My flight was canceled and I had to spend the late night sleeping on a bench in the airport. This was because they were no rooms left at Delta Atlanta Delta should realize that when you cancel a flight you need to follow up with those individuals and not just leave them to fin for them selves and then just leave them hanging in Limbo and them stay overnight in a bench in the airport that wasn’t my fault it was your fault
Beware of Delta staff at Mexico City International Airport, actually be cautious with most of the staff OF THE AIRPORT, NOT THE VENDORS. Delta staff check-in particularly are not only rude, but also despicable. Because technically the law is on their side and it is, as in America, federal Mexican property, well, turns out that at the first hesitation from the customer Delta (or any airline at this airport, from my experience) staff actually will call federal and National Army (you know that they don't have anymore civil police at the Federal level in MX) on you. Almost a year ago, one of Delta staff physically attacked my brother after AEROMEXICO, Delta Skypartner, did something wrong with their reservation. Anyway, watch out.
The space between legs is ridiculous small! I can't complain with the crew the did their job, its just the airline space for legs!!!! Never again
The service was vrey poor. 3 flight attendeds late coming in 35mins late. Then we had to wait on the runway for a storm to pass us by which was about another 30 mins. Very Very Poor service.

9 hour flight with the worst airline food I ever had- cheese looked like it got wet and dissolved into the dried out bread. it. Completely full plane. Paid $82 to check one of our carry on bags because it had some silverware with knifes in it then was informed that because the plane was full, we were advised check our carry on for free- but no refund for the $ we paid. Hot and stuffy. On the plus side, when the movie monitor didn't work, the stewardesses were right on top of the problem and fixed it even though it took some effort.
No screen map on in front of you to track the flight like Turkish air! No food or coffee for 2h30 just a small plain water and a very small piece of chocolate🤔
I have one comment for this trip, sardine, pandemic and everything, and plane was maxed. It was horrible. Staff was great but, this was horrible.

There was already a group forming a line at zone 4 for a good 15mins and another group created another line just 5mins before boarding and the 1st group had to re-queue. A few of us voiced out to the floor crew but they did nothing. Earphones. Could be supplied first since the flight is suffisent for a movie.

Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare"
Miinukset: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Plussat: "Traveled fron SFO to CDG on AF in business class on an A 380. Lounge in SFO was smallish and not many choices in the food bar. Boarding was smooth. my second ride on A 380 in business and this trip reminded me quickly why I did not care for the A 380 on my previous trip. It is a huge plane with a huge sized business class which makes the cost less worth it compared to a Boeing. The crew were extremely helpful and caring. The food was acceptable. The seats on the plane were not comfortable in the lying position. Took a cab to our hotel in Paris (1st Arr) for a flat 50 euros. No meters."
Miinukset: "Arriving in CDG and facing a slow immigration with the passengers of this huge plane. I didn't care for the baggage delivery system. We were waiting for an hour only to realize that the arrival port for our luggage was changed."

Miinukset: "The ground crew in CDG was very disappointing and unprofessional and very specifically in the luggage area. When I was told that my carry on luggage exceeded the allowed weight I argued that my luggage was weighed in Cairo and that it was less than the 12 Kg allowed weight. The Air France attendant then waved with annoyance to speak with her supervisor. When I approached her supervisor, who was speaking with another Air France employee, she looked annoyed and said just just to to booth #7 or 8 that handles excess luggage issues. My reaction is to avoid traveling through CDG in the future and I will focus on flying with Lufthansa."

Plussat: "Nothing whatsoever"
Miinukset: "The "Czech Airlines" flight I purchased was actually an Air France flight number. When I arrived later than planned but still within good time, which was my fault, I reported to the Czech Airlines check-in (D2). This is very, very far from the Air France check-in (A2). No person and no sign was at Czech Airlines gate saying to go to Air France instead. By the time I determined what to do by talking ro the airport information booth and I walked to Air France instead of Czech Airlines (at CDG airport this is 5 minutes walking very fast speed on conveyor belts.. perhaps more than half a kilometer), I was past the boarding time limit, but the flight had not yet left. Then I could not print the boaring pass because of the time. When I asked an Air France employee for help, he simply said "you cannot board" and stood there smugly. He must feel great being a 25 year old who can turn people away from international flights at his own discretion to completely ruin their day especially when the plane is still on the ground. I have not even explained yet about the similarly awful experience I had when I booked the next flight (Czech Airlines at 09:45) for a much higher price (118 euro) and was not told that this Czech Airlines flight is "really" a Czech Airline flight. After paying much more to a Czech Airline person, nobody informed me to stay at the Czech Airlines area (2D) so I naturally went back to Air France since I had already had so much trouble. When I arrived there, of course, they tell me to go back to Czech Airlines and now I was again late. Thank God that I was able to confront a random trolley man who Kew where the Czech Airlines people were and try tried very hard to get me to the plane even though the boarding time was over. All in all, this was the worst travel experience of my life. I have now wasted 40 more minutes of my approximately 2.5 days in Prague to tell you this. I hope you consider it."
Plussat: "The air France staff were phenomenal. Very professional and courteous. Almost so courteous you thought it was not genuine (however it was)...by end of the flight they made you want to write a letter on their behalf."

There was no entertainment (the wifi was not working) and no food service - just cookies or pretzels. When we arrived in Boston the bridge to our plane was not working and it took some time to be able to deplane. When we got to Boston our bags were not there and the person who put in our claim for lost baggage said we would have our bags delivered in 24 hours and 72 hours later we still do not have them and no one from AA has contacted us with an update!
Very disappointed with the food on the first leg of the trip ( from Bangkok to Japan). I had the chicken con don bleu and I must say that I had better frozen TV dinner. The crews during the flight were running around but It was hard to flag them down for any simple services. For the amount of money for the business class, I had better services and food from other economy flights that i experienced. I will never fly Japan Air Lines again. I am willing to pay extra to avoid JAL👎👎👎👎👎👎

Flight from Chicago to Vancouver was 5 hours delayed, not even for weather. Canadian Transportation Authority requires $400 CAD compensation for each ticket flying into Canada for this level of delay. This was not offered by the airline to us.
Missed the flight due to crew inefficiency
On board free internet did not work
The flight was three hours delayed and instead of having us wait to board we waited two hours in the plane before take off. For the future if they know connection flights are delayed they should have us wait outside

This was after being forced to gate check bag in group 6 (and 7,8,9) Then luggage offload in Charlotte took forever, and then was on the wrong belt. Baggage staff in CLT were clueless."

Plussat: "Considering the price we paid for our tickets is the the only drawback I keep coming back to when I think about the VALUE of what I paid for.the entire flight. The overall experience was good throughout; from the airport on both ends of the journey to the actual inflight experience. I'm not sure how much of an influence the airline has on the airport part of it all, but the check-in process was good. The self check-in machines for AA were a little "buggy" and difficult to navigate but helpful staff was readily available as were the short lines. I am 6'2" and was impressed that I had adequate leg room in my seat."
Miinukset: "We paid a lot for our tickets even though they were purchased months in advance. Then when it came to seat selection, there was none. Our party of three, which was husband and wife plus friend, were all seated separately. We could have opted for "pay extra" seating, but even that did not get us together, so we opted out."

In flight entertainment was awful (some weird sitcom loop) and the WiFi didn’t work with my phone nor laptop. Basically sat uncomfortably sideways with nothing to do for 2 hours. Flight also arrived late, causing transportation issues."
