I thought the flight was great- got upgraded to business class super comfortable!!
I like the boarding process was very good, friendly crew. It could be better if premium economy will have a better seats and food.
The crew was the most friendly ever! Just made no sense the fact that we couldn’t get the bearding pass on a timely manner due to issues with CDC site, it was caused not by the AA WORKER, she was great, but something wouldn’t work in the system and it took us over an hour till we could get our boarding passes. And makes no sense to us why we couldn’t seat together. There were plenty couples separated and we had to swap seats. It was a long flight so you’d rather sit w a partner. So if there’s anyway to allow us flying coach to pick our seats ahead of time like most airlines that would be wonderful!, this way there wouldn’t be surprises at boarding.
This was not an Iberia flight it was a “Level” brand flight with a different flight number. The Iberia flight number never had a gate. The only way I knew it was my flight was that it was leaving at the same time as my scheduled flight and I found it suspicious that no ibera bound flights were showing up at the time my flight was scheduled. It felt extremely bait and switched. Level flight staff were not courteous or friendly. Rather cold and rarely offered drinks or acknowledged.
Plussat: "Almost nothing."
Miinukset: "Allow field research of all terminals to best decide for the next flight to book. If I were 3 seconds off and not running on my last leg to Naga, I would have been stuck in Manila for the entire duration of my trip."
Miinukset: "Not only was the flight hours late but there was practically no communication what was going on and what to expect."
Plussat: "The crew was really nice. They were friendly and genuine."
Plussat: "I could not travel to Miami due to Iberia did not assigned the seat with my children."
Miinukset: "The lack of education and polite of the Stewart is a minus on that airline"
Plussat: "I notified the crew that I would have a very short time upon arrival in Madrid to catch my connecting flight to Santiago. They transferred me to a seat close to the front so I could disembark faster. That allowed me to reach the gate as the boarding began."
Miinukset: "The company handling the check-in for Iberia is inept. The line reserved for baggage drop-off was used to prioritize check-in for a large group, making the benefit of online check-in meaningless! Also, the supervisor who intervened on my check-in issue lacked basic customer service skills!"
Plussat: "Crew was very professional and the seats gave legroom. Only drawback was the tray. If a passenger hasza bit of a belly there is no space to move and food is difficult to eat."
Miinukset: "Tha space for eating is limited. Otherwise overall one of the better airlines for servece and space and entertainment"
Plussat: "Clean and friendly crew."
Miinukset: "No food or drink and a single checked bag was extra money."
Plussat: "Cabin much too hot and no air circulation until just before pushback. Ack!!"
Miinukset: "Were not there to rate but someone paid you an extra fare so you made double the money on one 2 seats! BRAVO Standing Ovation!!!"
Plussat: "It was my first flight with Iberia - I was very pleased with the entire experience."
Miinukset: "It took a very long time to drop bags because there were only three people at the Iberia desks."
Miinukset: "I didn't like the fact that the flight was delayed over an hour with zero explanation as to why. just sat in the hot plane with no reason or explanation."
Plussat: "The flight is barley an hour so nothing was served. I was glad I had water on me. Other wise it was a easy flight"
Miinukset: "It was hard to hear the woman when we were boarding."
Plussat: "Finnair landed their plane so smoothly...."
Miinukset: "Missed connection due to Iberia. Rerouted to JFK after overnight delay and had to transfer to Newark. Upon arrival at Newark, which we had to arrange, we were notified that the flight was changed back to JFK. Turned a 12 hour travel day into 36. Horrid experience."

Miinukset: "I requested a vegan meal weeks prior and the only meal without meat had a lot of dairy in it. Not enough water was offered as well. The flight was delayed boarding. The leg room is pitiful on the flight."
Miinukset: "No possibility to order kosher food on the site."
Plussat: "Entertainment selection was good."
Miinukset: "Flight was significantly delayed. During this time, there was no air conditioning and it was extremely warm in the plane. Crew provided no guidance on connections at any point during flight."
Miinukset: "Tray table had mold growing on it. And Iberia airlines operated flight masked as British airways"
Miinukset: "Had seat assignments, but the assignments were not honored at the airport, even though had paid external for early seat assignment."
Plussat: "Food was delicious and good variety!"

Plussat: "the flight crew was cordial and efficient. we arrived on time."
Miinukset: "The planes were older and the seats were not comfortable for the length of the flights."

Plussat: "Surprisingly, Iberia provided the best experience of the overall itinerary, compared to Aer Lingus and American Airlines"
Miinukset: "Boarding in Barajas was chaotic, boarding group number signs are not visible and gate audio could not be heard"
Miinukset: "The only bad thing is that the checking at JFK was very long!!!!"
Plussat: "Everything was above what I experienced with other airlines."
Plussat: "Staff was friendly, bathrooms kept clean, and seats were comfortable. Entertainment was top notch."
Miinukset: "We kept trying to order water and food from our screens but the process was complicated, long, and ultimately didn't work. The system is buggy."
Miinukset: "Missed my connection because they weren't super clear about the gate and then just kept me on standby. Would have liked to have had some options, like actually booking my flight so maybe I could have explored Madrid on my 9 hour layover after missing my flight by 4 minutes. And then they kept me shuttling back and forth while doing this. I went through security 4 times."
Plussat: "The food was good"
Miinukset: "The plane was supper cold & the service was poor."
Plussat: "Missed flight as scheduled changed forward by half an hour and re-organising another flight was difficult. Had to fly from another airport in Spain and transfer was without assistance. Staff did a good job at sorting a solution. The return home on BA was excellent and very efficient."
Miinukset: "We paid $30 each way for extra legroom, but our seats did not provide it, and there were no empty seats available in the appropriate rows to correct the error. As happened before the airline pleaded a "change of aircraft" with no extra legroom seats. We were somewhat accommodated by being re-seated in the middle section with an empty seat between us, but this was not what we preferred or needed."
Plussat: "Commuter flight. Got me where I needed to go."
Miinukset: "Small plane, no leg room, very little carry-on space. All I had is a small backpack and I almost did have a place to put it."
Miinukset: "Crew was good but they could be friendlier (i.e. smile).."

Miinukset: "We were re-booked for a flight a day later without any apparent reason and were forced to stay a day in Madrid. I lost a day of work and my kids lost a day of school."
Plussat: "The team in both Rome and Madrid to went above and beyond. They were polite and empathetic to our situation, which was not Iberias fault. And they went out of their way to get us home on time. They always stayed positive. My family of 6 really appreciated. They have earned our loyalty."
