I didn't pay a few hundred dollars extra for this."

My disturbance with what I experience as sexist, worsened each time I saw this. Luckily I learnt how to fast forward, but the sexism of this left me disturbed. so although in reality much of your service is excellent, this advertising of a sexist world view was too disturbing to ignore. I hope my comments are helpful to you in considering that many women in the world now expect their fathers to consider passing on a fair share of their resources to their daughters as well."

Loved this feature in Business class when I flew with Emirates. Food choices were better with Emirates. Qatar needs to look into these features in order to beat their competition."

Miinukset: "It was as messy as it can get,first there was a transfer security while entering Hamad international airport.Then to my surprise there was another check before I entered the gate (12C on 31st of January). There was no communication for this so all the things that I purchased after the transfer security had to trashed. I've no problems with security scans and do whatever you want but why no communication? The security stuff was so bad that they forgot to push my my belongings in a tray after scan.One of my fellow passengers reminded them and when I shouted they did their job. I go through lots of security checks in USA but have never seen such unprofessional way of doing it."
Plussat: "What did I like? We arrived safely and I received an aisle seat."
Miinukset: "What didn't I like? There were far too many liberties taken to ensure the comfort of others at the expense of my comfort and that of my 13 friends. While we were not seated at the back of the plane, we were served last and never received the full choice of meal options."
Plussat: "It was an alright flight. The plane was clean."
Miinukset: "They served the opposite aisle beverages, but neglected to do the same for our entire aisle. So I missed out on a cup of coffee. Not a big deal, but one that you wouldn't expect from an airline that prides itself on being world class. They also shut the entertainment down with about 40 minutes left in the flight."

Plussat: "We had purchased economy tickets and got assigned seats that were not next to each other. As we were boarding the ticket person gave us a new seat assignment closer to the front and next to each other – we really appreciated and liked it. Makes me want to fly Delta again!"

Miinukset: "we began the boarding process late, which can be understandable, although the plane was there pretty early. Once the boarding began, someone, I presume the gate agent, essentially gave a countdown to hhow many minutes were left until the flight could have an "on time departure". I travel nearly every week so I value being on time. However, a minute by minute call to hurry up on a flight that was sold out was over the top. There was mumbling among the passengers, to the point of someone joking "Free cookies and water if we make it on time?" Just a bad gate experience, but bad enough that peopoe were commenting, and I waited for someone from the cockpit to del\part so I could mention it to them."

Plussat: "Snacks and drinks were yummy and very appreciated. Entertainment was great. Tons of shows and movies and all for free. There was also free iMessage only WiFi which was enjoyed while messaging friends and loved ones while in the air."
Miinukset: "For the amount of passengers boarding, they started the boarding process way too late which resulting in a delay taking off. The entire boarding process felt sloppy, disorganized, and hectic. They allowed passengers to board that were seated at the end of the plane while some 1 was boarding, causing tons of congestion. The boarding process was the slowest I have ever experienced in all the flights I’ve been on. The crew was ok, but slightly snappy/rude like typical New Yorkers. The flight from ft. Lauderdale to New York was much more pleasant."

Plussat: "I like Delta's onboard entertainment, Delta Studio. I also like that I can use wifi messaging onboard. The flight attendants did an excellent job as usual. I was in First Class so that was nice. I like the ice cream for dessert. I like the snack variety in First Class."

Rude agents at gate and when I called and spoke to a Delta representative, was told that they would have never put me on that flight due to short connection time. To which I replied that thet is an issue between Delta and their business withthe booking site and the customer should not be to blame"
Plussat: "Delta Comfort seats"
Miinukset: "Delta employee who drive shuttle to connection stopped to drop off a passenger and proceed to chat w other workers thereby getting me to my gate late and missing my connection and getting me to Florida almost 3 hours later than planned. Agents at desk in JFK were rude. There was another Delta employee also on the shuttle who was the only one who seemed to show concern. He alerted the driver, called the boarding gate and led me to it."
Miinukset: "Out of all the airlines I have flown, this was quite disorganized in my opinion. The fact that I was not able to select a seat, nor did I have one assigned to me until prior to an hour before boarding, gave me a bit of anxiety. I don't think it's fair to take away this option to those that get the "cheap, standard" tickets."

Miinukset: "The cancellation of original flight was stressful as I had a wedding to attend and the long delay and subsequent cancellation of original flight prevented me from it. Further, I was forced to get local transport after arrival in FLL, since I missed my ride altogether."
Miinukset: "Completely threw our afternoon plans and next day on their head because of the flight delays. Not cool."
Plussat: "Many passengers did not have seat assignments and we also ran out of over head storage resulting in many additional bags to be checked at the gate(mine included) but the crew and staff at the desk inside laguardia work quickly and efficiently to get everyone boarded and we ended up landing 15 minutes early."
Miinukset: "Seating was extremely cramped and the in flight wifi quality was poor, couldn't even watch an hour long movie (on a 2+ hour flight) because of the amount of buffering."
Plussat: "The new plane was great. TV's on each seat back w/ great entertainment options"
Miinukset: "Flight was scheduled to leave early, the plane arrived, but they couldn't turn the plane around fast enough. We left the gat late, then pilot said we would still be arriving half an hour early. We arrived about 45 minutes late, and that was a problem because our connecting flight was due to depart now in 15 minutes. Lightning forced the airport to shutdown, which was great, we had a chance to catch our flight, but we were stuck in the airplane, and we couldn't get to our gate until the all-clear. I know this is not Delta's fault, but they did arrive quite late on a flight that, according to them, would be early. They also never communicated to the other flight that there were several passengers catching that connection. So by the time we had ran to catch our connection they had closed the ramp. Lightning hit again, and they shutdown the airport once again, so the airplane was still at the gate for about an hour, and they did not allow the 20+ passengers to board that plane, which was right there. So frustrating. The only thing that saved it was that our new flight was the new airbus, and although it left an hour and a half later, the comfort level was phenomenal."
Plussat: "Really surprised to see that Deltas new 737's had free in seat entertainment."

Miinukset: "Old plane Zero entertainment First class seats worn thin and uncomfortable. I've been flying AA quite a bit lately and thought I'd give Delta another try. Too bad, it's clearly not up to today's standards"
Plussat: "flight itself was fine"
Miinukset: "When we arrived in LGA, the luggage conveyor belt was broken and luggage was piled up and driven to another terminal. As a result half of our luggage did not arrive on our flight but arrived on subsequent flight. However, one bag was nowhere to be found and Delta staff could not clarify the issue. They did find it next day and delivered to the FLL airport, but we had to get a cab and go to the airport to pick-up as we could not take a chance of it not making it to us before the cruise departure. I am extremely disappointed"
Miinukset: "There was no dinner service in first class!"
Miinukset: "I wasn't able to choose my seat even though I bought my ticket a while back. Seat assignments were given at the gate and we were never given a real reason for this. I ended up in a middle seat sandwiched between people, and the man at the end slept the entire time, making it difficult to get up and walk around which I need to do as I am prone to DVTs."
Plussat: "Good service for us... when it came to boarding and flying, the staff were great for us."
Miinukset: "However, one flight attendant was extremely rude in addressing a passenger who was not fluent in English. She was asking the passengers in the exit row if they were willing and able to help in the event of an emergency, and when he could not follow her (pretty quick) question, she grew very inpatient and just told him he needed to move to another seat if he didn't know English. She did not repeat her question or give him a chance to express himself. Before he could say anything else, another passenger volunteered to switch seats with him, so that matter was settled. But when another attendant asked what the commotion had been (the attendant had raised her voice a bit), she yelled across the plane that this man does not speak English, sounding very inpatient. I found it very rude, and although it did not happen to me, no amount of exasperation short of an emergency merits the response of that flight attendant. All the other flight attendants were polite though."

I made my flight but apparently when he scanned my boarding flight it didn't go threw & we didn't know it until I was on the flight looking at the Delta app. I had to land & have them show I was on that flight. Miinukset: "The lack of room in the cabin exacerbated by the reclining seat backs of the passengers in front of us. Small planes have small seats. At the very least, airlines should remove the reclining option that further reduces the pitifully little space that other passengers are allocated."

Plussat: "Flight was on time. Boarding was simple and easy. Staff were excellent in handling the boarding process and very prompt in getting people seated/luggage put in to overhead lockers, free tea and coffee was provided which assured that extra comfort, would definitely recommend."
Miinukset: "I ordered vegetarian from their transfer office at the Copenhagen airport. Days before the return flight yet to chicago they had no record of my vegetarian meal The same transfer desk told me there were no morning flights to amsterdam the next day so they booked me 930pm next day, I found hour later a flight on Dad leaving 6am next morning, had to buy own toclet"

Miinukset: "Business seats the worst I have ever tried, it was like laying in a coffin. Food average considering it was in business class.iFE glitchy and a small selection of movies."

Plussat: "I liked the movie selection! I also like the spacious size of our seats! There was just the right amount of leg room for the time of the flight. Also, the meals were served in a timely manner!"
Miinukset: "The breakfast entree was salty and a beverage was not served with our meal. The gap between the entree was too long for enjoymenty. My friends and I were thirsty when we were eatinmg. Also, the wine selections were not the standard fan favorite. Not many enjoy Zinfandel or the white wine they were serving."
Plussat: "Good programming on the tv. Staff was mostly nice. Cabin was updated, but as usual in the "cheap seats" - too small!"
Miinukset: "They canceled our flight and then were unable to rebook us for the same day flying to Chicago. We were told by the SAS rebooking agent that no flights available on ANY flights from ANY carriers at ANY airport in all of Europe. Unless you were the couple at the other end of the counter - they were rebooked just fine. What do we do? SAS agent says, "Not my problem." So we have to stay an extra day. We ask - will you be putting us up in a hotel? Agent told us every hotel was sold out. "What do we do?" SAS agent: "Not my problem"."
Plussat: "Efficient and friendly staff. Coach seats did recline on that Airbus model, which was nice."
Miinukset: "Had to pay for wifi in coach for internet access. It was dropping routinely, dial-up slow, and very frustrating. The food was on par with other airlines, minus the vegetable turnover. That was a bit odd. What was shocking to me, is that no alcohol of any kind was complimentary in coach."
Plussat: "There was nothing positive in this experience. Oh, the flight was safe and no one was injured?"
Miinukset: "Charged for checked bag on international flight. Late departure. Only food was a small cup of water on a 3+ hour, lunch time flight -- not even a bag of pretzels. Late arrival with short connection and flight attendant directed us to wrong gate. When we reached final destination, only one of two checked bags showed up."
Plussat: "Because of bad weather at the Faroe Islands, the aircraft made a missed approach (go-around) on the first attempt to land. The weather had improved sufficiently to make it in on the second attempt. The pilot and the cabin crew were excellent in keeping everyone informed, and telling us the status of the weather and the likelihood of getting in. The pilot was outstanding in his communication with the passengers and the cabin crew were great in re-assuring passengers after the missed approach. The flight crew handled the difficult weather conditions very well."
Plussat: "Crew was fine"
Miinukset: "Never been on an international flight where I had to pay for my own wine. Plus the entertainment was broken and the food was terrible."
Plussat: "This was one of the best airlines we've flown. Great food, plenty of room, friendly stewardesses and good service overall. We will definitely try to book with SAS again."

Miinukset: "SAS is really running down quality of service. An old bird that was showing its age and interior wear. No in-flight entertainment options. Food / beverage options are not on par with expectations or other airlines. Only no-cost drink options are coffee or tea. Juice, soda, water - all for a fee. Snacks available for sale include potato chips and nuts. It's 2017 folks - up your game!"

I didn't care about paying, at that pout I would have paid $100 for some water. Seats are RIDICULOUSLY small and when the person in front of you puts their seat back it's impossible to do anything. Miinukset: "Delayed flights, microphone is too fuzzy, hard to understand. Also why couldn't we get 2 or more sodas.. Crazy! The Asian airlines beat you! Very expensive stuff like a small red bottle of wine was like almost $15! Nuts... Very disappointed.. It should be free for the money we pay! Also staff just let people leave their windows open which was crazy coz most passengers are tired from other trips and of course in Europe you can hardly see anyone letting the elderly and children have any first priority boarding or let alone line up. I had my disabled husband and a young active little grandchild... Cathay Pacific, PAL,KAL, CAL are great about priority boarding for the elderly and children. Its sad your company do not have compassion or empathy for families with little children and the elderly population.. They really suffer!"

Plussat: "The crew was very professional, upbeat, and helpful. The newer seats allow for more legroom, and the selection of a wide variety of on-demand movies."
Miinukset: "The inability to easily view and choose a special meal is a recurrent issue with SAS - even when contacting the airline directly to rectify this issue, the ball was dropped on the return flight, and the crew scrambled to find a replacement meal. On-line boarding continues to be an issue for Green Card holders returning to the US - why not explain that one cannot pre-print boarding passes and instead must go to boarding pass issues-line as soon as one enters the airport."
Plussat: "The flight crew (flight attendants are the best I've encountered in terms of tone and hospitality) cleanliness, the food, frequent offers of water, your own TV and numerous options for entertainment and ability to track flight"

An airline's price should include selection of an available seat. Requirement to pay for even one drink on a transatlantic flight seemed cheesy."

Miinukset: "My long haul flight was delayed by two hours and ten minutes. I only had 2 hours and twenty minutes between flights at CPH. When we landed, we were assured our flight would be held. I got off my first SAS flight with 15 minutes to make it to a gate 20 minutes away. I will point out I was going to another SAS flight. I booked it, even running when I could. My flight took off without me even though I was only three minutes late and had been assured the flight would be held. At least 12 other people were in the same boat. My rescheduled flight had me do yet another layover and I arrived in Warsaw a full 6 hours late. All because SAS was incompetent to hold their flight for a few minutes."

Second, the planes was freezing from start to finish with staff removing blankets and pillows upon take off and landing. I understand the safety concerns, but I jr to leave on my hoodie."

Miinukset: "Newark to Oslo to Kristiansand. The "connecting" flight procedure was horrible. There was no way to forward the luggage, except pick it up, and then stand in long line, check in, etc etc., as if it were an entirely new flight. On phone they told me there would be expedited procedure. It was like taking an entirely new flight. All other countries have this worked out. What happened? I nearly missed my second flight."

Miinukset: "My flight was canceled the day before my departure via email. The customer service contact number for SAS did not work--I tried multiple times over the course of 12hrs+. The online help page gave a 404 error. I had no way of contacting anyone from SAS. Later that night (night before I was supposed to depart), I received another email saying I was booked on a United flight about 5hrs earlier than I planned on leaving. I had to cancel my morning plans with my wife to make the earlier flight. I never (still, a week later) was able to contact anyone from SAS."

Miinukset: "When we checked in at Newark airport, the check-in counter informed us that we were not seated together! We booked this flight over six months ago and were returning from our honeymoon to start our new life together. You can imagine how irritated we were that we would be on an 8 hour flight seated in different parts of the plane. The woman working at the check-in counter at Newark was unsympathetic, she said that it was a full flight and there was nothing she could do. However, she said she could upgrade us for 300 USD each... ha! So it costs $600 to sit next to each other?? Her reply "That's our policy." No apology, no understanding, just a robot blaming the company policy. We both fly a lot and we have never heard of such a "policy"."

We opted to rent a car and Had to cancel our return flight home to be refunded. American Airlines cancelled multiple flights and were in total disarray. Our surprise was that the space above our seats ( row 30) was available and left empty the while fly! It was not fear and discriminated!"

Barely made any announcements Once we did take off all they gave us was a packet of so called pretzels that were stale and gross!!"

Spoke to a supervisor on duty and she was extremely rude and terrible as far as listening was concerned! Maybe people can be more human during such times, listen and take some feedback rather than stating a loud no and asking straight away to pay?"

Miinukset: "The fasten seatbelt was constantantly on (not only while in turbulence) Though we had two full rows available for us, the seat handles could not be lifted; hence the full row could not be utilized... No entertainment at all. This can be advised ahead for you to come with adequate tablet."

And when you sell discount tickets at least say you are going to charge 45 dollars for the bag... i wouldn't purchase any discount offer"

The airline didn't take into account / adjust the local time when we booked. Multiple customers experienced the same issue. We had to buy tickets on another airline."

Flight numbers were not changed so i guess they just combined 2 flights together to save or something, so we ended up missing hotel breakfest and ended up waiting in the airport for more than 2 hours because of bad communication."
