Crew couldn’t handle full flight specially on Istanbul to Mumbai flight, food was worst , people ordered veg were stuck with chicken. Flight crew non responsive on almost everything.

As I had ordered a Hindu meal, I was served the same dish from Zurich to Istanbul and 2 more meals from Istanbul to Miami - of the SAME meal. Thee was no variety offered for me at all. The entertainment system did not work half the time as there was no access to recent movies etc. The flight attendant (male) spilled water on me, while trying to serve me and I was soaking wet from water from the bottle on my shirt and pants - and besides thrusting a few paper towels at me - nothing else was done and the flight attendant did not check back on me to see how I was doing. The check in process was meh, with the staff in Zurich insisting that I could not be given a more comfortable spot with my recently broken foot healing. Yet in the flight to Miami so many seats were empty while I was squashed and was forced to buy my aisle seat. For such a usually excellent airline, this experience was not in its quality and class of its usual service. It was disappointing.

The crew doesn’t make u feel welcome . The food is ok all the 4 flights have inconvenient. The first one 7 hours late. We miss the convections and they don’t honor the ticket. We have to buy a new ones when we arrived to Istanbul . The flight cappadocia to Istanbul cancel and after 6 hours we flight . We had a big expectations about Turkish airlines and we will avoid to travel With them again .

Plussat: "Paying only half of what other USA airlines offered we had a one stop trip from (IAH) Houston to (TLV) Tel Aviv and were served two meals with offerings of other food if needed. I don't know what was served but it was good yet very different from what we eat in Texas. Then we had a 2 1/2 hour layover in (IST) Istanbul Turkey which gave us plenty of time to get off the plane, shuttle to the terminal gate then walk around the airport for about an hour before heading to the next gate for our connecting flight. The crew was very pleasant and the flight very smooth."
Miinukset: "The landing in Instanbul Turkey was very poorly done, by far the worst I've ever experienced but the rest of the flight and connecting Turkish Airlines flight to Tel Aviv was great. The seats are very cramped but not much different than any other economy seat I've had on any other USA airline. The price of the ticket more than made up for the seat."

Kaksi lentoa lufthansalla, molemmat myöhässä. Ensimmäisen myöhästymisen takia jatkolento siirtyi seuraavalle päivälle.

I flew with United Airlines not Lufthansa from San Francisco to London & same coming back. UA domestic flight from San Francisco to Honolulu could do better, it was delayed & once on board, passengers need 2 purchase wifi connection to see inflight entertainment. Terrible!!!

The Lufthansa flights were great, but the booking process was horrible. They (Lufthansa) rescheduled my flight booking (with no explanation as to why), The new itinerary did not allow a long enough layover. So when the first leg was late I missed my next flight. They automatically rescheduled it, but tried to send me to a different destination. Told me that was OK because it was not far away. I had to insist on the original destination. The Lufthansa online check in process was terrible to navigate Your Priceline web site was unable to find my reservation when I clicked on "My tours". When I called for help, she found my reservation, but told me there was no way to add it to "My tours". What use is signing up for an account if it doesn't work?

The flight was canceled for no reason and never heard from them. Luckily Germany has an excellent train system to get us to Frankfort.

After waiting in line for 2 hours, the ticket agent handed me a card and said I had to call the 800 number. The person on the phone said I had to talk to ticket agent to go standby on a flight to Munich and the ticket agent told me I had to call. I was caught in a loop and no one helped. Then when it became apparent I wasn't getting out that night I was informed that there were no hotel vouchers and I would have to find my own hotel! After searching for an hour for a hotel (all were sold out in Boston) I called a friend who lives outside of Boston. No one gave me a taxi voucher because it was not to a hotel. LUFTHANSA customer service is the WORST!!!!!!!!"

Plussat: "Speed of boarding and de-planing. They are very efficient with staying on schedule, which is important. No one likes hanging around in airports or on planes. Also, my server ran and got me a special request of wine after meal when the choice was Bailey's or Sherry. That was kind of her."
Miinukset: "The announcements are frequent, slow and long. The food was alot of carbs. Nothing was bad, I just got a terrible headache and swollen ankles. Not the airline's fault, but it was hard to enjoy the last flight for these reasons. Also, water poured ahead of time on trays on 2 occasions instead of seeing them pour it. I was sitting next to a coughing sick person so I wanted to cover my beverages and food as soon as possible. My sound on video didn't work all the time. It kept cutting off. Tried my husband's headphones, but didn't help."

It would have been great to have announced overhead or even to us personally all the gates to those of us who were getting connecting flights. We were just told to check the board outside once we landed. Lufthansa could have provided excellent service to my family if they had helped us with our connecting flight gate information to navigate the airport terminal we had never been in before. We literally ran to get our connecting flight which was upstairs once we identified the gate # by ourselves."

Not a problem for us since we were at our final destination but clearly a frustration for many of our fellow passengers. The cereal bar was a nutritional disaster and the the artifical fruit taste was simply awful. Tastes as if LH gets paid for distributing it."

(The flight was also cancelled the next day; my wife was on that flight; I don't believe it was a technical reasons because of this) Resolving the issue wasn't smooth and needed my involvement to propose a working connection. I am Star Alliance gold member (through United) and this did finally give me a connection."

Miinukset: "Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

No wifi

I missed two connections because the flights were late. I was given a substitute itinerary that had more layovers in different cities, one of which was Oslo, which is quite possibly the worst airport I’ve ever experienced. I arrived to my destination 3 hours later than expected, which made my taxi ride to my hotel more expensive because of traffic. And then to top it all off, they misplaced my luggage. And as I watch it move through their system because of an AirTag placed in my suitcase, it’s quite clear that they are in no hurry to get it to my hotel.

It had a good range of movies but the flight map was broken at my seat. I tried both online and by calling to request a menu and the wait to speak with someone was 45 minutes, and there was nothing on line that allowed me to choose a meal option. The plane was small and all seats were taken. After the meal there were incredibly long lines for only two toilets. Finally, SAS lost our luggage, which can of course happen, but there were more than 50 people waiting around at the carousel and nobody from SAS came to tell us the truth. Finally news trickled back to us by word of mouth and when we got to the SAS baggage consigne, there was only one SAS woman working there and she refused even when asked to announce to us what had happened so we would have some idea. Instead she told someone who told someone else and again by word of mouth we found forms to fill out about who we were and where we were staying. I stood in line for 45 minutes and only then would she explain the luggage had been left in Copenhagen but would arrive that night or the next day--something she could easily have shared with the group instead of leaving everybody in the dark. And at no time did another SAS official or staff member come to help all of us standing there, some of the group waiting with no news for 2 hours when the SAS lady knew full well what had happened. It is shameful. Will never fly SAS again.

United Airlines inability to assign seating all the way through, throwing their hands in the air and blaming SAS, while SAS did exactly the same thing about United."

Will not fly SAS again until that policy has changed."
Plussat: "The 7 hr trip to Copenhagen was rough. The seats are too close together. My knees hit the seat in front of me even without reclining. When the seat in front of me reclined the tv screen was 6” away from my face. It was next to impossible to get out of the seat."

I almost missed this flight due to highly backed up passport control. If SAS was running so many international flights, they should have shifted the layer over, since many people were taking connecting flights for Oslo to Manchester. No food, there should have at least been a snack or at a minimum offered water."

Miinukset: "We arrived at Berlin-Tegel two hours before our flight, as is generally recommended for air travel... to find that there was no one working to check us in to our flight, and no option for automated boarding passes. We had to wait for a half an hour before a desk attendant for SAS showed up to begin checking people in specifically for our flight. We were told by floor staff that desk staff usually don't even arrive until two hours before the flight they are supposed to check in. Then when they arrived we were told we had been waiting in the wrong line (priority) and had to get at the back of the regular line. There were no signs, so we had no way of knowing this. Then someone else told us one line was for if you already had your boarding pass, the other was for if you didn't: luckily we had chosen the right one, but a bunch of other people had to move again. One passenger mentioned to staff that it would really help if there were signs (there were monitors, but they were blank) but she was ignored. The line was massive and there was only one desk agent, so it took a long time. Anyway by the time we finally got through security we only had 20 minutes before boarding. I don't even know how everyone else behind us made it onto the flight, or if they did. At our gate there were literally ten seats in the waiting area. So of course everyone waiting for our flight was clustered around, standing awkwardly, and couldn't help blocking all the walkways. Then when we thought we were finally boarding the plane we just got onto a shuttle bus to go all the way across the airport to where our plane was waiting. Overall, pretty ridiculous. I have not flown out of Tegel before so I'm not sure how much of this fiasco was the airline's fault and how much was due to the airport itself. But we were very frustrated by the time we finally took off, and will probably avoid both (Tegel and SAS) in the future if at all possible."

Miinukset: "Check in took two hours! Gmhad to wait in line to "check" our bag and then wait in another to "pay" for our checked bag and get boarding passes. Very inefficient."

The de-planing process could have been better in Buenos Aires - it took a long time before the aero bridge was connected - not the fault of Air France..

It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

The economy got their bags before 1st and business."

Turns out it wasn't random and I didn't need it. Both times they read my boarding pass wrong thought I was going to Tel Aviv - not random. Airport was hot as hell! Flight kept getting delayed then we had a gate change as well. Finally got on the plane and it took forever to take off so we were basically sitting in a sauna for 30+ minutes."
