Flight 90 minutes late. No communication from Ryan Air about this.
Really cramped, uncomfortable
Fast, good loads in and out, totally worth of price.
I and my family got treated in an unfairly way upon check in! It was my first ever time to travel with Ryanair even though I travel 35 to 40 trips a year. I printed all paper for my trip from Dubai to London to Leeds and York in UK and then all paper for my trip to Italy incluyding PCR tests, hotels and trains. However, I couldnt check in online with confirmation email I received from Kayyak so I thought its ok I can just go to Ryanair desk on arrival to airport to check in. On arrival to Ryanair desk, the lady I spoke to wasnt professional and in fact was very rude. The minute she knew I didnt check in online she looked at me and asked me to pay £55 each to check in and when I asked her nicely to check with her supervisor if anything can be done to reduce charges she said to me "I'm the manager today and nothing you can do otherthan paying the £55 for each one of you!". I had to pay £275 for the 5 of us and when I said to her I'll send a complaint about this she said I dont care I dont work for Ryanair!. The delay she caused us to check in made us not making it to plane ontime and that made the situation even worst. I had to pay another 1100 euro on airfrance to make it to Rome. Miinukset: "Flight was too noisy, There were three Spanish couples with children that did not cared about other passengers, leaving their children running about, and changing places among themselves, shouting, and annoying others. The airline should impose rules for these types of passengers."

Plussat: "I screwed up i booked the one-way tickets in reverse. Used my phone while on the Camino and did not see the mistake until after the 24 hour period. There were still seats available and they could have switched but no- they kept the fare, of course and said for and addl 500€ each we could correct our flight. Good Lord!"
Miinukset: "Their total inability to help and that they took our money for nothing in return. Customer service was basically that’s the rules, can’t help you out. We took Renfe train instead for a fraction of what they wanted and had a great trip."
Miinukset: "Tried to cancel through the Ryanair website, and they wouldn’t cancel it. So... never went, and the seats were empty"

Miinukset: "We were not told the reason for the delay. We were not given an estimate of the length of the delay. No update information was given. We all understand there can be problems; but just tell us what they are? Then, we were all called forward to board, but I was still standing 45 minutes later in the queue. Let us wait in (relative) comfort in the terminal (restrooms, drinks, wider seats etc), don't start to board us ridiculously early."

Miinukset: "The fact that our flight was delayed for well over an hour, and our gate was changed three times, which caused human stampede each time. Incredibly poorly managed."

Plussat: "I bought two tickets together and they wouldn’t allow sit together even though the aircraft was half empty, another stupid way to overcharge"
Miinukset: "I checked in online. Didn’t realize I had to save a mobile download of the check in. The woman at the front desk yelled at us and told us to get out of line. We pulled it up on our mobile and got back in line. She then told very rudely agreed to help us. My husband thanked her for her kindness and I giggled and walked away (because she wasn’t kind at all). she then began to scream at us from 20 feet away “YOU ARE VERY RUDE AMERICANS!” I’ve never experienced something that odd. Then, the flight was 4 hours late for some unknown reason. I tried to get a wine on the flight and the credit card machine wasn’t working. Instead of doing whatever normal company would do and graciously give us a wine for the terrible service, very late flight and no working way to pay, the flight attendant grabbed the wine back and continued serving other people. The whole day was a disaster. Now it’s 2 am and I have another flight to be up for in 4 hours."

Miinukset: "Seats too small and too close together. It arrived late, and claimed to be "on-time". Our luggage disappeared for 15 mins while later arrivals got theirs before us."
Plussat: "Boarded quickly and smoothly, and landed ahead of time. Offloaded very quickly and smoothly also."
Plussat: "I was able to take my guitar as hand luggage, which is very important. Even though guitars exceed the hand baggage limits, many professionals need to be able to carry on their instruments. Priority boarding is essential."
Plussat: "App not working for days. Not able to access boarding pass. Gate charged 55 euro just to print a bourding pass."
Miinukset: "Nothing no leg room"
Miinukset: "I did my reservation online and they asked me to pay 50 euro because it not completed I already did first step and second strip but than no response from your website I came to the airport 3 hours before departure to a void the problem but office was closed"
Plussat: "The flight left on time and arrived early. I like being able to board and leave from the rear entrance when seats are in the back of the plane."

Miinukset: "Poor communication for the check in, passport control and boarding. Flight delayed with no communication. Landed late and then delayed again and had to wait 40 min to deboard the plane. Missed my connection costing me an extra 60 euro to get to my final destination :( they don't care!! I read reviews that this airline is habitually late. I assumed people were just being hard on them. Nope! I will either avoid this airline or assume an extra 2-3 hours of wasted time anytime I fly with them!!"

Miinukset: "It was not clearly stated anywhere that a boarding pass must be printed beforehand, as most companies allow use of mobile passes or downloading of the boarding pass onto the phone. Their website did not allow downloading of the boarding pass on the phone and I was charged a 15 Euro fee for "checking in" at the airport when I had already checked in online. I will not be flying with this airline again, the other airlines are cheaper when considering all the ridiculous fees and poor customer service."

Plussat: "RyanAir line failed to help me when my main air fare was delayed and I came super late to Barcelona, unable to make any sort of help for me to be able to fly to Sevilla."
Miinukset: "I wish I could use a stand by ticket to Sevilla, but not even that I could get. Maybe a Ticket credit would be very helpful to use for a future flight."

Miinukset: "Ticket counter associates, horrific! They don't have a clue. Their app wasn't working to download tickets and associates wanted to charge me €18@ to print a paper ticket. Ridiculous! I'll take my business to Aegean or Olympic airways next time as well as my friends and family."

Miinukset: "If you're big or tall this airline might not be for you. Tight fit all the way round for me and hubby. He's tall and I am stout so we were pretty uncomfortable. Glad flight was an hour. And thank goodness we checked in on line the day prior. That charge at the airport is ridiculous!,,,,,"

Miinukset: "I had a 10 pound pair of ankle weights removed from my check on bag and I paid $99 for my extra 9 kg, and I thought I had paid for 20kg. But the ankle weights were removed and it will cost me $50 to replace them!! I would like a credit for this. Bishopkyle@outlook.com"
