Miinukset: "The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

Miinukset: "Delay again... seems to be pretty frequent on KLM flights at least on the ones I flew with in the past 4 years... this time it was 3hours wait due to a technical issue... no alternative flight option and we ended up getting a very old plane as a replacement. In addition people at info terminals are disorganized and not kind at all.."

Miinukset: "Departure was scheduled with one hour delay. When everyone was boarded they mentioned a leaking toilet. It took them 1,5 hours to disable the toilet. In the mean time, no drinks, no snacks, nothing. So we should depart at 18:00 but it became 19:30. Our first drinks and meal was no earlier then 21:00. The crew should have anticipated better that the technical problem would at least take one hour and give everyone a drink at least."

Miinukset: "Our flight from Nairobi to Lusaka was cancelled for some reason and we did not find out until we happened to log into the website to double check our itinerary. They automatically rescheduled the flight only giving us 25 minutes to reach our next flight...impossible. so, after calling, we were re-booked again and forced into a 13 hour layover in Amsterdam. Our original flight plan had 4 hours. so, because we are a family of 7 with a baby, we had to buy a hotel room to rest, costing us a lot of extra money we had not planned to spend. We contacted KLM for help with the cost but were rejected. We also lost 5 bags somewhere between Chicago and Lusaka, but after 2 days, we received them."

Miinukset: "- Schiphol airport (AMS) is small, crowded, noisy; no water fountains; toilets are dirty and insufficient in number; SFO is much better - KLM boarding process was chaotic (not by group or row number), boarding/security personnel (4 old guys) didn't have a clue - 787 is noisy, chairs are uncomfortable (my back still hurts) and very close together, they also recline way too much - food trays not collected promptly - noisy babies on all flights - clearly not enough cabin crew for a full flight - no or wrong info by pilots on timing (crew are always lying anyway) - gate is all around the back at SFO (long taxi to get there) - they inserted people in wheelchairs during deboarding thus holding everybody up."

Plussat: "Flight was on time, crew professional, food and drinks good and kept coming. I learnt Dutch on the in-flight entertainment system. I was in a good mood talking to another passenger about his new luggage system. This mood was kept and not taken away on the flight."

Plussat: "I can't even count the number of times I have flown KLM in the last 4 years. They are my airline of choice when I fly back and forth from the U.S. thru Amsterdam to Nairobi. This last flight I boarded and then 90 very exuberant girls from London board in all the rows in front of me. I was concerned it was going to be a less than restful flight. Just the opposite. As always the KLM crew took extra ordinary care of all of use. The service was wonderful and I scooted off the flight ahead of the girls to make my very short connection. The crew is what always make the experience delightful! Thank you again KLM."
Miinukset: "It would be so nice if the arm rests came up all the way. When you have empty space on your row it would be nice to move the arm rests all the way and stretch out. Also there were not as many New Release Movies to choose from as usual, it seemed."

Miinukset: "They did not have any customs and immigration forms on the plane so everyone had to pick them up as we got off the plane and fill them out before proceeding to the customs area. It was very inconvenient for all passengers since there was not a good area to fiill out the forms and it slowed everyone down. First time I can ever recall the airlines not having the forms available before we landed"

Miinukset: "Tv was out the entire international flight. When I asked the flight attendant for help he said that "wasn't his job" and walked away. When I asked another attendant for help she said there wasnt anything she could do and that their "tv's suck". Rude crew, uncomfortable, cheap."

Plussat: "Everything about the crew and the in-flight amenities was comfortable and well-planned. The flight attendants were friendly and responsive and the plane was clean and comfortable. I felt that there was enough legroom even in economy."
Miinukset: "The entertainment system lost power in my section about 30 minutes into a ten hour flight, and while some of that time was spent sleeping I wasn't even able to turn on the reading light. I know the flight attendants tried several times to restart the system and I appreciate that, but there were several dark lonely hours spent waiting for dawn."

Plussat: "Safe, efficient and pleasant flight. I would fly American again. I appreciate getting a soda and snack included."
Miinukset: "No movie. I got "spoiled" on flight from Seattle to Phoenix with a movie perk. Was looking forward to another on the 2nd leg of our trip. I thought maybe it was an "American" thing. ... but apparently just got lucky on first leg."

Miinukset: "Boarding groups are not clearly announced-and with the threat of checked baggage this makes people angry and spiteful to other passengers. They forgot to bring the immigration forms onboard, only had the customs. They didn't give us pens/pencils to fill out the customs form. This made offboarding confusing and messy. What entertainment? No screens."

Miinukset: "The email i received was from Alaska Airlines but what I didn't know was that it was for an American Airlines flight. Normally this is not a big deal, but in Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport the two airlines are in different terminals which required a fair amount of time to travel from one to the other. Had I not arrived at the airport early, I may have missed my flight. The confirmation email I received was labeled as an American flight, but since I received it from Alaska, I assumed I had reserved an Alaska flight. Also, the confirmation email I received from Kayak had me listed as a passenger on an Alaska flight. I'm assuming I originally booked for an Alaska flight, but later on in the confirmation process I was somehow changed to an American flight via Alaska. While I don't see this as a problem for Kayak, I think this is a situation in which your feedback could be useful to help avoid confusion for passengers in the future."

After paying once for my checked bag they tried to make me pay again. Asked to see in writing what they were trying to explain and the manager couldn't do it. They never gave me my ticket stub for my checked bag. So if it hadn't arrived I wouldn't have had anyway to find it. Very disappointing staff in SFO. Seemed aa if no one at SFO was happy to be working there or even worse didnt know what to do most of the time. VERY different than the DEN united experience."

Miinukset: "My flight ended up being canceled due to weather which was understandable. I explained to the attendant at the counter that I had to get to Denver because I had my brother who is a minor meeting me at the airport in Denver and I did not want him alone by himself in a place he'd never been. when trying to reschedule my flight at the counter the attendant was rude and told me I had to call united myself to reschedule my flight. I was on the phone with them for over 45 minutes just to be told there was nothing they could do to help me. They said they had one flight leaving the next morning to denver but it was completely full. Which defeated the purpose because I was going to have to fly back home the following Sunday. So I stuck around and tryed to find a flight to Denver and I over heard the couter attendant book another customer to Denver for that evening when I was told I had to call united myself and pretty much was told I could not be helped. I ended up having to pay another airline 538 dollars to fly my brother to Tulsa instead so he wouldn't be stranded in Denver because I wouldn't get there till the following day. I'm very disappointed in united and there lack of customer service. I especially don't like being told I can't be helped when the attendant at the ticket counter clearly helped someone else. I am so disappointed in my experience with united and will never fly with them again."

Miinukset: "I cancelled my flight within 24hrs and received no refund because I booked through priceline. However, there was no restriction or clause listed on the ticket stating that I had to cancel through priceline also. It really should not matter who I cancelled through, if I canceled within 24hrs the refund should be given. Also, the debits from my account said United as well as priceline taking me to United's web page to make the purchase. So of course one would think cancelling through United's site is appropriate. I'm very disappointed in United and will consider all other options (Airlines) before booking with them again. PS - United customer gave me the run around for 3 days knowing that it was their policy and they were the company who's keeping my money. Absolutely ridiculous."

Plussat: "First of all, I was excited to get to Puerto Vallarta! Unfortunately, we had a delay due to a child who got sick as the plane was backing from the gate. The crew was fantastic and had paramedics load the plane to check on toddler. The family deboarded and United crew cleaned the throw up. The pilots kept the passengers informed and we proceeded with the flight. The flight attendants were fantastic, particularly the brunette attendant who remembered me from a previous flight. Best flight attendant ever!! Thank you United!!!"

Plussat: "I arrived at the aurport 1 hr 20 mins before flight - plenty if time to check in and make it to gate at a small airport ad Newark is. Wanted to check in online - the United System did not allow me to. Had to wait in line - long line due to holidays. I raised my hand and asked for assistance given the impending 1 hr cut off time for check in. Was told I should go to the special assustance line. Well, guess what - that line which was meant to be express service for fliers with special situations was moving with the speed of a tortoise - slower than the general line. Only 2 flight assistants were servicing, both incredibly slow. When asked politely that I need special assistance as I was approaching the 1 hr cut iff fir checkin, the United lady yelled at me instead of speeding up her slow motion. Bottom line, I missed my flight on a tiny airport dedpite arriving 1 hr 20 mins before flight. Had to wait 14 hrs overnight at the airport to catch the next flight because the United Airlines personnel are lazy, slow, inefficient, rude and no customer oriented. Terrible service."

Miinukset: "The departure gate was changed 3 times to terminals very far away. It was a bit tiring to dash to the different terminals in order to not miss the flight"

Miinukset: "I nearly missed getting a cup of ice when the refreshment cart came up the isle. Then the attendant acted as if he couldn't understand my request for a "cup of ice, please" and he tried to hand me a small package of snacks. I had to repeat myself 2 more times and finally got my cup of ice. I said "thanks!" His look told me I wasn't "welcome"."

Plussat: "The only thing i lkied about the flight was that they delivered my bag even though it came out 3 days later"
Miinukset: "I had a really bad flight my flight was supposed to be a 8hrs flight n i got home 14hrs later also they forgot my bag n they delivered to me 3 days later i was really disappointed"

Plussat: "The on board crew did a good job but didn't have much to offer us."
Miinukset: "No more seat back pocket. Its aolid plastic now & nothing fits. No meal service on a 4 hour flight. That's ridiculous. No check in counter. Just a sea of people fighting for kiosks to self check in. Bad enough there's no more ticket agents, they could at least have an organized line."

Plussat: "To say, its been over 20 years since I've flown, everything was just fine."

Miinukset: "My flight out of montrose to Denver was late by 50 minutes or more. So I didn't have a chance to take my flight from Denver to Austin. So I was at the Denver airport for five hours. To catch the next flight. But I understand that things happens. All of the personnel was really help full. No complains about that. I will do it again. I hop to have better luck whit my intineray"

Plussat: "Everything was new. They provided blankets. Seats had potential for being comfortable."
Miinukset: "Sardines. Very little room to move and seats only recline about an inch. If there was wifi it was too slow to be useful. Reminds me of dial up days only slower. And that was only to get United info. Could not access outside world. Overall still way better than Spirit but also not in league with JetBlue or Virgin."

Plussat: "Fast boarding, close gate"
Miinukset: "Tight seating"

Plussat: "I just missed my flight by a few minutes. The crew was very helpful for booking me in the next flight."
Miinukset: "No entertainment at all."

Plussat: "Nothing. I am stranded in an airport. Delayed nearly 14 hours. American airlines fixed the issue since united could not. Never again."
Miinukset: "Everything. I am stranded in an airport. My original flight was at 10:05pm. My new flight is at 11:45am. American airlines stepped up and helped me get a flight out earlier. I am now on a one stop flight instead of non stop, even though I paid for direct. Not very happy and will not use untied again."

Plussat: "Everything worked out just perfect"
Miinukset: "No snacks served"

Miinukset: "The plane was very small and on takeoff and landing I did not feel comfortable at all. Plane vibrated whole time and on landing I thought we wouldn't make it. Very scary. Not smooth, lots of jerking and just scary."

Plussat: "My flight was generally uneventful (which we like a lot!)"
Miinukset: "The flight attendant repeatedly hit me in the head during beverage service. And didn't acknowledge it. Even when I moved to avoid continuing to be hit. I'm tall, but not remarkably so. I fly relatively often and this is a first."

Plussat: "Comfort on time."
Miinukset: "Nothing"

Plussat: "Boarding was organized and staff members attentive."
Miinukset: "Entertainment and food not free even though it's an international flight. Airline didn't provide blankets and was too cold inside the plane."

Plussat: "I'm always nervous about flying and all of the delays out of Chicago were starting to make me frustrated. The staff, from the crew within the airport all the way up to the crew aboard the plane, were fantastic. Weather cannot be controlled but every staff member I encountered at O'Hare was apologetic and constantly giving updates. When the flight finally left, the pilot warned us that the winds still had not let up and that the ride would be rougher than usual. The flight attendants and crew throughout the flight apologized profusely for the out-of-the-ordinary flight and were calm and focused the entire ride, making me feel very at ease despite the bad weather."
Miinukset: "In general, the flight was uncharacteristically rough and turbulent and I felt very anxious throughout the trip (as did several other passengers). However, United staff cannot control the weather and I feel that they all handled the situation as professionally and calmly as possible. Flight delays are never fun and O'Hare was delayed throughout the day, but staff was apologetic and ensured us it was for weather and safety. Unfortunate, but great to see how well the staff acted under circumstances I'm sure they were not thrilled with either. Keep up the great work."

Plussat: "It was smooth flight."
Miinukset: "No snacks, food included without a fee for a 4 hour flight. Seats have very limited space, very uncomfortable."

Miinukset: "Plane was over 2 hrs late"

Miinukset: "No changing table in the bathroom"

Plussat: "I got to sit in an exit row"
Miinukset: "I was separated from my wife. We had to wait in the plane for close to 30 minutes after boarding while they finished some things. Of course the flight was "on time" because they closed their doors on time but made us sit at the gate."
