Flight was cancelled by airline. KAYAK wants $200 airline cancelation fee. WORST. SERVICE. EVER!!
Almost lost my connection between Frankfurt-Houston because German police decided to check passports as passengers were coming off the plane. From Paris-Frankfurt flight. Then check for a second time before going into terminal (getting off the bus) and finally a third time for regular immigration.
In Frankfurt we had to exit to the tarmac, bus and then re-enter airport and go through security again. There wasn’t any info and so it was a bit baffling to make the connection.
Crew was rude, flight got delayed almost 5 hrs, no communication to passenger.

Delayed flight arrived at 9:30 AM and we ran from the H gates to the Shuttle terminal to reach the K gate Desperately trying to make our departure time of 9:50 AM. There were no instructions for passengers on the flight trying to make connections regarding the distance between gates or to be prepared to go through customs. Had we known that we would not make the flight in anyway shape or form because our flight out of DC was delayed by 2 1/2 hours, we would not have a rushed to try to make the connecting flight. Ultimately we were rerouted through Frankfurt and arrived in Valencia eight hours later they are intended time"

Lastly, the choice of seats in the tail (of 747-8) was poor judgment on my part. We were being wagged like fleas on the dog's tail. The only good part was that due to the narrowing of the plane we had two seats and no neighbor to jump over, plus extra room between the window seat and the window. The end of highlights. Can't help but compare every airline to Turkish airlines, where even in the economy class they make you feel like royalty. These people know how to do hospitality and make you want to come to their country."

Once we reached the plane, the crew should have facilitated an orderly boarding through both doors rather than one. This was also a pretty empty flight and other passengers were utilizing their assigned seat as well as a whole other row and calling it theirs just because they set something on one seat. It didn't seem right that some of us had to stay in our little crowded area while others used up 4 seats and I don't mean for laying down."

They cancelled our tickets after missing the Porto to Lisbon leg. We had car troubles and called emailed and messaged. We were boarding after customs, Covid testing and baggage. We spent 6 hours at the airport just to have to buy full fare replacement tickets.
DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE! To start with, we were charged an extra $100 for our carry-on baggage apparently being overweight. This was not something we were told about prior to flying or we would have packed differently. During our layover in Portugal, we were delayed. Once they started to board, we got on the bus and drove out to the plane. Upon arriving at the plane, there were already two other busses there that had not even offloaded yet since they were apparently still servicing the plane. We had to stand in a crowded bus for about 45 minutes packed in like sardines. So much for social distancing and covid concerns! The plane itself was uncomfortable and the service terrible. I have flown across the Atlantic many many times on other airlines and have always received amazing service. This was not the case with TAP. Other than a small glass of water, we were only served drinks one time. There were no refills or additional service, which for a 9-hour flight is unheard of. I hated every minute of my time with TAP and will never fly with them again even if someone offered me a free ticket.

We asked for lounge access because missing our connection meant we had to cool our heels in the Lisbon airport for 3 hours until our flight to Rome took off. We were told we'd have to pay for the lounge! Then, our flight to Rome was delayed. We stood at the gate for 40 minutes past boarding time. No staff even announced that the plane was delayed or how long we should expect to wait. When we finally got to Rome, we had 10 minutes to make our connection to Venice. We lost an entire day in Venice."

As the customer, I feel that the airline is not responsible for such mistakes, but do believe that there should be room for good will and customer service. The fact that the airline was not willing to help to make a change affordable (I was quoted $600+ to make the change) sadly is what determined if I will continue being a customer, and rely this airline. I won't. I also did not like that every other item during the flight had to be purchased as most other international flights include these expenses with the purchase of the ticket. Again, I understand that the airline has it's policies, but you might want to try seeing it from the passenger's perspective rather than just from a monetary one. Having to deal with such costly changes at the last moment of my trip was very unpleasant; I almost didn't have enough money to get home. The in-flight entertainment was limited and there was no audio... so in other words, you could not simply turn on music to go to sleep by. This is a very bare-bones airline. Also, one flight attendant was perhaps the rudest person I've ever come across. "Go talk to someone else - I'm busy." All I asked for was a fork. She was simply opening a bin at the moment."

Plussat: "Boeing 787 Dreamliner was a dream. Air system, LED lights and adjustable window features made travel less taxing, more relaxing and actually a bit refreshing! Flight attendants, relieved of strain of having to serve EVERY seat were accessible and ready to help."
Plussat: "We took what was to be a 9 hour flight from Denver to London and the service was great. My fiancée has allergies to food and the staff took good care of her and made sure that she was getting meals that had no triggers in them. For me the seats are always a bit too tight for people with real shoulders. It’s okay though I’m used to that. But then landing 40 minuets early was great. It allowed us to go through the border and still be on our way as quickly as if we were home in the states."

Only one person working at counter, Peaple started getting upset & confused. they sent us to the hotel outside the air port in Long Island. By the time we get there it was 3:30. Whole thing was so crazy and handled unprofessionally. I’ll never use them."

Miinukset: "Norwegian airlines needs to tell their customers that their luggage was left behind in Stockholm. We are exhausted from the long travels & are even more pissed off when multiple customers kept waiting for their luggage. I felt even more horrible to the family that was taking a cruise the next day. Can you believe Norwegian airlines are closed on Sunday. Couldn't talk to customer service until Monday when they opened. Bad customer satisfaction;("
Plussat: "Dreamliner was new, clean and very comfortable, plenty of leg room. The meal was excellent including choice of wine. Would definitely fly with Norwegian again."
Miinukset: "The process was not clear as to whether or not we had preordered dinner. Worst part of the trip was waiting for our luggage at Orlando, it took 90 minutes before our luggage appeared. Do not know where the problem originated."
Plussat: "The plane seems new from Oakland to London segment. Seats are reasonably comfortable and entertainment is good. A good flight."

Miinukset: "they do not even serve you water, when I asked for water they asked me to pay, it is not low cost Airline, very unfriendly staff, I will never fly it again. the staff border line rudeness and have attitude issue. 11 hours of flight in unfriendly airline, fod is served if you order it and allowed two cup of coffee and one softwdring."

Miinukset: "Flight arrival delay was not announced. Long lines for check-in for London departures from JFK. Paris departure check-in line on same airline had no one...took 45 min of stand still line until they opened the Paris lines for London... Flight operated through Wamos: the music before and after take off on a really late flight (11pm departure) was actually not comforting."

Customers should be told about their new 'rules' and all the extra costs at the point of purchasing the the ticket as when you add the extra costs on the flight is no longer a bargain and flying with BA is a much better option."

Miinukset: "Departure was 62 minutes late that we had to wait already sitting in the plane. Boarding took hours and part of the crew looked totally inexperienced handling any issue that came up including announcements."

Miinukset: "Very noisy people, very drunk people and like in all Ryanair flights, the staff has to keep giving people alcohol, so they were getting even more drunk. Not a good experience when all of them starts standing like in a bar on top of your head and raise the volume of the voice for no reason. Also from the time we landed until the time we were allowed to leave the aircraft, 15 minutes passed. Without anyone telling us for what reason. Very annoying..."

Plussat: "Flight from Edinburgh to Baden Baden was delayed like every single other flight on this trip but at least checked in to hotel and got 3.5 hours sleep instead of the intended 5 hrs sleep."
Miinukset: "Got to the airport at 5.15 am, got through security and only then was notified that flight was delayed from 6.45 till 8 am. No breakfast! As this flight was to Israel we were separated from passengers at the other gates and were not allowed to wonder round the duty free area to find coffee or anything to eat. Those without hand luggage were allowed but re checked and frisked at the extra security check. Even babies had shoes removed and feet scanned, so clueless. Then we never made it to Ovda but were diverted to Tel Aviv. Landed an hour late there and waited till they sent a bus to take us 4 hr journey to Ovda. Arrived in Ovda 7 hrs late, no food, no drinks tired and very hungry."

Miinukset: "I paid for a seat specifically because I saw that there was one with an empty seat next to it but after settling down with another passenger in the outside seat and a space next to me, suddenly everybody was moved around and I got a very young boy sitting on the outside seat. Needless to say his parents weren't happy so his father moved down and sat next to me. So no more elbow room for me and I can't believe that young children are sat next to complete strangers with their parents at the other end of the plane. What if I had been a weirdo? Could you please arrange for me to be reimbursed for the price I paid for this seat. Don't get me started on boarding. Why did we have to stand in line for so long when the plane was obviously not ready for us. Passengers are people, not cattle."

Miinukset: "We waited for an hour on the tarmac. It's critical that if other passengers aren't on time we close the doors and go so we leave on states time. Otherwise we miss it as we did and had to wait an hour. I realise my flight was cheap however timings are global whether no frills or not!"

We checked in online, make sure to print out your boarding pass, we arrived early expecting challenges and made sure we weighed or luggage ahead of time. After clearing customs we bought food and drink for the flight. The flighted loaded rather quickly and we backed out on schedule and arrived 10 minutes early. The flight attendants cam by constantly selling food, drinks, scratch off tickets and a bunch of other stuff but were never pushy."
