being a flight attendant and using spécial fare I apreciate being treated equally to the other pax, the fact that the crew, when I informed them of my status, went to check if I had a good seat ( no one beside me, to be able to get good rest.) Those are important gestures towards the person. I look to more flights with KLM

The flight has a 32 hour layover and KLM lost my luggage and it was not found until a week after my arrival back home. I still have not received my bag at this time. The boarding crew was manually tracking who boarded and who didn't. It was a cluster."

Miinukset: "KLM had bumped us to a later flight for no reason and again we had to call with a long wait to get our original connection restored, However, we did not get boarding passes during checking in Europe and thus had to go outside security in Detroit to the main check-in gate and wait 30 minutes to get the error resolved. Then it was back thorough security and a rush to the gate to get there in time to board. Lost our original seat assignment and wound up in the last row at the tail of the plane. Extremely poor coordination between KLM and Delta who operated the flight."

Around 7h of delay, no information at all from Ryanair, awful experience, will probably never book a fly with this horrible company! When we landed at Brussels, they forgot to unload bagages from the plane, we waited around 1h30 more, people have to threaten the airport staff to start become insane and start to destroy the airport stuff in order have someone to call some staff of the airport, to finally find that Ryanair did not tell the Brussels airport that the plane have bagages in it to unload... (By the way, the person who tell us this, is from Brussels staff, I still did not hear anything from Ryanair about the delay reason and the bagages issue...)
It was a great flight because it was on time and I didn't miss my connection and the plane was mostly empty so it was spacious. No food on board.

Miinukset: "Ryan Air charged my husband and I FIFTY Euros EACH for not checking in online before coming to airport. However, they were very sneaky and misleading, bec. they sent us an email saying that we must check in 2 hours before flight time -- here are their exact words: "Online check-in is up to 2 hours prior to departure. " so we got up at 4:30 am to get to airport exactly 2 hours before to check in online, but online check-in was closed. then at the counter they told us we had to pay 50 Euros each, extra for not checking in online."
Plussat: "The availability to go from Ireland and Scotland was very nice. The cost was cheap with an additional fee for everything else. I did purchase an extra bag at 20kg before. I also paid 5 GBP for priority seating. Your ticket is your phone or a print out. There is no entertainment, possibly with the exception of conversation. You could purchase limited food items."
Miinukset: "The plane numbers did not seem to correspond to the download. I had to check the screen by town and I was vaguely concerned I might have made a mistake. The gates changed twice. Or, they announced the wrong gate change the first time."

Miinukset: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours, which was a bummer because I missed the check-in window for my hotel in Italy. We also had to walk out onto the runway to board and then had to head back inside. The crew sold us on products throughout the trip."

Miinukset: "Check-in lady at the desk was a bit impatient and rude if we did not speak Italian when we arrived too early before check-in started."

Miinukset: "We arrive to the Santorini Airport at 6 a.m. for a 8:10 a.m. flight. The first issue that we experienced was a charge for checked bags over 20 kilograms, the initially fee is 43 euros with an additional fee for each kilogram above 20 you are required to pay 9 euro. After shuffling our bag around, we paid the 43 euro. Although we had electronic tickets, they tried to make us to print the tickets for 18 euro. After we worked through that, we proceeded to our "gate." Shortly before our flight, they delayed it in 10 minutes increments, then 20 minute increments until the departure time was rescheduled for 10 AM. Once 10 AM arrived, the flight was delayed again from 10 AM to 5 PM. At that time, I left security to speak to a representative of Ryanair and she informed me that she GUARANTEED the flight would depart at 5 PM. I proceeded to ask her that if it did not, if she could immediately provide me a refund so that we could take the 7:15 PM ferry to Athens for our departure flight to the United States. She agreed she would. As the departure time approached for our 5 PM flight they once again delayed. We immediately went to receive our refund and she informed is that because it was not canceled, she could not provide a refund, which was not what she had previously told me. We then decided to take a cab to the port and purchase tickets for the ferry. Shortly after we left, we were told the flight was delayed time and time again until at least 1:45 AM. I'm not sure if the flight ever went out or if it was ultimately canceled. I would never recommend flying Ryanair. The only positive after 12 hours in the overcrowded, rundown, Santorini airport, a 20 Euro cab ride to the port, and 5 hours on an extremely turbulent ferry boat, Ryan air did refund our ticket and baggage fees. They did not refund us for any other expenses. Avoid them at all cost."

Plussat: "This was my first time on Ryanair. The plane was no less comfortable than other standard planes I've been on. I didn't check a bag, I didn't buy any extras. I don't fly with cheap airlines in the US on principle based on the many horror stories I've heard, so I was a bit nervous about Ryanair. My trip was mostly very easy going though, so I really appreciated that I didn't end up paying what I'd saved on the ticket in some other way. All in all, I would say it was just fine. If you're going to fly around Europe with just some carry-ons, you'd be silly not to go with a budget airline. You're in the air for such a short time anyway!"
Miinukset: "Was really annoying to have to check in ahead of time and print my boarding pass at home, only to still have to stand in line to get the visa stamp as a US Passport holder. They should have a line for people checking in luggage and another for the stamp because it's really frustrating to wait 20+ minutes for a 10 second interaction. What's the point of self check-in if you still have to wait in line anyway?"

Plussat: "If you are flying without luggage or carry-on, Ryan Air might be fore you."
Miinukset: "The airline charges a ridiculous amount for EVERYTHING! We bought our tickets and realized almost immediately that bags were not included. We tried to upgrade our ticket type to be inclusive of a bag, but took two hours to navigate their automated "customer service". Finally got through to a live person (which they charge for), they will allow you to upgrade the ticket if you bought through KAYAK. You have to purchase your bags separately, and 1 bag was significantly more than what our ticket costs. I contacted KAYAK roughly 5 hours after the original purchase, and they could do nothing because Ryan Air is a low cost carrier. It was cheaper buy Aer Lingus seats inclusive of luggage than to add luggage on Ryan Air. I will never fly Ryan Air again, and caution anyone trying to buy Ryan Air through KAYAK"
Plussat: "The in-flight staff was friendly"
Miinukset: "The boarding process was incredibly disorganized, with no rhyme or reason for why we were waiting in line after line after line without getting close to boarding the plane. The flight was delayed so we missed our takeoff time, and had to sit on the tarmac for an additional hour and a half until we could get another time. There were very few updates given, and people had to ask flight attendants for updates since no one knew what was going on (even the flight attendants didn't know). We weren't provided any snacks or drinks (not even water) and were told we couldn't even purchase water from them because they weren't allowed to sell anything until we were in the air. When we arrived in Edinburgh, we had to wait for a gate to be available because we were so late, and then had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for grounds crew (which ended up being one woman) before we could get off the plane."
