check my bag because of my past experience and he "assured" me my bag would be at JFK when I got there. Ha. It was nice to see the Lufthansa crew shocked at how poorly this trip home was working out for my husband and I."

Ground staff in Marseiile great but gate crew didn't control carry on baggage and many of us could not use overhead bins because of passengers who stowed more than one and often oversized suitcases above, so we and many others had to place carry on suitcases under seat. Attendant on plane totally unhelpful and could have rearranged a few bags to make room but preferred to stay in back of plane and talk. To be fair, rest of flight was pleasant although late due in part to boarding issues."

Apparently, the NY to LAX flight that KLM booked us on, was only one leg of the flight to Sydney Australia; and according to some airline agreement, only Australian nationals are permitted to take that flight! Running around at JFK from terminal four, to terminal seven, to terminal eight, back to terminal four, to get a flight out, was a bit much considering how tired we were – not to mention hungry, since KLM neglected to provide the kosher meals we had requested with plenty of time – BOTH going to and returning from Europe."

Plane was an older 747. I will not flight long hault with KLM again."

Not only that, everytime she did the courtesy reach over to grab empty cups from the middle seat, she hit me with her trash bag. I am just annoyed. Also I didn't know that I would fly American as it's through Alaska originally, maybe that was my lack of attention to detail. The carry on situation is what irritated me the most. This is also not the first time that I've had a problem with American Air."

If there are multiple carrier types, I should be able to input my flight number and my info ahould come up for me to view flight info and check in, or seat assignment. In the end I dowloaded 2 or 3 apps, a confusing phone call, and when i got to rhw intial check in I was not treated well by tsa personnel. Maybe my name triggered thw extra search or something.Anyway, that last part is unrelated but my return flight was kind of a struggle."

Also, my connection was late and AA held the flight for me and 11 others to our final destination to Honolulu. Thank you American Airlines."
