Koneen tarjoilun hinnat olivat kalliita

Matkustamohenkilökunnan käytös ja toiminta ala-arvoista

Oli kylmä. Aika moni aivasteli tai niiskutti 12 tunnin lennon päättyessä.

Ihan hyvin toimi kaikki, paitsi jalkatilaa oli melko vähän pitkälle pohjoismaalaiselle.

Koneeseen pakkautumista voisi järkevöittää, esim. rivi tai muutama kerrallaan, jottei syntyisi ryntäylyä ja hässäkkää.

Tuntui kuin lentokenttävirkailijat olisi olleet TET-harjoittelussa. Ongelma ei tietty ole Finnairin henkilökunnassa vaan Münchenin kentän virkailijoissa. Oli kuin kaikki olisivat ensimmäistä päivää töissä. Todella heikkoa toimintaa.

Check in Pariisissa oli vanhanaikasta. Jos on matkatavara menossa rumaan, tai haluaa boardingpassi paperiversiona joutuu odottamaan että check in avautuu.

Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin

Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Käsittämätöntä, tieto ylibuukkauksesta oli varmasti tiedossa paljon aikaisemmin. Kari ja Marja Alatyppö

Food was my least favorite but everything else was good

lentoemännät hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin. Koneen ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa, tuli vilu.

Lento aivan täynnä ja bourdauksessa ei mitään järjestystä. Tuntuu siltä, että Finnair sijoittaa pariskunnat erilleen ilman erillistä maksettua paikkavalintaa.

Premiere economy -luokkaan voisi kuulua ruoka

Separated my family again. What’s wrong with you people.

Vähän myöhässä muuten kaikki sujui loistavasti

Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.

It was impossible to pre-check in and our seats assignments were terrible. Flight from Houston-to-Chicago was over three hours delayed. The flight from Chicago to Houston was also delayed, once again were seats assignments were all over the place. This was not a good experience.

Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)

Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)

Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.

Tarjoilu

Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.

Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.

Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.

Kaikki toimii suunnitellusti, ruokaa tai viihettä en käyttänyt.

Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.

Friendly and professional crew

Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!

Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!

Myöhässä taas.

Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.

Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Lentoemäntä joka oli Lennon takaosassa oli todella mukava!

Lentokentällä saimme apua kahdesta pisteestä.

Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.

Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin

Miinukset: "Service at CheckIn was the worst I've ever received. The staff exuded no compassion, empathy or interest in trying to help me. I had to buy an extra checked bag and instead of giving my options clearly, they gave me a run around (do it online, call our customer service, refund your ticket at our service desk - all false). I did not appreciate that lack of competence or interest and as such will not be transacting business with Norwegian again. Furthermore, the crew on the airplane did not check on me or my row of passengers the entire flight. No water, no cookies, nothing! This was the worst display of airline service I ever seen!"
Miinukset: "No food or water was offered. Had to stop for water . Barely any selection of movies"
Plussat: "Great service, love being able to order food and drinks from the in seat computer."

Miinukset: "This was my first trip to Europe and I was a bit nervous about the experience, I've been on plenty of planes, however, about nothing like this. Norwegian Airlines is the worst experience I have ever had on a plane or any mode of transportation. We were running to the terminal because they only announced that they had last call,and we were eating. When we got there, they pulled my fiancee aside to weigh her bags (mind you this is about 5 mins before the plane is about the leave). I'm waiting inside of the airway for her and they spot me and pull me back out to weigh my bag. The guy was shady, he pulled on my bag as it was on the hand scale and said it was 3 kg overweight. I told him it's not, I weighed it myself, so he weighs it again and say "sorry, I meant it is 4kg overweight" he said that it is 15 dollars per kg, unless I want to leave stuff here. I looked at him and he just stared at me until I gave him my credit card. $60!! That's ridiculous, especially considering I bought a hand weight just for this occasion. My fiancee had to pay $90!! And just to top it off, they wouldn't give her passport, she had to ask for it back. Also, if you dont purchase a food plan before hand you have to buy it on the plan. They dont even offer peanuts. This airline will nickel and dime you for everything. Better off with another airline if you are traveling abroad. You'll end up paying the same, but will have better service. Never again will I fly Norwegian"

Plussat: "WOW went out of business before our flight, and Kiwi handled our transfer very poorly, promising things they never delivered. Agents in Prague were infinitely more helpful and straight forward."

Miinukset: "Since when is food/snacks complimentary for International flights? I had to pay for a cup of tea!"

Miinukset: "Unable to order still water through their tablet system, it says water was unavailable , so we kept having to go up and ask staff. I mentioned it to the staff and he said I had to order it through the tablet but then I mentioned it was broken. Still he didn't have the sense to followup to see how he could rectify it. They gave us a cup at a time and didn't ask if we wanted larger portions."
Miinukset: "Typically an international flight that cost 1000+$ would come with food and drinks, given that they cost next to nothing compared to the ticket. But apparently for Norwegian one has to purchase food and drinks on top of the ticket, otherwise you don't even get served water in a 7 hour flight, which is completely ridiculous. Do you really the 2$ from a passenger for some water? Btw, I pre-purchased food and water. It's the fact that the people who sat next to me didn't get served water when I received food and drinks that made me very uncomfortable."
Plussat: "Nice clean, quiet and smooth ride. The economy seats seem to have a little more legroom than most."
Miinukset: "The staff on both transatlantic flights were absentee. While I get that it is a budget carrier and they use a request your services via the entertainment system model, they were all behind the curtain all the time. Not even offering water occasionally. Really? Also, I don’t understand why they promote larger windows with dimming functions if the are going to override the controls. While I understand being courteous to other in the plane who might be sleeping, what good is ordering a window seat if the window is put and left in a darkened state the entire flight? An above the clouds sunset opportunity missed. Annoying!!!"

Miinukset: "They will give you a small cup of water for free if you ask for it but they don't let you know that."
Plussat: "You ought to have a NA option as Food was not served on this shorter route."
Miinukset: "Delayes delayes delayes....I fly to Europe quite often: Norwegian is the only company who doesn’t make up any lost time in the air... Cranky and unpleasant flight attendants... The overall experience felt like they really don’t care...."
Miinukset: "I paid for a premium seat and once I boarded the flight the attendant told me my seat was broken and couldn't recline! On an eight hour flight, I had to sit upright in a seat I paid extra to recline!"
Plussat: "Great flight, nice plane."
Miinukset: "They actually weigh your carry ons and mine were too heavy."
Plussat: "The flight crew personnel were friendly & helpful. Seats were fine, there was enough space. We were majorly delayed but so glad that they did not cancel the flight."
Miinukset: "The flight left almost 5 hours late, and we were just hoping it would not be canceled, as the staff at the airport would provide no information for over 4 hours. It caused some panic that we would be stranded as there was not another flight (from Paris to LA) with this airline for 2 days! It was hard to believe that the airline staff would tell us nothing, as somebody knew what caused the delay and if it was likely that the flight would go, right??!"

Miinukset: "Everything bad from checking in to bag fee $200 per bag Crowded zero service got 90 minutes to get your all luggages"

Plussat: "the flight attendants were nice and attentive"
Miinukset: "The plane seemed like it was built in 1990. My wife's TV screen was black and white & we only had two working channels. There was no where to charge electriconics (which was unfortunate for a 9hr flight), and we waited on the tarmac in Newark from 9:10-10:40 because there "was no parking" for our plane. Lastly, (probably more Newark's fault) we waited another hour and ten minutes for our luggage at claim."
Plussat: "The entertainment system was pretty good."
Miinukset: "I bought the ticket at the last minute and couldn't pre-pay for luggage or food. The food cost me and my companion $50 for sandwiches, snacks and drinks. Even water and soda is $3 for a small can. If you want a blanket, they charge, if you want anything, they charge. Luggage was over $80. Just pay more for a different airline, it will be less."
Plussat: "I believe the only thing I did like about the trip was the easement of getting checked to board the plane. Other than that, maybe just the price of my flight."
Miinukset: "Where to begin, first of all the flight was delayed. And not just one or two hours, but almost 5 hours! The communication from the boarding crew was atrocious, as they did not keep us informed until maybe an hour after the fact that it was already delayed. After finally being cleared to board we were all cramped and rushed on a shuttle from the waiting area to the plane. I've been on cramped planes before, but maybe not this badly. I received a middle seat, which was alright, but the amount of space to move around in was unacceptable. I attempted to load my carry on in the storage compartment overhead but it was all taken up. That made matters worse in terms of having space to stretch my feet out, as the person's next to me were not the kindest and kept cramping me even more. The delaying of my flight made me miss my check in to my hotel two hours later. I lost most of my day I'm being able to have free time before the check in due to it. Overall, I was not satisfied one bit with the airline service. I just hope that my return flight is a more pleasant one."

Only one person working at counter, Peaple started getting upset & confused. they sent us to the hotel outside the air port in Long Island. By the time we get there it was 3:30. Kids are crying & sleeping on the floor I felt so bad. Not knowing when we gonna fly until I went down to front desk in the morning. No call or email from Norwegian air. Whole thing was so crazy and handled unprofessionally. I’ll never use them."
Miinukset: "They didn't dim the lights as much as previous flights, which would have helped to sleep. However, none of the tv's for entertainment were working for the entire flight. I know that the flight attendants attempted to reset it a couple times, and that it was out of their hands, but it made the flight very disappointing."
Plussat: "Nothing really. It took off, it landed."
Miinukset: "2 hours delayed. Old plane, no entertainment or food. Indifferent crew. Nothing to recommend it really and no reason to endorse choosing this airline."

Miinukset: "I believe it's an airport issue so I'm hesitant to put this but I was unable to check in until 2 hours prior to my flight. The rest of the party I was traveling with was on a different flight that left a bit sooner so I arrived with them at the airport only to be kept waiting as they were able to go through security upon arrival. Norwegian doesn't have a designated window or kiosk so I wasn't able to get any help on the matter."
Plussat: "New Boeing 787, Very nice plane, comfortable, great entertainment. Watched 3 movies I had missed."
Miinukset: "Online checkin and seat selection did not work. We still got the 2 aisle seats we wanted but not together."

Miinukset: "I did not like food service.I have some food restrictions.There were no kosher or halal options.Anyway, I was not expecting that but I wanted to get a cup of soda but the crew said if you don't get the food you can't have the soda so I had to buy it. This is stupid. I did not like luggage restrictions they allowed me only 10 kg if it is more than 10 you have to pay another hundred dollars. If I find another direct flight I'll try it."

I wish my seat existed. I had to wait uncomfortably and nervously to find out if there was any free space for me. A horrible situation, that should not happen. Finally, with other companies, even without knowing where we sit, they always put us together. This has never existed such a coincidence or case.

Miinukset: "Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated"

Miinukset: "To start off with there was only ONE person checking people in before the flight, so it took forever. Then the guy at check-in told us we were already supposed to have our boarding passes printed out and that he was not able to print them for us. Basically, it was a "figure it out for yourself" sort of situation. We went to another counter, not even directly associated with Ryan, and a very nice gentleman there printed our passes for us. He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would."

No ground staff apart from one lady who worked for the airport who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They loaded the Dublin flight through the same gate we were supposed to be flying from and we’re putting them on buses keeping them there 10 minutes pulling them off the buses, putting them back on the buses. It was an absolute joke. On the flight the cabin crew were slow, again no information at all. Just stood there looking useless and chatting ignoring passenger call lights. We landed in Stansted and they couldn’t open the gate as the ground staff “couldn’t find the key” keeping us on the plane for an extra 10-15 minutes with no AC. Terrible experience would never book Ryanair ever again."

Packed transit tram to plane: priority peopleeaitedin the idling tram while everyone for the flight came down. Never again! Price or not!"

Miinukset: "Delayed over an hour with no communication. Wouldn’t let us check in online and then we’re penalized $150 to check in at airport. Boarding stared and we waited on the gate for 30+ min along with all other passengers. No communication from crew. No crew or staff working gate. No gate announced until after flight departure time. Overall awful."

Miinukset: "Ryanair charges low prices to get you locked into their flight, then if you do not follow their rules exactly then they try to charge you money left and right: 1) Not checking in online 2) Not printing your boarding pass 3) Having too heavy of bags 4) Carry on in not the smallest possible carry on size 5) Any extras during the flight including water"
Plussat: "Liked absolutely nothing."
Miinukset: "The staff was rude and took every opportunity to scam more money out of the passengers. I will never recommend Ryanair to anyone. Never have I been so disappointed in a travel experience. I'd rather be dragged off a United plane than ride Ryanair again."

Miinukset: "We paid for priority boarding and then we're put on a bus and told to stand. When the bus stoped everyone dashed to the entrance and we were one of the last people to get on board."

Miinukset: "I did not appreciate having to obsess for weeks about the luggage restrictions and whether we met them; the fact that we had to arrive with a printed boarding pass in hand. -- when you are traveling that is not easy. The flight turned out to be just fine, but I was expecting to be hit with another charge right up to the moment we got on the plane. Were we just lucky?"
Plussat: "On the way to Athens I seemed to have more legroom than usual. I could stretch my legs straight."
Miinukset: "On the way back, I seemed to have less legroom, though it seemed the same plane 737-800. I knew that there would be no food or entertainment ."
Plussat: "They didn't lose my luggage"
Miinukset: "I was told I could not use my pillow for take-off, landing and the majority of the in flight. I broke my neck years ago and I need the pillow for neck support especially for takeoff and landings which are always the most painful part. ( Didn't help that the pilot had rough decent and a violent touchdow on landing). I just truly am baffled as to why I was not allowed to use a pillow? We are not talking about some large bed pillow we are talking about a small pillow that takes up no room and is specifically made for flying. I tried using my water bottle as neck support but it was no luck. Flying is already painful enough and to not be allowed to use a pillow which helps to support the neck is truly agregious. I really don't know what to say on why this wasn't allowed but I hope this issue is solved with upper management so the next person with such a problem will Never have to go through this. As for I, I will never use Ryanair again. Truly disappointing."
Plussat: "Cabin crew were brilliant and dealt with all questions with ease. Well trained team and immaculate appearance."
Miinukset: "Rough landings but not sure if that's due to aircraft model."
Plussat: "Crew friendly."
Miinukset: "The website is impossible. It appeared to process my bag payment only to find out it didn't. Address options for USA don't include my address so it won't process my credit card. Online chat "help" asked me to try several things, none of which worked. Paid for bags at airport for twice the price and told how to avoid it on the return flight by cashier. Of course that method didn't work either. Would not process the Paypal payment either. Hard to believe that all the online issues are not at least somewhat deliberate so they can bill more at the airport."
Miinukset: "One guy is very rude. Even said if we have any problem with him we can stay at the airport."
