The plane was filthy again
We've been asked to wait at the boarded plane for an hour before flying in a COVID world.
Fast, good loads in and out, totally worth of price.
Plussat: "I could not fault anything with this flight. I arrived 2.5 hours before my flight, was able to drop my bag (I kept it to 20kgs) and pass security all within 15 minutes. Boarding was efficient and the seat quite comfortable. I was asleep before take off and didn't wake until 30 mins before landing. For any airline that many complain about - there is nothing I could fault. Yes - it is cheap and yes there are restrictions but if you follow the advice ie pack to the kg limit, arrive as per the airline suggestion for checkin and be at the gate when required and pre-order any food (or eat before the flight) - there is nothing I can complain about - it was cheap and I was able to be where I needed to be 10 min ahead of schedule. Staff were friendly and helpful."
Plussat: "Crew was very nice!"
Miinukset: "Amount of carry on bags were unclear and we got charged 50£ for having a second bag. This was very confusing and frustrating as we boarded. We were told it was for space but there was plenty of room for luggage."
Plussat: "It is the worst airline on Earth. They barred me from flight, removed my name from the system so that I can't board because they say that I can't travel with EU residence card with which I travelled to all Schengen countries with other airlines. They lied to me and didn't return my money too."
Miinukset: "They must obey EU laws!"
Miinukset: "No service. In order to make up the low fare they force you to buy their services-food, lottary, seats- and because they pay less at the airports , they are last on the list for take off and landing."

Miinukset: "Flight was late. Gate agent hassled me for my Irish residence permit without articulating that she wanted me to produce it."
Plussat: "Although I had a 40 minutes flight, it was really good. The crew were very amiable and fun. All amazing!"
Miinukset: "How rude the crew members were and unhelpful."
Plussat: "The price unbelievably cheap! I eventually got to my destination. The flight was short and I arrived safely."
Miinukset: "Where do I start? Had a 5 1/2 hour delay. The plane had the smallest seats possible. The customer service was subpar. Bad overall experience, but you get what you pay for."
Miinukset: "Made us wait in the pouring rain to board the plane. Still soaked after a three hour flight. Horrible service."
Plussat: "Seat was surprisingly comfortable, even with me being 6'0. Legs had a little room to spread out."
Miinukset: "No free drink. The flight was delayed by 15 minutes, and the board didn't update on boarding time until the plane got there. First time flying ryanair, so I didn't want to leave to get a drink. Ended up paying a few euro's because I was so thirsty on the flight."
Plussat: "We didn't crash and I arrived at my destination safely."
Miinukset: "The flight was 90 mins late, we were herded like cattle onto the plane which was filthy with empty sweet wrappers littering the entirecabin, which in turn was full of crying children (whose parents appeared powerless/unwilling to comfort them). While none of this was helped by the poor weather creating epic turbulence and a near-miss with another aeroplane, I did take a flight the following day with EuroWings in identical weather which was far better controlled with less nausea-inducing turbulence so I do feel I can blame Ryanair for feeling quite sick as we left the plane. If we'd had to go in for a 3rd landing attempt, I'd probably have turned up for my meeting all covered in vomit as they don't even provide sick bags! Ryanair isn't just basic and cheap, they don't even do the basics properly. It's as though they're deliberately trying to make the experience as horrible as possible. Ryanair is dreadful. Never again!"
Plussat: "This is a good airline. I like how cheap the tickets can be"
Miinukset: "What I didn't like at all is the fact that you charge 15 euros just to print a boarding pass!! My phone broke, I was in a bad situation with this already and then asking for 15 when I need the back up the most?!! It's really messed up when you take advantage of people in need of help"
Plussat: "Plane new and flight good. Plane landed on time. Crew pleasant"
Plussat: "The flight was basic, without added perks such as a screen on the back of the seat in front of you, but it also got us to Rome safely. For that, I thank you."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed one hour by an unknown issue and boarding staff did not communicate at the gate. Some of the passengers were boarded then the rest of the passengers were left standing in line at the gate for a prolonged period of time. Boarding staff did not address the passengers while we waited. We did not know how serious the issue was while we waited, if we were going to be allowed to board, or if the flight was going be cancelled. Just before boarding the issue was attributed to a passenger from the previous flight who was in a wheelchair and required assistance. Would have been nice to know while we waited."
Plussat: "I paid for extras this time as on my outbound it was a shambles and did not want to go through it"
Miinukset: "Paid for priority, but there was no priority queue at all, then on the plane we were told yes you just push forward telling people you have Priority? Really? There was signage for normal queue and priority queue but inky the normal queue had staff on so had to join the normal queue. 26£ for what expect a refund"
Plussat: "Good landing and on time."
Miinukset: "Took my carry on bag and put I with the checked in bags without prior notice."
Miinukset: "Unpunctuality again."
Plussat: "Absolutely nothing! Horrible airline to say the least :("

Miinukset: "Almost everything releated to the flight from point A to point B was horrible. This was the first and last time I have ever flight with ryanair. People need to know how poor the airline is, and the airline needs yo improve in almost every aspect related"
Plussat: "Arrived in Barcelona 20 minutes ahead of schedule! The flight was smooth and he crew was energetic."
Miinukset: "Crew was inconsistent. One allowed bigger cabin luggage and some are overly strict. Our luggage was within their requirement but required us to pay, 120 euros for 2 small cabin luggage. Get extra extra small cabin luggage if you decide to fly with RyanAir. They are unfair and rude!"
Plussat: "Quick boarding, probably thanks to the small size of the 2 airports (Trapani and Girona). I also appreciated flying with the new boing by Ryanair."

Plussat: "Very easy, no hassles; Beauvais is a small airport at a distance from Paris but the bus service is excellent."

Plussat: "Trying to print your boarding pass was very difficult and then coming to airport without it caused penalty if 50 eu plus going to stand in another line. Every other airline I've used could print a boarding pass for you at the point where you checked your baggage. Huge dissatisfied!"

Plussat: "A woman employee forcefully removed my girlfriends carry on bag, even though it was carry on size and fit in the carry on holder. They then made us pay $37 to check it and threatened to not let us fly."

Plussat: "The flight was good and on time, friendly cabin crew"
Miinukset: "The boarding crew, meaning that guy at the airport, was very unfriendly"
Miinukset: "I was told next time I have to be careful with my carry-on because I'd have to pay £50 otherwise. However, my carry-on is TSA approved, it has a lot of pockets so it may appear to be a bit bigger but I don't overstuff and I've had no issue getting my bag into the overhead bin. Granted, the officer was kind when she said it, but I also measured my bag and weighed it before my flight and I shouldn't feel there should be an issue with my bag. On my return flight I had souvenirs in my bag (meaning more in my SAME bag) and no one said a word about my carry-on."
Plussat: "I didn't check in for my flight online (sometimes I do for flights, othertimes I don't. It depends if the hotel I'm at has a printer I can use.) Anyway, Ryanair has a fee for not checking in outside the airport. The fee was 50% of my total flight cost ($54 USD.) I've flown on a LOT of airlines, I've never been charged a fee for airport check in. And even if I had to, if you want to nickle and dime a little bit I get it, you're a budget airline, thats what you're supposed to do. But if you're going to charge RIDICULOUSLY HIGH fees for very common practices as a boarding passenger (I'm not talking about flight insurance or premiere seat selection or other gimmicks but things people do regularly, like checking in at an airport) you better put that front and center during the payment phase of your checkout interface. Good lord."
Plussat: "Nothing expect that it was a direct flight and despite leaving late, we arrived on time."
Miinukset: "The plane was uncomfortable, the staff was rude, boarding was a NIGHTMARE, check-in was stressful, everything seems to cost extra, and take off was delayed due to a passenger not feeling well and being unsure whether or not we could fly with him on board."
Plussat: "Cheap, efficient, works!"
Miinukset: "Customer service is just bad. We had to self check in and self drop bag. We intentionally went to a lady to help us she said "this is self check in and you have to do it alone", in the process we had a mistake so she asked "why did you do that, the machine told you not to" - that's exactly how you should NOT treat your customers. We thought our luggage will not arrive - and she was rude and stressing us out. 0/10 for her"
Miinukset: "Way overpriced! We were charged excessive additional money after we booked"
Miinukset: "No option to choose a seat unless you paid and plane was not full. Pilot had to land twice as overshot the runway first time. Water leaked from staff quarters all the way down the plane. Herded like cattle onto the plane from a pen."
Miinukset: "Buyer beware: you need to check-in online 2 hours before your flight otherwise (if you try to check-in at the airport, that way all other airlines work) you get slapped with a 45€ fee."
Plussat: "Cheap, quick, and safe flight."
Miinukset: "Because the tickets are so cheap, they try to get money out of you at every turn! They charged us $20 each to print our boarding passes at the airport (it wasn't enough to have them on our phones)! They make you pay to check a bag and you have to arrange it ahead of time (cannot ask to do it at the airport). They made a big fuss about the sizes of our bags and threatened to charge up to $55 per bag if they needed to check them at the gate! They have tiny compartments at the gate but our bags fit without any issues on the plane itself."
Miinukset: "The airline ticket desk where we check in at the airport staff was extremely rude. They insisted that we must check-in online before the day of our flight, which we were not aware of or informed about this procedure. They then charged me $400 penalty fee for not checking in online prior to the flight (despite that I was not aware of this procedure). The airline ticket check in staff was extremely mean and rude with long lines of people waiting and almost missing their flights."
Plussat: "We like that originally the flight was suppose to be very affordable."
Miinukset: "When the e-mail was sent out with the confirmation it said at the very bottom of the page, past optional car rental, hotel rates, and other advertisements that we were REQUIRED to check in online. That was terrible placement. When we accessed the website online to check in it required passport information, confirmation numbers, and other information so we thought it would be easy to check in at the air port. We arrive to horrible customer service, a demand for 50 euro a piece to just check-in. We received no documentation of purchase and when we went to check our bags in they asked for our registration, and of course the woman who helped us had left for a smoke break. Just terrible!"
