Miinukset: Very rude crew, I asked for water and I was told to get and help myself

Miinukset: Entertainment was mediocre food was poor and boarding process.can be better and faster.

Plussat: Crew was helpful and ver polite and efficient

Miinukset: At the boarding gate they were cherry picking whose bag is too large and whose isn't. My bag was tagged for nothing, no one at the aircraft was to load them to baggage hold. Plenty of space on the plane. What is the point of the fuss.

Plussat: The crew was OK, but nothing special.

Miinukset: Air France should not sell tickets for which the connection flights are almost impossible to catch. My luggage was not transferred to my connecting flight. I had to run to catch the flight to Bucharest. At CDC there were only two custom officers for checking passport of EU citizens, on a Saturday morning with hundreds and hundreds incoming travelers. On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :(

Miinukset: Seat angle adjustment was not the most comfortable for sleeping.

Plussat: Entertainment system

Miinukset: Awoke to find ill man laying on floor in aisle next to me with oxygen. Shortly after... Passenger in seat near man on floor (diabetic but no one tells us anything) needs to lay across four seats with oxygen for heart issues for remainder of trip with staff and doctor on board nearby. Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers.

Plussat: Nothing.

Miinukset: Please see statement from SFO-> CPH flight.

Plussat: Smooth flight from Copenhagen to Berlin - uneventful which is good. They even offered free coffee and tea.

Plussat: SAS has what is missing in other airlines, the three P's - Pleasant, Polite, Professional.

Plussat: The flights and food were good. no problems there.

Miinukset: There was a baggage strike in Copenhagen. We sat on the tarmac for about an hour awaiting a gate opening. The flight to Chicago took off an hour late and we missed our connecting flight into Columbus. And our bags never arrived in Chicago.

Plussat: Almost everything, especially the crew.

Miinukset: Don’t feel like anything should be better to be honest

Miinukset: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Miinukset: Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough.

Miinukset: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Plussat: Average friendliness of crew, paying for extra leg room seat is a must

Miinukset: Flying with the same company from Vilnius, only on Riga they decided to weight the cabin bags. I understand the police, the limit weight, but they should apply it from the first flight, not just half way

Plussat: Boarding was crazy and confusing. Ground crew poor communication and rude

Miinukset: Frankfurt connecting flights, security, and Passport control are terribly inefficient, with unclear guides to get passengers from B gates to A gates.

Plussat: Nice crew, friendly. Plenty room on flight as it not booked full. Flight left on time

Plussat: The crew was awesome u almost missed the flight but they really helped out.

Miinukset: The seats are uncomfortable and cramped

Plussat: Great crew and entertainment. Terrible experience at CDG airport but that’s the airports fault.

Plussat: My first part of the flight, from SFO to CPH, was good. It was the second part that was terrible.

Miinukset: SAS never emailed the second boarding ticket and there was no agent at the gate to help me print one. I paid $20 days in advance for a front aisle seat (6E), but was boarded last (group H) and had to put my carry-on in aisle 26. The stewardess was very rude and seemed racist towards me.

Miinukset: Can’t believe SAS charges for 1 piece of luggage Never experienced in all the years I’ve travelled internationally Also couldn’t accept UScredit card to buy a drink- yes you had to buy an alcoholic beverage on the flight to Europe Better to upgrade your ticket so you can check a bag and use lounge

Plussat: Crew was very friendly and helpful. Entertainment had plenty of choices.

Miinukset: The seats were very hard. It was very uncomfortable sitting that long I’m those seats

Plussat: The crew was fine. The seats in the A330 are the worst only to be made worse by NO legroom. Very uncomfortable airplane. The flight crew also closes the rear bathroom off during most of the flight, I am assuming so they can use....

Plussat: Decent price for economy comfort seat, 4A.

Miinukset: The flight was delayed about 80 minutes and they did not informed until when I got to the Airport. I could have stayed more at home instead of the terminal. They have also changed the boarding gate..

Plussat: Impressive service... amazing crew, very friendly and professional

Miinukset: Boarding was crazy. Could not everyone in the gate area.

Plussat: Good amount of space on the plane, lots of movies to watch, good food and drink.

Plussat: We left with hour delay but still made it on time for the next connection. Lufthansa had already announced they would have taken care of all inconveniences.

Miinukset: Nothing

Plussat: The crew is very nice.

Miinukset: Communicate with the other airports for delays....we got home 9 hours later and missed events which were planned because of a failed paperwork delay in Milano.

Plussat: Good enough.

Miinukset: Entertainment and food

Plussat: The flight attendants were the warmest and most personable I’ve seen in a long time. All ground staff had the same amazing hospitality.

Miinukset: Finnair A321 HEL-DXB, 6 hour flight, uses regular EuroBusiness seats (same seat as economy but blocked middle seat and better food), no wi fi , no tv, very uncomfortable aircraft.

Plussat: My bag was lost!

Miinukset: To have my bag delivered

Plussat: Finnair is always perfect. Always on time, professional, clean and comfortable. They give free coffee, water and blueberry juice.

Miinukset: It was late

Plussat: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.

Miinukset: I flew economy and all was good and appropriate to the level.

Miinukset: All of the less than good, obvious!

Plussat: Great atmosphere, crew was excellent!

Miinukset: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

Plussat: Flight arrived on time

Miinukset: No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.

Plussat: Service and comfort.

Miinukset: It would be nice if both flights had vegetarian snacks and food options to accommodate this population of passengers. If 2 types of meals sre generally offered, it would be nice if both are not meat options, and one vegetarian.

Plussat: Efficient check in and polite crew.

Plussat: Nothing

Miinukset: Flight was delayed 4 hours and when finally boarded we had to get off the plane for a crew change and wait another hour. Then we sat on the runway for 45 minutes before we took off. Worst flight of my life.

Plussat: It was Okay

Miinukset: I m disappointed with the online deal I have booked my self with two checked bags & paid extra for that but I had to pay £ 80/-

Miinukset: More food choice and more snacks should avialable during flight time Both serving food is very bad

Miinukset: The time. The flight was late for 1 hour. I miss everything and also I get very late to our Airbnb and I was with my family and child

Plussat: Spacious business class seats, excellent meals

Miinukset: Lack of ventilation in cabin, and staff refusal to turn heaters down (in September), very limited entertainment options.

Miinukset: It's KLM. What else do you need to know.

Miinukset: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Plussat: Muslim food

Miinukset: Boarding was crazy. Could not everyone in the gate area.

Plussat: Lufthansa is an airline that prides itself on timeliness and service. The boarding procedure was very good, food was very good and service was excellent. I have flown with Lufthansa before and they always prove to me that I’ve made the right choice booking with them!

Miinukset: The weather, we hit some turbulence which is beyond the Captains control. Seatbelt sign came right on and even with that we still landed about 20 minutes early in Frankfurt

Plussat: New spacious plane, great crew, comfortable seats, good wine and partiffs. Anything thing is better than flying over priced crappy American Airlines and will avoid giving them a cent anytime I can. Lufthansa did a great job.

Miinukset: I kid screamed all-the-way across pond all night. Maybe next force the parents to calm child down. Tough situation and had to really address that issue.

Plussat: I've never been on a flight with such narrow seat and thin cushion. There was no entertainment offered for the almost 4 hour flight. There was no means of charging any electronic gears. The airplane seems to be 30 years behind time. Crew was unfriendly and smiling faces are not part of the uniform.

Plussat: Crew was great but at the airport they had us weight our carry on and then made us check it for 90 euro.
