The flight from Rome to Ams was delayed. The flight from AMS to Moscow was missed. - We spent 2h in a linewaiting for the service desk to rebook the tickets - Then, we spend more than an hour to get the hotel - Then waiting for the shuttle another 30 minutes Unexpectedly poor and slow service. The next working day is ruined with the flight in the middle

Listening covid restrictions and following them is completely nonsense. Avoid touching others? How when plane is full and everybody who pass around touchs me. Keep distance?? How???? Avoid walking in the plane but also wash your hands regularly with soap and water? How? I should avoid walking but at the same time you want me to wash hand regularly? It means i have to walk up and down. What is regularly for you? Every 15mins? Every hour? Every day? It is so stupid what you are telling that my brain stops to work.

The gate crew in Paris was HORRIBLE. I purchased a Premium Economy seat and was "involuntarily downgraded" to regular economy, splitting up my family. There was no apology and they were very rude. And then they subjected me to an additional security check. When I asked about a refund for the difference, they simply said, "check with the ticket agent in LA when you get there." But due to flight delays, we didn't get to the ticket counter until 11 p.m. and they couldn't help me. The flight crew was astonished this had happened, and they tried to be helpful. But the whole experience was pretty lousy.

Miinukset: "I asked for an upgrade as we are on our honeymoon. The ground staff only wanted to get us on the plane and not try in anyway to recognize us. Our seats were very poor quality, you should immediately replace them! I would have rather stood than sit on the flight. The in flight entertainment is so poor. Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

The bin was only big enough for 1 backpack. 2 of the 3 of us in that row had to go 2 rows back to store our luggage. This is very inconvenient when deboarding because I have to wait for many others to pass before I get a chance to walk towards the back of the plane to get my luggage."

Miinukset: "Unorganized boarding process and minimal info or announcements regarding delay. Failure to respect SkyPriority status at boarding were disappointing. (Staff allowed it to be a bit pushy and chaotic and people were able to force their way in line, ahead of those who had been waiting in line.) Seats were okay but no recline and underseat storage was small. (Backpack wouldn't fit underseat and had to be stored in overhead.) Passengers crowding from back of plane upon arrival made it hard to deplane and felt rude."

But when we tried to sleep, our fellow passengers came and stood at our feet and talked so loudly that we could not possibly sleep. They stayed there for more than an hour. Would have loved for the staff to maybe ask them to tone it down, if not move."
Plussat: "Was upgraded to Business class, so the food was acceptable. Comfort score also reflects the Business class seat. Cabin crew were friendly and efficient."

Plussat: "Air France is the worst company I have ever flown with. They changed our seats last minute. They where late both flights. Not worth the stress if your layovers are short. Also they took my passport with no explanation of why into another room with out my permission."

No foot service or entertainment. Just a Trip from one place to the other. Not much different that a bus ride except it is faster and more expensive.

Originating flight delayed so we missed the connecting flight. We were re-booked on a flight 8 hours later (though the counter staffer was doing a great job, and was personable). That flight was completely full, so—though we had originally paid for Economy+ (extra leg room), we we seated in the last row, most uncomfortable row on a plane.

The temperature was cold on the flight. Connecting to the internet was very pleasant with entertainment options.

The flight was three hours delayed and instead of having us wait to board we waited two hours in the plane before take off. For the future if they know connection flights are delayed they should have us wait outside

It was horrible and stressful. We got to our final destination several hours later of the estimated arrival time.

Miinukset: "Not enough bathrooms, and the one on our side got dirty fast. Also, give yourself lots of EXTRA time to get through the airport in Madrid. It takes forever to get out to the gate, and you have to go through Security, Immigration and sometimes a second more intense security (which we did). If you need to get your VAT refund on purchases, add at least ONE hour. 30 minutes to get the approval stamp in one line, and 30 minutes in another line to get your refund."
Plussat: "Frequent updates on lightning in the area ( causing delays). Full service on board while we were wIting for weather to clear. Very good i flight service."

Miinukset: "3 planes all with mechanical issues... numerous people left stranded, the whole thing was a nightmare. Finally got home around 1 00 AM. But the worst part was the gate agents I literally felt like I was disrupting their day! Email sent to American."

Miinukset: "We were booked in the very last row (unable to select a seat at the time of purchase) and had a rough time of changing the seats. The entertainment system was having problems and the whole entertainment system had to be re-booted about 90 minutes into the flight. It still didn't fix my seat's TV. Otherwise the trip was uneventful and we managed to get better seats on the return flight."

It was very inconvenient for all passengers since there was not a good area to fiill out the forms and it slowed everyone down. First time I can ever recall the airlines not having the forms available before we landed"

Plussat: "we upgraded to economy plus seats and it made all the difference - just having an extra 4-5 inches made the 11 hour flight so much more tolerable than the trip to Madrid."

They forgot to bring the immigration forms onboard, only had the customs. They didn't give us pens/pencils to fill out the customs form. This made offboarding confusing and messy. What entertainment? No screens."
Plussat: "Take off and landing was incredibly smooth, along with the 8 hour flight from NYC to Rome, Italy. Perhaps the best flight I've ever had."

AA had a ticket counter agent that was on a mission because she had a roll away cart parked by the jet way door to collect all the luggage she wouldn't allow on the plane. Very customer unfriendly!"

Miinukset: "The Live TV entertainment froze so many times when trying to watch either CNN or CNBC. Finally gave up on it. The Touch Screen responsiveness could be much better. However; once a movie was selected, watching it was an excellent experience. The Leg room was not the best either, but I blame myself on this in that I almost waited till the last minute to buy my self a ticket."
Plussat: "Older aircraft, seat cushion was on its last legs regarding comfort as I sunk to the frame of the seat. No onboard entertainment on the headrest as compared with our outgoing flight."

Miinukset: "One of the few things SouthWest, Alaska & United did was the proper queuing of people to get into the plane. AA is a free for all - those who follow regulations will fall behind. In this flight from Boston to LAX - I heard there were 80 Priority checking - are you kidding me. Group 1 does not help if I have 80 Priority seating and one family took 12 people in with one elderly. It's good to place Elderly and Military up front first - but to take the Whole entire family - that's not fair - you have 8 able bodies who should be in line with the rest of the crowd. Also who heard of 80 Priority check ins - normally, that's Group 1. Never flying AA unless I a desperate."

Miinukset: "Our luggage was lost for about 22 hours, we kept getting coflcting information each time we called to check on it. The rental car that was also booked through the KAyak was junk. We requested a mid-size car, they tried to give us an old mini-van that was dented up, we called Enterprise instead and got a 2016 Ford Focus with unlimited mileage for only 15.00 more for the the 5 days of rental."
Plussat: "Crew and boarding was great."
Miinukset: "Three trips around complex on train because of gate changes. Could have spent a short while eating, relaxing, instead of frantically thinking I was going to be late and miss my flight."

The crew was very helpful.

Boarded with no hassles

I was changed the first flight to India, but Air Canada changed back and I could catch my flight in Thailand. Everything was good. Great responsibility!

Miinukset: "AC lost one of our suitcases and it did not arrive until late afternoon of the next day. Filled out a missing luggage report."
Plussat: "The crew was friendly and gave clear instructions, they worked as a team."
Miinukset: "I would appreciate clearer information about bagge costs"
Miinukset: "Some cabin crew seemed quite grumpy, whilst others were friendly & welcoming. Food was very good"
Miinukset: "They didn’t put enough fuel in the tank and the pilot only noticed when we were next in line to take-off so that led to a 30 minute delay. Some terrible seat designer put the call button and light control on the armrest exactly where your elbow rests so every few seconds you would here a call bell."
Plussat: "There was a problem with the aircraft in the middle of boarding, so the gate agent delayed boarding so that we wouldn't have to stay in the cold."
Miinukset: "Plane was tight. Over an hour late. Bags didn't arrive."
Miinukset: "Our flight was delayed from Honolulu. This made Customs and Screening stressful...as there was only 45 minutes to get through and then to the gate. No one advised that there was another plane shortly, which would have reduced the feeling that we had to sprint down to the gate. Otherwise a very good flight"
Plussat: "Amazing staff, service, comfort, food, entertainment! Already looking forward to our flight home - the cabin crew was hilarious and so great to have onboard. Love it!"
Miinukset: "Only thing I can complain about is that we sat on the ground for over an hour and left 1.5 hours late. We had a layover before our connecting flight so it wasn’t a problem for us."
Plussat: "In flight service was overall very good."
Miinukset: "Service counter at check in Vancouver was terrible and unprofessional. Poor to very poor. Flight delayed with no announcement until you ready to board then they inform you your flight has been delayed but wouldn’t give reasons. Twice. Both connections."
Plussat: "Flight crew attitude was excellent, comfort in premium class was very good."
Miinukset: "Entertainment, choice very limited, bring your own. Space for carry on luggage limited. They should not allow passengers to have more than 1 carry on."

Plussat: "Gate customer service (Jaslon) at Newark Airport was great. When my flight from Newark to Toronto was late and I was going to miss my connection, Jaslon was very helpful by rebooking me on a better flight and having my bags transferred immediately. Second checked bag fee was reasonable,"
Miinukset: "You pay for everything - snacks, headphones, food. Slow counter service at check-in at Newark"
Plussat: "It's Vegas, what's not t like!"
Miinukset: "Plane ride home after 4 nights in Vegas..."
Miinukset: "I flew from Vancouver to Osaka. There was no free entertainment, food was of the embarrassing quality, and the crew was not smiling at all. The cheap price was the only big benefit to claim. It was much worse than expected."

Miinukset: "Nothing stands out"
Plussat: "Boarding and deplaning were easy and pleasant. The 4 hour wait passed pretty quickly. The seating was tight but expected. The flight was smooth, the crew friendly and responsive. Plane was clean, bathrooms clean, nicely kept that way throughout the flight. I did have help reconstructing my import-export card."
Miinukset: "Space under the seats is smaller than expected. With passengers waiting in the aisle to get their seats, I had a second to decide what to take out of my one carry-on before putting it in the overhead bin, and as a result, was without some necessities during the flight. Pearson is a problem. Flights from everywhere were backed up behind a single person operating in security, and hardly any AC personnel there could speak English clearly. The confusion & wait time pretty distressing to most people in line. I had 4 hours to the next flight so wasn't worried, but waited 1 hour in line in the airport hallway before getting in to present information to security. Situation at airport is not good at all. I'd try to avoid Pearson as a transit point if I could, in the future. The music channels were so distorted I couldn't listen to any of the offerings. Too bad about that, but it didn't ruin the flight. Arrival in Zurich was on time and easy."

Plussat: "Flight was quick, service was great, clean lavatories."
Miinukset: "Would've appreciated more legroom, but the same can be said for just about any airline."

Plussat: "The boarding process onto the plane in Barcelona was excellent. I also find the Air Canada crews to be very professional and the food was good."
Miinukset: "The seats are very tight and the overhead bins are only large enough to hold one roll-on bag. Also you have to download an app in order to have any entertainment."

Miinukset: "Not enough food for passengers on board. Flight attendants were visibly upset, rude, unable to handle the passenger load, uncommunicative when problems arose."

Miinukset: "Delayed on Tarmac for 2 hours, one rude flight attendant. Took 4 hours for bags to come to arrival due to cancelled flight. No good communication"

Miinukset: "Seats had least legroom of any plane I can remember. I'm not that tall and my knees were in the seat pocket the whole 5 hr flight. Also, the seats could stand to be a lot cushier. I felt like I was sitting on a piece of cardboard after the first 2 hours."

Miinukset: "We did have a 30 minute delay, not a big deal but a delay none the less. And boarding was a bit of a mess as announcements were hard to hear."
Miinukset: "Not enough time to go through customs. Missed connection."
Miinukset: "I arrived before the earlier flight to Cleveland, but even though there was room on the flight for me Air Canada said I would have to pay $150 to switch to that flight. So I had to wait five hours (and the next flight was delayed) for no reason. Air Canada should be more accomodating to customers who want to take an earlier flight, as I had to wait around for no reason whatsoever."

Miinukset: "Food was horrible. The dinner was horrible rice and a meatball looking thing that was suppose to be chicken. I can't eat eggs so I couldn't eat the egg. The porige was awful"

Plussat: "I was extremely uncomfortable in my assigned seat. One of the flight attendants found a more comfortable spot for me and she was pleasant to talk to."
Miinukset: "One of the flight attendants woke me up when I was seated in my wife's business class seat. She then said "go back to your seat in economy" in a tone that was dripping with condescension."
Plussat: "Service, flight, food"
Miinukset: "Lost my luggage, two days before it was returned."
Plussat: "The meal provision and drink service was very speedy, seats were relatively comfortable. No on-board video was available only wifi service through personal devices."
Miinukset: "We had a delay for 1 hour 20 minutes after boarding with no air conditioning. My other Air Canada flights also had no air conditioning while awaiting takeoff, and it was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The crew tried to make it better by bringing cold water around as we waited but it was unbearably hot for a solid 30 minutes."

Plussat: "There was nothing to like because I did not fly on Air Canada to Barcelona."
Miinukset: "For an unexplained reason, our first flight was delayed 45 plus minutes in Phoenix while cargo was moved from the forward cargo bay to the aft cargo bay. This caused us to miss our connection in Toronto. Air Canada then proceeded to rebook us on a flight leaving 2 days later. After an extended period of time, they finally rescheduled us for a flight to a different city in Europe and we had to catch another flight from there our final destination, Barcelona. The total additional travel time was extended by approximately 8 hours, causing us to lose the better part of our first day."
