The plane was filthy again
We had a connecting flight both with Ryanair - both delayed nearly missed it.
Fast, good loads in and out, totally worth of price.
Gate opened 45 mins before allowed to enter the airplane. Crew did not act to maintain passagenrs safety when landed. Passangers startwd standing and opening overhead compartments while olane was still moving

Plussat: "I like the assistant she tried to help me at the check in with the extra kilo even though I was a bit stressed and she was too but she need to listen what the costumer says because there was a mistake"
Miinukset: "Make the payment for the extra kilo at the same place at the check in point PLEASE I can’t spend 1hr and a half on only the baggage check in and if I want to pay for an extra kilo I have to go another place and wait again a looot The plane was too cold The chair in the plane like a rock stone sitting on There was a mistake in the ticket because of the baggage I’m sorry but it was a bit hard"

Miinukset: "Flight was delayed 50mins. No explanation was given!"
Plussat: "Flight in the morning was changed by 3 hours making it impossible for me to get to the flight (Oslo Torp). Ryanair allowed me onto another flight (Yay EU 261) from the other Oslo Airport (Gardermoen) with a seat booked at no added cost. Customer service rep was fast and made the process very simple!"
Miinukset: "Massive queues everywhere. Plane was delayed 40 mins"
Miinukset: "I got to the airport with plenty of time to make my 1:30pm flight. However the flight ended up being initially delayed for roughly 90 minutes according to the airport, while many passengers received notifications that it was closer to 2 and a half hours. When asked, the Ryanair deask said that they did not know anything and basically told us it was not their problem. We did not take off until after 5pm. However, it did not end there. Having never been told what the problem was, we finally boarded the plane and found that it was filthy. There were bread crumbs all over my seat and a candy bar wrapper underneath. I would have thought that with an extra 4 hours the plane could have at least been cleaned. Other than that, it was typical Ryanair, the seats do not recline, the staff is indifferent, and boarding was done via a bus to the tarmac."

Miinukset: "Delay at the airport, also didn't take off anytime soon. We were sitting for over half and hour in the plane. Seats are very cramped too. People over 1.80m / 6 foot have to book an extra seat with more space, otherwise you won't have an convenient flight."
Miinukset: "Seating uncomfortable, don’t even serve water, charge money to check in 3 days early and for some strange reason they charged 100€ for standard carry ones manufactured by Samsonite for international travel because it didn’t fit in their standard cubby ... the same carry ones they allowed from London to Stansted became a tad too big on return . They remind me of US traffic police that start giving tickets on tiny issues st the end of the month to make their quota . Also many people in the line had bags exactly our size"
Miinukset: "NOTHING. I will never fly with Ryanair again. On the way to Malaga only one toilet was working, on the way back to Leeds I was told I'd only paid for my luggage one way and had to pay another 50 euros go get it back to Leeds. There was no food or cold drinks on the flight and we were delayed by an hour and half which meant my partner who came to pick me up had to pay £27 for parking. Ridiculous! So no, never again."

Miinukset: "A couple of my families bags were considered large and I have to pay 100 Eu to get them checked. Not even coffee and water are complimentary The staff was curt It took over 25 minutes of sitting before we were underway"
Miinukset: "We had more than 2 hours delay and although the company knew that that would be the case, they didn't let us know beforehand. We only found out when we arrived at the airport. Apparently the delay was because the aircraft had come with more than 2 hours delay from London so the company was fully aware our flight would also be delayed."
Miinukset: "I didn't liked price for changing the name. I've booked flight for 19,99 to Barcelona, but name change costs 110 euro. It's not very normal"
Miinukset: "Cramped, uncomfortable seats that do not recline. Inattentive flight attendants. Poor beverage service, like they were trains to offer nothing unless you tackled a flight attendant as she raced by. Packed transit tram to plane: priority peopleeaitedin the idling tram while everyone for the flight came down. Never again! Price or not!"
Miinukset: "As usual with ryan air it's all about the cash. Missed my flight because of lip balm and a baggage check and then when I asked for help. They basically did nothing. I will never fly with you again. Luckily managed to get a B.A flight for £95.00 the same day and Ryan air wanted £413.00"
Plussat: "Flight was delayed, very late notice given to were stuck and couldnt get out. Bus took us to the plane and were waiting for 20 mins in a bus while the plane was unload with previous passanger, fueled, cleaned etc!!!! Overall got 2h delay"

Miinukset: "They could have had some kind of entertainment but the price was cheap."
Miinukset: "Small and uncomfortable airplane. No organization for boarding. They charge a 50€ fee if you don’t check in online, but the online app also purposefully separates passengers so you have to purchase seats together. So many fee charges not worth the aggravation."
Plussat: "You get what you pay for. Nothing less and definitely nothing more."

Plussat: "The flight departed on time and arrived early. Pleasant staff, no fuss. Just what you want from a flight."

Miinukset: "No room, knees hitting chair in front of you I'm 5'5". We had to pay $100 euros to get our boarding passes. This is a sham and no doubt they rake in tens of thousands by screwing people in this way. I'd fly another airline."

Miinukset: "No tv and boarding was poor because it wasn't clear for someone that are new flyers. We also had to go outside to board and it was raining. No towels to dry off."
Plussat: "Friendliness Good Pilot(s) Easy Boarding"
Miinukset: "Our flight was delayed by over two hours from Frankfurt Hahn. No one on the ground gave us any information. They left the entire group of people alone in the gate and did not return until the flight had landed. Everyone was sitting on the floor, clueless. We did not know where the plane was or when it would come. I also paid extra for priority boarding to ensure that my bag would have space in the overhead compartment so I would not have to store it under my seat. However when the remainder of the passengers boarded the aircraft, they took my bag out from the overhead compartment to put another passengers bags where mine were. They had me put my bags underneath my seat. This would not be a big deal but I am an above average tall person, so it forced me to be quite uncomfortable for the entire flight. When I tried to tell the flight attendant that I paid for priority, she ignored me and walked away. 2/10 would not use airline again. I would rather pay the extra to be treated better."

Plussat: "Boarding was good. Left & arrived on time. Crew very efficient in spite of the problems encountered with passengers."
Miinukset: "The flight was not so much Ryanair as Liverpoolair. There were hen & possibly stag parties on board who had obviously had a lot to drink , were very noisy including when the safety procedures were being announced & the crew had to constantly deal with passengers who would not obey instructions."

Miinukset: "Stop trying to sell me things every 10 minutes. I just want to get some sleep. Provide something for free, like peanuts or pretzels, as a nice gesture."

Plussat: "I liked the price...boarding from a hangar in the freezing cold in early morning wasn't so delightful but overall...it took off, it landed and that's all you can ask if an airline"

Miinukset: "Had my boarding pass on my phone but it wouldn't load because no wifi at santorini airport so they charged me $20 per boarding pass (there were three of us)"
Miinukset: "The check-in agent in Palemo was very rude. The seats are cramped (paying a fee for front seats provided no additional legroom). Even the boarding process was willy nilly. Vueling provided much better service for regional flying service and comfort."
Plussat: "If you use Ryanair as a bus service it's fine. Nothing fancy just get on ,travel, get off."
Miinukset: "Many, if not most , passengers bring huge bags on . They are obviously over size and weight. Fine in one way but means not everyone can get their hand luggage packed away. Water ??? was flowing down the aisle on landing which wet my handbag. We were nearly an hour late."
