SO WHEN WE ARRIVE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ABOUT A HOTEL OR FOOD THEY HAND US THIS PAPER AND TOLD US TO GO TO THE HOTEL THAT IS IN THE AIRPORT IT WOULD BE FOR FREE ALONG WITH THE FOOD. WHEN WE GET THERE THEY TOLD US NO, IT IS ONLY FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS AND WHEN WE EXPLAIN THAT PASSPORT CONTROL SENT US HERE WITH THIS PAPER THEY RESPONDED NO, WE NEED A HOTEL VOUCHER AND WE NEED TO GO BACK. WHEN WE ASK HER TO CALL PASSPORT CONTROL (BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONES WHO SENT US TO THEM) TO SPEAK TO THEM YOURSELF, SHE SAYS "IT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM" WHICH THEN MADE ME SNAP AT HER AND TELL HER WTF DO YOU MEAN ITS NOT YOUR PROBLEM? YOU WORK HERE!!" SO WHEN I ASK FOR THE MANAGERS NUMBER FOR COMPLAINT SHE GIVES ME A 5 DIGIT NUMBER THAT LOOKS MORE LIKE A ZIP CODE THEN A PHONE NUMBER. THEN WE GO BACK TO PASSPORT CONTROL WHO TOLD US THAT WE WOULD HAVE A FREE HOTEL AND FOOD THEY CHANGED THERE STORY AND DIRECTED US TO PAY FOR A VISA AND PAY FOR A HOTEL OUTSIDE. SO IN THE END THEY GAVE US A BULLSHIT STORY SO THEY CAN GET RID OF US AND HAVE US RUN AROUND WHERE IN THE END WE GAVE UP AND SLEPT IN THE AIRPORT TILL WE GOT HOME. THIS IS WHEN I WAS COMING BACK WITH TURKISH AIRLINES. GOING TO MY PLACE OF DESTINATION THE FLIGHT WAS LATE 4 HOURS AND LUCKILY FOR US WE HAD A LONG LAYOVER THAT WE DIDNT MISS MY FLIGHT GOING TO MY PLACE OF DESTINATION. SO GOING AND RETURNING FLIGHT WAS LATE! WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!! I WOULD NEVER FLY WITH TURKISH AIRLINES! This story is repeating with your airline at 29th July our Turkish Airlines flight from Sarajevo was late for 3hours so we were running at Ataturk Airport to catch connection flight to Istanbul even though we booked 4 hours delay in Istanbul. Miinukset: "Our flight was scheduled for 9am and we started from Sarajevo at 12-12:30, therefore we had to run thrue huge part of the Ataturk Istambul Airport in order not to miss our connection flight to Antalya at 16:10. Air condition in the Airplane was also to strong so we could not regulate it alone."

During my trip to Atl to Istambul I asked one crew to give me some water. But she didn't give me. After then I asked another crew. It made me very upset. I am not satisfied about food. It is not standard. It needs to be improved. Train your crews how to SMILE and Greet."

No customer service to ensure passengers know which gates to go through and if passenger has chance of making flight. No recognition of time it takes to get through customs and security to make connecting flight. Actually any semblance of customer service was lacking for passengers to make connecting flights."
Plussat: "The most comfortable coach seats I've ever been lucky enough to sit in (aisle and window in the first row of economy)! First time flying an A340-600, it's a great plane for a long trip."

Ground crew said my bag had made it on board, so i waited and waited but it never showed up in Kraków. Lost luggage team was helpful and told me it didn’t make the flight - it was on the next one. Hopefully it gets delivered soon but it will be difficult bc my air bnb has no buzzer"

Miinukset: "Lufthansa's narrowbodies have one of the most uncomfortable seats in the sky. These slimline seats are built with a central beam running vertically along the midline of the seat, making it very uncomfortable with your spine."

I can't believe there are still middle seats for this price on a modern wide body aircraft. I was on the inside and had to step over my neighbor. The food choices were so unappetizing that I opted not to eat. I usually fly SAS business class, and based on this experience with United, I will go straight back to SAS. They offer better service, better menu choices, and first class seating for the same price. Easy decision."

They weren't particularly large people, just average men but their arms were in my space all the time. Also if I drop something, I cannot pick it up, there's no room. For transatlantic flights the seats should be bigger."

Miinukset: "Once I got in I was given a middle seat, which I would not have chosen had I been able to check in prior for this flight. After this we were given great service until half way through the flight when I was becoming quite thirsty and kept trying to signal the flight attendant based on my help button, but no one came, so I had to stop a flight attendant that was passing so I could ask for some water to drink. Overall, the flight was OK, even though I felt a little crammed in my seat and the need to fish for a flight attendant just to get water was a hassle."

Miinukset: "Getting to LHR early for. 6:30 am flight was no use since they don't have any departing flights between 11pm and 6 am. So we were stuck in the lobby for hours until ticket agents arrived at 4 am. There was one open coffee shop however. Then we waited for security to arrive at about 4:30 am to get through and it was quite a slow shake down. One through there were no restaurants open until 5-5:30 am. The flight itself was fine. Facilities at Frankfurt were minimal with toilets offering only one stall each. While standing in the long queue a lady and her young daughter were rudely ushered out by the male custodian for cleaning, and then it could not be used for another 10-15 minutes."

Miinukset: "No seating area at or near the gate we boarded at, and as boarding was delayed, many people ended up standing for some time because we did not wish to wander too far and then be late for boarding."

Miinukset: "The seat pitch is inhumane. I could barely fit into the seat without hitting my knees on the seat in front. And that was before the person ahead of me reclined. It's not like Lufthansa is a budget airline. It's a full-fledged major carrier charging full-fledged prices. Seriously, I was expecting more."
Plussat: "The seats were roomy, the flight staff was attentive and very efficient. The plane was clean and offered many different movies to watch. They even had new releases on those list along with games and music. I truly enjoyed my first experience with this airline!"

However, we got nonchalantly passed off from one employee to another without having anyone seem really concerned for us."
Miinukset: "I paid £275 for my TICKET ,after 2 min I rang them for cancel my ticket they said refund only £177 Then I said ok change the ticket they said still need to pay penalty charge as well, i wasnt happy then they call me back he said we cancel your ticket and refunds £240 , I lost £35 in 10 min ."

Miinukset: "As an international traveler, I'm not aware of international flight times and rules when traveling. Thus, before my flight on the day, I tried to check-in online which was not available. I then checked check in times cut offs and on the website it clearly says in black and white that check in closes 45mins prior to departure. I made it to the Pegasus check in desk 55mins prior to departure, but it was already closed. In a complete frenzy, I ran to the one and only Pegasus agent and she absolutely refused to help me, saying "everyone knows it's one hour before check in". Uhm, no, everyone doesn't;t know, which is why they go and check it out on the website. That caused me not only to miss a flight and lose €120, but I then had to buy another flight for €370!!!!!!!! I now have to fight my way to the top to dispute this case."

Miinukset: "My husband and son both ordered a wheel chair because I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia and when I arrived in turkey they said there was no order for one. I walked through the airport at a snails PA e and since I arrived I have been very sick."

Miinukset: "my flight from Rome to Istanbul delayed 1 hour so i missed my second flight to Athens and they asked me to stay at the airport till the next day waiting for free seat :( but i refused and i fighting with them .. then they found a free seat in the next flight"

Miinukset: "Transfer between flights was on a short timescale and I received several warnings from pegasus about delays at the airport, because of this I purchased a fast track via their site. This was a total waste of money as there was only one Peterson dealing with fast track and long queues, this meant that ordinary queue was dealt with faster."
Plussat: "They canceled the flight 1 earlier than its time, and refused to refund. Instead asked the passengers to come tomorrow next time. What about the connections? All lost, or canceled other flights."
Miinukset: "I want to make change flight but they where not helpful"
Plussat: "It's not the first time I fly Pegasus the flight is good and I know low cost don't offer free meals but on my booking it was written meals on both flights. So I don't know who to blame the website or the airline but I was too tired to ask them."

Miinukset: "The flight was canceled only after checking in and going through immigration. I am stuck in limbo due to visa expired and can not go back into Dubai. Had to remain inside departure terminal by gate for 18 hours. Ended up rebooking flight with another airline and delaying my arrival into Turkey by two days."

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with using kayak as when I wanted to cancel I was very shocked that vayama charges $344 for changing both flights timings were as if I had booked through Pegasus themselves it would have been $75 , never again and I have deleted the app"
Plussat: "Delay for one 1.15 hours causes losing our connection in Istanbol,resulting waiting for another 7 hours to catch next flight.."

Miinukset: "When the flight landed in Istanbul, plenty of people had tight connections, and no one would help us. With any other airline and in any other airport in the world, every staff member would do everything they could to get all the passengers to their connections. When several of us asked for help and no one would help us. I missed my flight and Pegasus booked me on another flight that had already boarded, so I almost missed that one as well. I couldn't believe that the staff of the airline refused to take us to the front of passport control lines to get us through more quickly, and I can't believe that even when I showed staff that my flight was already boarding, they told me I just had to wait. I will not fly with Pegasus again if there are any other options. Absolutely unbelievable."
